Chapter 6- Old Friends

My escort left to return to the village and I entered inside the turtle. I then found myself greeted by Iruka which surprised me that he was here.

"Iruka?"

"Rin? Wow it has been awhile. How you been holding up?"

"I've been alright but I learned about what's happening."

"I see then you know why we are doing this to Naruto right?"

"Yeah but is this even right to do? He defeated Pain on his own and yet you guys choose to isolate him. Like how he was when he was a kid."

Iruka made a worried expression. I took notice and regretted my words.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to say it like that."

"It's alright I understand. I agree with you but we felt that this was the best that we can do until this war can be stopped."

"Oh well it might be awhile then."

"Yes but don't worry. Here I will take you to them."

Iruka started to lead me to the back of the turtle. It is crazy to know that living things are inside the shell. It was pretty nice but soon we arrived. I asked.

"What is this place?"

"It's known as the tailed beast temple. Their inside the first chambers. What they're doing in there is dangerous but I think you can handle that right?"

I smiled and said.

"You know it. Alright I'll see you later."

I begin to leave but then Iruka said.

"And remember to keep what's happening outside a secret. Also Naruto doesn't know I am here. Don't inform him of my presence."

I didn't turned around but I nodded my head and continue walking. I soon found myself within the temple of the first chambers. I was confused on where they could be. I then passed by a statue of a beast like head on the wall. I was curious on what it was then Isobu spoke out.

("That sculpture of the head is the two tailed beast. This must be the room Rin.")

"You think so?"

("I was put in a similar room when I was with Hiroshi. There we began our training to control my powers. It took a while but he sure did master it. I'm surprise that he didn't take you here first.")

"Maybe he felt that it was best to train around his home."

("Maybe but stick your head inside its mouth.")

"What?"

("Just do it.")

"Alright but it better not take my head."

("Don't worry. Your heart isn't filled with darkness.")

I was a little worried when he said that yet I stick my head inside. Soon a click went off and I put my head out. A door was opening next to it and I walked through. The room I was in felt very odd and strange. It was like as if this place had its own feeling. Soon though I found them. I met up with them but I was shock to see half of Naruto's body is cover in the nine tails Chakra.

"Oh my god! What's happening with Naruto!?"

Two other ninjas noticed me and one I recognize but the other I ain't sure.

"Rin?"

"Yamato? What's happening?"

"Naruto began fighting the nine tails for control over his power."

"What but that's suicidal!?"

"Nothing can stop Naruto. He's on top to chop this Tailed beast."

I looked over to the man that gave a weird response.

"Who are you?"

Then the man got up and put his fist up.

"Names Killer Bee and that's how it will be. Yet I know you Three Tail Jinchuriki."

"Wait, you know about me?"

"Was told by Naruto that you left but seeing you here means something else. Hit my fist and I can show you something special yo."

His wording was a bit off with me and I looked over to Yamato who gave the same expression as I was. Though I did what Bee wanted and I fist bumped him. Then I found myself inside the void. That's when it hit me.

"Wait you are the Eight Tails Jinchuriki!?

He just smiled and gave a hand signal and screamed out.

"WWWEEE!"

Then behind him the eight tails appeared. I was shock to see him then Isobu showed up behind me and greeted the tailed beast.

"Hello Gyuki, it has been awhile hasn't it."

"Yes Isobu. It's nice to reunite with you."

"What has happened with our brothers and sisters?"

"The man who calls himself Madara has collected them already. He is using their power to get us next."

"I see. Then I hope we can save them."

I then jump in the conversation.

"Um hi uh Gyuki right?"

"Ah, forgot about you for a second. Hello Rin, my name is Gyuki and I am the eight tailed beast."

"Nice to meet you but I want ask a question."

"What is it?"

"Is it right to have Naruto take the nine tails power by force?"

"Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Why is that Gyuki?"

"Technically we were hoping for Kurama to be responsive though things turned different. So this was the only option we have left and well Naruto is having some trouble but now I sense something else has occurred."

Me and Bee exited the void and looked over to Naruto. He seemed to be back to normal. We walked over to Yamato to find out what happened. Then Naruto opened his eyes and cheered in excitement. It turns out Naruto was successful in acquiring the nine tails chakra. He showed us his chakra mode and it was amazing. I can almost feel all the power within him flowing out. Then Naruto sensed another presence within the room. He pointed out to Bees sword then it started acting strange and it turns out there was someone within it. This man Bee recognize but soon he tried to escape through the door. In a flash Naruto laid a punch on him and I noticed what he did and so did Bee. Even though Naruto lay that punch the man escaped. Bee followed behind while Yamato and I help free Naruto from the wall. It took a while but we headed out. The man was captured and was restrained. I learned that his name was Kisame and he is one of the members of the once Akatsuki. At first we were gonna start questioning him but he broke free from his restraints and created a barrier around himself. What I saw next horrified me. He killed himself. It was something that was very disturbing to witness but soon things got worse. Someone attacked the turtle and in the end Yamato was captured. Naruto was starting to become very eager on returning to the village but Bee informed Naruto that his training wasn't fully finished. Bee began teaching Naruto to fully control his new power. He broke some stones but eventually can grab things normally. We then went inside another chamber room. Bee explains that in this room he is going to teach Naruto the signature move that all tailed beast can do known as Tailed Beast Bomb. This caught my attention as well so I joined in. He explained the concept of it and to usually use it you have to transform into your tailed beast form. I started thinking about it and I believe Isobu and I did it once when I was captured. I couldn't detailed the events due to my shocking discovery. I still think that it couldn't be him. Still Naruto tried to turn into a tailed beast but it didn't go so well. Yet he was almost able to conjure up a mini tailed beast bomb. But it exploded in his hands. Though time went on and Naruto felt it was time to leave.

"Naruto, I think maybe we should wait a bit longer."

"Why Rin? Aren't you worry for Kakashi sensei?"

"To be honest, Naruto we aren't together anymore but I still care for him and everyone else."

"Hmm alright but still I must go figure this out myself."

He left and I was about to go after him but Bee put his hand on my shoulder and shook his head. I understood and so Bee and I started to leave as well. We arrived at the waterfall and went through. There we saw Iruka looking up at the skies which gave a clear thought that Naruto has left. Iruka asked for Bee and I to promise to protect Naruto. I heard of the story of what Iruka has done for Naruto and it made me smile. We agreed and left to catch up with Naruto. We soon did and as we were escaping some ninjas but up barriers to get in our way. But it was no match for three Jinchuriki. We left the turtle and started heading off to the battle. Though Naruto main goal is to search for the man calling himself Madara. It was going to be a long trip but with our tailed beast power we can make it in no time. During this Naruto sent out his clones to aid the Shinobi alliance which is something I was surprise to see him do. We were soon stopped by Tsunade and the fourth Raikage. Naruto and I got on the defenses but I noticed Bee face was making a blushed look. The fourth Raikage yelled out.

"Bee! How dare you stare at the Hokage's chest when I'm standing right in front of you!"

Bee made an excuse but for me it was just a pretty awkward moment. I can tell Tsunade doesn't want to fight us but the Raikage sure doesn't want us to leave any further. Naruto told me to sit back because he knows how dangerous the Raikage is. Naruto jumped in the air and in a quick motion the Raikage caught up to him and punched him back down. Luckily, Naruto was able to handle the blow. Bee soon joined but in the end it was Tsunade that was able to convince the Raikage to let us pass. I was glad she stepped in because our lives were pretty much now at risk. We continued on moving forward on our path. Then about half way through our long trip we were stopped by two mysterious figure. I don't recognize them but Naruto seems to know them. So I asked.

"Naruto who are they?"

"The one on the left is Nagato and the right is Sasuke's brother Itachi."

I was shock to meet these two. Naruto explained to me before that he was the one behind controlling Pain. And the last thing I heard about Itachi was when Sasuke killed him. But meeting them both face to face for the first time is a bit scary. Also it seems as if they have been reanimated. Out of nowhere their bodies jump and Itachi shot a fireball at us. Though Bee's sword was able to absorb the jutsu. Itachi leaped in the air and Naruto did the same. As they were fighting Naruto explains what had become of Sasuke and this made Itachi wary on the situation. Soon though Bee and I joined in on the fight. I was taking care of Nagato while Naruto and Bee handled Itachi. Though our roles kept switching on to till Nagato summoned a big bird like creature and a three headed dog. Naruto was taking care of the creatures while Bee and I focused on Itachi. I went into the version two state of the tailed beast. I went into three tails with the bone structure to give me a defensive edge. Itachi was really quick on his feet and we found it difficult to catch up to him. Then quickly he jumped up in the air and landed at the beak of the summoned bird. Itachi looked at Naruto and made a hand signal. At first I thought he was about to launch an attack towards Naruto but instead I can hear Naruto gagging on something. Bee and I looked over to see Naruto vomiting out a crow. We were disgusted by it but were questioning what that meant. We soon heard Nagato give a panic call.

"Naruto! It's Amaterasu!"

I was curious to know what jutsu he called but Bee was quick to respond. He threw one of his swords towards Itachi though it was blocked by Nagato. I prepared myself incase Naruto were to become in danger but instead a black flame was summoned upon the dog Naruto was standing on. Soon the bird was set on fire and so was Nagato. Itachi and Naruto landed near us and there Itachi explained how he was set free from his control. We were relieved to know of his freedom but soon Nagato was restored and began launching an almighty push. Bee and I got ourselves together and longue towards Nagato laying a hard blow but for some reason my chakra felt as if it was being drained. I looked over to Bee and saw that he was no longer in his second state of the tailed beast form. I leaped away in time before Bee was drained from his power. Naruto landed next to me but we were soon held by an invisible force. Nagato rushed over to both Naruto and I than put his hand on our stomachs. He called out a jutsu.

"Ningendo!"

He soon pulled something out of our bodies. Naruto tried to stop him with a rasengan but he absorbed his attack. It was no good. Nagato's eyes went wide and soon a weird statue appeared behind him. That's when we felt it. Nagato began pulling out our own souls and Naruto and I were struggling on keeping it intact within us. Bee tried launching a surprise attack but was easy blocked by Nagato. Nagato than began changing his hand into a beam like cannon and aimed it at Bee. I thought that this was going to end till I saw a red skeleton like hand cross between us and freed us from Nagato's grip. We come to learn it was Itachi and I was curious to know what this was that he used. But we had no time to rest because Nagato began his next attack. He put his hand together and then launched a black sphere in the air. We aren't quite sure what that was till the ground began shaking and soon a gravitational pull was pulling us up towards it. Itachi explained that we must destroy the black sphere to insure our safety. So Bee and I went into our tailed beast formed and shot a tailed beast bomb at it. Naruto and Itachi used their own powerful techniques and a big explosion was sent off. I fell into the nearby lake but Isobu made sure I landed safely. I emerged from the water only to see that Nagato was impaled by a flaming sword. I walked over to the others and Naruto explained what has happened. Learning that Itachi had his own sealing power with this thing called Susanoo. It made me wonder if Sasuke is able to use this power as well. Soon though Nagato was sealed before though giving his last words to Naruto. Itachi parted his way with us and so we continue on with our trip. I was a bit exhausted and drained from the fight but we did rest a bit so we can get our energy back up. What I and Isobu did though I wouldn't forget and I bet Hiroshi would be proud.

*Off in a Distant Cave*

"Well it seems my plan has failed. It's only a matter of time till he arrives here. In the meantime I guess I'll send you out to visit your old student. But what about you?"

"I'm going to go to meet up with the last three Jinchuriki. The three of them can't match the power that I have."

"You're only using five tailed beast. You think that maybe adding the first tailed beast can give you an advantage."

"Yes but his power is weak compare to the others. Plus he has no host that I can control. In no time though I will have them all."

"Alright then I stall one of them while you are at it."
