This is a translation I wrote back when I used to be on an amino community. I wrote this because met some people there that wanted some scenes translated of Kiniro no corda. I was expecting that this would have been save in the community even if I deactivated my account so yeah real sorry it deleted everything. So here's the translation: of the characters scenario in Octave. Each guy has 7 scenes since its not fully otome but rhythm game.
KnC Octave is filler story of the serie where the characters of Kiniro no corda first seasons (one with Hino) and the 4th game (one with Kohinata) ends up waking up in a foreign Western looking land which is set in an isolated magical island of music. The characters must pass trials (playing/singing) to defeat the villains and return to their normal life. It is set before Christmas music event and before Tsukimori left to go to Vienna.
We'll start off with Tsukimori. Hino woke up with Fuyumi in a high hill from which they can see a town. They are confused since they don't know where they are and why they have different clothes. They go the town hoping that they're not alone...
Side note: in KnC game the heroine doesn't speak. (like the heroine from dot kareshi).
01. Meeting
(会えたのは=Aeta no ha... don't understand what のはmeans tho but I read its short for ものaka thing).
Fuyumi: There are many people in this place. It will be hard spotting people with the same uniform as ours.
Ah, senpai. Did you hear that? Someone is singing...? I think it came from that direction... I agree, let's go
(note: Mc doesn't speak so I assume she suggested Fuyumi that they should check it out).
It's over that crowd. Isn't that a famigliar voice..? Let's check it out, but... Ah, Senpai ···!?
(I assume they got separated since Fuyumi kinda disappeared after that)
*scene change*
Young man1: Another song! Another song!
Young man2: Give us something cheerful/bright piece this time !
Tsukimori: Geez··· For how long do I have to play for you to let me go... Moreover, even if I keep playing the violin, I don't understand this — Ah! Hino? Is that really you?
Hino/Game: Tsukimori...
the options is to either:. 1.make an involuntary expression, 2.ask if he's really there or 3.what is he doing there. Correct answer is the first one
Tsukimori: Oh··? I'm surprised as well··· but I'm glad to see you.
Young man1:Oh, a young girl! Join in
Young man2: How about it young lady? Look at this violin, you can use this!
Tsukimori: ···please, wait. I'd like to talk to her first —
Young man1: We ask only one more cheerful song! This is a special festival after all.
Tsukimori: ··· Hino, seems like it can't be helped. I'll play with you.
Once you start playing, you'll realize how different this island is from where we came from.
Hino/Game: Tsukimori lightly slide the bow on the violin's string. ··· what was that just now?
Tsukimori: it's the same as before.
In this island, the violin's performance seems to mysteriously change into a "singing voice". Seeing is believing that's why I showed you. Come on, let's play.
Hino/Game: *Hino plays with Tsukimori*
Hino: ··· surely this is Tsukimori's song from earlier, right? But...
Tsukimori: ··· what—? The sound is different from when I played it··· is it because of you?
Hino/game: I didn't produce a singing voice when I played instead I offered "support" to his play···
Tsukimori: You surely have a strong ability to resonate with others. I wonder if that's the reasons yours become a support type of sound.
Young man1:—Bravo—!
Young man2: Thank you for that great song!
Hino/game: Coins are handed to Tsukimori one after another.
Tsukimori: ···· these coins? I heard they call these "bravo points" [BP]. It seems it's the currency of this place, given after a performance, but this the first time I've receive them... this should be enough.
Young man1: En.
Tsukimori: let's return the violin. Let's go Hino.

Fuyumi: Sempai, are you ok? ···eh?Tsukimori-sempai····?
Tsukimori: ! You were with Fuyumi? Say, how did you arrive here?
Fuyumi: Yes. When we woke up we were in a field a little away from town.
Tsukimori: ···· I see the situation is almost the same as mine.
Fuyumi: is that so.
Tsukimori: The only information I got was this letter that have the same content as yours.
Fuyumi: Ah, that's right maybe the others are in this island as well···
Tsukimori: ···· I don't fully have a good insight of this situation but that possibility is also high. Ah··· I can't even tell where is this place, what's going on? It's annoying, getting caught in this kind of situation when I was preparing (準備stand for primarily preparation according to one of the interpretation but it this case I think it include preparing to move but also practicing so he can be ready when he go to Vienna).
Fuyumi: preparing...( it was a でしか/desu ka, but I omitted it since its like the interrogative proposition of Est-ce que in french)?
Tsukimori: I didn't told you··· I'm preparing to study in Vienna.
Fuyumi: ah ···
Tsukimori: After the Christmas concert, I'm moving to abroad. However, this situation is surely hindering that plan. I can't practice here — even if I try practicing, there's no sounds in this island ( since playing turns into singing POP songs). ··· I can't help but say this, but we can't stay here... we should move.
Fuyumi: But in to where?
Tsukimori: The BP coins I got earlier could be used to get us somewhere to stay for the night. I really don't want to be homeless in a place I don't know.
(screen change)
Woman1: Our inn's is full because of the festival.
Fuyumi: ····is that so.
Woman1: That badge ··· isn't that the badge of the uniform from Gakuen Campanella?
They have students there with the same uniform as you. If you are an international exchange student you can stay in the dormitories.
Tsukimori: Dormitories?
Woman: Yeah. If you take the road that takes you up to the hill, you'll see Campanella Academy (gakuen).
Hino/Game:— the Campanella Academy seems to be in the same field-hill Hino Fuyumi woke up earlier···
Fuyumi: ··· Campanella Academy— is it the reason we're summoned here?
Tsukimori: It's worth checking. Let's go.
End Tsukimori scenario number 1.
