Hi, OceanLord2017 here! Now, before I begin laying out every character, I want to make a few things clear about why I'm doing this. First, I'm using DOZENS of sources (both modern and mythological), and there's simply no reason for me to assume that everyone's read/watched the same stuff I have. Second, I'm basically going to be forming so many crews/teams that even I'd have to pause and remind myself who's with who…so yeah.
As a reminder, power levels are incredibly variable. There's no guarantee that it'll be a constant thing for one character. When it comes to abilities they'd gain post-canon (like a Soul Reaper achieving Bankai after Yhwach's defeat), they won't be listed until revealed in-story. So expect updates.
A refresher on comparing strength, going off the 'Naruto' Model:
D-Rank: Civilian.
C-Rank: Skilled Human Fighters. Lower end of superhuman.
B-Rank: Mid-Tier Superhuman, with one or two notable abilities.
A-Rank: High-Tier Superhuman. Incredibly well-rounded and experienced in fighting other superhumans.
S-Rank: Forces of Nature. The Best of the Best from top-tier worlds. Each has the potential to completely devastate an island full of fighters…on their own.
X-Rank: Kiss your ass goodbye! As of now, only the 'Gods of the Sea' have this strength. To put it simply, this is Divine, Top Gods.

Chapter 1: The Main Trio
"Hello everyone, my name's Jinbe!" The Fishman gave a welcoming smile.
"I'm Kisame Hoshigaki," the Ninja's attempt at a smile sent shivers down the audience's spines.
"And I'm Tia Halibel," the Hollow kept it to a polite wave, before quickly crossing her arms again.
"And welcome to the Sea of Second Chances Data-book," Jinbe began. "Today, we'll be keeping it simple with just the three of us. So I'll go ahead and start."
"Please, take your time," Halibel said, not exactly eager for her turn.
Jinbe: Thank you for inviting me here today. I hope I can answer all your questions.
Epitaphs: Well, my Wanted posters went with 'Knight of the Sea', though some translations go with 'First Son of the Sea'.
Halibel: Don't all the Fishmen call you 'Boss' as well?
Jinbe (sighs): Yeah. Please don't overuse it.
Kisame (chuckles): Sure thing, 'Boss'. Anything you say, 'Boss'. Will do, 'Boss'.
Jinbe: I hate you.
Series: I come from the great Goda's 'One Piece'.
K/H: Is the author really that great?
Jinbe: DON'T SPEAK BLASPHEMY!
K/H: SORRY!
Species: I'm a Fishman. A Whale Shark Fishman to be exact.
Kisame: Really? Cause last I checked, Whale Sharks don't have teeth like THAT!
Halibel: He does have a point. (groans at her own unintentional pun)
Jinbe: Can we just move on?
Rank: Hmm…probably Mid S-Rank.
Equipment: I don't need any.
Kisame: Come on, I got a spare katana.
Halibel: It'd only be a few minutes a day.
Jinbe: No.
K/H: But…who doesn't want to be a swordsman?
Jinbe: MOVING ON.
Energy: No one from One Piece has any.
OceanLord: …yet.
Halibel: I don't like the way he said that.
Former Affiliations: Okay. First, I was with King Neptune's Royal Army of Fishman Island. Then, I joined the Sun Pirates under Fisher Tiger. Once I became Captain, I accepted being a Warlord for the World Government. At the time, I also grew close to the Whitebeard Pirates. After Marineford, I quit the Warlord position, and joined the Big Mom Pirates for my home's protection. Finally, after a long wait, I became a Straw Hat Pirate.
Kisame: Geez, you've got more here than both of us combined.
Halibel: Indeed.
Jinbe: I've had a long life?
Abilities: I'm mostly oriented towards direct hand-to-hand combat, and I've got the strength, stamina, and endurance befitting my rank. As a result, I can use Armament Haki, bolstering my attack and defense even more. Also, my Observation Haki can grant limited precognition, improving my reflexes and evasion.
Halibel: No mention of you being a Helmsman?
Kisame: And a damn fine one.
Jinbe: (rubs back of his head)…if you say so.
Specialty: Fishman Karate. With this Martial Art, I can gain control of any nearby water, even to the point of creating shockwaves inside a person's body. It can even be combined with Haki for even more devastating blows. Some of my signature moves include Water Shot, Sharkskin Palm Thrust, Arabesque Brick Fist, 10,000 Brick Fist (Black Brick Fist if with Haki), and the Vagabond Drill. Finally, I can also use Fishman Jujitsu when fully submerged, with examples like Ocean Current Shoulder Throw and Shark Pack.
Goal: I wish to reunite with my fellow Sun and Straw Hat Pirates.
Misc.: My favorite food is Vinegar Mozuku seaweed.
Kisame: HURK! How can you call yourself a shark?
Halibel: Keep that muck away from us.
Jinbe: Ah well…more for me.
Kisame Hoshigaki: I suppose you're going to be hearing some dirty little secrets of mine. Audience, let's not forget what I do to those who blab.
Jinbe: That got dark real quick.
Halibel: Kisame, be nice!
Kisame: Fine…looks like all you get to live today...except you. That's right! I'm looking at you over there!
Epitaphs: Well, other Ninjas know me as the 'Tailless Tailed Beast' or 'Monster of the Hidden Mist'.
Halibel: Hmm…I don't really like that last one.
Kisame: I know right? I'm not even with the Mist.
Halibel: I was going to say that you aren't a monster.
Kisame: What?
Jinbe: What?
OceanLord: What?
Halibel: Let's move on.

Jinbe: I don't know…you do sort of look like my next-door neighbors.

Equipment: This is Samehada, a Chakra-eating sword that can weaken opponents and strengthen me at the same time! It can also merge with me for a stronger form. Say hi!

Halibel: You two…
Former Affiliations: I was raised in the Hidden Mist to be one of the 7 Ninja Swordsmen, but I left and became one of the Akatsuki, the worst band of criminals in Ninja History.
Abilities: I'd say I'm an exceptional Swordsman and Ninja, so I'm VERY good at killing people…hehehe. Anyway, my tremendous Chakra levels grant me stamina, speed (Body Flicker Jutsu), and strength. Even without Samehada, I can still absorb some Jutsu. I can also use Earth Style in a pinch. Still, Summoning Sharks is the most versatile ability, since they can provide fighters, supporters, spies, and messengers.
Specialty: Most of the time, my Water Style Jutsu is my main offence. My favorites are Water Clones, Water Prison, Hidden Mist Jutsu, Exploding Water Shockwave, Water Shark Bomb, Shark Shower, Hungry Sharks, and Super Water Shark Bomb (which can take the Chakra from opposing attacks).
Halibel: You know, you don't have to shape so many of your attacks into sharks.
Jinbe: Hey! Man's got a theme!
Kisame: Thank you!
Goal: I dunno. Just have a good time, I suppose. Still, I did promise to help Halibel find her girls…maybe meet Itachi again too.
Halibel: I really do appreciate that.
Misc.: If any of you are good fighters…come on down! I wanna see what you've got!
Jinbe: Audience, don't encourage him.
Tia Halibel: Can't be helped I suppose. Fine, let's get this over with.
Jinbe: It's not that bad.
Epitaphs: While fans usually recognize me as the '3rd Espada', I'd prefer 'Queen of Hueco Mundo'.
Kisame: Ah…feeling high and mighty, are we?

Equipment: My 'Zanpakutō' takes the form of a hollowed out shortsword, named Tiburon. When transformed, it becomes a pata, resembling a shark tooth.
Energy: Reiatsu
Samehada: Chichichichi!
Halibel: Not now. I'll feed you later.
Former Affiliations: I used to be one of 10 Espada, the strongest Hollows that served Sōsuke Aizen. Afterwards, I decided to simply look out for the Hollows still left, taking the reign in Hueco Mundo.
Abilities: I'm an exceptional swordswoman, with the strength and endurance to keep my throne. I can fly, use super speed with Sonido, increase durability with Hierro, detect energy with Pesquisa, and shoot energy blasts (in form of Bala, Cero, Ola Azul, and Trident)
Specialty: When I call 'Hunt, Tiburon', I transform into my Resurreción. All abilities I mentioned before are tremendously enhanced. On top of that, I gain hydromancy to the point where I form tsunamis mid-air. You can find me using Cascada, La Gota, and Hirviendo most often.
Kisame: Oh! Don't forget Segunda Etapa! That really was something.
Halibel: (sighs) Yes. The strongest of Hollows can attain this form beyond Resurreción. All my natural abilities are brought to their natural peak. With it, I can use my ultimate move, Tiburon Sierra…capable of bringing down the greatest of my world.
Goal: I WILL reunite with my three Fracción, whatever it takes.
Misc.: My favorite foods are crabs and shrimp.
Kisame: SEE!
Jinbe: You two are hopeless.
