Chapter Fourteen

The trio decided to head to Buzz Lightyear Voyage which was located in Tomorrowland. They waited in line and Mira was so excited when she saw Buzz when they entered the building. She loved pointing out all the different characters. They were finally first in line and Fitz went into the vehicle first, followed by Mira then Olivia.

"Remember Mira, you got to shoot so you can get points. Let's see if we can beat your daddy," Olivia said as she prepared her toy gun and helped Mira grab hers.

"Yeah! Let's beat daddy!"

Fitz shook his head; he wasn't about to let Olivia win. He was just as competitive as she was. There were tons of laughs and giggles coming from the trio.

"Daddy look it's Zurg!" Mira pointed out the villain.

"Shoot it Mira!"

"I am!"

The ride continued on and it was finally over much to Mira's dismay but they had many more rides to go through before the day was over.

Let's see how many points you got lovebug." Fitz said as he looked over to Mira's score.

"1,500 points, not bad Mira. High five!"

Fitz earned a solid 6,000 points but Olivia ended up victorious with 7,123 points.

"Yay Liv won!" Mira celebrated along with Olivia causing Fitz to pout as the girls laughed at his expense.

"Okay okay, Olivia is better than I am."

"Don't be mad, Fitz."

The trio continued to make their way into Tomorrowland and decided to go ride Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage which was a "submarine" that basically told the story of Finding Nemo. Olivia took a ton of picture of Mira having her face close to the glass and the smiles that both Fitz and Mira had. At times it felt like she was just watching them having their own moments which was fine by her. She was able to capture some of those moments on camera and she couldn't wait to print out the photos for the photo album she was planning on giving Fitz.

When they got off the ride Olivia noticed that it was already 3:45pm and the parade started at 4:30pm. She figured it was good time to go find a spot to sit to watch the parade and eat some snacks.

"Okay we need to head back onto Main Street so we can get a good spot to watch the parade. We have less than an hour until then."

"What if you guys go find a seat and I'll go buy us some snacks?" Fitz asked.

"You sure?"

"Yeah go ahead and just let me know where you guys are located."

The trio separated and Olivia found a spot for them to sit. She took out the towel she brought so Mira wouldn't have to sit on the ground.

"Okay sweetie, let's sit here and wait for your dad." She sent Fitz a text with a picture of where they were located.

"Are you having fun?"

"Yes! I'm having lots of fun. Olivia can you do my hair in braids again?"

"Sure honey just sit in front of me and I'll fix your hair."

Mira took a seat between Olivia's legs and she started to braid her hair.

"Liv?"

"Yes?"

"Do you lobe my dad?"

Olivia froze for a moment unsure of how to answer her simple and innocent question.

"I think he lobes you." Mira tiled her head to look at Olivia.

Liv smiled and said, "I really really like your dad."

Mira sighed and fixed her head so Olivia could finish up her hair. Grown-ups, she thought. She just wanted Liv to be her mom so she had to try to get them to love each other. Mira wasn't dumb and since daddy called Liv his girlfriend they had to love each other.

"Hey, I found you guys!" Fitz came back with hands full of snacks. He got two churros and the Mickey Mouse pretzel that Mira was eyeing earlier. Since they still had bottles of water, he figured it was better not to waste money on drinks.

Olivia grabbed a churro and the pretzel so he could sit down. Fitz gave Mira a quick kiss on her forehead and decided to take a chance by giving Olivia a quick peck on her lips. They never really kissed in front of Mira so this action caused her to clap her hands.

"Kiss Liv again daddy!"

Fitz looked at Olivia who just shrugged. If they were going to be together, they might as well get used to kissing in front of Mira. He gave Olivia another peck on the lips and right as he was pulling away, Olivia pulled him back in for several more pecks. They kept it PG since they clearly had an audience.

"Yay!" Mira clapped.

"Okay, okay enough of that. Now let's eat while we wait."

The trio didn't have to wait too long as the parade was about to start. First up in the parade was Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse which had Mira pumped. Mira's face light up as each float with a character passed by.

"Look daddy, it's Ariel!" Mira jumped in her spot when she saw The Little Mermaid float with Ariel on top. She kept waving at the "princess" who then waved back at Mira and blew her a kiss. Next up was the float with Snow White, Rapunzel, Aroura, Cinderella, and Belle. Princess Tiana was up next which had Mira dancing in her seat with the music. There was no mistaken that she was having the time of her life. The last float that passed by was Mary Poppins which had her upset since it was all over.

"That was so cool!" Mira jumped from her seat.

"What was your favorite part?" Olivia asked as she gathered their things.

"Umm…maybe Ariel or Princess Tiana!"

"Those were my favorites too!"

"Okay where to next?"

It was getting close to 5pm and the fireworks didn't start until 9:30pm. She has them scheduled to meet and take pictures with the princesses at 6pm so they had an hour to kill. She figured they could go to Mickey's Toontown to ride another ride before pictures.

Olivia and Mira decided to go on Rodger Rabbit's Cartoon Spin while Fitz waited out for them. While they were all there together, he decided to let his girls take a moment for themselves.

They took several pictures and Mira would run from place to place but not too far that they couldn't see her.

"Thank you for doing this, Liv. I haven't seen her this happy in a long time."

They were holding hands while Mira was exploring. They fed off of her excitement.

"Fitz, stop thanking me. I'm happy to do this. Seeing her smile like this is thank you enough. I don't think I've had this much fun at Disney in a while so this a great time for all of us."

He looked down at her while she was watching Mira. He couldn't believe he was this lucky. He finally had what his parents had and he wasn't going to let this go.

"Okay it's time for the princess pictures! She's going to lose her mind when she realizes what we are doing."

"Mira honey, let's go. We have somewhere that we need to be."

Mira ran over to them and held Olivia's hand as they walked out of the area. They were back in Fantasyland where the princesses were taking pictures. She led them to an area where it said that Snow White, Ariel, Princess Tiana, and Cinderella were.

"We are taking pictures with some princesses, Mira."

Mira looked like she was going to cry but quickly put her arms around Olivia. Mira didn't want to let go but she knew that they had to get into the line before it got too full. The anticipation was killing Mira but she was being as patient as she could be while waiting and it was finally her turn.

She got a chance to speak to each princess, get an autograph in her notebook, and a picture. Olivia and Fitz even joined her for some pictures.

"You guys have a beautiful daughter," the attending said as she lead them to the exit.

"Thank you," Fitz said not wanting to correct her. If anything Olivia has been more of a mother than anyone in Mira's life. He wanted that to be their future. By the time they finished with their pictures another hour had passed and it was already 7pm. Olivia couldn't believe that time was flying by and it was almost over.

Since they were back in Fantasyland, they decided to ride on King Arthur Carrousel. Fitz helped Mira on her horse and turned to see Olivia struggling to get on the one next to Mira. He put her out of her misery and grabbed her by the waist and lifted her up.

"Thank you," Liv said and gave Fitz a peck on the lips. He took his camera phone and took a picture of Mira and Liv who had big smiles on their face. He took the horse next Olivia and smiled. About ten minutes later the ride was over and he helped both Mira and Olivia off their horses and the trio headed off to another ride.

They decided to hop on the Disneyland Railroad to just sit and relax more a while. Mira was starting to complain that she was getting tired from all the walking so it was time to take a tiny break.

The train took them around the park and they were able to see different aspects of the park that they hadn't been able to. Olivia took pictures of Mira and Fitz who were whispering to each other. Fitz in turn took a picture of Olivia who was still sporting her Minnie ears even hours later.

Before they knew it, they were back to where they started and got off the train. It was 8:30pm and the sun was starting to get ready to set meaning it was getting closer to the fireworks. They found some empty benches since it was still early and took a seat while they waited right in front of the castle. It was such an eventful day that they couldn't believe it was over. This was a day they wouldn't forget. Mira was sitting on Fitz's lap and Fitz had his arm around Olivia. It was a peaceful moment and that's when the fireworks started.

"Oh my god look daddy!" Mira pointed up to the sky and it was firework after firework. The sky was filled with many different colors as each one went off. It was a beautiful moment and a perfect ending to their day. As the last firework went away, they knew that their day was over.

"Alright Mira, it's time to go home." Fitz said as he pulled her up onto her feet. Mira pouted a little because she wasn't ready for the day to be over but she was also very tired and wanted to sleep. Instead of arguing, she sighed and said okay.

Fitz could tell that she was exhausted from walking so he put her on his shoulders, grabbed Olivia's hand and headed towards the exit. Before they knew it they were back in the car on their way home. At first Mira was extremely talkative about the day but ten minutes in and she had fallen asleep.

"Seems like today's adventure wore her out," Olivia said as she looked back at Mira.

"Yeah it really did. Now I won't have to fight her to get into bed," Fitz laughed. He held Olivia's hand as he drove.

"You want to spend the night?" he asked. It would be the first night that she would spend the night at his house but he felt that it was time. He could tell that Olivia was conflicted so he kissed the hand that he was holding and silently pleaded with her.

"Okay, I'll spend the night but no funny business mister," she said firmly.

"That's what you say now," he winked at her.

About thirty minutes later, they were finally back at Fitz's house. Fitz carried Mira while Olivia grabbed Fitz's keys to open the door. Olivia helped him get Mira ready for bed which included a quick shower even though Mira wasn't happy to be woken up to shower. While Olivia helped Mira get dressed, Fitz decided to go take a quick shower himself.

Olivia took it upon herself to shower in the guest room and pulled her hair up into a bun to make sure she didn't get it wet. Fitz had given her a t-shirt to wear for tonight. She couldn't wait to get into bed after such a long and eventful day.

"Babe, Mira is – " the words fell off of Olivia's lips when she walked into Fitz's bedroom where he was wearing nothing but his boxers. Fitz smirked at her reaction. She said no funny business but he knows how this will go.

"Mira is what,"

"Umm she's fast asleep which is something we should do too," Olivia walked over to his bed and started to get her side ready. Fitz walked up right behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist, placing kisses on her neck. Olivia moaned when he got to that one spot that drove her crazy.

"Fitz…we need to stop…your daughter is in the other room," she said as she tried to pull away from him.

"She is and since she had a busy day, she will stay asleep the entire night."

Fitz turned her around and pulled her into a passionate kiss. Olivia moaned into his mouth and wrapped her arms around him. Fitz forced her mouth open with his tongue as Olivia moved her hands from his shoulders to his ass pulling him closer to him. She could feel his erection through the thin material of his boxers.

"Liv…" he moaned against her lips, picking her up and lowering her into his bed. Olivia pulled on his curls as he started to kiss her neck and bring himself lower and lower. Olivia pulled the shirt back on while Fitz pulled on his boxers. They feared that Mira would come looking for them in the morning and didn't want any accidents.

It was 9am and the Grant house was already up and running. They all had woken up about an hour before so it was time for breakfast. Olivia took it upon herself to make some pancakes this morning with Mira's assistance. Fitz had even put on Mira's Disney playlist which meant that several dance breaks had happened.

This was probably the most content Fitz had felt in such a long time. Olivia was finishing up breakfast while Mira was helping Fitz set the table when the doorbell rang. Fitz was confused on who would be at his door this early on a Sunday.

"I'll go check who it is and you guys continue to finish up," he said and placed a kiss on Mira and Olivia's cheek.

He opened the door to find a blast from the past.

"Hey Fitz," the woman said.

"Mellie," Fitz said.
