"Two in a row!" Deadpool exclaimed. "I thought this was Halloween not Christmas!"
"Our pal RedHood123 suggested a second chapter today." The Mask added. "Kudos to him. Also, the zombies are gone, o we should be fine."
"Well, let's do this shit!" Deadpool exclaimed. "Today, two Skunks will be playing one of the most unsettling games of all time: Surgeon Simulator."
Everyone once again gathered at Town Hall.
"Two Game Nights in one night?" Asked Morgana. "This must be a special Halloween."
"Hey, has anyone seen Natterjack?" Asked Burping Herbert.
"Maybe he is busy with something?" Guessed Rita.
"I'd say he's Trick-Or-Treating." Suggested Max Brass.
"It doesn't matter where he is!" Deadpool exclaimed. "Anyways, King and Queen Pong, the spotlight is on you two this time."
"Wow." Queen Pong replied. "Can you believe this, dear? We're playing a game."
"Exactly what game are we playing?" Asked King Pong.
"I hope you two have your Medical Licenses." The Mask replied. "Because, you two are playing Surgeon Simulator."
"Surgeon Simulator?" Asked King Pong. "You mean the game where you preform all of that unsettling acts of surgery like sawing bones, and moving around organs?"
"Easy now, darling." Queen Pong told him. "It's only a game. Come on, you might find it fun."
King Pong sighed.
"Only for you, my Queen." He said.
Queen Pong hugged him.
"That's my King." She said, kissing his cheek.
Deadpool was sick all over the Town Hall.
"See!" He said. "That's what I said would happen if there was anymore lovey-dovey shit!"
After the Town Hall was cleaned up, the gang booted up the game, and King and Queen Pong were ready to play Surgeon Simulator.
"So, how does this game work?" Asked Queen Pong.
"You perform Surgery acts, darling." King Pong explained. "Follow the instructions, and everything will make sense."
"Oh." Queen Pong replied.
"Also, while we were cleaning, I asked Kat Kool for a favour." King Pong added.
"What did you ask of him?" Queen Pong asked.
"It's a surprise." King Pong replied. "Now, let's play this unsettling game."
The surgery they selected was Heart Transplant.
"As long as my darling husband is with me, I will be just fine." Queen Pong said, making King Pong blush in the process.
The game loaded, and there was the patient, with a blanket covering them.
"Perform a Heart Transplant." The game said.
King Pong removed the cover, revealing the patient's exposed Ribcage.
"Oh God!" King Pong exclaimed.
"How do we do this?" Asked Queen Pong. "Oh, I have an idea."
Queen Pong took the saw, and used it to remove the patient's ribcage, and then put the saw down, and took out the patient's Heart.
"Now, where is that new Heart?" She asked. "Oh, there it is."
She opened the box containing the new Heart, and just threw it into the patient.
"It's nice to see YOUR enjoying this!" King Pong exclaimed, he sounded grossed out.
"Don't worry, dear." Queen Pong replied. "It's just one of those silly games these children are always playing. Now, let's try Kidney Transplant."
So, she selected Kidney Transplant, and it said 'Perform a double Kidney Transplant'.
"Seems simple enough." Queen Pong said.
"At least you're enjoying yourself, darling." King Pong told her.
"I swear, if these two don't have sex at the end, I'm gonna be surprised." Deadpool said.
Yaya elbow bumped him.
"Your jokes aren't funny." She whispered.
"Oh... oh dear." Queen Pong said after removing the cover of the patient that revealed their lower intestines.
"Queen Pong?" King Pong asked.
"D-do I need to...?" Queen Pong asked. "Oh dear Lord! What kind of Game is this?! But, I must do this for RedHood123!"
With disgust, Queen Pong performed the surgery, and succeeded.
"What's next?" Queen Pong asked. "Brain Surgery?!"
"Allow me to do this one, since you seem too disgusted." King Pong suggested.
"As you wish, my darling King." Queen Pong replied, handing him the controls.
"Perform a Brain Transplant." The game said.
Reluctantly, King Pong took the saw, and used it to remove the patient's skull, exposing their Brain. Then, he tried to remove the Brain, but the Stem was stopping him. So, he took one of the Scalpels, and used it to cut the Brain out.
"I don't see how Doctors are able to do this without getting disgusted!" King Pong exclaimed.
Then, he took the replacement Brain, and placed it in the Skull, thus finishing the Surgery.
"I am done with this game!" King Pong exclaimed.
"Forgive me, but I am as well." Queen Pong added.
"At least now, we can do that surprise I mentioned earlier." King Pong added. "Kat Kool, you know what to do."
"Of course, your highness." Kat Kool replied, preparing to play a Piano.
King Pong offered a dance.
"Shall we, my Queen?" He offered.
"We shall, my King." Queen Pong replied.
As King and Queen Pong began slow dancing, Kat Kool started playing Someone You Loved by Lewis Capaldi.
