Harriet saving Sorcerer's stone from Snape.

"It's tonight. Snape will try and go through the trapdoor tonight. He knows everything he needs to know and he will make his move. Dumbledore is out of the way, in Snape's convenience." Harriet said quietly so no one else will hear.

"What can we do?" Ron said as they were walking down the corridor. Then, Snape bumps into Harriet.

"Good afternoon, students," Snape said coldly. "You shouldn't shut yourselves inside on a day like this," Snape added just as cold.

"We were—" Hermione started but was cut off rudely by Snape.

"Be careful. Acting like this will lead people to think you are sneaking around or something. And Gryffindor can't bear to lose any more points, can you?" Snape said with a smirk plastered on his face.

"Good Day, Professor!" Harriet said trying to end the conversation politely. Then Snape takes leave but he knows these kids are going t do something.

Then they walked to the Gryffindor Common room and sat down on the couch to discuss their plan.

It was later in the day and it was 8 o'clock in night. Dinner has already happened. They all were in the common room anxiously watching the time. Hermione was near Snape's office. She was going to say when Snape left.

"Snape! He left his office! He's going after the Stone!" Hermione said.

"We have to go!" Harriet said. Lucky for them, most everyone was asleep. But then, Neville entered the common room, interfering with the Golden Four's Plan. Neville blocking their way so that they can't cause trouble.

The three exchanged faces of guilt but turned back to Neville.

"Petrificus Totalus!" Hermione yelled, pointing her wand at Neville. Then they went to save the Stone.

They find the door and a harp on the floor. Harriet played the harp, and Fluffy goes back to sleep. They head down through the trapdoor. They landed into Professor Sprout's room, full of, which almost smothers them before Hermione lights a fire and drives it off. The next room, Professor Flitwick's, holds a bunch of flying keys and some broomsticks.

Harriet finds a silver one with a broken wing that is different from the others and catches it, unlocking the next door with it. The next room is Professor McGonagall's, and has a large chessboard, for a game of that Ron helps them to win, at the cost of having to sacrifice him and getting knocked out. Harriet and Hermione continue to the next room, Professor Quirrell's, where they find an unconscious troll laying on the floor. Lastly, they enter Professor Snape's room and find seven potions in bottles along with a roll of paper giving clues on which one to drink to continue, noting that three bottles have poison, two have nettle wine, one will send the drinker back, and the other will let the drinker move forward into the next room.

It is a test of logic and not magic wherein most wizards fail.

Harriet and Hermione together solved the puzzle. Hermione drinks the one that will allow her to head back through the purple flame, while Harriet drank the one to head into the black flame and into the final room.

Snape on the other hand went to check on James Potter's daughter. He saw an unconscious Neville. Neville told me about Harriet, Ron and Hermione going somewhere. Snape knew. He left Neville as he was.

Harriet clutched her scaras she walked down a couple of stairs. She looked up to see Quirell looking into the Mirror of Erised.

"You?! No, it can't be. It was Snape! He was the one!" Harriet shouted, still clutching her scar.

"Yes, he does seem the type, doesn't he? Next to me, who would suspect p-p-poor s-stuttering Professors Q-Quirell?" Quirell looked at her smirking.

"But the day of the first Quidditch match, Snape tried to kill me ," She said.

"No, silly. I tried to kill you! Trust me, if Snape's cloak hadn't caught fire and broken my eye contact, I would have succeeded. Even, with Snape muttering his little counter-curse." Professor Quirrell said coldly.

"Snape was trying to save me?" Harriet said surprised."Wait, so it was you who let the troll in on Halloween?" she said getting the point of the whole thing.

"Correct, Miss Potter. Snape wasn't fooled by my act. While every teacher was running to the Dungeons, he went to the third floor to tell me off. He never trusted me again. But he doesn't understand. I'm never alone. Never! Now, what does this mirror do? I see what I desire! I see myself holding the stone. But, how do I get it?!" Quirell faced the mirror. Then, Harriet heard a raspy voice.

"Use the girl!" The raspy voice said.

"Come here, Miss Potter! Now, tell me what you see!" Quirrell yelled.

"NO!" Harriet said.

"Yes, Miss Potter! Now, come here!" Quirrell angrily walked.

"Look in the mirror and tell me what you see," Quirrell said calmly.

Harriet saw herself taking the Sorcerers Stone out of her pocket. She sneakily touched her pocket before she looked back into the mirror.

"Well?" Quirell asked impatiently. Harriet knew she had to lie.

"I see myself shaking hands with Dumbledore! I've won the house cup for Gryffindor!" Harriet said smoothly.

"She lies!" The raspy voice said. Quirrell shoved Harriet and she fell on the ground.

"What now, master?" Quirrell said.

"Let me speak with them. Face-to-face." The raspy voice said.

She watched Quirell unwrap his turban until it fell to the ground. On the back of Quirrell's head, was a face. A face she never wanted to see.

"Voldemort..." Harriet said.

"Yes." Voldemort confirmed.

"Don't be a fool. Better save your life and join me. I revive your parents...only if you just give me the stone and join me!" Voldemort said. She looked into the mirror her parents appeared.

"Liar!" Harriet yelled as she sprang for the door until Voldemort screamed.

"Seize her!" Voldemort yelled. Harriet felt Quirrell grip her wrist. Pain seared across her scar. He tried choking her until fear spread across Quirrell's face when she touched him while trying to save herself.

"Master—I can't keep a hold on this girl! My hands!" Quirell said. He was starting at hands, which were blistering and disappearing into dust.

"Kill them!" Voldemort shouted. Quirrell was about to perform the Killing Curse on her, then she put her hands on him.

"AARHHH!" Quirell screamed. Quirell stumbled back. Now, his face was blistering too. She saw Quirell disintegrate into dust. Then suddenly she was pulled into darkness but se fel someone around...her savior .

Severus saw Granger and Weasely. He told him to go to the hospital wing. He went running towards the last room only to see Quirell disintegrating into dust with Harriet beside him.

Potter...rule breaker... He thought a first...

Harriet

A voice inside his mind said as he saw her falling. He sprang across the room and before Harriet could hit the ground she was found in Snape's arms. He took her back in his arms to the Hospital wing.

She blinked his eyes open. She was in the hospital wing. It had been three days since she was out.

She saw Professor Dumbledore sitting on her bed, smiling."Good Afternoon, Harriet." Professor Dumbledore said. Harriet remembered everything about the night and stone and she started to panic.

"The Stone! It was Quirrell! Hermione ?Ron—" Harriet blurted out but was cut off.

"Calm down, dear girl. Everything is fine. Quirell does not have the stone. Your friends are safe and well" Professor Dumbledore and Harriet sighed in relief.

" I still have some questions." Harriet

"The truth..it is a beautiful and terrible thing, therefore should be treated with caution. But, fire away." Dumbledore said.

"Why couldn't Quirrell touch us ?" Harriet asked curiously.

"Your mother died to save her children. If there is one thing Voldemort does not understand, it's love. Love is very powerful. For Quirell and Voldemort, who were full of evil, it was agony to touch something so good." Dumbledore answered.

"And, do you know who gave the Invisibility Cloak to us ?" Harriet asked.

"Yes. Your father left it in my possession and I knew you'd like it. Your father was a handful with this cloak." Dumbledore said fondly of the memories

"How did I get the stone out of the mirror?" Harriet asked.

"Ah, Yes. You see, only the one who wanted to find the stone—Find it, not use it, would be able to get it. Now, enough questions. Start eating these sweets! Ah, Bettie Botts Every Flavor Beans! Unfortunately, in my youth, I came across a vomit bean and since then I'm afraid I've lost my liking for them—but I wouldn't mind a nice toffee, huh?" Dumbledore said popping a golden bean in his mouth.

Madam Pomfrey ordered that Harriet has got some time to rest and be alone. Dumbledore left happily.

Severus quickly went to the hospital wing after he discussed something about the stone and the mess Potter and her friends left. He really wonder how they beat it though; the three-headed dog's easy, assuming Harriet played the harp, the devil's snare is easy for both Ms. Granger and Potter since they all excelled at the DADA subject, The floating keys seem to be the easiest trap to Potter girl since she has the gift at that art, Chess seems to be that Weasley's habit so It's none of his business, the troll is probably one of the easy traps considering they beat one already, but his trap which he would definitely consider deadly, thinking of what kind of mind you should have, Potter and Granger probably figured it out.

Dumbledore was talking to Potter girl. He saw her smiling and an expression of relief passed across his face. But why? He had been coming every night to see her.

She went into the Great Hall waiting for the feast and House Cup Announcement to begin. When she went in, the Great Hall was decked out in Slytherin colors. Green and silver were everywhere. Slytherin has won for seven years in a row. A huge banner showing a Slytherin serpent was hung behind the High Table.

"Another year gone! What a year it has been! Hopefully, your heads are a little fuller than they were...you have the whole summer ahead to get them nice and empty again before next year starts." Dumbledore said cheerfully.

"Yes, Yes. Well done Slytherin. However, recent events must be taken into account." Dumbledore said."I have a few last-minute points to dish out. Let's see." Dumbledore started."First, to Mr. Ronald Weasley, for the best-played game of chess Hogwarts has seen in many years, I award Gryffindor house fifty points." Dumbledore said. Gryffindor's table was beyond excited. Everyone seated at that table was either smiling or laughing."Second, to Miss Hermione Granger, for the use of cool logic in the face of fire, I award Gryffindor house fifty points." Dumbledore continued."Third, to Miss Harriet Potter, for pure nerve and outstanding courage and immense love and care for family, I award you sixty points," Dumbledore said. Fred and George high-fived her.

Not many people but Snape noticed it, but Fred and George became close to her when not exploring and chasing after the stone. It didn't matter the number.

Well it's good for her only.

Gryffindor was still ten points behind Slytherin.

"There are all kinds of courage. It takes a great deal of bravery to not only stand up to your enemies but your friends. I award ten points to Mr. Neville Longbottom." Dumbledore said. From Harriet's view, Neville looked like he had just choked on something. Fred patted him on the back and he grinned from ear to ear.

"Which means, there is a much-needed change in decoration," Dumbledore said. He clapped his hands together twice and there was a swish of air that changed the Slytherin banners into Gryffindor banners. Everything sponsored Gryffindor in that hall. Harriet grinned at Hermione and Ron. Malfoy looked all frustrated and angry.

Harriet couldn't gain courage to thank Snape. So instead of going to see and thank him while he stared at her, she wrote a letter and handled to Hedwig before she boarded the train.

Snape was sitting on his desk thinking about James's daughter. She's the same. No change. But something in his mind strike him. Those eyes. Lily's eyes...They were glittering in the Great Hall when Gryffindor won the House Cup. He smirked to himself.

Hedwig knocked at his window. At first he saw curious and then he remembered it's Potter's. Minerva had used it to give Potter her broomstick.

He opened the letter. It was from Lily's daughter he thought. The way Lily made her g's the same way that Potter girl had written.

Dear Professor Snape,

I am sorry for doubting you for stealing the Sorcerer's Stone. I am very embarrassed from this accusation hope you forgive me. Have a good day and vacation.

Your student

Harriet Potter

Maybe he was wrong. Maybe she was Lily's more or half of both or something entirely different from her parents.

Next year maybe harder for him.

It would had been if she had been a boy...
