Family Building
Missing her family Ruby wanted to start her own. Exploring the caves of the Great Valley she saw a brown oviraptor. Being camouflaged into the rocks of the cave Ruby tripped over him. Feeling bad he might have injured Ruby he mated with her.
Ruby and Swift moved into her cave where they introduced themselves. Before going to sleep Ruby and Swift mated again. When they woke the next morning Ruby felt sick, before going to eat breakfast Ruby vomited. Over the next several days Roby vomited at which point she knew she was pregnant, which she confirmed when she rubbed her stomach as it was bigger.
Ali also wanted to start a family with Littlefoot and they mated as soon as her herd returned to the Great Valley. Ali and Littlefoot mater before eating breakfast. Ali and Littlefoot dug a nest near Bron's herd. For several days Ali had increasingly more severe stomach aches. Ali looked under her tail and smiled as she saw the cause of the stomach aches, she was pregnant.
Ali returned to the nest and shouted "Littlefoot, I'm pregnant!" Littlefoot smiled as he nuzzled Ali. Littlefoot and Ali went to meet their friends where Ruby, Ducky, Lima and Sally were all pregnant.
Ducky, who was now walking on all fours was close to laying. She returned to her nest where Perry watched her lay the eggs. Ducky and Perry looked at the twenty eggs in the nest.
Ruby was also close to laying. Ruby returned to her nest where Swift watched as Ruby laid two eggs. Ruby and Swift looked to the eggs happy they were going to be parents.
Ali, with her extended ovipositor was ready to lay her eggs. Littlefoot watched as he wouldn't miss Ali laying eggs for anything. A bulge was seen as each egg slid down Ali's ovipositor. Ali and Littlefoot looked at the six eggs in the nest. Ali and Littlefoot were happy their kids would have brothers and sisters, something neither of them had.
Lima, wondering what her egg would look like laid her egg with Chomper watching. Chomper went to look at Ruby's eggs. Ruby smiled at Chomper as he told her Lima laid an egg.
Before going to sleep Sally laid her eggs. Spike nuzzled the four eggs and licked Sally, who purred in response.
A few days later Ducky noticed her eggs moving. Ducky and Perry watched as twenty eggs hatched. All the babies were twins, there were ten males and females. Ducky and Perry sang to their kids celebrating their hatching. The kids sang back in response. Ducky introduced the kids to Spike and Sally who were excited to be an aunt and uncle.
Spike and Sally returned to their nest where the eggs where about to hatch. Four babies who looked like Spike hatched. The girls were named Kaila and Jade and the boys were named Pete and Sam. Spike and Sally licked their babies who squeaked with excitement.
Ruby and Swift watched as their two eggs broke in half as twin girls hatched. The twin girls were named Pearl and Pedal.
Ali and Littlefoot watched the eggs as squeaks could be herd. The eggs were about to hatch. Cracks appeared as three boys and three girls hatched. The girl that looked like Littlefoot was named Alpha. The girl that looked like Ali was named Alicia. The girl that looked like Grandma was maned Amanda. The boy that looked like Grandpa was named Xavier. The twins that looked like Littlefoot were named Brony and Brownie.
Lima and Chomper watched their egg hatch. A purple girl, who was named Sydney hatched. Sydney had Lima's sail and arms. Sydney had Chomper's head and her teeth were a combination of Lima's cone teeth and Chomper's serrated teeth.
All the kids played with each other as their parents watched. The gang wondering what adventures their kids would have.
