Todoroki Akira was pretty cool.

Being the second youngest child of the Number 2 Hero, Endeavor is quite hard. Akira was one of the five children of Todoroki Enji, and his wife, Todoroki Rei. His father would call them 'creations' before children though.

I'll tell you a few things about the Todoroki's.

First of all, Enji. A tall, sturdily built man with short crimson hair, as well as a flaming beard. As a hero, he is second to none, well second to one, with efficiency in getting the job done, albeit a little brutally, and caring entirely too little about property damage. But as a father, he could quite possibly be the worst in existence.

He didn't care about his children at all, and only saw them as experiments, and he tried again and again to conceive a child who could do what he could not.

Defeat All Might and become the Number 1 Hero.

That brings us to Rei, a beautiful young woman, with snow white hair and tired grey eyes. She was a kind, caring woman, especially towards her youngest son, Shoto. Notice I said 'was'. Years of abuse at the hands of her husband, a man who she didn't marry out of love, but instead out of duty, after Enji won the right to her hand in a hope to create a new quirk in one of their children, a mix between his Hellflame and her Unnamed Ice quirk. As I was saying, years of abuse caused her to become mentally unstable, and at one point she snapped and ended up permanently damaging her youngest son's face.

This was an excuse for Enji to put her in a mental hospital.

Now let me tell you about the children.

Creation #1 – Todoroki Toya

Firstborn son of Enji and Rei. Toya got stuck with a shitty draw, an incredibly powerful fire quirk, a practical replica of his fathers, but it was too powerful for his young frail body. And so, after a very explosive argument with Enji, Toya, to put it bluntly, spontaneously combusted. (Oh yeah, really sorry cause I love his character too but Dabi's not in this fic, imma be using his quirk as Akira's.)

As a child, he had red hair like his fathers, with similar turquoise eyes.

Creation #2 – Todoroki Fuyumi

After the failure of project number 1, Enji and Rei's next child was a girl, Fuyumi, who took after her mother in all regards. She was kind, sweet and soft spoken. She cares deeply for her family and took on a motherly role for Shoto after Rei's departure. She is 22 years old.

She has white hair with barely noticeable crimson strands mixed in, and has turquoise eyes hidden behind bulky glasses.

Creation #3 – Todoroki Natsuo

The middle Todoroki child was quite different to both of his parents. He had an easygoing personality and like Fuyumi, cared deeply for his family, except Enji. Natsuo resented his father for the abuse he had put the entire family through for years. He also hated him for what happened to Toya, his older brother, who he was very close to.

Natsuo had white hair and grey eyes, like his mother, and is 19 years old.

Creation #4 – Todoroki Akira

Finally, we arrive, the profile of our main character for the remainder of this story. (And possible any sequels to come).

Akira was a kind person, and absolutely adored his family, his little brother Shoto in particular. Despite the forced separation between Shoto and the rest of the family, Akira still loved him and helped him through their father's abuse, which Akira himself took the brunt of. And Shoto loved him in return.

As I said he was kind, however when provoked he was cold, icy and biting just like his mother's ice quirk.

Akira's quirk was a powerful fire quirk, even more than Hellflame, but he had complete control over it since the day he gained it, his 4th birthday.

His quirk granted him pyrokinetic abilities, and his flames were an azure blue color.

He called it Cremation.

Akira had black hair, unusual considering his parents, and even more confusing, were his azure blue eyes, just like the color of his quirk's flames. He is 16 years old.

Creation #5 – Todoroki Shoto

In public, and basically anywhere else apart from with his family, Shoto puts on a cold, aloof face, and hides his emotions. With his family and Akira in particular, he can act like a normal kid his age, and despite the abuse, most of which was shielded by Akira, he is a happy kid.

Shoto has a mix of white and red hair, perfectly parted in the middle, red on the left side and white on the right. His left eye is colored turquoise and his right eye is grey. His face is marred on the left side by a red scar that stretches from his hairline to halfway down his cheek. He is 15 years old.
