After that first date between Princess Astrid and young Duke Hiccup, Hiccup and Astrid felt like spending nights nuzzling each other alone in either his or her bed chamber.

They couldn't help feel drawn to each other by an unfamiliar pull.

Daniel felt it was trouble to see them act like a couple after two years after their first date.

Now their all five years old.

They played with each other while keeping Astrid safe from danger.

Snotlout, Thuggory Tete De Carne and Dogsbreath were released from the dungeon by order of king Alistair and with a threat that if they put their hands on his daughter again against her will, that they will be tied to the pole and strapped with a leather whip.

Snotlout was removed from Princess Astrid's personal protector team for planning her two hour kidnapping to prove Hiccup couldn't protect her.

So he joined training to be a knight and went to the arena to train as a squire, same with Dogsbreath and Thuggory. Fishlegs join them in training to be knights.

Spitelout train the squires to be knights, while his brother Stoick train Hiccup and Astrid in fighting with swords as a request from his son.

Stoick talked to his son about many his sayings in his time as a commander of the knights before trading in to be King Alistair's advisor on choices that reflected on the kingdom of Berk.

Hiccup and Astrid both progress more each time they sparred with each other in the arena.

King Alistair worried about his daughter being close with her personal protector unaware of them having session of holding each other at night and Hiccup heading back to his bed chamber after one o'clock in the morning so no one knew what Hiccup and Astrid did while having a mug of hot chocolate and star gazing at night.

Ingrid had a thought of what her daughter was doing behind closed doors and that was wanting to be shown loved by either kissing or holding each other in arms.

She told her daughter that she was okay with what they were doing for now until they reach their teen years.

Hiccup just agreed with treating Astrid like a Princess.

Ingrid dreaded telling Hiccup and her daughter that they are each other's soulmates with how they spend their nights together.

Hiccup currently was brushing Fury's coat with Astrid brushing Stormfly's coat.

Daniel watched them closely, still thinking Hiccup only wanted his baby sister's virtue and leave her deflower before her marriage to anyone they choose.

Astrid ask her brother "can you stop being overprotective of me with Hiccup?"

Daniel scolds "no, because I don't trust him alone with you and everytime you two go over by a balcony to drink a mug of hot chocolate and watch the stars, I feel he's just waiting to deflower you before your wedding."

Astrid scowls "will you get over it?! We don't even know what deflower or virtue even means!"

Hiccup scowls "besides if I knew what deflowering a girl was or what a girl's virtue is, I think it would fall on if the girl wants you to be close to them in that type of way."

Daniel gaped at them "you two really don't know anything about what deflowering a girl means?!"

Hiccup and Astrid shake their heads no at him.

Daniel smiles "then I guess I won't have to worry about you two being alone for a long time."

After they finished brushing their ponies coats, they decided to go down by the pond and go swimming.

Valka talked with Queen Ingrid about imagining Duke Hiccup married to Princess Astrid.

After going swimming in their clothes, they decided to lay in sunlight and sun bathed.

Unknown to them, Knight Ack, Stif, Arvid and Sven The Fat watch them.

Knight Stif ask "so leader Ack, how do you plan to kidnap the Princess and have her taken to Drago Bludvist for ransom?"

Ack sighs "I can't do anything because her personal protector is always with her twenty-four seven everyday!"

Knight Arvid ask "why not distract him from her?"

Ack scowls "how can I when they don't even separate from each other?!"

Sven The Fat smirks "why not kidnap her when she uses the bathroom?"

Ack scolds "I would if he didn't set a time for her to use the bathroom and check on her if she was going to be in there longer than set time!"

Stif gaped "looks like we have to force him to leave her side."

Arvid curious thinks about it and says "the only way would be through the King by getting him shipped back to the island of Berk."

Ack scowls "plus I also have to get rid of Stoick Haddock and his family as well. So after Drago holds Astrid Hofferson hostage to make King Alistair surrender the kingdom."

Unknown to them talking Hiccup heard them talking their whole plan and decided he had alot of security to do to protect Astrid and the Kingdom of Berk from threats.

Astrid ask "what is it?"

Hiccup smiles "do you trust me with your life?"

Astrid smiles "Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the third, I trust you with my life!"

Hiccup smiles "then I need you to come with me."

Astrid ask "what are those knights doing over there for?"

Hiccup whispers in her ear "their plotting to kidnap you and give you to Drago Bludvist to make your family surrender the kingdom to him and plotting to kill my parents and me."

Astrid gasped "what are you going to do?"

Hiccup smiles "I'm going to fight them with their own plans. I think it's time I talk to a friend of my family about making some indestructible armor that is fireproof as well."

Astrid smiles maybe we could find the answer in the library about fireproof armor?"

Daniel smiles "I have to meet father about lessons on being future King."

Hiccup and Astrid ran to the castle to the library to research info.

Hiccup looked under weapons category to find a weapons book dated back to the Viking ages. He grabbed a book on weapons after the dragon era.

Astrid found a book in romance section about showing love to the person you love and opens the cover to see a note saying "daughter, I figure you would like to show your personal protector that you love him, so do me a favor and wait until your fourteen through the rest of your life before you read this book."

Astrid sighs "okay mom, I'll wait until I'm fourteen before looking through this book" and puts it back.

Hiccup took the two books and sat at a table where Astrid joined him and ask "you found some help with our problem?"

Hiccup smiles "actually yes, I found these two books on weapons. One on Viking ages weapons and one on weapons after the dragon era."

Astrid blushes "well I found a book on showing the person that you love them, but mom said I can't look at it until after I turned fourteen."

Hiccup smiles "must be an adult book."

Astrid looks through the book of Viking age weapons while Hiccup looks through book of weapons after the dragon era.

Astrid skims through the book to find nothing useful against the type of threat their kingdom is facing.

Hiccup skimmed through the book until he came across a rare piece of armor description.

"Highly indestructible."

"Fireproof."

"Virtually an armor suit made for Gods."

"Made from Gronckle vomit of iron rocks."

Astrid looks at the description and says "we would need Gronckle dragon to make this suit!"

Hiccup gaped "all the dragons, I think have been wiped out years ago."

Astrid ask "what are dragon traders in Reaper village?"

Hiccup sighs "yeah only one problem. I can't go on a trip and leave you unprotected."

Astrid smiles seductively at him "who said you would be leaving me unprotected?"

Hiccup gaped "uh, no, Astrid. I'm not taking you on a journey to Reaper village. Your father would claim I kidnap you against your will!"

Astrid smiles "well do you plan on protecting the Kingdom and your parents?"

Hiccup thinks about it and says "maybe fake their death and hide them outside the Kingdom, maybe two or three week trip away."

Astrid smiles "I feel more safe being around you than anyone else."

Hiccup rubs her back "I'm never leaving your side unless your father and brother force me to."

Astrid gumbles "I would never forgive them, if they did that to you."

Hiccup and Astrid walk out of the library.

Astrid looks to the window and says "I'm late for dinner!"

Hiccup escorts her to the Dining Room.

When they open the door to the Dining Room, they see King Alistair and Queen Ingrid sitting around the table eating chicken legs and fish along with Daniel.

They walk to the table. Hiccup curtsey before Queen Ingrid "sorry for keeping Astrid late. We were looking at books of weapons to protect this kingdom from threats."

Ingrid smirks "I thought you would be having a makeout session with my daughter."

Alistair gaped "your kissing my daughter?!"

Hiccup panics "no, of course not, we are only five years old."

Daniel scowls "good, keep it that way!"

Hiccup bows to the Royal family and leaves to go eat dinner with his parents.

Stoick and Valka were sitting down eating dinner when Hiccup joined them.

Valka smiles "hi, son."

Stoick smiles "did you have a good day protecting, Princess Astrid?"

Hiccup smiles "it was okay, but I have a question for you, dad. How well do you know knight Stif, knight Ack, knight Arvid and knight Sven The Fat?"

Stoick curious ask "what did those four do now?"

Hiccup gets up and checks the door before saying "they were spying on me, Princess Astrid and her brother Prince Daniel."

Valka smiles "isn't that what the knights are supposed to do?"

Hiccup scowls "their not supposed to try kidnap the princess, to hand over to Drago Bludvist to make King Alistair surrender the kingdom and plan your murder!"

Valka gaped "what?"

Stoick gaped "now son, what are you talking about?"

Hiccup sits down in a chair and tells them what those four were discussing between each other.

After the story, Stoick gapped "Ack, Arvid, Stif and Sven The Fat are working for Drago Bludvist and they need Princess Astrid to get King Alistair to surrender the kingdom. But if they take Astrid hostage, they still have Prince Daniel as heir."

Hiccup eyes widened "Prince Daniel would be in danger to get rid of, but when Astrid becomes old enough for marriage, Drago will make her marry him in order to have King Alistair and Queen Ingrid surrender the kingdom to him."

Valka curious ask "son, your not going to let them get their hands on Princess Astrid are you?"

Hiccup scowls "their going to have to get through me before they touch my wife or her Kingdom!"

Stoick smiles proudly "That's my boy!"

Valka smirks "calling Astrid your wife, the Queen is going to be giggling for awhile."

Hiccup blushes red.

After dinner, Hiccup left to go spy on Ack for more plans on taking over the kingdom and plans for kidnapping the Princess.

He wrote down his plans on where they would try to kidnap Astrid or her brother.

Sven The Fat ack like nothing happened.

Hiccup heard Ack's plan to get rid of Daniel and Queen when the Royal family leave for a trip to Meatheads village by running their carriage off a cliff by a canyon ridge.

He reported it to his father in his parent's chamber then to the Royal family in private during their dinner time.

King Alistair curious ask "how accurate is your story?"

Astrid smiles "me and Hiccup been recording every conversation between Ack,Arvid, Stif and Sven The Fat!"
