2. As The Dying Bird Sings- Sonic the Hedgehog
*Sonic the Hedgehog and Miles Tails Prower
*Hurt/Comfort, Aged up Sonic and Tails.
"Failure."
Sonic turned to the dying Flicky who was slowly dying by bleading out on the ground.
"Failure." It came out again in a mockingly singing voice.
"Sonic." Tails started to pull his big brother to the Tornado.
"Failure."
"Sonic..."
Sonic shook as he stood there.
"T-Tails..."
The Flicky turned to Tails. "I still don't know why you stick around with him. He's the reason I'm dying, he's the reason why I won't get to see my friends again."
"Failure." The dying Flicky continued its singing. "Failure, failure, failure! Sonic the Hedgehog is a failure!"
And off the cliff the Flicky went and down into the water below. And Sonic fell down to his knees. Tails turned and walked over to Sonic. The 15-year-old wrapped his arms around the 22-year-old and let the adult cry on him. Crying on his baby brother's shoulder as Tails rested on his knees as well.
"The Flicky was right, I am the reason why it's dead." Sonic sniffled.
"No, no you're not." Tails moved Sonic's head from his shoulder be held by Tails. "You are a hero. And even if you did fail multiple times, I would and will you still love you big brother."
Sonic smiled and nuzzled his little brother. "I love you too."
