"I'm home," Atem announces, walking in the door and slipping off his shoes. He removes his black jacket and places his keys on the nearby table. In his hand he carries a plastic bag that contains Mana's favorite chips. She had requested he get them before he made it back in. Seeing that she isn't on the main floor, he makes his way up the stairs and to the bedroom. As he gets closer he hears Mana angrily mumbling about something, followed by a loud whacking sound.

He pauses for a moment, taken back by the noise. Then he hears it again. He begins walking quickly to the door and he swings it open, looking with bewilderment as Mana stands on top of the bed holding on to a slipper in a defensive fighting pose.

"Mana what are you—"

"Shh…" She stays perfectly still, closing her eyes to attempt to block out all noises except for the one she is looking for. This time she will not miss, she thinks to herself. She hears a buzzing sound and her eyes shoot open. She jumps off of the bed, darting at Atem's direction and he clenches his teeth, thinking she is going to hit him with the shoe. Swinging with all her might, she follows through and hits the wall directly behind him.

"Got you," she says with a grin. Atem turns around to see what she is talking about. She removes the shoe from the wall and flips it over, revealing a fly. "Pesky little thing. Thought it could come and live here for free. But it was no match for my strength and agility."

"Seriously…?" He wants to say he is surprised at her antics, but he isn't. This is her and there is never a dull moment. Even at home.

"Ooh, is that for me?" she asks, dropping her shoe and looking down at the bag of chips.

"Who else would it be for," he replies, handing it to her and she skips over to the bed.

"Hey, these chips are amazing. I wouldn't blame you if you had bought a bag for yourself. Though I'd be pretty disappointed if you'd left me hanging and not got any for me," she says, sitting down on the edge of the bed. "Seto didn't give you too much of a hard time, did he?"

"Of course he did." He walks over to the dresser to change out of his clothes.

Mana sucks her teeth and rolls her eyes. "He is something else." She watches him take off his shirt, putting on a white t-shirt and she reaches out her hand, wanting him to toss her a shirt too. He takes one out and prepares to throw it, but stops mid way.

"I've bought you at least five different pjs, including one that consists of a tshirt and shorts and yet you still insist on taking my shirts and using them instead," he points out and she laughs. He reluctantly tosses her the shirt and she smiles, quickly changing into it and grabbing a nearby pair of shorts.

"At least I use the shorts you got me!" she replies. "Besides, when I start getting bigger, I won't be able to fit the pjs you bought me anyways! This is good practice."

"Right." No sense going back and forth with her. Apparently her being able to use his shirts as part of her pajamas were apart of the vows they took when they got married. At least that's probably what she thinks.

"Oh, two things," she says, her tone turning more serious. "Ran into Arkana."

"Is that bad?" he asks, thrown off by her sudden change in mood.

"Ah, no! He's actually got a baby of his own and he's back with Catherine," she tells him.

"And the other thing?"

"While I was with Arkana, I also happened to run into Ziegfried too…"

Atem's mood soon matches hers at the sound of his name. "He was just walking out in the open?"

"I know. I was surprised to see him too considering everything he's done."

"He's got some nerve."

"Same thing I said. He's definitely up to something."

"The question is, when and where he'll strike next."

Kisara beams with happiness as she stares in the mirror at herself. She has waited so long for this day to come and it's finally here. The final month before her wedding day seemed to drag, but today is the day. Her long flowing blue wedding dress fits perfectly after many alterations to make it just right. It hugs her hips and flows out to form a long train. Téa brings over her veil, placing it on top of her head to complete the look.

"You look stunning Kisara," Téa compliments, wiping away a tear.

"Thank you Téa."

Mana walks in the room wearing her dark blue bridesmaid dress that has a slit at the leg and hugs her curves. Its straps start at her shoulders and there is a dip in the middle that exposes slight cleavage. Téa wears an identical dress as well. "The guys are here," Mana tells them. They are currently in an extra room in the banquet hall while the men got dressed at Seto's.

"Perfect," Kisara says. She walks to a nearby window and looks out. The sun is beginning to set, coloring the sky in an orange hue. Mana and Téa stand behind her, watching her take everything in. All she needed by her side was the two of them. They were like sisters to her and have always been there for her through thick and thin.

"I'll see you two at the alter," she tells them with a smile and they walk out of the room to leave her alone with her thoughts. "Nothing could ruin this day."

"She looks stunning, doesn't she?" Téa asks as she and Mana ride down the elevator to get to the main lobby.

"Yeah…" Mana says, looking down to the floor with her arms folded.

"Uh oh. I don't like that look. What's wrong?"

Mana's lifts her head. "Huh? Nothing! She's a gorgeous bride!" But deep down in the pit of her stomach, she has this nagging feeling that something is going to happen. She knows that Kaiba has stationed more security to be at their location to prevent anything from happening. But in the past, even that has proved unsuccessful. Not wanting to cause any alarm, she tries to keep a straight face as the doors to the elevators open.

All of the hundreds of guests have been seated at this point, waiting for the ceremony to begin.

"I'm going to the bathroom really quick," Téa says and Mana nods, watching her run to the nearest ladies' restroom. Her eyes then land on her reflection in a large mirror that leans up against the wall. She places her hands on her stomach, attempting to suck in the little bloating that she has. Then she turns around to view her rear and her hips. If anything's growing, it's definitely that.

She sighs, sliding her hands up from her butt to her waist. Thankfully her dress was still able to fit without much alterations, though it is fitting a little more snug than she remembers. Her body is changing slowly but surely.

"Beautiful," a voice from beside her compliments and she looks to see Atem approaching her wearing a navy blue tuxedo with shiny black dress shoes. This is the first time seeing her today since the girls decided to have a sleepover the night before.

"And you're looking handsome," she replies and he smirks. She looks back at the mirror, observing her form and Atem stands next to her.

"You really think it looks okay? It's not too tight?"

"It's perfect," he assures her, now standing behind her to wrap his arms around her waist. He can tell she is a little on edge, but has a feeling it has nothing to do with how her clothes are fitting. "Talk to me."

"I think you know what's going through my mind," she replies, staring at their reflection.

"Yes. But we must be calm. We don't want to alarm anyone and ruin Kisara and Seto's big day."

"You do realize that if something does happen, then I am of no use to anyone."

"Let's try and stay positive."

As the music plays, the guests stand up, awaiting the appearance of the bride. On the right of the alter stands Mana and Téa holding their bouquet of flowers while Seto's little brother Mokuba, Atem and Yugi stand on the left side behind Seto who wears a matching tuxedo. He watches as the large double doors open and his eyes slowly widen when Kisara appears. Her long train trails behind her as she slowly makes her way up to the alter.

It is rare that anything makes his heart race, but in this moment, his heart is beating so quickly it feels like his whole chest is about to explode. He reaches out his hand to help her up the stairs and he gives a warm smile and she returns one of her own. Mana reaches behind her to hand Téa a tissue. "Keep it together Téa," she whispers with a smirk.

Though an elaborate ceremony, it cuts straight to the chase in true Kaiba fashion and soon they are saying their vows and I do's. Atem's eyes scroll up toward the windows that are on all four sides in the ceiling. So far so good. Maybe things will go smoothly after all.

Applause and cheers ring out when Kisara and Seto finally lock lips, and they walk down the long aisle as husband and wife at last.

The reception space is dark and illuminated with blue colored lights. Their cursive names shine on a blue curtain as well as a wooden dance floor in the middle of the room surrounded by tables and chairs. Mana's eyes go big when a large plate of food is set in front of her and immediately starts to gobble it down.

"Honestly Mana, show some manners," Téa whispers loudly to her friend.

Mana's head quickly whips up and she looks over to Téa with her cheeks stuffed with food. "Hm?!"

Téa slaps her forehead and Yugi chuckles. "Don't come between a pregnant woman and her food, Téa," he says to which Mana nods vigorously in agreement.

Atem closes his eyes, taking a bite out of his food and his eyes burst open after tasting the succulent steak. It is cooked to perfection. "This steak is heavenly," he comments. He indulges in his food more eagerly while Téa and Yugi look on.

"Yup. They were definitely made for each other," Téa says, smiling.

After the first dance, cutting of the cake and trendy music selections from the DJ that gets the whole room dancing, the night begins to wind down. Kisara dances with Seto with her arms wrapped him and her head rested on his chest. This night couldn't be any more perfect. She feels his arms tighten around her waist and he leans down to capture her lips. For once he didn't seem stressed and instead, he is in the moment, enjoying their special day. He is happy that he is now able to call her his best friend and his wife.

"I love you," he says to her and she smiles.

"I love you too, Seto." And they share another passionate kiss.

Mana smirks as she watches the two newlyweds interact with each other. "I didn't have to tap on the glass this time around," she says, sitting on Atem's lap. He has one arm wrapped around her waist and his head leaning on her shoulder with his eyes closed. "They're so cute together."

"Mmm," Atem hums in agreement.

"You tired?" she asks before grinning. "Or too much to drink?" She wouldn't be surprised if it were the latter. Between the two of them, he has always been the lightweight, though he tries to play it off by saying he's sleepy. He only moans softly in response to her question and she giggles. It's nice to see him let loose a little and enjoy himself. These last few months have been stressful in so many ways.

After saying their goodbyes, Atem and Mana begin to walk down the hallway that will lead them to the exit. Mana hisses a little, kicking off her heels and opting to walk barefoot instead. She yelps when Atem lifts her up, carrying her bridal style. He notices the unsure look on her face. "Stop. I'm strong enough to carry you even if I've had a few drinks," he assures her. "I'm not that far gone."

Mana giggles. "Okay, okay. Don't get so defensive." She lets out a sigh. "I'm so tired. But I'm glad things went smoothly. It looks like we didn't have anything to worry about after all."

They finally make it outside and start walking down the sidewalk. Across the street is KaibaLand that lies in darkness after being closed for the day. Mana looks over, seeing the outlines of the various attractions. Then her eyes go down to the entrance and she gasps lightly. The steel gate is bent and looks like it has been rammed into by something huge, possibly a car.

Atem follows her gaze. "That's not good," he says, putting Mana down.

"Looks like I spoke too soon."

They stand just inside the destroyed entrance of the park, observing the damage that has taken place. Tables have been toppled over, the cover that is over the carousel has holes in it and several concession stands have been knocked over as well.

"Not cool," Mana says. They hear the sound of a horse neighing and look further down inside the park where a bright light is showing. On a white horse sits a blue haired woman wearing armor and wielding a sword.

"That's the same monster from our face-off in the Kaiba Dome," Atem notes, narrowing his eyes. Could this duel monster belong to Ziegfried? She was present the same day the bomb was planted and now she's here. The warrior lifts up her sword, letting out a battle cry, and suddenly more warriors appear beside her, all riding on a white horse and sporting different colored hairstyles.

"It's got friends apparently," Mana says as Atem stands protectively in front of her.

"So do I," Atem replies, pulling out two cards and raising them into the air. In a flash of light, the Dark Magician appears, holding its wand defensively. The next monster that appears takes Mana completely off guard and her jaw drops. She wears almost identical clothing to the Dark Magician Girl, but her clothing is teal and gold and she wields a bigger wand and long, brown spiky hair.

"Since when could you summon Magician's Valkyria?!" Mana asks, her eyes lighting up with fascination. "Teach me your ways."

"Now's not the time Mana," Atem reminds her, glaring at his opponent. "ATTACK!" The Dark Magician and Magician's Valkyria fly side by side, charging at the three warriors and a battle ensues. Initially, the magicians are able to engage all three foes, taking the upper hand. But one of the Valkyries that gets knocked out of the dueling circle suddenly sets its sights on Atem and Mana.

A brown haired warrior by Valkyrie Dritte comes flying at them, raising her sword to their surprise. Atem and Mana simultaneously dodge in opposite directions, but when Atem turns around, her aim is now on Mana, once again raising her sword.

"Why do they always have to come after me?!" she whines, jumping back in time to avoid getting sliced. But the maiden shows no signs of giving up its pursuit.

"Mana!" He begins to run to her rescue, but a jolt shoots through his body that brings him to one knee as Dark Magician sustains some damage from the other two maidens. He grunts and looks over to the battle that is still taking place between his two magicians and the two maidens. They seem to be evenly matched, with each side being able to land a blow on each other occasionally.

Mana picks up a plank of wood from one of the destroyed displays and wacks the maiden so that she falls off her horse. "Direct hit!" she exclaims, clenching her fists with a smirk. But that soon fades when Valkyrie Dritte stands to her feet, seemingly unfazed and rushes toward her. "Crap!" She picks up the bottom of her dress and makes a run for it while Atem recovers from his previous hit.

Clenching his chest, Atem finally stumbles to his feet. He has to get to Mana. She is defenseless in her current state and he isn't sure if she can continue to outrun the maiden. Dark Magician waves his wand before pointing it at Valkyrie Brunhilde, blasting it into the nearby ferris wheel and Magician's Valkyria does the same with Valkyrie Erste.

"Don't hold back!" Atem exclaims while he begins to run in the direction Mana went.

Mana leaps behind a large metal pole with her back pressed against it, panting heavily. She has never felt so out of shape in her life and isn't sure how much longer she can keep this up. She gasps, crouching down when she feels a gust of wind from Dritte slashing straight through the pole and it collapses to the side.

"She can cut through metal?!" Mana yells in shock. She makes another run for it until she reaches a gate. Climbing it is a struggle in her dress and when she finally manages to leap over it, part of her dress gets caught and the fabric hangs off the sharp edges of the gate. Standing directly underneath the White Lightning rollercoaster, she watches as her foe approaches with its sword drawn.

The warrior begins to swipe at Mana as she dodges and in the process, it cuts through different portions of the tracks. She hates this feeling of helplessness. If only she could summon her Dark Magician Girl to get her out of this tough spot and to help Atem with the other two maidens. She dives out the way, the blade narrowly missing her face and cutting into another portion of the track instead. The more she cuts through, the more the rollercoaster makes an odd creaking noise.

Mana looks up in horror. "This whole thing is about to collapse," she comments to herself before holding her hand out. "Stop! Don't you realize what you're doing?!"

But it's no use. The warrior continues to swipe away, tying to get at its intended target.

Atem runs up to the gate, seeing Mana on the other side and hearing the awful noise coming from White Lightning. "No…" He looks over to the two other Valkyries going against the magicians. They are finally overpowered until they are forced to retreat.

Valkyrie Dritte slices through one of the supports, causing the whole ride to shift. Seeing her comrades retreat, she grins before disappearing in a ball of light, leaving Mana underneath the coaster that is about to collapse. She looks up as a few large, iron beams start to fall and she gasps. "ATEM!"

"MAHAD!" Atem calls out desperately to his magician who swoops in just as the whole rollercoaster collapses. Atem looks up, seeing Mahad carrying Mana and he sighs with relief.

"Are you alright?" Mahad asks, placing her on the ground beside Atem.

"I'm fine," she assures them. "Thanks Mahad." He nods and disappears within his card, while Magician's Valkyria does the same. They look around to see all of the damage that has been caused in the park, the biggest casualty being the White Lightning Ride which is the park's main attraction.

"Those were Ziegfried's monsters," Atem says with confidence. "I'm sure of it now."

"What a mess…Kaiba is going to flip when he finds out."
