Disclaimer: I don't own Highschool Dxd, Elsword, and I Alone level up. I have just borrowed the ideas of each of them to put together this story. In addition to these three, there will be mentions of other anime, manga and games concepts
Also, this is my first time writing so have some mercy, I'll explain more at the end. Hope you enjoy.

It's been three years since I've started training and although I've gotten a lot stronger, at the pace I'm going it'll be a miracle if I can even land a scratch on my opponents.
Nevertheless, these three years haven't been completely useless as I've acquired a few skills.
-Blade Arts Lv.4: Because of the host's continuous usage of Blades, the host has grown more proficient in there usage. When using a blade deal 13% additional damage.
-Ki Manipulation Lv.1: The host has learned to slightly manipulate Ki, due to rigorous training and meditation, Enhancing the body's physical abilities.
-Longevity : All diseases, poisons, and status effects are healed, and sleeping will explosively increase regeneration ability.
-Sprint Lv.7: Movement speed will increase by 17%. ==1 mana will be consumed every minute.
Out of them, Ki Manipulation is the most important, although it is low leveled right now, the enhancements it gives me are quite good. And, I'm sure it'll allow me to use Touki at the latter levels. The other being Blade Arts. Since it's what I'm going to specialize in. As for Longevity, it's a bonus skill I got after completing the -[Obligatory Quest: Path of the Blade].
That's right, after three long years I finally completed that damn quest, 3 days ago after I fought the old man in charge of the Murayama Dojo and got a draw. Although I still couldn't get revenge for the ass-kicking he gave me during these three years. But, I was so happy to finally get finish it, that I didn't care. The reason for my Happiness:
[Dungeon System is now unlocked.]
Seeing this makes all the suf- I mean effort worth it. Although at the moment I only have two dungeons unlocked.
[Dungeons]
E-Rank:
[Starter Forest - Recommended Lv.1]
[Zombie Castle - Recommended Lv.5]
The reason I haven't already entered a dungeon is that I don't know how long it would take for me to complete the dungeon and I'm pretty sure It would take at least a few hours. Since today is Saturday, I have the whole afternoon to complete it.
While I was thinking about my future dungeon experience, I heard someone running towards me. I look to see my brother coming near me and stopping.
He was bent over and panting, while his face was soaked with sweat.
"You're a monster, you know that. How can you do all of those exercises and still look like that." Issei asks me while whipping his face.
"Thank you, dear brother. Your compliments appreciated."
Issei snorted, "It wasn't a compliment."
If you're wondering why Issei is training with me, I convinced him that building up his stamina and body would help him snag a girl and in the *cough* bedroom arts *cough*. I guess there are benefits to being a top tier pervert.
Although, I never did find out how he became a pervert, what I do know is that Papa and Mama Hyoudou are perverts, so I guess they passed down their pervertedness to him. Though unlike the anime, Issei isn't lust incarnated, I think it's because of my influence. My perverted brother, aside I should get ready.
"Hey, Issei! Can you tell Kaori that won't be going to the dojo today."
Issei looked at me like I had grown a second head "Are you okay, bro? Are you sick or something?"
"No... Why'd you ask?" I asked confused by his unexpected question.
"Well, you never skip going to the dojo. You practically live there."
"Hey, that's not tr-" I started saying before he cut me off.
"Yeah, yeah sure I'll tell her. So what are you doing that it's important enough to miss practice."
"It's a secret," I tell him with a bright smile on my face.
"Tsk" his face scrunches up with annoyance.
"I'll see you later, then, bro," I tell him as I start leaving.
"Kay, I'm going to go do some 'research' then," he says as a goofy smile fills his face.
...
I was currently standing inside a forest, looking at a blue wall blocking the entrance to the dungeon, which I had come in from.
I touched the door when suddenly a system message popped up.
[You can not exit the dungeon. Please defeat the Boss to exit the dungeon.]
Well, looks like I'm stuck here till I beat the boss. I looked at the 'Steel Blade' I had been given when I entered the dungeon along with the quest.
[Steel Blade]
Attack+10
-[Quest: Starter Dungeon]
The host has entered a dungeon for the first time. Therefore the system has prepared a course of action for the host to follow.
Objectives:
-Kill all monsters
Rabbits (0/100) Boars (0/100) Bears (0/100)
-Kill Boss (0/1)
Bonus Objectives:
-Find the hidden treasure chest.
*Completing the quest will unlock the 'Shop' function.*
Well, this shouldn't be too hard. I just have to kill a bunch of animals and considering this is the 'Starter Forest' they shouldn't be too strong. Also, I can't wait to unlock the 'Shop', wonder what kind of good there'll be.
Oh, I see, it seems I spoke too soon. So this is what it was planning to do. In front of me was one of the most adorable creatures in the world. A fluffy, white rabbit. I see, by forcing me to kill an innocent creature like this, the system is forcing me to adapt. Since if I can kill something like this, I wouldn't hesitate when it comes to other monsters.
Well, let get this over with. I swung the blade towards it. Slicing open the rabbit's back. It let out a pained cry as it struggled to hold on to its life. Without hesitation, I stabbed the blade through its head, killing it. You should know this by now system, I won't hesitate when it comes to increasing my strength. So this isn't needed.
I looked at the other rabbits which began cowering after seeing the death of their comrade. Gripping the hilt of the blade, I ran towards them... shortly after a slaughter began.

[Level Up]
My level rose? Although I anticipated this, I still can't believe this is happening. After all these years, I've finally gained a level. I can finally level up. I can finally become stronger.
"Haha... haha... HAHA," I couldn't help laughing, this feeling was too great.
After my little episode of insanity from happiness overflow, I checked my status.

It seems I gain 5 points per level up and considering that I had to kill 100 rabbits to raise 1 level, it's safe to assume that there is a high exp requirement for leveling up. Though it might be because the rabbits are just weak.
Nevertheless, I should spend these carefully. For now, I'll spend them on my physical stats, and invest in the magic department after I get some sort of spell, maybe there'll be something in the shop.
Let's see, Since my agility is already high, I'll put 3 points on strength and other 2 on stamina.

Hm, I don't feel very different. Although my Hp increase by 20, so I guess for every point I put into stamina my Hp increases by 10 that's good to know. Guess, I'll go to the next area then.
Oh, wait. I forgot to check whether these guys dropped any items.
When I touched the corpse of a rabbit, a new message popped up.
[You have found the item: Rabbit meat. Take it?]
Yes, I'll take it. Good thing I remembered to take a look.
[Item: Rabbit meat]
Rarity: Common
Type: Consumable
The meat of a rabbit. It can be stored in the inventory or sold at the store.
Hm... I feel like I'm missing something.
"..."
Wait a minute, Since when do I have an inventory!
As soon as I thought about it, a small screen appeared showing small boxes, one of which was currently occupied by a piece of meat. So, all this time I've had an inventory. I feel like an idiot right now. I had focused only on increasing my power that I forgot the basic functions of a system.
Well, no use crying over spilled milk. I'll just start using it right now.
After looting all the rabbit meat and fur, I started heading towards the next area. A 5-minute walk later, I came across a field of boars.
I could feel a bright smile blooming on my face at the sight.
I rushed towards the swarm with my blade at hand as I spoke.
"Time for another slaughter-fest."
And pounced on them without mercy.
...
[Level up!]
[Level up!]
After killing all the boars, I level up twice. Guess, I was wrong. The rabbits were just too weak to give enough exp. Since I'm planning to be speed-oriented, I'll put 5 points to agility, 3 to strength, and the last 2 to stamina.
Now, then let's see what these boars dropped.
[Item: Boar Tusk]
Rarity: Common
Type: Miscellaneous
A small tusk of a boar. It can be stored in the inventory or sold at the Store.
Not, bad I guess. I'll at least have some extra cash when I unlock the store. Now, then on to the next area.
...
I was currently, standing amidst a pile of corpses. Needless to say, these were the bears that I had to kill before taking on the boss. Though what I found interesting was that unlike my previous enemies the rabbits and boars who were minding their own business before I attacked. The bears started attacking as soon I stepped onto their territory. The bears also dropped Bear meat and Bear paws, which were also consumable items, no different than the rabbit meat.
I looked at the ominous-looking clearing in front of me, which obviously would lead me to the boss. But before that, don't think I can't see you, hidden treasure chest. I'm coming for you. Keke.
The treasure chest was hidden amongst the vine, on the other side of the field. I went towards it while anticipating what I would get.
[You have found Bronze Treasure Chest. Would you like to open it?]
Yes!
I looked inside to find... the heck is that supposed to be? I found some kind of red orb.
[Item: ?]
Rarity: ?
Type: Miscellaneous
An orb the host has found. It seems to contain some kind of power.
What should I do with this? I don't think I'm supposed to eat it... I guess I'll just leave it in the inventory for now.
*Ding*
[Bonus Objective]
Find the hidden treasure chest ( Complete)
Now that, that's out of the way. I looked at the path leading to the boss. I gripped the blade tightly as I walked forward.
"I'm coming for you, hope you're ready to die."

And, that a wrap.
What I want to do first is apologize for the previous chapter. It had a formatting problem rendering it unreadable.
Secondly, the reason I left the cliff hanger cause I'm still planning the fight scene. So you can expect a decent fight in the next episode.
Anyways what I was gonna say is that since I'm free I'll try to post chapters daily.
I also appreciate your reviews and suggestions to improve.
Thank you and hope you enjoyed the chapter.
