Aqua looked at Kazuma who was seating in front of her, the goddess had barged into Kazumas room and pulled him out of bed when Eris had warned her about what was going on.
"Kazuma the gods like to play games, you know when heroes are born because some god got some random women pregnant"
"Yeah, those kinds of games, so Kazuma you're a dad," Aqua said to Kazuma, in a voice that completely contradicted the carefree girl he had come to know.
Kazuma was about to say something when Aqua stopped him.
"Look right now you have four goddesses and something else on your side, while the enemy has a lot more gods on their side, but they can't get involved" Aqua explained to Kazuma
"So what are we fighting for?" Kazuma asked Aqua who took out a sheet of paper.
"It looks like your prize will be your son or daughter...if you win you get to keep him or her, but if you lose that girl keeps him or her" Aqua read the sheet of paper
"Isn't that wrong?" Kazuma asked Aqua, who just gave him a look that said that the question he had just asked was a stupid one
"Remember the Greek God Zeus, that should answer your question. You're playing on a gods field, they have control and you're nothing more than another game pice" Aqua answered Kazuma
"...You're surprisingly calm about all of this" Kazuma said to Aqua
"It's a game between heroes, nither side is the good one and neither side is the bad one..."
"No that's not right Kazuma for the people on the other side you're the bad one and you should think about them the same way, don't I dont know if we can you bring you back if you die in this game," Aqua said to Kazuma before she took out a gold cup

"This thing in their world is supposed to have a lot of power, here it's just a gold cup, they have their way of doing things we have ours" Aqua explained to Kazuma as she tried to give him some form of comfort
'So who are we fighting and how many?" Kazuma asked Aqua, his voice had lost all of its normal carefree tone, as he finally understood that there was no room for games anymore
"That's the good news, it's just four, you- the girl you were with and three others for them and three others for us" Aqua answered Kazuma
"The games begin when our worlds connect once again" Aqua said to Kazuma
