Well... crap... I really thought I'd already posted this chapter on ff . net as well. Oops! (O_O)
It's short, but while I still have my notes for this fic, I've lost interest in BNHA. So it's hit the back burner indefinitely.
Enjoy, cause I don't know when you'll get the next chapter :)
Chapter 6: Unwilling Attachments.
MY H3Ro AcadAM3E
-All Might is sick- Skinny Might.
-Brocolli next Might.
-BOOM BOOM almost die but Brocolli save him.
-HERO SKOOL
-BOOM BOOM STOLEN
-RED SHARK SAVE BOOM BOOM
"This is just sad….." He mumbled under his breath with complete disappointment.
He'd never thought his memory to be horrible. In fact, in his before-life it was him who always remembered what groceries needed to be bought and what chores needed to be done. Which is why it's completely unfair that this is all he could recall of the stupid world he'd been born into.
"Hn…..?" Daichi questioned with an arched brow as he stole a peek at the notebook.
"A story Papa. I'm working on a story!" he grumbled but the glare on his face showed just how annoyed he was with himself.
Daichi didn't bother to hide the snickering smile on his lips at what he read. Natsu had always been a strange child with a wild imagination, but it always served for a good laugh. Daichi was proud of his kid, despite the weirdness, but both he and Masaki worried about Natsu's tendency to isolate himself. Natsu was no introvert, but they worried his lack of effort to create bonds beyond his parents would stunt him when they finally put him into school.
"You need to get ready. Mama needs to leave soon," Daichi reminded.
Shit!
He scrambled to pack away his brushes and papers, not really caring about the new ink stains he caused as he did. He racked his brain to try and remember whose house they were going to this week.
After the events at the park, which he still denies to be entirely his fault, their mothers had determined the best punishment would be continued exposure to each other until they learned to get along. Natsu called straight up bullshit on that one. He was pretty certain that it was just an excuse for the mothers to meet up more often.
It's been a month now, and still their mothers were the only ones bonding closer.
"If I didn't love my mama, you bet I would stay home," He grumbled as he changed out of his usual overalls into a blue skirt and flower top.
"Natsu- Oh! Natsumi-chan are you ready?" Masaki chirped as she peered into his room.
"Mmhm, just grabbing my bag, Mama!" He quickly assured before rushing over.
Again, he found himself speechless at how beautiful his mother was. The shine of her hair, and the bright smile on her lips awed him in a way he couldn't properly describe. Masaki blinked and tilted her head in confusion at seeing him stare.
"Natsumi-chan?"
He shook himself out of his daze and tackled her in a hug.
"MAMA IS BEAUTIFUL!" He cheered enjoying the red flush that appeared on his mother's cheeks.
So he was a kiss ass and a Mama's boy, fuck off.
She's the only Mother he's ever known, and he's lived TWO fucking lives.
He's allowed to be proud of them.
When Daichi joined their impromptu hug, he tried to shove the troll loving old man away.
"Hn…"
"UGH! NO Papa! I'm hugging MAMA!"
"Brat!"
"Natsumi-chan! Daichi! Not now or we'll be late to the Bakugou's!" Masaki sighed.
Masaki usually found her husband and daughter's interactions funny, but since she'd signed on to work with the Bakugou's she really wanted to keep up her good impression. Daichi and Natsumi wore identical scowls but for different reasons.
"Hn…" Daichi huffed, annoyed his fun was ruined.
"Hn!" Natsumi sneered.
Crap, if they're going to the Bakugou's this week that only means its Demon day.
Natusmi cleared her throat and started to have a coughing fit. Both Daichi and Masaki reacted to the act, worriedly looking the child over. Natsumi stared up at her parents and let her eyes dart wildly about as if in a daze.
"Pa- *cough cough* Papa…. I-I don't f-feel so good…"
Masaki was quick to check her daughter over, feeling her forehead and asking questions. Daichi on the other hand just stared at his daughter with an unwavering intensity that would unnerve many. Just as Masaki was starting to suggest Natsumi stay home, just in case, Daichi had enough.
"Gah!"
"DAICHI!"
O_o-BNHA-o_O
Fucking old man!
No matter how hard he struggled, Natsu couldn't free himself from his father's hold. The embarrassment of his position caused his cheeks to turn an unflattering red. The looks they garnered from everyone they passed simply made things worse. By the time they reached the Bakugou's home, Masaki had long stopped pushing for Daichi to let him go.
"PAPA! Please! NO! PAPA! PAPA! PAH-GAHK!"
*DING DONG*
Natsu turned limp as his fate was sealed.
"Papa…. You're too cruel…." He whimpered
"Hn…."
Masaki only sighed at her husband and daughter's silly ways.
When Mitsuki Bakugou opens the door, she trails off with her greeting at the sight before her. Masaki sweat drops as she greets the blonde, but Daichi only holds out a burrito looking bundle with a smirk.
"Eh? What's wrong with Natsumi-chan?" Mistuki inquired as she peered at the burrito bundle.
"Ano- ah…. Natsumi-chan seemed to feel unwell just before we left, so Daichi-"
"OH! You're kid getting sick too?" Mitsuki marvelled.
"EH! Katsuki-chan is sick too! Oh, perhaps there is a bug going around. Neh, Mitsuki, maybe we should skip this week's meet up?" Masaki fretted.
Natsu felt the blossoming of hope, and tried to hide his praying from his father's careful eye. Yes! If the demon brat is sick there's no way-
"Huh? No way! If both Natsumi-chan and my brat are sick, it gives us more reason to meet! This way the kids will have company, and we can help each other out in looking after them. Besides, didn't you say Daichi had some big order he needed to fill this week?"
"Well, yes but-"
"Hn, then it's settled."
"Huh? Daichi?"
Daichi handed him over, as if he was passing over a new-born baby, and Mitsuki happily cradled him. He couldn't help the squirming unease he felt as the two parents started smiling widely at his mother with persuasive charm.
"Masaki, I really do have to finish this order!"
It was a lie! He knew exactly what the two evil satanic-
"Well…. If you're sure…." Masaki sighed with an optimistic smile.
Natsu couldn't stop himself from giving a sniffling whine at his angelic mom's innocence. He glared at his father and Mrs Bakugou with all his fury, cursing the two demonic monsters.
"Be good." Daichi grinned before making his way back home.
For that smug taunt in his tone, Natsu refused to say goodbye no matter how much his mother encouraged him too.

Izuku was so excited he could barely keep still for more than three seconds.
"Calm down Izuku!" his mother couldn't help but giggle.
The green haired child couldn't help it. For a month now, Izuku had a playdate scheduled each week with his two best friends in the world! They did all kinds of things together! Last Week Natsumi-chan taught them a new game called 'Ditch the snitch'. He found it a lot more fun than her game 'funeral'. Although, that was probably because when they played it was always Kaachan playing as the snitch.
Natsumi-chan was also incredibly brave.
It didn't matter how scary or loud and angry Kaachan got, she always fought back.
Izuku thought she was just as brave as All Might.
Kaachan also wanted to play more with Izuku now that Natusmi-chan was with them. At first, Izuku wasn't sure how to react to that. Kaachan had always said he didn't like to play with babies and that Izuku was the biggest cry baby in the world. Now, Kaachan is always fighting with Natsumi-chan to play with him and Izuku couldn't believe his luck.
Neither Kaachan nor he have met up with their other kindergarten friends since meeting Natsumi. For whatever reason, Mr and Mrs Kurosaki don't really let Natsumi hang with other kids. Of course, when he asked his mama why, she said it's because the Kurosaki family were rather private.
It only confirmed that Natusmi had no friends, which meant he and Kaachan had to be the bestest friends she'd ever have.
"Ah! Izuku-chan is here!" Mitsuki announced but there was no need as Izuku had already ran pass her to look for his friends.
Izuku could only stand still in confused shock when he found them.
"What happened!?" He cried with worry.
"Oh, Izuku-chan! Natsumi-chan and Katsuki weren't feeling too well today but Mr Kurosaki was too busy too mind Natsumi-chan. So we've decided to take care of them here together!" Masaki explained.
Masaki watched the green haired child's devastated reaction and her heart melted into goo. The sweet child was simply too cute and she was glad her precious Natsumi had befriended such a boy.
Izuku began to mumble, stressing over his sick friends; worrying on whether they'll get better. He only calmed when he felt his mother's soothing caress through his wild green curls.
"Neh, Izuku, why don't you help look after your friends. They're going to need to stay warm and hydrated until they get better."
Izuku gave his most determined nod and hurried to the Bakagou's kitchen to fill some glasses with water. Mitsuki laughed, Inko giggled and Masaki smiled with bright eyes as they watched the green child fuss and cater to the bundled two.
O_o-BNHA-o_O
Natsu twisted and wiggled, desperately attempting to gain a space away from the demon child beside him. The blond brat was spitefully calling him names and trying to chomp at his blanket with angry red eyes.
"STOP ROLLING AND COME HERE SO I CAN-"
"LIKE I'M STUPID YOU-"
They spat and hissed insults at each other, rolling and chasing after one another with hateful glares. The two burrito wrapped children only fell silent when their third playmate appeared. Izuku carefully balanced the water in his bowl and concentrated on walking. When he settled it down successfully he gave a cheer and looked to his two friends. Natsu was glaring and look to the left while Bakugou did the same towards the right.
"Kaachan, Hime-chan, Mama said to help cool down the fever with the cloth!"
"DAMNIT DEKU I'M NOT FREAKING SICK!" Bakugou screamed.
Izuku flinched back due to the loud volume and felt his eyes grow teary. At seeing his teary eyes, Natsu gave a mighty roll and fell on top of the loudmouth blond.
"STOP MAKING HIM CRY YOU UGLY PORCUPINE!"
"WHO YOU CALLING UGLY YOU-"
"GAH! Kaachan, Hime-chan DON'T FIGHT!"
*Splash*
"GAH! THE WATER!"
In another room, the three mother's sipped at their teas and shared a smile.
"It's so nice to hear Izuku having fun with his new friends," Inko sighed.
Mitsuki snorted as she sketched out another possible design.
"You know their bound to be the best of friends when one kid is crying."
Masaki sweat dropped and worried about the children when another crashing sound could be heard.
"I'm not sure that's true, Mitsuki."
Mitsuki let out a laugh and took another drink.
"Relax Masaki. Regardless it's bound to help develop something between the three."
And so another playdate was deemed successful by the three mothers, and they arranged to meet again.
O_o-BNHA-o_O
The following week found him agonising over his short list of recalled plot events. No matter how fucking hard he tried, he couldn't recall anything else. Maybe he needed to try a different tactic? Instead of remembering the plot and backstories, why doesn't he just list the characters?
Natsu took a deep breath and started a new list.
My H3Ro AcaD3m33 KaRaT3RS:
1) Brocolli: HERO
2) Boom-Boom: Meanie BFF
3) Red-Shark: Meanie BFF's BFF.
4) Sparky: Very yellow.
5) Prince Zuko: Sad Boy with Bad Daddy.
6) Joe Kido: Super Goody Good.
7) Bubblegum: Alien princess.
8) Astro-Girl: Can bounce like Moon.
9) Scarecrow Sensei: Big Sleepy head.
There were so many more characters he could remember, but he couldn't remember their names or why they mattered. It was more than a little frustrating. He must have been making a face as Daichi peered over at his list and gave a huff of interest.
"Story again, Natsu-chan?"
"Hn.." he grunted.
Pushing away from the table, he flopped backwards and stared the ceiling with a scowl.
What was he going to do?
It's not like he HAD to get involved. No one said he had to be a hero and save the day. He wasn't obligated to do it. Besides, hadn't he already died once before? Why should he risk dying again? Natsu loved the way his life was at the moment.
He'd only really interacted with Izuku and Katsuki, but that shouldn't matter much. They only meet once a week, and their parents are friends. It'll be easy for the two children to forget about him as they get older. When Izuku is revealed to be quirkless, they'll completely forget about him.
Yeah, maybe he should just do nothing and live as he likes.
But of course…. He really should have known better.
