A/N: This is for my first HP/ME X-Over (Working Title: Potter Effect) which features a Harry clone with the originals memories in the Mass Effect future. I'll post another dossier for Harry for my other HP/ME X-over which has yet to be assigned a working title.

In a time when heroes were both vilified and romanticized, Harry Potter is someone who was both hero and villain. He won the highest award in his society at age 17- the second youngest in their history to do so. Potter has a strong moral code and will always strive to do what he thinks is right, consequences be damned. Subject has had past dealings with Cerberus, both good and bad. Has also worked with non-humans in the past, despite being stuck Earthside during the late 20th/early 21st Centuries. Despite moral code, will suspend morals for greater good if necessary. Will strive to win at any cost.
Body was remarkably preserved. Unique abilities should prove to be a boon against the Collector Threat. Only Earth has a history of producing such beings before they went extinct nearly a century ago. They are theorized to have existed due to lack of Element Zero Earthside. Whether this is true or not will have to be tested in potential subsequent generations.
