A/N: Just to give you guys an insight as to how much I put into my fics- my lack of posting to my current stories isn't just me procrastinating or real life being hectic- here is the timeline for my OTHER Harry Potter/Mass Effect X-Over fic called Magic Effect (Working Title). Where Potter Effect (Working Title) detailed a Harry Potter clone helping Commander Juliet Shepard through the events of Mass Effect 2 & 3, along with Harry fighting alongside Aria when Cerberus invades Omega, Magic Effect (Working Title) is about an unaging, immortal Harry Potter as he makes his way through Mass Effect society as friends constantly age and die around him, while he himself remains unchanged. How and when he joins Alexander Shepard on his mission to stop the Reapers from wiping out all advanced civilizations is still undecided as of yet.

This timeline is a mix-up of the Mass Effect, Harry Potter and real world timelines.

Was it necessary to write such an elaborate timeline? No, not really. I had originally started out the timeline in the late 20th Century, going from Harry's birth year on, but I quickly became curious to see how and when various events played out alongside each other. Needless to say, it's actually pretty interesting to see the timelines merged together. It's one thing to know that the other species in Mass Effect were travelling the stars while humanity was still finding it's way through the Medieval Era, it's another to actually see it.

Pairings for Harry are, for the most part, undecided- though definitely no Harry/Shepard this time around as I don't write slash fics. Harry/Ashley Williams is also unlikely for reasons established in the timeline. That being said, Harry was almost 200 years old before most of the series' main characters were even born, so while possible, it is highly unlikely that Harry's eventual pairing will be human.

Differences in opinions about the Blue Suns hiring batarians between Massani and Santiago result in Santiago betraying Massani and wiping Massani's involvement within the Blue Suns from all records.
