A/N
Hey everyone before you start reading this chapter you should know that this chapter will cover a whole week's worth of Delena/Daroline and Stef/Care/Damon working on the farm and trying to find ways to pay back the loan. This is the longest chapter I've written for this story by far without counting the A/N's its a little over 11k. There is smut but its super vanilla I don't actually get explicit as I already said I wouldn't.
Anways Enjoy.
Week 2 Day 2
Stefan walked in a squirming Bonnie in his arms. She was a great kid except when she kept waking up at four in the morning needing to be changed.
"Care I brought the child back."
He heard footsteps coming down the stairs as he corrected his hold on the baby. He looked up when he saw his brother with wet hair and a big smile on his face.
"Hey." He greeted taking his baby and bouncing her in his arms. Damon smiled as he heard her squealing and kissed her cheek.
"Thanks for taking her yesterday."
Stefan smiled back, "I'm guessing everything went well?"
"More than well." He said smiling as he heard his wife coming down the stairs.
"Hey, baby." Caroline says reaching for Bonnie, "We missed you. How was she?" Caroline asks hugging her baby and tickling her belly.
"She was a bit of a ni- angel!" Stefan said as he caught the glare the blonde was sending him.
"Awe I know. You are so sweet aren't you Bon."
"Yeah, yeah your spawn is adorable now where's breakfast."
"Stefan!"
"What I'm starving. You two never went to pick her up and it's already noon. I tried feeding her some mashed peas, but she just spits it up onto my face."
"She likes carrots," Caroline tells him as if it's the most obvious thing.
Damon nods, "Don't forget apple sauce oh and bananas."
"Let's go watch daddy make us breakfast!" Caroline tells the baby shaking her head at Stefan and heading to the kitchen to get the baby a banana.
Stefan and Damon followed her Damon heading straight for the pantry to get the ingredients to make chocolate chip pancakes, as well as some oats to make oatmeal.
"Damon's making breakfast?"
Caroline nodded smiling as she gave Bonnie a small piece of banana. "Yeah."
"Last night must have gone better than planned. I'll take credit for giving you the idea. You're welcome."
Caroline rolled her eyes smiling as Bonnie was sticking out her tongue trying to get the piece of banana that didn't make it inside her mouth.
"The plan was dumb. Surprises don't work with us apparently, but it worked out in the end. You were right we just needed to spend some time together."
"What do you mean?"
Caroline sighed wiping Bonnie's face with a small towel. "He missed dinner."
"You guys got straight to it, didn't you. I mean you looked great, but I thought you would have done the romantic thing and finished dinner first."
Caroline blushed, "That's not what I meant. I mean it did happen that way, but he was late. I waited and he never got here."
Damon frowned as he heard Caroline and Stefan talking, "I'm sorry Blondie." He tells her again as he walks back into the room about to start mixing ingredients.
"I know. It's fine you didn't know." Caroline assured him leaving Bonnie in her highchair and making her way over to help Damon make the oatmeal while he mixed the batter for the pancakes. She took out a pan and a pot and placed them on the stove.
Stefan looked at the pair they seemed fine although there was some concern in his brother's eyes. "How did you miss dinner?"
Damon gulped as he looked from the mixing bowl to his brother a picture of him near the pier having a picnic with Elena crossing his mind. "I uh I was with Mason." The lie spilled out already used to it.
Stefan's eyes narrowed as he saw his brother hide a wince as he started adding the chocolate chips to the batter.
"You were with Mason?" Stefan asked as he remembered that Caroline had bumped into Mason the day before. "Didn't you go see Mason yesterday for the bottle of wine?"
Caroline nodded as she turned the gas stove stirring in some cinnamon sticks in the pot of oatmeal with a wooden spoon. "Yeah so?"
"Nothing," Stefan said wondering why Mason wouldn't tell Damon that his wife was waiting for him at home with a bottle of wine.
Damon shooed Caroline telling her that he was in charge of breakfast and she should just sit as he added butter to the warm pan waiting till it melted so he could pour the pancake batter.
"So, if Damon didn't eat dinner what did you do with the food. The chicken was really good."
Caroline frowned as she squirmed in her seat remembering dumping the food into Tyler's bowl. "I uh …mm… gaveittoTy," She mumbled playing with the tablecloth.
"Huh?" Stefan asked as he took in how his friend's mood shifted from peppy to crestfallen.
"I fed it to Tyler." She said a little louder looking at the cloth.
Damon flipped the pancake quickly cursing as it smushed to the side for turning it too early and looked at Caroline.
"You gave it to Tyler." He said slowly.
"You. You never showed up and the food was cold. Anyways it's fine really."
Damon pressed his lips together knowing that what he did was far from fine. She had planned a special dinner for them, took time to find a sitter even if it was just Stefan, dressed up, got wine for them and he didn't show up. Worse she thinks he missed it because he was out with Mason. He flipped the smushed slightly burnt pancake into a plate and started making more.
Damon sighed as he paced outside Mason's room, he had to tell someone what was going on. Considering how he somehow managed to drag Mason into his web of lies he thought Mason could help.
"Hey, how was last night with the Missus?"
"Look Mason I need to talk to you."
Mason gave him an odd look as he locked his room up, "I'm heading to the dining room can we talk there."
"I rather talk in your room."
Mason nodded, "Alright, let me get some chow and we'll talk later. Mason said patting Damon on the shoulder and heading to the dining room in the Fell's B&B.
Damon growled having to wait but sat on the steps either way.
"Damon?" He frowned as he saw the cause of his mess sit down on the steps next to him.
Stefan looked around the dining hall as his eyes finally landed on the person he was looking for. "Mason." Stefan greeted as he sat in the chair in front of him.
Mason gave him an odd look, "Salvatore?"
"You sold Care a bottle of wine, yesterday right?"
Mason looked around and after a second looked back at Stefan and nodded, "Yeah why you want to buy something?"
"Not from you. Just wondering did she tell you why she wanted it?"
"Isn't this something you should be asking her?"
"Just answer the question, Lockwood."
"Alright yeah, she said she was making dinner for Damon. Probably going to get a little handsy with each other."
Stefan glared at him, "Why didn't you tell Damon?"
Mason raised an eyebrow, "I'm sure his wife would have told him where she got the bottle from."
"Stop playing around. Damon didn't show up at the dinner because he was drinking with you."
Mason looked at him curiously, "What?"
"You deaf Lockwood. Damon missed dinner with Caroline because he was too busy getting drunk with the likes of you. We've been lenient with him drinking with you, but you knew Caroline planned something so you should have canceled your plans and sent him on home."
Mason took in what Stefan said his eyes widening slightly at the allegation, "I wasn't drinking with Damon last night."
Stefan clenched his fists, "I don't believe you."
"Wouldn't expect you to, but it's the truth Damon and I haven't had a drink since uh maybe four or five days ago."
Now it was Stefan's turn to look at the man in front of him and despite him wanting to believe that Mason was lying he seemed honest. He didn't think he would lie about not drinking.
"You haven't?"

"What do you want, Ms. Gilbert."
Elena frowned as she took in his tone like a slap to the face. "Are we back to surnames?"
"Elena I can't keep spending time with you."
"If this is about the kiss it was just a slip. We agreed we were caught up in the moment."
"Elena- "
"No, Damon. Look you are the first friend I've made since I got here. I know I made a mistake, but I don't want to lose you or stop spending time with you."
"I have a wife."
"Caroline, yes I know, but that didn't stop us before."
"I am not going to hurt my wife."
"Did you tell her?"
"No, and you won't either."
"I swear I won't tell her."
Damon nodded sighing as he looked at her, really looked at her. Her hair was down straight, and she was wearing a red blouse and long black skirt. He bit his lip and his eyes went back to look at her face. He knew she wouldn't tell his wife; she wouldn't do that to him.
"Thank you."
She smiles and nods at him, "What are you doing here?"
"I came to talk with Mason. I'm just going to head on home."
Elena pouted, "Are we okay?"
"Elena," He sighed taking in her expression and remembering how her brother was leaving her. She had obviously just needed comfort and got confused. It was an accident. It won't happen again.
"Yeah, we're okay."
"Would you want to come in then?"
A picture of Caroline waiting back home flashed in his mind and he shook his head, "Not today… We could talk tomorrow if you want."
"That be great."
He smiles getting up and offering her his hand to help her up. "How are you holding up with your brother leaving?"
Elena frowned and started tearing up, "I wrote him a letter, I haven't sent it yet. I don't know if I should."
Damon tightened his hold on her hand comforting her, "It will be okay."
"Could I read you the letter… I mean tomorrow."
"If you want, yes. I do have to go right now though, I'm sorry."
-S-S-S-
Stefan looked at his sister in law playing with Bonnie in the nursery. He had arrived a while ago with Damon getting there a few minutes behind him and going to start on dinner. Stefan wanted to confront Damon, but he wasn't sure what exactly he could accuse him of. Obviously, his brother had been lying about drinking with Mason, but what exactly was he covering up?
"So is Damon making dinner to make up for last night?" he asked Caroline.
"He feels guilty. I tried to tell him it was fine. Just a misunderstanding, but he insisted."
Stefan nodded trying to hide his 'brooding look' from showing on his face. Damon was guilty about something and he was going to find out what.
Week 2 Day 3
"Thank you for coming," Elena tells him as he enters her room.
"No problem."
Elena smiled and handed him a glass of scotch making her way to her desk to get her brother's letter. On the one hand, she wanted Damon's support with her brother and on the other, she just wanted to use Damon to help her forget. He reacted quite strongly to the kiss she gave him if she wanted to move forward, she had to be careful not to push him.
"This is probably the tenth draft. I kept messing up what I wanted to say."
"You don't have to read it to me if you don't want to."
"I don't want him to go without saying goodbye and this is the only way I can say goodbye without breaking down or yelling at him."
"Okay then. Do you want to sit down?" She shook her head but picked up the bottle of scotch and gulped down the liquid wincing as it hit the back of her throat sharply.
Damon stayed quiet watching her put the bottle back down, take a deep breath, and start reading the letter.
"Dear Jeremy, I received your letter the other day and I want you to know that I understand why you want to go. You want to make a name for yourself. I realize that you are no longer the young boy I watched grow up. You are a man, more than that you are an adult and have every right to do what you want. As much as I don't want to be alone without you. I know you will always be my brother as I will always be your sister. Please take care of yourself. Find whatever it is you are searching for and come back home. Love your sister, Elena M. Gilbert." Elena closed her eyes as she folded the letter and put it back in her drawer.
"I know it's short- "
"It's perfect, Elena." Damon tells her, "It's short and to the point, but more than that you wrote from your heart. He will be grateful to have your support believe me."
Elena took her seat next to him, "Are you sure?"
Damon nodded, "Yes."
Elena took out a cigarette and nodded, "I'll stop by the post tomorrow. I just, I don't know what to do- "Elena said feeling a tear run down her face as she lit her cigarette with shaky fingers.
"You will be fine without him. You're strong."
"It's not that, I just. I have nowhere to go. There's nothing back for me in The City if Jeremey leaves."
"That's not true. You have your writing, I'm sure you have friends there too."
Elena coughed on the smoke, "I can write anywhere."
"That's true. Besides you don't have to go back right away."
Elena looked at him at that, "You're right. I can stay here. I mean obviously not forever but a few weeks to adjust."
Damon finished his drink and rose, "I wish I could stay longer."
"I understand. When can we see each other again?"
"I'll try and drop by in a few days. I have a few trips into town, and I will be busy with work."
"Alright. Goodnight, Damon."
"Goodnight, Elena."
-S-S-S-
Caroline sat in the sitting room by the phone listening to someone on the other end when Damon gets home. He mouths asking who she's talking to and she holds up a finger asking for a minute.
"Yes, thank you so much... I would have to discuss it with my husband and get back to you… What would be a good time for me to call you back? I can call tomorrow at 10am or if you prefer after lunch, I can call at 2pm… I see… I suppose… Alright, I'll let you know tomorrow at 2, and then after we can schedule a face to face… It's my pleasure. Thank you again. Goodbye, Mr. Parker."
Caroline hangs up and looks at Damon a huge smile on her face.
"Who was that?"
"Wait we should get Stefan."
"We can tell him tomorrow now what's going on?"
"That was Luke Parker. He owns a ranch a few towns over. Well, he just bought a new ranch. He's looking to start a breeding ranch and saw that we were a farm selling horses."
"He wants to buy our horses?"
"No, let me finish. He doesn't want to buy horses he wants our heifers. He has a cattle ranch. He and his siblings are going to run the place and he wants to know if we could sell him some of our cows. I told him the Ad was for horses, but we might be interested in selling the cows too I would have to ask you, but I think we should. He or one of his siblings might come over apparently one of his sisters is a veterinarian anyway they'll come and check on the cows and if they like them then we can discuss how many to sell."
"You're serious?"
"Yes!"
Damon picks her up and spins her around placing a kiss on her lips. "That's amazing. We should definitely talk to them. Stefan will agree with me on this. If we sell ten for $20, we would already have half of the amount we need, and then with the restaurant, we already partnered with to sell our produce we should be more than capable of getting the 400 by January."
"I know! Not to mention the animals we're going to sell to the butcher. I know you said that they want to rip you off, but I think it'd be better to send them to the butcher than off to be carved up in some meat factory. This means that we can also lower the prices back down when we go sell in the market."
Damon smiled at his wife's enthusiasm, "Slow down, Blondie one thing at a time."
"You're right! I just, this is so wonderful. Everything is falling into place."
"I don't want to bring out the champagne just yet, but if you want to celebrate, I'm more than willing to find us something to do."
Caroline giggled and rolled her eyes then kissed him.
"Were you smoking again?"
Damon looked at her curiously, "Yeah," he sighed, "I'll go brush my teeth."
Caroline shook her head but nodded and they both went to bed.
Week 2 Day 4
Caroline, Stefan, and Damon had just finished eating lunch and were sitting in the living room beside the phone waiting to call the Parkers. Bonnie had just dozed off for her afternoon nap and was upstairs in her crib.
"Okay so I'll call and then I'll pass the call over to Damon."
"I think you can do it on your own, Blondie."
"I know, but it's better if they talk to you too."
Damon nodded looking at the grandfather clock and told her to start calling the Parkers.
Caroline takes a deep breath as the phone rings once, twice, two more times. "Hello?" A woman's voice answers.
"Hello is Luke Parker there?"
"He is. Can I ask whose calling?"
"Yes, of course. It's Caroline Salvatore I spoke to Luke yesterday."
"Mrs. Salvatore hi. I'm Liv. I'm Luke's twin sister."
"You're Olivia, Luke's told me about you."
"Just Liv is fine."
"Well, then I must insist you call me Caroline."
Caroline hears laughter from the other end and some mumbling as if someone covered the phone.
"Hello? Mrs. Salvatore?" Luke says having taken over the call from his sister.
"Luke! Please call me Caroline, like I told Liv. Is she the vet?"
Luke laughs, "Liv! A vet. No, that's my other sister Josephine we call her Jo."
"Right, well Luke I spoke to my husband and my brother in law and they are interested in selling."
"That's great news. Will I be doing business with you or one of them?"
"Oh well with me, but if you prefer to talk to Damon or Stefan, they could do it too."
"Oh, no your fine. Just wanted to make sure."
"Alright so how would you like to start? I know you wanted Jo to check on the health of the heifers we would sell."
"Yes, she would, but first we, that is to say, my older brother and I would like to meet you and Mr. Salvatore first. We like conducting business face to face."
"I completely understand."
"Yes, we would meet you half-way in one of the café's in The City to discuss."
"That is fine. When would you be able to meet?"
"How about tomorrow."
"That soon?"
"Yes, my brother is eager to get the ranch up and running soon and we can't do that if we don't have enough cows. Is there a problem?"
"Would you give me a minute?"
Caroline covers the phone's receiver and turns to the brothers, "They want to meet tomorrow."
"That's great," Stefan says.
"They want to meet two of us."
"You and Damon go I'll stay and watch Bonnie."
"Tomorrow we were going to go to the market and Damon was going to make another delivery to the restaurant."
"We will discuss it first to see what time they want to meet," Damon tells her.
Caroline nods and removes her hand from the phone, "At what time would we be meeting?"
"Uh, how about noon we can get lunch."
Caroline mouths the words 'at noon' and both brother's nod at her to agree.
"That sounds perfect."
"Good to hear. Now I've talked to Kai, my older brother, and Jo and they said they wanted a count of how many cows you have and how many of those are in good condition to sell. Once we have an amount Jo and either I or one of my other siblings will go to give them a checkup."
"Sounds good. I'll take the information over to you tomorrow."
"Perfect. Now there's this lovely café on 2nd Street has the best beignets you'll ever have. We can meet there."
"Alright, so tomorrow at noon."
"Yes. Now unfortunately I have to get going, but if you have any questions let me know tomorrow."
"Will do, thank you, Luke."
"Goodbye, Caroline."
"Bye."
Caroline hangs up and catches the brothers up. "So how are we doing this?"
"Well, first things first Damon and I should head out and round up the cows and mark up the best ones to sell. We have around 60 Damon you said you were willing to sell at least 10 to the Parkers. Let's say, five male five female."
Damon nods, "I want to be able to at least have half of that number next year so no more than 30 in total and that's to both the Parker's and the butcher/factories."
Caroline nods in agreement, "If we sell 30, we would already have more than the 400, but we still have to pay bills at the end of the month so we would just make the payment by January and that's if we sell all of them for 20 I'm sure we will get haggled and might have to end up selling for lower."
Damon nodded, "Okay so how are we going to go to the market, the restaurant, make the meeting with the Parkers, and take care of Bonnie."
Stefan thought for a minute before answering, "You and Damon can take the car in the morning and head to the city. Damon can take the food to the restaurant and then meet up with you and the Parkers at the Cafe on 2nd. Bonnie and I will go to the market."
"I don't know if that's a good idea, Stef. Bonnie gets really grumpy when we take her to market."
"Okay, then I can call Lexi to see if she can watch Bonnie, or I can call Annie again."
"No, it's fine. How about I take her to Market, I can calm her down." Damon suggested.
"But you wouldn't meet the Parkers?"
"You and Stef can handle them; I got our girl. Stef will drive you to the city and go to the meeting and the restaurant."
"Are you sure? You're going to be there all day."
"I'm sure. I'll pack lunch and water for me, and Bonnie and I'll take her diaper bag and blanket and Mr. Bear so she can fall asleep in her stroller."
Caroline smiled, "Okay then. Well it's already half past two so why don't you two start counting and I'll watch Bonnie and have dinner ready by the time you come back.
Week 2 Day 5
Damon laughed as Bonnie waved goodbye to their last customer. She gets her socialness from Caroline, most definitely.
"Damon!"
"Sheriff Donovan, what can I help you with?"
"I'm off duty for one so call me Matt."
"Whatever you say, Blue eyes. So, what can I get you? We have eggs, beets, potatoes, carrots, tobacco, apples, choice your poison."
Matt rolled his eyes and squatted down to say hello to Bonnie. "Hi, baby girl."
"Ma!" Bonnie said patting the sheriff's cheek.
Matt blushed, "Ma-tt."
"Ma!"
Matt sighed smiled, "You'll get it eventually, kiddo. Umm, I'll take some… do you have pumpkin?"
"Not yet, although I have squash."
"Two then and some tobacco."
Damon nodded moving to get the items. "So just squash?"
"It's for Lex and yeah I might stop by another day to get some eggs but were good on that front so far. This is just a milk run."
Damon nodded handing the items to Matt who placed them in his basket.
"Thanks. How much?"
"10 for the tobacco and 12 for both squashes."
Matt nodded taking out the coins and handing them to Damon who shook his head and pointed to Bonnie.
"She's my little helper. She handles the money." He tells the man with a wink.
Matt smiles and hands a coin to the baby.
"Pa!"
"I know sweetie. Put 'er there." He tells her putting his hat in front of her hand smiling as she dropped it in. Matt gave her the other three coins one at a time watching how in the end the girl turned to Damon and didn't look away until he praised her and kissed her cheek.
"You are such a good helper," Damon told his daughter as he saw Matt nod.
"Well then I have to go but tell Care to drop by Lex would love the company."
"I'll let her know, later blue eyes."
Matt rolled his eyes and left waving bye at Bonnie.
"Bee Ma!"
"It's 'bye' Bonbon," Damon told his girl watching as Matt left.
"BeE"
"Uh, we'll work on it."
"Mr. Salvatore!"
Damon rose from his spot and turned, "El- Ms. Gilbert. Hi."
"How are you?"
"I'm well, thank you."
Elena nodded turning to the babe, "Hi Bonnie!"
Damon smiled as the baby waved.
"How old is she?"
"17 months."
Elena nods taking in the girl's light complexion and dark locks, "She looks just like you."
"Yeah."
"Can you say, Elena?" She says in baby talk to the baby.
"Na!" Elena's eyes widened.
"Cute and smart. Exactly like you then."
Damon rolled his eyes and thanked her for the compliment she gave Bonnie. "So, what can I help you with?"
"I'll take an apple."
Damon nodded showing her a yellow apple and she shook her head pointing towards the green ones.
"Here you go." Elena nodded handing him two cents for the apple.
"Thanks. I'm actually glad to see you."
"Did you send the letter?"
"Yes. Dropped it off yesterday."
"Everything will work out."
"Would you be able to drop by tonight?"
Damon paused, he wouldn't mind going, but he kept thinking of how good things were with Caroline and he didn't want to risk anything. "I'm not sure. Caroline and Stefan went to The City for work and I promised to make dinner for them."
"Oh. Alright well maybe if you have the time you could give me a call instead?"
Damon shook his head, "I don't think that's a good idea to call me at home. Just umm… Caroline doesn't really know about us."
Elena nodded not surprised, "Well that's why you can call when she's not there or just drop by. I really like talking to you."
Damon bit his lip in the long run would it really be that bad to call her? At least he would be at home and he won't have to lie to Caroline about being with Mason. "Vedremo. We'll see," he tells her.
"Right well, I guess I should get going. Thanks for the apple."
"By Na," he tells her copping Bonnie's words causing her to laugh.
"Bye Bonnie. Can you say, 'Bye E-le-na'?"
"Baa-eee Na!"
Elena clapped, "Very good. You'll get better." She tells Bonnie before saying another Goodbye to Damon and walking off.
Caroline fell onto the couch with Stefan beside her and put her head on his shoulder. "Today was a long day," Stefan tells her.
"Yes, but it was worth it. Luke was so great. Kai on the other hand."
"Total creep!"
"I know. He kept looking at me and I didn't know if he was checking me out or wanted to snap my neck."
"I wouldn't go that far."
"I'm glad you were there," Caroline tells him, "I could have done it alone, but we make a good team, and at least with you I wasn't outnumbered."
Stefan nodded before yelling, "Damon are you almost done!"
Caroline shook her head and raised her fingers counting done from three.
"IF IT WAS DONE, I WOULD HAVE TOLD YOU!"
"You had to ask him again."
"Yes, I did. I can't believe he kicked us out of the kitchen."
Caroline rolled her eyes, "Are you seriously complaining."
"He's been cooking a lot, hasn't he?" Stefan asked wondering if Caroline has noticed anything different about his brother.
"Yes, I think he's still trying to make it up for the other night."
Stefan nodded, missing the dinner was important, but it was an accident. His brother was cooking for another reason and he was sure it had to do with his lie about being with Mason.
The three Salvatore's were yet again in the family sitting room after dinner.
"So, the meeting went good, but I think both of you should give the tour," Caroline tells the boys.
Stefan shook his head, "I think you should be there since you have been doing most of the negotiations."
"Yeah but Damon should get to meet Luke too! And while Luke likes me, we both know who he was eyeing." She told Stefan biting her lower lip the crow's feet around her eyes a clear indicator that she was holding back a giggle.
"I hate you."
Caroline laughs, "So it's settled then, I'll stay with Bonnie and you two do the tour."
Damon looked at the two with an eyebrow raised, "What?'
That set Caroline off again before she took a few deep breaths calming herself, "Oh come on Stef, it was so cute! Ooh, I should pick your outfit. Do you still have the old white shirt from our last year at school?"
Stefan growled turning to his brother, "Control your woman brother."
Caroline glared crossing her arms, "So when you're mad at me I'm his woman, but when you want something, I'm your sister. I am going to have so much fun picking your outfit for Luke."
Damon finally connecting the dots smirked, "Luke's a homosexual?"
"He's gay and he was majorly crushing on Stef."
"He was not crushing on me!"
"He was unclothing you with his eyes!"
Damon started laughing at that before looking at Caroline, "So your reason for us giving the tour is to pimp Stefan out to Luke?"
"What I would never," Caroline responded with a cheeky smile on her face.
"You two are horrible!"
-S-S-S-
Elena shivered as she fixed the collar of her coat. She knew that Damon probably wouldn't be okay with her dropping by, but Jeremy had decided to call the B&B to talk to her and she really needed him. She thought about knocking but could see a light on from one of the windows and decided to take a peek to see if he was there. Tyler wakes up and eyes her as she moves towards the house and starts barking startling her.
-S-S-S-
"I agree with Caroline, brother that white shirt should barely fit showing off your muscles, and then with some worn jeans and boots and your hero hair should have him putty in our hands."
"I am being pimped out by my own brother. Fine, I'm doing this for the farm, not for either of you."
"Love you too, brother." Damon said as he turned to look at the window hearing the mutt barking, "Wonder what set him off?" He saw familiar brown hair and quickly rose drawing attention away from the window. "I'll go shut him up." He tells them before running outside leaving the remaining two bewildered.
"Shh! Good puppy, shh! Be quiet." Elena says trying to quiet the shepherd. Damon shakes his head putting his fingers to his mouth and letting out a sharp whistle silencing the mutt.
"What are you doing here?" Damon asks her shooing Tyler away.
"I wanted to see you."
Damon growled looking towards the house then back at her. He grabs her arm and drags her towards the barn house. "I told you not to come here."
"You told me not to call."
Damon rubbed his face looking towards the entrance worried that Caroline and Stefan would come looking for him. "You can't come here. What if Caroline saw you?"
"I know- "
"No, you don't. Wait until I go back and then head back home."
"Damon, please," Elena says taking a step closer towards him.
"Why are you here?"
Elena took a shaky breath and blinked a few times tearing up, "Jeremy called me tonight."
"Are you alright?" He asked trying to console the woman.
"I just didn't want to be alone." She told him wrapping her arms around him and burrowing her head on his chest in a hug. Damon swallowed and patted her.
"It's alright." The tension in his body loosened as he fixed his hold on her.
-S-S-S-
"You should go see what's taking him so long. I'm going to head to bed." Caroline tells him a minute or so after the barking stops a yawn escaping her.
Stefan nods, "Goodnight Care."
"G'night." She tells him making her way up the stairs towards her shared chambers with Damon. She makes sure to tuck Bonnie and then went to the bathroom to get ready for bed.

"Elena," Damon mutters breathing in her perfume. Elena smiled feeling his arms around her and quickly takes a deep breath bringing more tears to her eyes as she raises her head to look into his eyes. Damon wipes her tears, "It will be okay."
"Damon!" Stefan yells far closer to the barn than he should be. Damon holds on to Elena tightly looking around and points to the stacks of hay. "Go hide over there, I'll be back. I promise."
She licked her lips and nodded moving quietly behind the hay as Damon left bumping into his brother.
"What took you so long?" Stefan asked looking at his brother curiously.
"I was just checking out the barn," Damon said keeping his gaze straight on his brother's face. Stefan nodded back at the house, "Caroline went to bed, you should head on up."
"Yeah, I'll head right over. I just… need to put some tools back."
"Tools?"
"Uh yeah, I took out the rake to clear the hay."
"I'm sure you can put it back tomorrow?"
"Yes, but I'm already here. Just head on home Stef, I got it." Damon tells him using his big brother voice leaving no room for argument. Stefan nods saying goodnight and leaving.
-S-S-S-
Damon let out a deep breath as he headed back into the barn, "Elena." He whispers making his way towards where he told her to hide.
She comes out from her spot looking at him with wide eyes.
"I have to go; Caroline is waiting up for me."
Elena nods, giving one more hug to Damon and placing a kiss on his cheek, "Promise to come tomorrow night. Please."
Damon squeezes her tightly pressing his lips to the top of her head. "I'll be there, and you can tell me all about it."
-S-S-S-
Caroline smiles as she sees Damon through the mirror. She had just gotten out of the shower and was brushing her hair. "Hey, did you find out what set Ty off?"
"Uh not sure, whatever it was I didn't see."
She nodded putting her brush down then getting up and walking towards her side of the bed.
Week 2 Day 6
Caroline was trying to finish the last of her chores while trying to entertain Bonnie at the same time. Right now, she was carrying Bonnie on her left hip brushing one of the horses in the stalls. Bonnie kept trying to take the brush away from her, but she refused to give it to the babe. The last time she did that the baby put the handle of the brush in her mouth slobbering all over it.
The brothers and the Parker siblings would be heading back to the house for a late lunch of sweet tea and sandwiches soon. Caroline finally gives up and places Bonnie in her stroller and finishes brushing the horse as the baby babbles to herself.
"Can you say 'pony'?" She asks the baby pushing the stroller carefully out of the stables.
"Poo!"
Caroline winced, "I hope that was you trying to say pony and not telling me to change your nappy again." Caroline tells the baby as she enters the house through the kitchen entrance to start taking out the bread, meats, and vegetables for the sandwiches.
"Caroline!" she hears Damon call from the front of the house.
"In the kitchen! Come on back!" She yells back already finished with making two sandwiches for Damon and Stefan.
"Hi." Damon greets her as he enters followed by Stefan two blonde siblings a boy and girl and an older brunette.
She goes over and kisses his cheek before saying hi to their guests and motioning for them to take a seat on the kitchen table. She had brought in three extra chairs from the dining room. It was a bit of a tight fit, but the atmosphere was comfortable as the ladies were already cooing over Bonnie in her highchair and the boys were talking shop.
"Luke, Liv, Jo, how do you want your sandwiches." She tells the trio waiting till she's made all the food before setting anything down on the table.
"Ham, cheese, tomato, lettuce, and mayo." She hears Luke say and she nods already piecing the sandwich together as she hears Live answer next, "The same but no tomato, and instead of mayo do you have mustard?"
Caroline tells her yes and waits to hear Jo's answer before she starts making another sandwich, "Oh just like Luke's but without the ham."
At Caroline's questioning look the brunette answers telling her that she was a vegetarian. Caroline just nods and finishes making the food and setting the plates in front of each person. She then gets the pitcher of sweet tea and pours the glasses for them. Once they all have food, she quickly makes her own and gets some baby food for Bonnie pleased how everyone patiently waited for her to join them.
"How did it go?" Caroline asks then takes a bite of her sandwich.
Damon took a sip from his glass, "I think it went well."
Caroline smiled and turned to Luke, "Did you like the tour, Luke? I hope the boys were on their best behavior."
"The tour was lovely, Caroline," Luke tells her.
"It was, Jo and I loved the horses you lent us they were so gentle," Liv added.
"That's great! I'm really sorry I couldn't join in I had some chores to do and Bonnie isn't old enough to ride with either of us on a horse."
"It's alright Caroline," Jo said, "hopefully will get to know each other another time. Especially little Bonnie she's so cute."
"Thank you." Damon and Caroline reply together then let out a laugh looking at their baby who was trying to use her spoon to pick up the sliced peaches on her plate, but they kept falling causing the baby to try again resilient.
"I'm actually really looking forward to tomorrow. I'll only be looking at five from the ten you chose then the other five the day after and if they come out healthy Kai and Luke and You and Damon can start negotiating on a price." Jo tells the blonde then moves to drink some tea.
"You know we have some guest rooms here along with some at the guest house with Stefan if you want to stay here tomorrow. It will save you a trip." Caroline offers.
"Thank you, but we have work to get done back home too and I'll need to take several of the samples to have them checked in the city so unfortunately, I won't be able to stay."
Caroline nods and continues to make small talk. Everyone pitching in to keep the conversation going.
"Wait! So, you and Kai are also twins?" Stefan asks Jo surprised at hearing that they come from a family with two sets of twins.
Jo nods telling him how twins ran in the family, "It's not so bad, sure Kai and I have always fought way more than Luke and Liv, but we love each other and it's like having a best friend with you through your entire life."
"That must be nice. I never had any siblings." Caroline said reaching over to take the spoon from Bonnie so she can feed her.
"Sometimes not having siblings sounds nice," Stefan muttered under his breath sending a glare to his brother. Damon stuck his tongue out at him.
"Are you going to have more kids Caroline?"
Damon turned to Jo, eyes wide grateful he hadn't been drinking or eating anything then turned to his wife.
Caroline blushed, "Not any time soon, but I want to."
"You do?" Damon asked surprised and bit the inside of his cheek as he saw everyone turn to him.
"Well yes. I mean I know we haven't really discussed it and we have so much work lately, but maybe in a year or two."
Damon frowned, "Are you sure you can? It was hard for you with Bonnie."
"What do you mean?" Liv asked looking at the couple and wincing as Luke send her a kick under the table giving her a look saying not to get involved.
Caroline turned to the girl, "It's alright, Bonnie was kind of a miracle baby. What about you, Jo are you married?"
Jo shakes her head, "I'm currently seeing someone but I'm not sure if he's the one you know."
Lunch continues on and eventually, the Parkers have to go. Jo promising to see Caroline tomorrow and thanking her for her hospitality. Once the Parkers left Caroline, Bonnie, Stefan, and Damon crashed on the couch.
"So how was the tour, really?"
Damon laughed and looked at Stefan, "I think Luke enjoyed your help getting on the horse brother."
"Not a word." Stefan threatened pointing a finger at Damon.
"Awe, but Stef you can finally find someone. I think the two of you would- "
"Caroline if you love me, you will shut up."
Caroline laughed, "Alright, so we still have a bit more chores we need to get done, but I want to put Bonnie down for her nap. Stef you can take the tractor and continue harvesting where we left off this morning before the Parker's came. Damon, you can help me put Bonnie to sleep, and then we'll go help."
Stefan nods anything to get out of the room to stop the teasing and the couple and child head upstairs to their bedroom.
"Do you not want more children?" Caroline asks quietly as she closes the door and sits on the chair next to the crib rocking Bonnie to sleep.
"Blondie."
"Damon just tell me."
Damon sighs remembering how Caroline was at the beginning of their marriage. They had tried everything they could to have a child and they never could. Caroline went to the doctor and was told her chances were slim. He remembers holding her as she cried when they got home and started apologizing. She had blamed herself and no matter how many years passed after seven years they had given up. He had been okay with not having children being happy with what they had. Then just a year and a few months later it had happened she started feeling nauseous and after one too many fainting spells they had called Meredith to make sure if Caroline was pregnant. The chances of her getting pregnant again… he didn't want to put her through that again.
"No. I don't think we should have more." Damon tells her making her way towards the crib and looking at Bonnie's sleepy eyes.
Caroline's eyes water but she nods wiping the tears before Damon could see. "Okay." She murmurs as she looks at Bonnie finally asleep one hand clutching her teddy the other with her thumb in her mouth.
"Caroline?" Damon calls putting an arm around her waist. "I love you."
Caroline nods moving out of his hold and heading towards the door turning off the lights and flicking the switch for the small night light. "You can stay in the house, I'll come later, and we can switch." She tells him not waiting for an answer as she heads down the stairs.
-S-S-S-
Stefan looks up as he hears Caroline laughing as Tyler runs in circles around her getting in her way.
"Where's Damon?"
"He stayed in the house with Bonnie making sure she was okay while she slept."
Stefan nodded as he got up pulling a pair of leather gloves from his back pocket and handing them to her. He also gave her a small spade.
"Are you okay?" Stefan asks, "You know with the whole baby thing?"
"I'm fine, there's no baby issue." Caroline puts on the gloves and kneels next to Stefan ready to start helping.
"You can talk to me Care."
"Damon doesn't want any more kids."
Stefan sighs, "Maybe he just doesn't want you to blame yourself if it doesn't work out."
Caroline just nods, she knew she probably wouldn't be able to, but they had Bonnie after years of thinking they couldn't. It could still be possible she was only in her early 30's any other woman would still be able, but she couldn't.
Stefan frowned as he looked at her, "Care, Damon loves you either way. You've been together for ten years if not being able to have kids was a deal-breaker you wouldn't have made it past three."
Caroline gives him a small smile but doesn't say anything the pair working in silence.
-S-S-S-
Damon sat by the phone a glass of wine in his hands. He would have preferred scotch but the only thing they had was the bottle Caroline had bought a few days back for their date.
After he finished the first glass, he decided to pick up the phone and started dialing the number for the Fells, happy when she answered after only two rings.
"Hello?"
"It's me," Damon says softly not sure why he's calling.
"Damon, hey I was wondering if you were going to call. Are you coming over tonight?"
Damon hummed, yes, "Do you ever want children?" he asks trying to bring up the issue he has with Caroline. Maybe a woman's perspective on the subject would help.
"Children? I mean, I guess. Isn't that what everyone wants marriage, kids, the whole shebang. Not now though I can't imagine getting married, but I guess it would change if I found the right person. What's with the question?"
"Caroline wants more kids."
Elena coughed on the other end of the line, "Is she pregnant?"
"No, nothing like that. She just said that she might want more kids."
He could picture her nodding one hand holding the phone to her ear and the other holding a cigarette. Probably lying in bed next to the phone. "You told her you didn't want any?"
" Something, like that." He tells her, "I just wanted your opinion, we can talk more about it tonight."
"So, you are coming?"
"Yes."
"When?"
Damon was about to answer when he heard a small cry from upstairs, "Baby's calling. I'll head over when I have a chance."
Damon looked at Caroline sleeping next to him making sure she had finally fallen asleep. With Bonnie keeping him up and then going back and forth outside to help Stefan then trading with Caroline he never really found a time to excuse himself.
He tried to talk more to Caroline, but he knew she was upset. She didn't downright ignore him, but she kept subtly changing the topic every time he asked her about her feelings or about having another baby.
Carefully moving out of bed he picks up his boots and gets a pair of pants and moves out the door.
-S-S-S-
It was way later than he normally would have gone to her place, but he hoped she was still up. Ducking his head when he thought he saw someone he made it to her door and knocked.
Elena rose from her bed with a smile. She hoped he wasn't going to stand her up. She had put on one of her more revealing nightgowns it was thin and light pink. With a little light and if you looked just right you would be able to make out the outline of her breasts and nipples. She waited another minute for him to knock again messed up her hair and made her way over opening the door just enough for her head to stick out to see him.
"I thought you weren't coming." She tells him breathily fluttering her eyes as if she was just getting up.
"I couldn't get away till now. Can I?" He asks motioning for her to let him in. She nods stepping back and opening the door further. It wasn't till he was safely indoors away from prying eyes when he looked at her. His eyes were drawn to her breasts then down to her stomach and legs. She had turned on a small lamp by her bedside next to the phone that and the small fireplace provided the light necessary for him to see that besides a thin string of underwear she was bare under the gown. Moving his gaze back to her breasts he blinked up at her as her arms covered her chest and she walked over to the closet to get one of her coats to give him the allusion of modesty.
"Do you want a drink?"
Damon clears his throat and nods making his way towards his chair.
"I should have called before coming over." He muttered.
Elena hands him the glass and sits on the chair next to him scooting it closer.
"It's fine. I had just fallen asleep."
He looked at her mused hair and thought that she must have been asleep for a while.
"So, tell me about this baby deal?" She asks crossing her legs and leaning back in her seat.
Damon tells her about Caroline wanting more kids. He tells her about what they went through the first time around. How happy they were when they found out about Bonnie. He told her everything and she just sat there letting it all sink in.
"Well do you? I mean if Caroline wasn't barren would you want more kids?"
"She's not barren."
"Practically is from what you told me. I mean I guess you can keep trying for another seven years see if it works again, but I think adoptions your best bet." She says a bit blunt, but they're both already adjusted to her tone especially when she's drinking.
"I'm fine with how we are."
"Well then just tell her then."
"I have."
"Well then lie. Tell her you are willing to try and go through it all over again. I mean it's what she wants if it doesn't work, you're fine either way right?"
Damon nods, reaching for the bottle to fill up his drink. Elena rises moving to sit on the arm of his chair motioning for him to fill up her drink too. Staring at her neck as he sees her drink.
"What about you and Jeremy?" he asks doing his best not to reach out and wipe away the wetness of her lips.
As if reading his thoughts, she licks her lips, "Jer wants to know if I would be willing to meet him to say goodbye before he goes."
"So, are you going to go?"
Elena shakes her head no, "I think it's easier to not say goodbye face to face. He called again earlier today, and I told him. He said to call him before he leaves if I change my mind."
Damon nods rubbing the sweat from his forehead. The room was insulated very well and Elena had added another log to the fireplace a while before Damon had got there.
"But you won't."
"But I won't." She told him chugging down the remainder of her glass then reaching over to grab at his coat pushing it off his shoulders. "Take it off your making me hot just looking at you." She mutters rising and taking off her coat again before sitting back down the dress rising showing off her thighs.
Damon gulped but took off his jacket. It was hot in the room. He squirmed in his chair as he stared at her legs.
Elena reached for the bottle not bothering to fill the glass and took a drink before passing it to Damon. Damon placed the empty glass on the table and drank from the bottle surprised when he felt a weight in his lap and a stirring in his loins. 'What am I doing?'
Elena giggled holding onto him having 'slipped'. She wiggled her ass on his jeans smirking as she felt him getting turned on. She moved closer slowly waiting to see if he would stop her but when he didn't, she grabbed his face and brought her lips to his grabbing one of his hands and placing it on her thigh and the other around her so they wouldn't fall.
She tugged on his lower lip sighing when he finally started responding opening his mouth to let her tongue slip in. She pulled away after a minute seeing the glazed look in his eye from the alcohol and she hoped from seeing her. She rose and grabbed his hand pulling him towards her bed.
Damon trailed behind her climbing on the bed. He hesitated when he saw her crawl towards him. 'She's beautiful.'
"You're beautiful." He tells her as she slips between his legs unbuttoning them and pushing them down his legs staring at his boxers.
-S-S-S-
Caroline woke up reaching for the blanket that had made its way down to her waist and turned to find the spot next to her missing.
"Damon?" She called softly when she didn't hear a reply, she sighed getting up to check downstairs.
"Damon?" She called again. Seeing as all the lights were off, she wondered how she didn't feel him leave. Thinking back to the other days when he would get home late, she wondered if he had gone out to see Mason again. She shook her head and went back upstairs she'd ask him tomorrow
-S-S-S-
She kisses him again hand slipping in his boxers grabbing at his length. She needs him to touch her. She separated from him taking off her gown and grabbing his hands placing them on her breasts and spread her legs so she could grind against him.
He groaned flipping them over. Somewhere in the back of his mind, he heard a voice telling him to stop but he wasn't thinking with his head as he reached for her underwear and pushed it to the side to feel how wet she was for him. He moaned she was soaked. He kissed her breasts taking one into his mouth and sucking softly then letting go with a pop. He pushed himself up and took his boxers off rubbing himself against her.
"More." She told him wrapping her legs around his waist and positioning herself.
Week 2 Day 7
Caroline woke up at seven as she usually does and was surprised when she found Damon still not there next to her. She was so close to going to the B&B and knocking down Mason's door. She shook her head and went to see Bonnie who was still sleeping. She went to her closet to get dressed. Wherever Damon was, he was in big trouble. Jo would be there at 9 she had to finish getting ready and make breakfast.
-S-S-S-
Damon groaned as he started to wake up. He could feel Caroline lying on top of him and sighed pulling her closer. He heard her hum in approval and opened his eyes surprised to find himself looking at a brown head of hair rather than his Blonde.
'Shit.' He gently detached himself from her gulping when he saw the state of both of them. 'This isn't happening.' He told himself as he reached for his clothes and pulled them on heading for the door. He froze with his hand on the knob and moved to the desk to leave Elena a note. He should leave right now, but he didn't want her to think that he took advantage of her. Not to mention have her wake up hungover, alone, and naked. He left the note by the phone and left being careful, for no one to see him in his walk of shame. It was around eight he could tell by the light. He took the back road behind the B&B and headed home.
'I slept with Elena. I slept with Elena. I slept with someone who wasn't Caroline. Shit. He never wanted to be that guy. Sure, he had his fun in his bachelor days before he and Caroline got together, but that was the past. He had always been faithful to Caroline. Always. She would be heartbroken. Gosh, she would be pissed. No. He didn't have to tell her. It just happened once. He was drunk.' He growled knowing that was just an excuse, but either way, He knew if Caroline found out he would lose her. He would not tell her. Ever. He would make sure she never found out.
He went through the back and jumped out of his skin when he saw Stefan on the couch by the stairs arms crossed on his chest glaring at him.
He winced and made to go up the stairs, but Stefan was on his feet faster than him blocking Damon by standing on the second step of the stairs.
-Earlier-
Caroline put a sippy cup filled with apple juice in front of Bonnie then headed back to the stove to check on the eggs and bacon she was making. She heard the kitchen door open.
"Where were you?" She asks as she turns off the gas and turns around to see Stefan. "Oh, it's you."
Stefan looked at her as if she grew a second head, "Yeah. I mean I always come to get breakfast, but if you don't want to feed me anymore just say so."
"That's not what I meant. I thought you were Damon. He was gone last night, and he hasn't come back." She told him putting a plate of scrambled eggs and two strips of bacon in front of his seat and one of two runny sunny side up eggs and two strips of bacon in her spot before getting two glasses of apple juice and two slices of toast and placing them on the table.
"He was gone all night?"
"I mean at least from a quarter till two last night. I went downstairs and caught the time on the clock."
"And he hasn't come back?"
Caroline nodded, "Yes. I'm getting worried, but I'm also getting mad because I just know he went out with Mason." She told him stabbing one of her eggs watching the yolk spread on her plate.
"How do you know he is with Mason?"
"Where else would he be? Anyways Jo is coming today, and Damon and I were supposed to take her to see the five you guys tagged yesterday to get checked. If he isn't back, I'll just ride out with Jo on my… Ugh. Bonnie."
Stefan looked at the baby who looked up from her dry cereal to look at her mom.
"I was thinking you can watch Bonnie, but if Damon comes back hungover, I'd rather take Bonnie with me. We'll just take the tractor to the field since we won't be able to ride."
"Are you sure?"
Caroline frowns tearing her bread in half and wiping the runny yolk on to it and taking a bite.
"Yeah. Would you mind checking on him?" Stefan nodded drinking his juice watching as Caroline kept attacking her meal.
-S-S-S-
"Stefan," Damon growled trying to get past him, but his brother wouldn't budge.
"Where were you," Stefan asked sniffing the air curiously his brother smelled different, and no not in a weird way. Stefan didn't go smelling his brother or anyone. He smelled whiskey and musk?
"I was out."
"All night. Were you really so drunk you couldn't come back home till nine in the morning? Especially since apparently Caroline says you were gone since two."
Damon's eyes widened; Caroline noticed he was gone that long. "What did Care say?"
"She was worried, but she figured you were probably out getting drunk. She took Bonnie out with her because she didn't want her to see her dad like that." He tells him his hand moving up and down at him.
"I'll make it up to her." I have to make it up to her. Somehow.
Stefan shook his head the shame he felt for Damon plain on his face, "Go wash up the girls will be back at noon, so you have till then to figure out what you are going to say." He tells him moving aside to let him pass.
Damon went downstairs freshly showered and changed and went to sit next to his brother who was reading The Murder of Roger Ackroyd by Agatha Christie in the sitting room.
"Do you know what you're going to say?" Stefan asked flipping the page in his book not bothering to look up.
"I don't know."
Stefan laughs marks his page and closes his book, "How about I'm sorry I'm an idiot."
Damon brushed his hair back and sighed as his brother got up and went to sit on the couch across from him before thinking better of it and leaving the book on his seat and heading to the kitchen. Damon knew he would come back he would have taken the book with him if he was heading to the guest house.
Brring! Brring!
Damon looks at the phone and picks it up they usually didn't get many calls, "Hello?"
"I got your note."
His breath hitched as a vision of him kissing her and thrusting in and out of her crossed his mind. "You shouldn't be calling."
"I know. That's why I waited to hear if it was you before talking. You just left."
"I had too."
"I know. Can you come over tonight?"
He laughed a bit mad, "I don't think I should see you again."
"Cause of Caroline. You're going to tell me it didn't mean anything to you?"
Damon paused he wasn't sure what it meant he wanted to blame it on the alcohol, but he knew that even drunk he was aware of his actions. But it didn't mean anything, because I don't love her. It was just sex.
"Damon?"
"It didn't mean anything."
"It's okay. We were drunk" she said telling him what he needed to hear "There's no need to freak out or for her to know anything."
He paused as he heard Tyler bark outside and clucking. The stupid mutt was probably chasing the chickens again. But that noise was enough for him to remember that he was home and he needed to make sure 'Elena' and 'home' stayed separated.
"I have to go."
"Damon, we need to talk about this. If you don't want to talk on the phone fine, then come over."
"Yeah, that's not happening sweetheart." He growled softly into the receiver.
"I'll go to you then. Hmm, wonder what Caroline would say."
"Don't even think about it."
"Come tonight to the B&B we'll work it out. If you don't want to see me after that I'll never talk to you again."
"Fine, tonight." He told her and hung up sharply as he fell back onto the couch. He was screwed.
-S-S-S-
Stefan put the phone in the kitchen down gently, holding his breath not believing what he heard. His brother wouldn't do that. He didn't know the whole story that could have meant anything. 'Yeah because it's okay we were drunk' and 'Caroline doesn't have to know' coming from a woman's voice doesn't mean anything.
He had to figure out what was going on and apparently his brother was meeting this person tonight at the B&B.
A/N
... and thats where the story of week 2 ends. Don't worry I'll do a summarization of what Stefan sees at the B&B but I think its obvious he's going to catch them
So hey everyone. I really hope you guys liked this chapter it has so much to like. My favorite was writing the scenes with Bonnie, and of course the ones with Stefan. Writing Delena kinda hurt cause I know next week is when Caroline slowly starts putting the pieces together and becoming more detached so she matches how she was in ch1. But that won't happen till chapter 12 chapter 11 will be present event with Caroline and Damon heading home.
Anyways this was supposed to be posted on October 30th but I finished it early so I thought I would just update now. I shall post the second to last chapter on either November 1st or 2nd maybe sooner, but I have a very important presentation I need to finish first so lets just say for sure somewhere around the 2nd.
Thank you again to Cheerygirl014 and daroline for reviewing I really hope you guys like this chapter and to answer Cheerygirl014's review I am definitely planning on have Stef finding out that Damon wanted to kill Care however I'm not sure if I will do it in this story or in 'Before Sunrise' I think I might want to add some moments of events that happend after this story there as well so maybe just keep an eye out just in case.
That's all for now. Let me know what you think via review or PM.
Till Next Time
