Hey guys. I'm thinking of calling everyone my Buggettes and Kitties. What do you think? Type it in the review. Putting ideas into consideration. Sorry if it seems like it's not as good as usual, but it's because my cat likes to attack my feet and it hurts.

Lila was talking to Gabriel through his car window.

"I have another plan," she told him. "I'll tell the truth for a bit more frequently to gain all of thier trust, including Marinette, and I'll strike her when they least expect it."

"Good," said the mysterious man. "Make sure you hit her hard, even harder than last time."

"I will," said the brown-haired girl.

The next day at school, Lila walked over to Marinette. "What, Lila?" Marinette snapped.

"I just want to say that I am truly sorry for what I did," Lila said in her high-pitched lying voice.

"I know you're lying. When you lie, your voice is a higher pitch," Marinette told the liar.

"Fine," she said in her normal voice. "There's no way I can win. You can always sniff out my lies. I will truly try to tell the truth more frequently."

Marinette squinted at Lila. "Okay, but I've got my eye on you," she said after a moment. Then she turned around and walked away.

Lila smirked. Little does she know that I can lie with my normal voice, she thought.

After several truths and some harmless lies, Marinette came over to Lila. "Hey, um, Lila?"

"Yes?" She replied.

"I'm… sorry I doubted you," Marinette said truthfully. "Can we maybe be friends?"

"Of course!" She lied.

"Great! So, uh… Why did you lie?" Marinette asked.

"Well, I-... Actually… I don't know… I guess I just wanted attention. You see, my mom is always too busy for work to pay attention to me, and when she did give me attention, it was very little…"

"You don't need to lie for attention. You just need true good friends!" Marinette told the girl.

Lila looked back to her original reason for lying. She realized it wasn't a good one. This didn't stop her from lying though. She had a new, better reason. To help Gabrial Agreste. She couldn't reveal that though. So instead she replied, "You're right, Marinette. But it will take a while to get out of my habit of lying."

"That's okay!" Marinette smiled.

"So… have you ever lied?" Lila asked Marinette.

She thought about how she lied so she could be Ladybug "Actually, to be honest, I lie every once in a while, but for a good cause." (Pun intended.)

"Why?" Lila asked.

She thought for a moment. "For Adrien's safety." This was kind of true. She did it for all of Paris's safety, including Adrien.

"Speaking of Adrien, what did he do to make you like him?"

"Actually, I hated him at first."

"What?"

Marinette chuckled. "I thought he was putting chewing gum on my seat the first time we met!"

"What a first impression!"

"Right?"

They both laughed. Listen to this on loop while reading this next part.

"Later, it was raining and I didn't have my umbrella. Then he came outside and said hey to me. I turned away."

"'I just wanted you to know that I was only trying to take the chewing gum off your seat,' he said. 'I swear. I've never been to school before. I've never had friends. It's all sort of new to me.' He handed me his black umbrella and we had brief eye contact. Then the umbrella closed on my head. We both laughed. 'See you tomorrow,' he said when we were done laughing."

"That's when it started. The stammering. 'Uh…Yeah! See you to…mo… tomo… Haha! Whoa, why am I stammering?' I asked myself."

You can stop the music now.

"Woah… That was… an incredible story…" Lila said, still processing Marinette's words. "You know… I think you and Adrien are made for eachother… not me and Adrien…" she bluffed.

"Realy?"

"Uh, yeah!" She said. "You should tell him."

"Can you imagine that? I'd stumble all over my words!"

"Then I'll tell him!"

"What?! No!"

"Are you sure?"

"Well… no… I'm not sure… Tell him, please," said the uncertain girl.

"Okay!" So she walked over to Adrien.

"Please tell me I didn't tell her to tell him…" Marinette said to Tikki.

"You didn't tell her to tell him," Tikki told Marinette. Marinette groaned. "Okay, you did. But at least he'll know. No more secrets."

Meanwhile with Lila, she said hi to Adrien.

"Hey, Lila…"

"I'm a better person now. I don't lie as much anymore. Also Marinette told me to tell you that she likes you."

"I know. She told me that she was happy we were friends."

"No, I mean she's crushing on you."

"What?!"

"What? Do you like her too?"

"No, it's just… I'm in love with someone else…"

"Me?"

"No…"

"Chloe?"

"No."

"Ladybug?"

"NO!-Er… yes… Please don't tell anyone…"

"Don't worry. Your secret's safe with me."
