It was boring, rainy afternoon. 11-year old Coraline Jones's mood matched the weather.

After Defeating Beldam, saving souls and almost falling into the old well, nothing interesting happened.

-I'm bored.- She told her mother, Mel.

– annoy miss spink and miss forcible with questions, draw something… - But she haven't even

Finished the sentence when girl rushed through the door. Her mom rolled her eyes: - just be careful and come back on time!- She exclaimed before girl went out.

-uh , hello, cat.- Coraline told black skeletal cat that greeted her in garden. -well, any ideas how to spend this boring day?

Cat shook his head. Coraline sighed.

-Hey Jonesy!- someone yelled from the back.

-oh, hi Wybie.- girl responded. The three walked in woods talking about weather, school, and some casual things like this.

–You know, it's still quite unbelievable that battle with crazy button-eyed lady (more correctly, her hand), actually happened. It's just… out of norm. I wouldn't believe if I wasn't part of it.

Coraline smirked and agreed. They walked deeper into forest. They stopped near the old well.

Cat growled a bit.

—I don't like this place too.- Coraline said. She remembered that someone once told her that you can see stars even in daytime if you are more than a mile underground. She was interested if she could see stars from there. Rain has already stopped, but it was still a bit wet.

Suddenly, coraline spotted something yellow few meters away.

'That's odd' she thought. Cat went to see what yellow thing was, kids followed him. When they got there, it was clear what yellow thing was. They both gasped in surprise.

There was a girl with pale yellow dress on the ground.

LINEBREAK…..

–So… who defeated such a powerful person? – they asked.

–A Child- she murmured. They laughed a bit.

-Well dear, we have the same situation- said one of them. She looked a bit surprised.

–Maybe we can strike a deal.–second one responded. 'A deal? Let's see what they'll offer.'

–We can help each others defeat our enemies – first one continues.

–Your sentence has a point. –She said coldly. They both smiled darkly. She smirked a bit.

–So…Deal?- second one asked with a sweet voice.

–Deal.- she answered.
