Chapter 31 Alien Alien Part 2
Alexa's POV
The Next Day
Edym and I couldn't find Chicken Little or his friends last night.
We were now walking around town...when we spotted the group minus Chicken Little.
"Guys", we yelled before running up to them.
"Alexa", Abby said happily. "Edym! You guys are okay!"
"Oh thank goodness", Runt said in relief. "We thought the aliens had probed you or something."
"Please", Edym said boastfully. "We showed those aliens whose boss!"
"We sure did", I agreed. "What about you guys? What did you do after you left the ship?"
"We went to the school bell and rang it", Abby replied. "But when everybody in town got to us, the aliens had left. We went to show them the spaceship at the baseball field. But that was gone too."
"Huh", Edym started. "So they left? Guess Lexi and I must've scared them off!"
"That's true", Abby agreed. "But now everybody thinks Chicken Little is a crazy person again!"
"What do you mean again", Edym asked in confusion.
"This isn't the first time something like this has happened", Abby replied. "One year ago Chicken Little was sure the sky was falling, but everybody else just thinks that an acorn fell on his head and that he overreacted."
"Yikes", Edym said. "Poor guy."
"Is there anything Edym and I can do to help", I asked.
"Well", Abby started. "We're going to Chicken Little's place now. You guys can join us if you want."
Ten Minutes Later
We had just left Chicken Little's house...when he yelled at us to come back!
We ran back into his yard, where he was pointing to...and orange alien thing!
Everybody started freaking out, but then, Fish motioned for us to calm down...and started taking to the orange alien thing?
After he had talked to it, he looked back at his friends and said something.
"His name is Kirby", Chicken Little asked.
"They left him behind", Abby asked.
"You can understand that thing", Edym asked.
Then, Chicken Little went to Kirby and calmed him down.
But after he did...the ground began to shake!
We looked up at the sky...which was forming cracks in it!
"What in the worlds is going on", I asked.
I got my answers, when the sky was revealed to actually be...and entire alien spaceship fleet.
"Huh", Edym said before holding up his phone and recording it. "After all the weird things we've had to deal with, surprisingly 'alien invasion' hasn't been one."
After Edym said this, Kirby said something else.
"Those are your parents", Chicken Little asked in shock. "And they brought the galactic armada?!"
After Chicken Little said this, Kirby ran off.
We ran after them, and ended up in a theater.
An older chicken (who was Chicken Little's father) walked up to him and tried to pull him away.
"We are under attack", Abby pointed out as the two fought. "Will you two stop messing around and deal with the problem?!
