"Omigod he's looking at me!" I squealed to my best friend Cana as I'm looking around at the blonde gorgeous sound guy sitting on top of a brick wall working on adjusting the sound levels for the band he was helping out. He mustve heard me because he looked up from his tablet and flashed me that gorgeous grin with those pretty gray eyes.
"Luce go say hi!" Cana said drunkenly finishing off her barrel of beer.
"Alright I'll do it, omigod Laxus is so hot I can't take it!" I jumped off my chair and climbed the brick wall.
"Hey!" he grinned at me as he held a hand out for me to grab. I latched on and he pulled me up, setting his tablet down to get a grip on my back. The band had just finished a set to go into a quick break. "I'm Laxus, you must Lucy! I've seen you around the guild but haven't had a chance to say hi yet." I practically melted at his deep sexy voice. 'GET A HOLD OF YOURSELF HEARTFILIA!' I thought trying to come up with a decent response back.
"Laxus Dreyar! You're with the Thunder God team right?" I asked, trying to play it off all cool even though I was practically sweating that he knew my name.
"Yes ma'am," he drawled grinning that cute grin. "You're a Celestial Mage am I right?"
"Aye, I am. I have only 10 of the spirits though," I responded. He smiled again.
"Ma'am that's pretty dope not gonna lie. I've seen you in battle when the guild went against Tartaros, you got guts for sure I was and still am really impressed." I practically melted again. 'Laxus Dreyar, the Thunder Slayer impressed with weak me? OMIGOD'
"Lucy, can I buy you a drink?" he asked. I nodded as he climbed down, grabbed my hand and lifted me effortlessly off the wall. We went up to the bar. "What'll you have?"
"Rum and coke," I responded back. He made the order and then we went to go sit down in the corner. I started to relax more when I got a drink into me and we started talking and laughing. Before the band break was over we exchanged numbers and promised to text. I went back over to Cana and my friends beaming and blushing.
"AYYY SHE GOT HIS NUMBER!" Cana exclaimed to my other friends Erza and Levy. I grinned... 'Laxus Dreyar... omigod'
