Lucy POV
'I don't know what to wear and hes gonna pick me up in 10 minutes' I stressed as I was running around my house trying to find a good outfit to wear for my date with Laxus. We'd been texting all week and I'd met him at the guild a few times for coffee or a beer but now tonight was officially the night of our first date. He was taking me ice skating and then stargazing with a moonlight picnic and I was so excited. I heard the door knock. Shit... no no no no no he's here already omg!
I walked to the front door in my robe and opened it to a tall blonde gorgeous blue eyes man with broad fine shoulders. It was Laxus.
"Now Lucy you know you can't wear that out right?' he joked, bending down to give me a peck on the cheek and handing me the bouquet of tulips he had in his hand. My favorite flower.
"I know I just couldn't decide what to wear I'm looking now," I giggled, his prickly chin tickling my cheek. He smelled AMAZING. I blushed when he caught me drinking in his scent.
"Well someone enjoys the cologne," he teased, smiling. I laughed.
"Sorry you smell amazing, I'm gonna go finish getting ready,".
I disappeared back into the bedroom and finally settled on a cute pair of black ripped jeans, a purple cardigan, black boots and a black croptop. I let my hair down in curls and then we were on our way. I was shivering a little bit when he pulled off his leather coat and wrapped it around my shoulders.
"Here you go Beautiful, I know you look a little chilly," he smiled down at me. I grinned.
"Thank you Handsome," I responded as we made our way up the cobble stone road to the Ice skating rink. We rented our skates and bought some hot chocolate and started skating around the rink. Laxus rented the whole rink out because his family was rich and his grandfather is the master of Fairy Tail.
"Lucy! Look I can do a triple spin!" Laxus yelled from across the rink. He went to jump and do the spin and fell. I busted out laughing as he put himself back together looked around confused and started laughing.
"Apparently gravity says otherwise!" I called back teasingly. He grinned, got up and raced towards me, picked me up and spun me. I laughed til tears hit and just kept laughing. We both laughed and skated til we got tired then relaxed on a bench.
"Well Young Lady I am having a very nice time with you," Laxus said.
"Same here Young Man," I said looking into his eyes. 'Kiss me, omigod kiss me.' We sat looking into each others eyes
Laxus POV
'Should I kiss her? I really want to' I thought as I looked into her gorgeous brown eyes. I went to lean in and she leaned in too. Finally I just kissed her and we sat there kissing. I smiled and sadly pulled away wanting more. Everything just went slow.
"My God Blondie! That was... I may need a cold shower after that," I joked. Lucy playfully hit me. I chuckled and we sat there in silence as I put my arm around her and held her close for a bit. "Blondie you hungry?" I asked.
"Little bit, why?" she responded. "You'll see blondie"I got up and took her and we went to my stargazing spot. I popped open a bottle of wine. I poured each of us glasses and then we sat and ate a pasta dinner while looking at the stars.
"Laxus?" Lucy asked me. I answered her in a low tone, "Yes?" She leaned up and kissed me, we laid there on the grass kissing underneath the stars. I deepened the kiss and she deepened it more, taking my hand and holding it. I could feel my pants expanding as it got deeper and deeper. She climbed on top of me. But I ended the kiss
"We gotta stop Luce, it's nothing against you we just need to slow down a bit we've been drinking a lot too," I said. She looked at me her brown eyes shining in the moonlight and nodded.
"You're right Laxus... It's the alcohol talking. We gotta be more mature about it... I wanna wait," she said, climbing off and giving me a quick kiss on the cheek. We got up.
"Blondie, as bad as I want it, I agree," I nodded. As we gathered the picnic up and started walking back I went deep into though. Well.. Laxus even though you're an idiot and you had a hot girl wanting sex, I'm proud of you.
I walked her back to her place. As we stood outside the door lingering Lucy, put her arms around my neck. "Laxus I had a really good time with you tonight.. did you wanna come upstairs for another glass of wine?" I nodded. We started kissing a little bit again and then entered the building. She went through her apartment door first and then all I heard was "WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING HERE?!"
