Chapter 40...Light Will Fight It

Sora's POV

"Let's go!"

With that...we all charged into battle.

"Everybody go for a different animal part", Brain commanded.

"Right", everybody said.

Then, we got to work.

"Areoga", Marluxia and Strelitzia yelled before launching themselves into the air with a tornado.

Their landed on the Master of Masters back, and cut off his wings and fox ears respectively.

While they were doing this, Alexa had gotten to his backside, and she cut off his snake tail.

Then Brain also used Aeroga to jump onto his head...and cut off his goat horns.

Lastly, Ven run under him and cut off his bear legs.

Each animal part faded into dust as it was cut off, and now, only the body and head of a lion remained.

"From today", I started. "You will never cause so much pain and suffering ever again."

With that...I blasted the Master of Masters with a beam of light.

When the light disappeared...the Master of Masters regular body had returned.

He looked up one more time, and then...disappeared into dust.

He was gone, and I think it was for good this time.

The Next Day

Brain's POV

I was sitting with Ava as we watched Ephemer play with Kit.

"So", the former started. "What are you guys gonna do now that the Master is gone for good?"

"Well", I started. "He was right about one thing, as long as there is light, there will also be darkness. That is why Ephemer and I have decided revive the dandelions."

"Revive the dandelions", Ava asked.

"Yes", I replied. "They will be taught in Scala Ad Caelum, and they will be the new protecters of the light."

Ven's POV

I got off the Gummi Ship and ran into Aqua and Terra's waiting arms.

"Welcome home Ven", the former said.

"It's good to have you back", Terra stated.

"It's good to be back", I stated.

Then, I turned around, and saw Strelitzia, Lauriam and Elrena.

"Wow", the former said in awe. "It's so beautiful."

"Eh", Elrena said. "I preferred it when it was Castle Oblivion."

"Is it really okay for us to stay here", Lauriam asked.

"Of course."

Alexa's POV

Edym and I watched as my father (who was wearing a guard uniform) was teaching some of other guards how to use his arrowguns.

"Captain Goofy", I started to said person. "Thank you for allowing my father to be a member of the royal guard."

"But of course Miss Alexa", Captain Goofy said. "Everybody deserves a second chance."

Kairi's POV

I was lying on the beach with Kokoro and Hikari on my chest.

As I was doing so...I heard this.

"I knew I would find you snoozing here you lazy bum."

With that...I opened my eyes...and was so happy at what I saw.

"Sora."

Said person smiled before sitting down and picking up Kokoro.

I picked up Hikari and sat up.

"You're back."

"I'm home."

HotXbun: And so, nearly two years and three fics later, this story is finally done. At least the main part of it, I have plenty of ideas for spin-offs I could do in the future.
