Well, chapter 10 everyone. I keep it going. Worcestershire sauce.

"Please, have mercy!" A middle-aged man pleaded while throwing his gun on the ground. He wore a cloak with the Holy Cross on the back, and a bladeless sword hilt on his belt. "I am just following God's orders!"

"Can we skip the part where we tell him what his crimes are and just kill him?" Raynare, already in her Fallen Angel form, asked in annoyance. "There is a bag of chips waiting for me at home and 'Game of Thrones' starts in half an hour."

"Yeah, why do we have to be the ones doing these types of contracts?" Atlas asked as he sat down on the couch of the apartment they were in.

"Listen, there are exorcists who summon devils just to kill them. They sacrifice themselves to sin, and then kill a devil as penance for their mistake." Sona explained while standing in front of the pleading man. "We can trace them back since they used more energy than others."

Raynare just looked around and saw two closed doors, yet felt holy energy coming from that direction. "Atlas, on your left." The boy just nodded and stood up.

He walked to the door, put his hand on it, looked back at Sona and Raynare, and nodded to give them a 'ready' sign.

Sona formed a magical circle in front of her that shot an icicle right through the exorcist's chest.

The moment the man yelled out, four other exorcists bursted through the two doors and attacked Sona.

Atlas just grabbed the two that came out of his door by the neck and yanked them on the ground. With a flick of his wrists, he summoned two of his steel cards and threw them right into their heads.

Raynare on the other hand greeted both exorcists by shooting light spears directly through their heads. "That's how I told you to kill Issei!" Atlas yelled out as he saw her grinning while wiping the blood from her forehead.

"Yeah, I remember. Too bad you have no proof of that conversation." She raised her arms and shrugged her shoulders while Sona looked at the two.

Atlas was pulling his cards out from the exorcists' skulls, while Raynare was looking at the two corpses with holes in their heads. "You two are without a doubt the most difficult peerage members someone could have. If you weren't so helpful, I would have thought of a way to kill you by now."

"Wait you haven't already?" Atlas asked as he looked at Raynare, who once again just shrugged her shoulders. "I would have."

"Just get into the magic circle so Tsubaki can get us out. We are done here." She shook her head and looked at the blue circle while the black-haired boy and the former fallen angel stepped in.

"So how was your first fake contract?" Momo asked while Raynare huffed, putting a few chips in her mouth.

"Too easy. It was like watching a kid kill ants. Got boring within the first 20 seconds." She explained while Momo and Reya next to her looked shocked.

"Sona said there were five exorcists. How was that easy?" Reya asked while turning on the TV.

"Atlas killed two, I killed two, Sona killed the bait. Like I said: easy. Now shush, it's the season finale." She hissed as the three devils in the living room started watching.

Tomoe, Tsubasa, Tsubaki, and Ruruko stayed in the kitchen while everyone did something for themself.

The youngest of them, Ruruko, played a game on her laptop, the Queen read a book and the female Rook played cards with her red-haired teammate.

Tsubaki looked up and saw Sona and Genshirou enter the room and made room for them to sit at the table. "So? How was their contract?" She asked while everyone looked up.

"We sent Atlas inside to scout ahead. Genshirou stayed outside, I was in front of the door and Raynare was on the balcony." Sona explained while everyone looked at her curiously. "The exorcist was already pleading for his life when we came in. Atlas didn't care, instead of killing the exorcist he burned his Bible and got himself a glass of water."

"This guy..." Tomoe answered, only to see him entering the kitchen with several books in his hands. "He can read?" She asked with a shocked tone.

"He may not be the brightest, but he is still my boyfriend." Tsubaki replied with a monotone voice.

"Secret boyfriend. Don't forget that." Tsubasa exclaimed angry.

"Thanks for defending me babe…babes? Anyways, I don't need that. I may not be the best fighter, but I am the most intelligent person inside of every room I enter." Atlas answered as he looked at Tomoe who mocked him by silently repeating every word he said. "Are you still mad about that? I sarcastically called redheads more stupid than blondes, that doesn't mean that you are dumb. Everyone is an idiot compared to me."

"That makes us feel so much better," Genshirou remarked while rolling his eyes. "What are these books?"

"Remember the books Sona took away from me?" He asked with an excited tone. "I have a whole shelve filled with such books." Atlas saw everyone widening their eyes and continued laying out all the books in certain patterns over the table, throwing away Ruruko's laptop and Tsubaki's cards. "I don't expect you to understand the complexity of my knowledge or of my work, but this is one of the greatest things I have accomplished, so if you don't want to lose a finger, don't touch it." He hissed as he saw Tsubaki almost picking up one of the books.

"Fine, but why are you putting them on the table? And what are you trying to accomplish by putting them down in a pattern?" Tsubaki asked as she saw him putting down five books in a pentagonal shape while three books stayed inside of the formation.

"Wanna see it or keep asking stupid questions?" Atlas asked in return while the others kept looking at the books with interest. He pulled out a small pack of cards and opened it. Everyone was confused to see eight normal cards instead of his normal metallic throwing weapons. "Alright, uh, how was it again? Horse means power in battle, so the green book. Pink book for lamb as Jesus' sacrifice. Black book for the serpent as Satan Lucifer. Tongue stands for language and goes on the yellow book." He softly hit his head a few times and looked through the remaining four cards. "Wings for protection on the red book. Wolfs are disguised as enemies of the orange book. And the beast that represents politics comes on the grey one."

Everyone stared at the remaining book while Atlas just smiled. "Penelope, do me the honors. The dove of the holy spirit." He threw the last card with a smooth flick of the wrist and everyone just looked shocked as the card was caught by two hovering fingers on the other end of the table.

"Are you sure Atlas?" The invisible girl asked as he nodded. "Fine." She laid the card down before her fingers vanished from the physical world again.

"Thanks. Now then." He pulled a small flask, a needle, and a tube out of his pockets and walked into the living room.

Everyone heard Raynare yell out for a short moment before Atlas came back with a flask filled with blood.

Everyone looked with narrowed eyes while he sighed. "She is the only one who has light energy. Well, Penelope does too, but I would never hurt her."

"Of course you wouldn't," Ruruko remarked, angry that her laptop was broken. "Now do something before I regret not killing you for my laptop."

"Yeah yeah." Atlas opened the flask and poured the blood right on top of his table. They all stared as the blood stopped right above the table, hovering mid-air. "Immolate, Sacrifice, Exchange, Offer, Slaughter." He said as with every word a magical circle formed around his arm forming a small bracelet of circles around his wrist. "It's done." They all looked at how the blood vanished in thin air and then looked at him.

"Eight books, eight special cards, blood from Raynare with holy energy and an European catholic magic spell. All that for a bracelet of spells? Cool party trick." Sona remarked as she stood up. "Well, it's getting la...te..." She said as she froze on her spot while looking on the table. Her eyes moved a bit around as she tried to realize what just happened.

"Still a party trick?" Atlas smiled as he leaned against the counter of his kitchen.

"What happened?" Tomoe asked as she looked at Sona and Atlas.

"The table. It's gone." Everyone stood up and moved a few steps back in shock. "Where is it?" Sona asked.

"Did it work Penelope?" Atlas asked with an excited facial expression while looking at the air.

"Yeah. You know that this table costed you an entire leg. The log you put in the basement costed you an arm and the lion you fought in a Russian zoo costed you your liver. That's three Phenex tears in one year. And it's only June. Can you stop losing organs or limbs?" Penelope answered monotonously.

"Yeah, but losing a liver got me the black lion into my basement, and experimenting on it was absolutely worth it. Also, these rebels in Africa were completely entitled. Yeah, losing a leg was shit, but worth it. And the arm didn't even hurt." Altas answered while everyone looked at him in shock and askance. "Also if this ritual didn't work I could lose my arm, again. This time I don't have Phenex tears."

He looked around and saw the faces of the others. Atlas opened his mouth only for Tsubasa to lift her hand. "Don't, just don't. For the sake of this relationship, let's just forget what you said and act like no one ever heard it." Her boyfriend just nodded his head in agreement while Penelope laughed next to Tsubasa.

"I heard everything." She joked while punching Tsubasa's arm.

The black-haired boy saw her small hands just moving through his girlfriend's arm and huffed. "You are no help, Penelope. Stop hitting Tsubasa. It's a disturbing sight." He extended his hand as one of the magical circles around his hand lit up.

The green circle that represented the Valafor house vanished from his wrist only for everyone to look astonished as a purple fur formed itself around his neck and stopped at his collarbone. "That's the wrong one. You have to open the Marbas circle first, then the Valafor, then the Gusion, then the Ipos, and finally the Decarabia. You just sacrificed five of your 72 books of hell just for some cool attire." Penelope shook her head.

"I didn't sacrifice them. I still have them, but I rewrote their magic into a single spell that gives me this cool attire out of nothing. Their houses are extinct, no one can use their magic anyways, so why keep it?" He explained to the girl standing left of him. He let the Marbas circle vanish only for a black coat with purple stars that had a hole in the middle to appear around him. The fur on the other hand disappeared.

The next circle that disappeared let a hood appear, though it didn't cover Atlas' head. I just hung behind him and fused with the purple fur that suddenly appeared again.

The fourth circle vanished and Atlas gained pure black track pants and the fifth circle gave him a dark purple shirt under the cloak. "That's it? That's what you used these eight books for?" Sona asked annoyed.

"Well, I only used five books for that, the other three were just empty books that I needed for their matter. I can't create matter, but with the right spell, I can reconstruct matter and force it into magical circles. Except that I can only do it 72 times. The table, the books, and the blood were sacrifices for the matter. Sadly I can't create life out of that."

"But these circles were houses that went extinct," Sona exclaimed.

"Yeah. 72 books. One for every house. These books are something my father collected: magic spells of other houses. Most of them are full. House Bael and Gremory are still unfinished." Atlas smiled while explaining. "I rewrote the books entirely; counted the number of spaces, full stops, commas, hyphens, and letters. I could only use these. With that, I rewrote them into a giant spell that allowed me to create this attire."

"Does that mean that you erased the magical knowledge of five houses just for some clothes that you could get in any shop?" Tsubaki asked as Atlas nodded.

"Cool huh?" He asked.

"So the guy who has the best knowledge of magic is mentally unstable and insane. Yeah, that's cool." Tomoe answered with wide eyes.

"She understands it." Atlas smirked and nodded slightly.

"Gotta ask him if he can create me some cooler attire," Raynare exclaimed with a smirk only to receive weird stares from the others. "What?"

"Did you just ignore the fact that he is capable of rewriting spells of other houses to program matter with them?" Momo asked while Sona looked at the white-haired girl.

"Not only that, but he just wasted five books filled with magic spells of extinct houses. For what?" Sona asked. "For clothes!"

Raynare just looked at the two girls and interrupted them. "I understand the severity of this situation. But I have to ask something."

"What?" Tomoe asked, joining the conversation.

"What would look sexier on me? A black leather jacket with spikes on the shoulders, or a black fur coat...with spikes on the shoulders."

Sona just looked at the former fallen angel without blinking. She took off her glasses and rested her forehead on the back of the same hand. "What have I done?"
