Long ago, two races ruled over Earth. Humans, and Monsters. One day, war broke out between the two races. Some humans fought alongside the monsters, and 7 human supported the monsters in the war. But, that power wasn't enough. The humans still defeated the monsters. They trapped the monsters and the humans that fought alongside them Underground. They sealed a barrier that only a monster with enough DETERMINATION could break. However, the monsters knew from the beginning of the war that they would lose. For it is common knowledge that a human soul is far more powerful than a monster's soul. So in secret, they gave 14 monsters to the humans that supported them. 2 monsters for each human.
