A group of people were working in the briefing room of the BAU talking about the case they just finished, when the older man's phone rang. As the older man lifted to answer the phone, the rest of the group watched to see who had called.
"Rossi," The older man David Rossi said as a means of answer and acknowledgement to the person who called him.
The rest of the team watched as whatever was said to Rossi over the phone he became more tense and aggravated.
"He did WHAT? That's it, I don't care! He hurt you! No! Come here now! Either you come here willingly Hadrian, or I'm flying there and dragging your ass back kicking and screaming. Don't even use them as an excuse, Hermione and the others will help me pack up your's and Teddy's life!" Rossi commanded over the phone.
The team was confused over the protective anger radiating off of Rossi, and who this Hadrian person was. They had only seen Rossi like this when the team or his daughter was involved.
"No Hadrian! I'm leaving now, and I'll be there in two days or less. This is not up for discussion! You should not have been in that house to begin with! You know that he and some of the others want your money and will do anything to get it! I'm going to have the twins, Hermione, Neville, Luna, Draco, and Blaise to get all of your stuff and get you out of there. You are coming to the states and living here. I don't care about your job! I'll talk to Strauss and get you a job here if you want. She will do it for you Hadrian, she adores you and you know it. I'll see you in a day or so Hadrian, bye," Rossi said before hanging up.
When Rossi hung up and looked up, he saw the rest of the team looking at him in confusion. He ignored them for now, and focused on Garcia.
"Garcia, I need a ticket to London as soon as possible. The earliest flight if possible," Rossi stated as he started standing and getting ready to grab his go bag from his office.
"Hold on there Rossi, Who was that? Why do you need to go to London? What is this boy's importance to you? What happened to him to cause you to react like that?" Derek Morgan asked with confusion.
"Hadrian is my godson from my best friend Lily. His family was murdered when he was a baby, and I thought he had died too until a few years ago when he called me saying that he found out about me from his mother's journal. I went to visit him before I started working here, and found out that some of his supposed best friends and his family along with their ex-headmaster were trying to steal his family money that he inherited from his father and other godfather. They are pushing him too far, and just tried to take his godson whom he has just adopted out of his custody. I refuse to let them destroy what little life my boy has left dammit! I'll explain more later, but I really have to go now," Rossi exclaimed protectively.
"Ok David, calm down. How about we take the jet and the whole team goes? This gives you the extra help in case you need it, and gives you some back up as well. It also allows us to meet the boy, and get to know him. You can give a bigger overview of his life and him on the way. Everyone let's go. We have a family member to save that Strauss can't complain about," Hotch said peacefully.
"What can I not complain about Hotchner?" Erin Strauss asked as she walked through the door.
"You can't complain about the fact that I am getting Hadrian out of London," Rossi stated simply as he walked out of the room and headed to his office.
"You are all correct on that. Take the jet and get that young man out of there," Strauss said while walking away.
"You heard her, let's go!" Spencer Reid exclaimed as he walked to his desk to get his go bag.
Everyone was quickly ready to go, and be on the way to jet as soon as possible. With the group leaving for the airport in three cars, they were on the way to the airport so they could meet their new family member.
The drive to the airport was uneventful, and everyone easily boarded the jet as quickly as possible to reach the new addition or additions to their family.
"Hey Rossi, who are all those people you mentioned when talking to Hadrian? Are they all coming with us when we come back?" the blonde named J.J. asked.
"The twins are the older brothers of the kid that faked friendship with Hadrian. Their names are Fred and George Weasley. When they found out what their brother, sister, and mother were doing, they left their family and asked Hadrian if they could take his family name. Hadrian took on the mantle as head of the two families he was the heir of. He legally adopted the two older boys as his brothers and helped them start up their prank store. They are probably going to start it up here when they move here with him. There is no way those two would let Hadrian leave without them, he is the only family they have left now," Rossi informed them while leaving time for any questions regarding the twins.
"So these twins are pranksters," Derek asked with a smile at the concept of more competition.
"Yes the twins are pranksters. Very creative, hard time pranksters, who are terrified of Hadrian and his payback if they prank him. I'm not sure what he did to result in this terror, but I would rather be locked in a prison with all of the serial killers in the world then anywhere near those three if they decide to work together," Rossi stated seriously to the group.
"Let's move on to the next person in the group," Hotch said with a slight shiver of how bad they must be for Dave to state that.
"Hermione is Hadrian's first real friend. He met her when they were eleven years old. Hermione is a really big book worm, and loves to learn everything and anything. She helped Hadrian realize that he could be himself and read whatever he wanted. I think she is the reason that he showed that he is on par with Reid here in intelligence levels. Hermione is strong willed and very bright. She is determined to prove herself to everyone, Hermione is very determined to prove that just because she is a girl doesn't mean she isn't good at what she does. In all honesty she scares me more than all of my ex wives and female agents we know. Hermione is very protective of Hadrian as he is her first friend, and now legally adopted brother. Her parents were murdered when she was 17 years old. As soon as Hadrian found out, he adopted her as his sister just like he did with the twins. I believe that she is good for him and vice versa," Rossi informed the group with a smile.
"So what you're saying is that Hermione was also adopted, but only after her parents were murdered? That is harsh," Garcia asked in sadness.
"That is correct. Hadrian loves her like a sister, and brought her into his heart and home so that she did not have to go into the system. Hermione was there for him, when many others were not. The twins and some others tried to be, but were rebuffed on many sides," Rossi stated with a smile.
"Now, Neville is a special case. He is Hadrian's godbrother, but neither knew this until they were 16 years old. Neville was really shy with a low self esteem. His grandmother wanted to push him to be like his father. He lived with his grandmother since he was one year old due to his parents being tortured into comas. He met Hadrian when he was eleven as well. They became close friends around the time they were 13. Hadrian is very close to him as well, and they see each other as brothers. Neville is the head of his own family, and has put his own backing on Hadrian. Neville is more likely nowadays to hit first ask questions later, when it involves Hadrian or Luna anyway. Neville is very protective of them, Hadrian in particular because he is the most sensitive I suppose is the word for it. Neville has an uncanny ability with plants of any kind, his green thumb is superior to any other person I know," Rossi said with a happy smile like a proud parent.
"So Neville is a huge green thumb and over protective big brother?" Prentiss asked to sum up the description of Neville.
"Basically, yes he is. He is loyal to those he cares about to a fault, and not afraid to show people how much he cares. He is one of the sweetest boys in the world, and while his self esteem is much higher he is still slightly shy with people he doesn't know," Rossi said with a simple smile.
"Now Luna is a whole other can of worms. She is a dreamy little blonde girl who has the most creative imagination in the world. She has a very laid back personality, and is hard to anger. She has this uncanny ability to know things about people that they have never told anyone. She had been bullied most of her life after her mother died when she was eight years old. Hadrian met and became friends with her when he was 13 years old. When he found out that she was bullied, Hadrian brought out the full force of his pranking abilities and made all of the bullies cry and beg the teachers for mercy and confess the bullying. Luna has been adopted as Hadrian's little sister. If anyone hurts her, Hadrian will become the devil incarnate and burn the people who hurt to the ground. Luna is also the heir of another prominent family, but doesn't really care much about that part other than it connects her to her family. She lost her father around the same time Hermione's parents were killed," Rossi informed the team.
"So Luna is a creative little fairy who is so protected that hurting her, will end your life both career wise and mentally?" J.J asked.
"That is correct. She is very peaceful and seems to float off the ground instead of walk. Luna is very much a dreamer, and is working on writing kids books amongst other things," Rossi said with a smile.
"Draco is a very posh young man, who was forced by his father to be a little toerag to Hadrian. After a massive incident when they were 17 years old saw Draco admitting his abuse and asking for forgiveness. Hadrian knew Draco's father and forgave Draco. Hadrian also discovered that the two of them were cousins through Draco's mother. When Draco's mother died when he was 17, Hadrian adopted him into his family and they became more like brothers. Draco's father squandered their family money, and ruined the family name. Draco taking Hadrian's name allowed him to move freely and have everyone see he is not like his father. Draco is very protective of Hadrian and is likely to harm someone severely if they hurt him. Hadrian is very loved by his group, he allows people to be themselves and not judge them. Draco is very political in nature, and loves to read as well. Draco is fully committed to his family and his desire to become a lawyer and help others in ways that people could have helped Hadrian and is really good at hiding his emotions due to how he was raised, but will not let that hinder him in proving his love for his family," Rossi stated sadly.
"What could have happened that resulted in Draco losing so much?" Hotch asked in confusion.
"That is something I can't tell you guys yet. I have to have their permission to tell you the rest of this information. Not all of this is my stuff to tell, I've sworn myself to secrecy and promised not to tell. I was not there for Hadrian when he needed me because I thought he was dead. Any information they give me I will gladly accept, but if I am asked to keep something secret I will," Rossi said earnestly.
"Ok, we won't force you to tell us. We understand that you don't want to lose anyone's trust. I was just curious, I will wait to gain the group's trust before I ask them Rossi," Hotch said calmly.
"Ok. Now Blaise is an interesting part of the family. He was best friends with Draco, and followed his lead. He knew about Draco's family issues, and was there for him. When Draco went to Hadrian for forgiveness, he discovered that he was already friends with Hadrian. Blaise had gone to Hadrian in hopes that he could help Draco in some way. When Draco became a part of the family, Blaise followed. Blaise is the head of his own family, and engaged to Draco as of three months ago. Blaise and Draco have been dating since they were 13 years old. Granted they had to hide their relationship until they were 17 because of their families. Blaise is greatly devoted to Draco and the rest of his family. Blaise believes that Hadrian saved Draco and himself. Due to this, Blaise is very protective of Hadrian and will destroy anyone politically, if they decide to harm either Hadrian or Draco," Rossi stated with a smirk.
"So Blaise is devoted soon-to-be husband, who is unafraid to harm anyone who hurts his family. What is interested in career wise?" Reid asked with a tilt of his head.
"Blaise is studying to become a doctor. He is determined to help people in the way he could not fully help Draco to heal. By becoming a doctor, he can help people in the way Draco and Hadrian were not," Rossi said proudly.
"Are there any other relationships in this group so that we can be prepared?" Prentiss asked with a slight smile.
"Neville and Luna are engaged, you know of Draco and Blaise's engagement, the twins aren't in any relationships at the moment that I know of. If I remember correctly, the twins are more focused on their shop at the moment than any relationship. Hadrian has not found a boy that understands him enough to be in a relationship. All the people he has met that understand him, are more in a familial setting. He also has his own set of issues all on his own. Hadrian lost both his parents at the age of one, his godmother and her husband a day later, and his other god father who he met when he was 13 years old. He only met Sirius then because he illegally incarcerated and only broke out at that point. Some of the government officials didn't want him to be near Hadrian so had him locked up with no trial. Sirius then died when Harry was 16. Then Harry found out that one of his friends was lying about being his friend to steal from him, and then lost his adopted uncle and his wife a year later. The only good thing that has happened to him recently other than building his family, was that he got his son out of the deal. His uncle and aunt who died, left a baby boy behind and had named Hadrian the godfather. Hadrian legally adopted Teddy a month after he was given custody of him. Teddy is Hadrian's pride and joy. What few people have shown interest to Hadrian ran when they realized he had Teddy. Most people have a hard time accepting that he is a single parent. Myself and the rest of the family have been trying to help push the people only into his fame back as far as possible. Sadly, most of the people who know Hadrian are more into his fame. He has some friends from his sports group who don't see him for his fame, but they are all busy dealing with their own. I know that Viktor is seen as family, but he lives in Bulgaria at the moment. I have a feeling that as soon as he finds out, that he will be moving to America to be near his little brother as well. I am hopeful that all of you will get along with my godson and his family, he needs more people in his group," Rossi said passionately.
"I have no doubt that we will get along with Hadrian and his group. From what we have heard, they need us and we just might need them too," Garcia said with a smile.
"I think we should all try to sleep for a couple of hours. It's a long trip to London, and we should be fully energized to take care of our new family members," Hotch said tiredly.
"You are right, let's get some sleep. We are all going to be emotionally drained at some point tomorrow," Rossi said tiredly.
With all of that said the team all laid down and got comfortable. They were all falling asleep at a steady pace, and were ready to invite the new members of their family.
