Blue and Ink walked through a portal and into the patio of a small café.
"Ah yes! This time my portal actually goes to the right place." Blue said reaching for the door handle. He briefly looked behind him to make sure ink was following.
They walked in through the glass doors to be greeted by the heavy and delightful smell of coffee beans. The tables each had two chairs with lots of cushion and the booths were similar. The modern art and paintings around the room added to the atmosphere.
"Here it is! This is in a timeline from the future! If I'm not mistaken frisk helped build this place."
Ink walked into the cafe behind blue. The place was nice cozy. Has a sticker in the door that says 'monsters welcome'. 'Must be a timeline from the future considering we're on the surface.'
Blue walked up to the lady at the counter and ordered. Him and the young blonde haired lady talked a bit like they knew each other.
After paying Blue and Ink sat down at a table. Ink still seemed really spaced out. Blue was really starting to worry.
"Hey ink." Blue tapped his shoulder. Ink nearly jumped at the sudden contact. Blues gaze hardened. Something is really wrong.
Ink was just in his own thoughts when someone tapped his shoulder. He flinched in surprise. His skull whipped around to see it was blue who tapped him. Blue all of a sudden looked super worried.
"Uhm blue what's wrong?" Ink asked quietly.
"You! Ink your not ok. Really you don't need to beat yourself up about it!" Blue put his hands over the creators.
After blue finished talking ink diverted his eyes. He was tearing up again. He couldn't see but he knew his eyelights were blue.
"Oh ink.." Blue got up and hugged ink. Ink hugged him back as tears strolled down his cheeks again.
"I-I-I didn't mean to u-upset him. I-i just didn't w-want him to d-destroy stuff again..." Ink choked out. Blue hugged him even tighter.
"Ink it's ok. You're alright. You didn't upset him. He's just upset he upset you!" Blue told ink as he pat his shoulder.
The lady behind the counter called out their order number. Blue let go of the hug and got the drinks while tipping the lady.
He set the two cups down on the table.He pushed one towards ink who then sat down.
"You should drink something. I got you some warm honey milk tea." Blue smiled warmly.
"Thank you" Ink whispered. He took the cup and sipped it a bit.'Omg this is sooo good '
Blue noticed that ink was smiling and his eyelights were back to their normal blue and star. 'Hehe guess he likes the tea.'
"Do you like it?" Blue asked smiling.
"Yes its really good!" Ink gulped it a bit and burned his tongue.
"Oww" he whined sticking out his rainbow tongue.
"Well you shouldve dranken it slower silly!" Blue playfully nudged ink. They both began laughing. 'Inks feeling better!" Blue thought.
They sat at the table for a little while and finished their drinks. They both got up, blue waved to the lady behind the desk, and stepped out into the nice autumn weather.
"Wow we were in there for a while." Blue said looking at the horizon. The sun was higher in the sky then before.
"well I suppose we should ho to the sphere." Ink looked down at his shoes. His eyes were normal, but he still felt guilty.
"Yeah i guess so." Blue made a portal with a snap of his fingers. They both stepped into the swirling doorway of light.
