(It's early in the morning, but almost the time to meet up with everyone else at the breakfast hall. Usually, Zarbon would go by himself to somewhere else; he wasn't a social extrovert. Truth be told, he loathed almost everyone else here, but there was one he held in high regards for their actions connecting to another certain soldier, one he managed to tolerate as they were his colleague, and two extremely stupid people that he can only withstand due to their strong friendship with said soldier in mind. In order, that would be Frieza, Dodoria, Jeice, Salza and Saku. But, why would he always feel so exhilarated to see the snow haired young man? He didn't deserve to be in such a horrible place as this, something he would never say to others. Does Jeice even realize what Frieza plans to use him for now finding out about the young prodigy? And if Jeice didn't have the heart, which is most likely certain, to kill others and destroy then conquer planets, would Frieza just leave him for dead space? Giving into thoughts like that made Zarbon worry. He didn't care if he would be soundly defeated through his time spent in the empire, nor anyone else for that matter. All he could focus on in that current thought was seeing Jeice would be alright. Then again, if he says this place is like Hell and doesn't want the Brench-Seijinn here, why does he put up with the empire himself? Sure, it was thoughtful of Frieza to take Jeice in, most likely due to needing new recruits rather than pity and empathy, but that didn't mean he respected his leader for all the beyond troublesome things he was doing. Zarbon's own planet was destroyed by this very same demon, and was rather a slave than a well thought about elite. He'd gone from being an adoring prince who eventually wanted a child to call his own, to a wolf in sheep's clothing, with every seam of it being torn down every day he had to spend it here. An odd speculation, but the former royal had not once thought of his parents when their reality was shattered into millions of shards, all scattered as so they could not be put back together, or even in the same way the original picture had looked. It felt like he knew what would eventually be the upcoming fate of his home planet, and would gradually care less and less for his own kind as the years went by. It was as if he could somehow see into the future, and knew he would end up serving under the Cold family, so he'd eventually given up on his own kind. Zarbon's intellect was very high and rational among other subordinates, which could even counteract that of Frieza's. Something within that intelligence and his own disposition once he met Jeice... was that all the unfortunate events that took place in his span of life had been written down in the books so that he could meet Jeice. Specifically him. There could be no doubt. When they first exchanged eye contact, Zarbon felt like everything he had, everything that he'd been missing and was yet to come, had all been in the young man. Seeing him caused him to travel among new horizons, newly found hopes and dreams of what he could be, having the strength one day to turn his life back around and take Jeice with them. It was such a fatherly love that Zarbon fathomed since he wasn't able to wed his own woman in his time and even get to talk about children together, and it would only grow stronger by the second. He'd do anything for Jeice, the future laid bare in their gentle but feeble hands. He could be the solution, the turning point in all the good of the world needed. And with that thought put out there, Zarbon knew what was clear that he had to do when the stars aligned perfectly, symmetrically and in exact composition; he would flee with Jeice, to eventually raise him as his own. There were adoption papers and other coordinated information he managed to find bound tight in Frieza's room, in which he stealthily hid in his own quarters away from any sight. All these things made him feel so euphoric, but he would just need to stay in the moment and keep up the act so when the break of dawn arrived, the final execution would be planned.)

Zarbon hears a gentle knock on his door. Quietly but with assertion and dignity, he walked to it to address the man*

Jeice: H-hey Zarbon.

Zarbon: Oh, Jeice! You never come around these parts.

Jeice: Yes sir, you have all the right to say that. What I had... um... thought in mind to form into a request was if... you would like to have breakfast with Saku, Salza and I. The Ginyu Force granted me the permission to ask you, and it's alright if you don't.

Zarbon: No, I'd be more than happy and honored to. Besides, it would give me a chance to learn about you three some more.

Jeice had an expression of pure joy that had such bright radiance* Jeice: Thank you for considering this and responding!

Zarbon: Heh! It's not a problem at all.
