Hello Everyone.
Alright, so this is my attempt at a Naruto and Majikoi crossover.
The idea is that this Naruto is somewhat darker and not as innocent. He somehow has been dropped into a new world, which attracts the attention of the strongest around.
So, the first chapter is basically a retelling of how the Majikoi manga starts, just because I don't believe the series is well known to a lot of readers.
So, it's more informative than anything…
So... Yeah, uh... get excited?
It's Majikoi, and while I was originally planning on it being a single pairing between Naruto and Momoyo, it's most likely going to evolve into a harem.
Edit: I've gone through and fixed this Chapter, or at least cleaned it up so it flows smoother.
Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto nor Majikoi.
...
-Start-
…
The first thing he noticed when he came to conscious was the furious wind as it rushed past him.
It was as if he was…
…
Falling…
…
Oh…
…
He was falling…
…
And at an extremely fast pace as well…
…
Well... Time to make the best of this situation.
Checking over his person, he found himself wearing his black and orange jumpsuit, although it was in tattered rags and the edges were slightly singed, as if someone was trying to light him on fire…
…
Oh…
…
That's right…
…
Someone was trying to roast him alive…
Go fuck yourself, Sasuke…
Getting back on track, he took stock of what he could see off in the distance.
From his high vantage point, even though he was falling, he could see several mountains surrounding the village below.
…
The village, he soon realized…
…
That he was about to crash into.
Fuck. I hope this doesn't cause an international scene…
On closer inspection, he realized that it wasn't so much a village but rather a city, one that he couldn't help but compare to the Hidden Rain Village, both having a similar design with tall tower like buildings located in the center.
I think those buildings are called skyscrapers?
As he started to near the ground, he tried to find any sort of landing.
Alright, I'll grab this pole and spin myself around it before bouncing off these walls, safely landing on the ground.
What he forgot, as many would say, first plans never survive contact with the enemy.
So, instead, he slipped off the pole and did a front flip in the air. Spinning off balanced, he collided head first into some girl with red eyes, knocking both of them out cold.
…
Thus, when he later woke up, lying in a hospital bed with an old man sitting next to him, he knew things were about to get confusing and difficult.
He just didn't know how confusing and difficult it would be…
Nor how persistent one Kawakami Momoyo could be in her advances.
…
(Introduction)
…
What do people think of when they hear the word Samurai?
Like those of Cherry Blossoms and Mt. Fuji...
It is a unique word that is used to identify Japan.
The Samurai have disappeared, but...
Their spirit...
Their Bushido...
Is still engraved in the minds of the Japanese people as a symbol of power and beauty.
Even if that person...
May be a sweet female student!

(Earlier That Day)
…
The sun was just rising over the horizon and it was looking to be a beautiful day with the birds chirping and the clouds providing brief moments of shade.
Yet, his day was already ruined before it even began.
His name was Naoe Yamato and he was of average height, with dark brown hair and brown eyes. Often being described as fairly fit with a calm composed look on his face, he liked to think he was a chill guy, always taking things in stride. Yet, his day was already ruined because of all the thugs currently standing before him, sneering and jeering at him.
And to think… My day had started off so well too.
Of course it would happen to him, that on his usual route to school, here he gets harassed by these wannabe gangsters. So he told them to fuck off in a polite manner.
"Eh!?" said the lead thug, his hair set in a stupid pompadour style. As the group of thugs started to converge, surrounding Yamato, he kept his face blank.
The lead thug sneered, his face ugly as could be. "What was that kid?" he said, a dangerous tone in his voice.
Yamato sighed. What a bunch of idiots…
"Like I said," Started Yamato, "I don't mean anything bad, but don't you guys have families to return to?"
Another thug stepped forward, a metal pipe in his hands. "Shut up! We came here on an expedition all the way from Chiba! We won't return until we beat the crap out of Kawakami!" he explained.
Another thug joined them, his face hidden by a surgical mask as he gave a thumb down, a sneer hidden behind his mask. "We heard rumors that she was the strongest! We'll fuck her up good!" he boasted, unknowing of his certain demise.
Yamato rubbed the back of his head, a forced smile on his face. "That Kawakami asked me to send her regards..." he started, rolling his eyes. "So how about you go home for today?" Yamato gave them a patronizing look, as if they were ants beneath his feet. "M'Kay?"
Thug #3, nicknamed surgical mask, seemed surprised. "Eh!? Are you one of Kawakami's friends?" he asked.
Thug #1, aka pompadour, stepped forward. "Then should we beat you up too!?" he said, trying to intimidate Yamato.
Yamato took a step back, waving his hands out in front of him. "Stop! Stop!" he said, "Then at least fight one-to-one if you all go at once, someone's bound to get hurt!" explained Yamato, trying to find a compromise.
This seemed to agitate the thugs even more as they growled at him. "Who the hell would listen to your requests! The one we have business with is Kawakami..."
Someone from behind the group of thugs asked a question. "Momoyo?" said the voice, clearly being female in nature. It was a voice that dripped with power and authority.
The lead thug nodded. "Yeah, Momo... Yo..." he said, his voice trailing off as he went silent, turning to find his soon to be executioner, not that he knew that.
Right there, standing in front of them with her arms crossed, was one Kawakami Momoyo, the so called strongest in the world.
Her red eyes were set in a sharp look, as was her vicious grin. She kept her waist-length black hair in good condition, and many a man and woman described her as having a 'megalopolis-style' bust. She was currently wearing the winter uniform of the Kawakami High School Academy with her jacket set upon her shoulders in a cape-like manner. Her long black hair swayed with the gentle breeze of the wind, besides the small portion of her bangs that crisscrossed over the bridge of her nose, which she had admitted to her close friends that those crisscrossed locks were her strongest point of charm in seducing other women.
Right now, with the wind blowing and her smile set on full 'blast', she had them all ensnared with her beauty.
"!?" exclaimed thug #1, the pompadour asshole, as he pointed to Momoyo but asked Yamato a question. "H-hey kid, who is this amazing beauty? Do you know her?"
Yamato deflated a bit and looked away, lightly scratching at his cheek. "Umm... I guess you could say that..."
Momoyo brushed a stray lock of hair out of the way, eyeing the thugs before her, as if she was judging their worth to society. "Hmm? Do you mean me?" she started. "And here I thought you already knew who I was... Very well. I shall introduce myself."
She took a step towards them, her grin turning dark, a promise of pain held within her eyes. "I am the one you gentlemen were looking for. I am..."
Before they knew it, she was in front of the lead thug, and with a single punch, she launched him into the sky. "KAWAKAMI MOMOYO!" she declared, a wild look in her eyes.
The thug's pals watched the sky as their friend's body flew off in the distance, disappearing with a soft twinkle, much like a shooting star. As one, they all looked at Momoyo with terrified expressions.
"Wha-!?"
Gone was the serene, beautiful image she had painted for them, and in its place, was a beautiful battle hungry expression.
"Welcome to Kawakami City!" she said, throwing her arms wide. "For the sake of one girl, so many fighters have gathered in such an admirably trash-like manner! I SHALL PRAISE YOU!"
Her jeering taunt did the trick, stirring the rest of them into action as they prepared for battle, and generic insult tossing.
"Y-y-you Bitch! How dare you do that to Funabashi-kun! Cowardly attacking all of a sudden! L-let's get her guys!"
Momoyo face fell flat as she eyed them. "Err... with a group that large, talking about cowardice is rather... Hmm?" she started, her attention somewhere else as she ignored them for a moment.
In reality, she was distracted with the Tetris piece hanging from one of the thug's belt.
She pointed at it. "Hey, you. Is that strap from Tetris?" she asked.
The thug seemed taken back. "Eh!? So, what if it is!" he said. The thug blinked and before he knew it, she was crouched down at his side, trying to get a better look at his Tetris strap.
"Ohh... Nice... I guess it's been awhile... Now I kinda want to play..." Said Momoyo as she muttered to herself, her thoughts unknown to them.
The thug jumped backwards. "Bah! Why the crap are you so composed!" he declared, his frustration apparent.
Momoyo stood up and with her hands, she imitated playing Tetris on a handheld gameboy. "Alright, let's play Tetris." she said, before her eyes narrowed in thought. "Can you guys help me out?"
The thugs blinked. "Eh?"
Momoyo grinned and leaped at them, her fist cocked back.
"By becoming human blocks!"
...
...
As Momoyo had her fun playing human Tetris, Yamato sighed from his crouched position.
"See? Didn't I say someone would get hurt?" he asked, not expecting an answer, but as to confirm to himself that he was right all along.
"Yamato!" someone called out to him, their voice growing louder as they drew closer.
He turned to find his friends Miyako, Gakuto, and Moro approaching. All of them were a part of the Kazama family, which he to was a part of, and he considered them all extended family members.
He took the time to drink in their appearances.
Miyako had purple eyes, and short light blue hair, which she had a flower accessory off to one side. She had a soft and pale skin tone, which painted her as a beautiful porcelain doll, but suffered from being the shortest within the Kazama Family. Oh, and due to past actions, she was deeply in love with Yamato, who basically ignored all her advances.
He still proceeded to do so to this day. She needs to learn how to take a hint…
Moving on, trailing after Miyako was his good friend and fellow pervert Gakuto. Shimazu Gakuto had dark brown eyes and short brown hair that he brushed back mainly because he believed it would make him more popular with the ladies. He had a tall, muscular body, and a nice bronze tan. He and Moro were best friends and much to their despair, they are often paired together as the school yaoi couple.
After Gakuto came Moro, his real name Takuya Morooka, and he had blue eyes and dark blue hair that covered his right eye. He was a little skinny and is physically the weakest member of the Kazama Family. But he does add to the group with his computer skills, usually working side by side with Yamato on his strategies.
Yamato snapped out of his thoughts as Miyako stood next to him. "Spectator relocation complete." she said.
He nodded. "Oh, Miyako. Good Job." he said before turning to face the other two boys. "You too, Gakuto, Moro." He said, congratulating them before turning his attention back to Momoyo and her game of 'Tetris.' "There were a lot of enemies this time, so I thought we'd need more space, but I guess it wasn't necessary after all." He said, watching his big sis have fun beating up simple thugs.
Miyako held her face as she slightly blushed at his words. "True, but you have diligence in taking that into consideration. I love that part of you!"
Yamato ignored her most recent confession and watched the brutal scene in front of him as blood started to fly, screams of echoing pain haunting his mind for but one second.
Moro grimaced and closed his eyes. "Amazing. As usual, I couldn't follow Momo-Senpai's movements." he said, slouching as he stood, hands hidden within his pockets.
Gakuto kept his face straight while he watched along with Yamato. "But we could all still see that diabolical look on her face." He said but flinched when Momoyo heard him and let it be known.
"I CAN HEAR YOU, GAKUTO!"
...
...
Several minutes later, as expected by everyone watching, a triumphant Momoyo finally stood on her wall of human Tetris pieces. She smirked before saying, "Okay, now it's... GAME OVER!" she declared, throwing one arm forward.
This seemed to set the crowd off as several boys and girls, mostly girls, squealed and shouted with excitement.
Yamato listened with a neutral expression on his face.
"Kyaa! Momo-Senpai is so amazing!" cried out one girl, her friend squealing next to her.
"..." Said another girl, having been left speechless.
"Her mercilessness is marvelous! Nobody in Japan can match her!" exclaimed one excited fanboy, several others nodding at his words.
Yamato started to tune them out before he noticed Momoyo waving at him, an excited grin on her face. "Hey, Yamato! Refreshing morning, isn't it?" she asked, jumping off her wall of 'Tetris' pieces, closing the distance between them.
His face turned flat as he observed the pile of beaten up thugs. "Ignoring how refreshing a tower of corpses can be... Good morning, Nee-san." He said, greeting Momoyo.
Momoyo stood before him and with one finger, tilted his chin upwards, a teasing smile on her face. "Before I arrived, you weren't acting selfishly, were you?" she said, enjoying the moment.
He held his hands up in surrender. "Although I'm your underling and acting brother, there's no way I'd do anything too bold!" he said, trying to save his skin.
Momoyo gave him a mischievous smile and thrust her chest out, drawing Yamato's attention to her magnificent breasts. "Hmm? Why not? Are you not that worried about your sister?" she teasingly said.
Yamato turned his eyes upwards to her face, and with a deadpan, pointed at the pile of thugs behind her. "Rather than you, I'm more worried about those 'blocks'." he said, wondering if he should call an ambulance.
Momoyo pouted. "Wah... Yamato's being mean..."
He decided to placate her, not wanting to be the target of her ire. "Well, excellent job as usual. If your finished here, then shall we head to school?"
Momoyo was about to say something when something, or someone, caught her attention out of the corner of her eye. Her head snapped towards the object of her attention, her next course of action already decided.
"Hold on! I see an unfamiliar face in the crowd!" She said as she started to make her way towards the crowd.
One guy stepped back, surprised and somewhat excited at this turn of events. "What!? Momo-senpai's coming over here."
The girl next to him squealed into her hand. "She's probably coming for me!"
Everyone fell silent as Momoyo approached an unknown girl, who was wearing the first-year uniform for the local school, Kawakami Academy.
Momoyo gave a serene smile to what she recognized as new first year. "You must be a first year at our school."
The girl blinked. "Eh?"
Momoyo took the initiative and within one swift movement, wrapped her right arm around the girl's waist, and pulled her in close.
With her free hand, she started to trace the younger girls jaw line, a seductive look in her eyes.
"I'm Kawakami Momoyo in the third year." said Momoyo, her eyes locked onto the younger girls flushed face.
The girl in her arms started to melt, her body going limp. "Y-yes! I know you! You're from the famous martial arts temple, Kawakami temple..."
Momoyo had a seductive look in her red eyes. "You know a lot for a new student. You're cute... So, I think I'll carry you."
The girl, who was like putty in her hands, blinked. "Eh?"
...
…
Yamato, Miyako, Gakuto, and Moro watched Momoyo flirt with varying expressions.
Yamato with a flat look.
Miyako with a bored look.
Gakuto was switching between looking impressed and frustrated.
Moro simply watched on in awe.
Yamato was the first to speak. "She's going after girls again... She seems rather frustrated from fighting such weaklings..."
Gakuto nodded, as if he had figured out an important secret. "So... Showing off my strength is the key to getting girls."
Miyako gave him an amused look. "Except if you try the same thing, you'll definitely get arrested Gakuto."
He seemed to ignore Miyako and her taunts as he turned a frustrated look towards the girl on girl scene. "And yet that girl doesn't seem to mind at all. Momo-senpai's popularity knows no bounds."
Moro, the only silent one, watched on, impressed and slightly turned on by the scene.
A few short minutes later, Momoyo returned with a thumbs up, and a smile on her face. "Yo, did you see that? She totally has the hots for me."
Gakuto blew up. "I saw!" He threw his hands up. "It's a terrible waste for a beautiful woman to like women! Momo-senpai, please show some regard to us and turn some girls our way!" Gakuto fell to his knees, hands clasped in a prayer. "I'm begging you!"
Momoyo gave him a blank look. "No way!"
Gakuto's face fell into despair as Momoyo continued speaking. "It's just that there are no decent guys around. Of course I meddle with girls."
She looked away. "Anyways, that kind of reputation is also terrible. It's not like I like girls by nature."
Moro gave a nervous smile and added his two cents to the conversation. "Your bar is set too high for us normal guys. Ordinary men are afraid of getting too close to you. Even though you're a beauty, you're too strong."
Gakuto gave him a smirk and pointed to himself. "HA! I'm different from all those weaklings!"
He took a deep breath before confessing to Momoyo. "Go out with a tough guy like me! I'll show you how great men are!"
Moro gave him a disbelieving look.
Miyako rubbed the back of her head. "Confessing your love all of the sudden? Are you crazy, Gakuto?"
Yamato nodded, agreeing with Miyako. "You confess your love without warning, too."
Momoyo crossed her arms, a serious look on her face. "I REFUSE. Your heart wasn't into it. You're also too shabby for me. Rejected."
Gakuto looked away, streams of tears flowing down his face. "Damn It!"
He crouched down, his tears gone, as a serious expression crossed his face. "Meh. But I won't give up. They say people have a period when they're popular with girls. Isn't that right, Moro?"
Moro gave him a look. "I think that's an urban legend. It hasn't happened to me... Also, why are you talking to me?"
Momoyo turned an eye and observed their little group. "Oh?" She turned her head, as if searching for something or somebody. "Is that fool not here?"
Yamato shrugged. "Capt's late like always. I lost track of him last weekend."
Momoyo absently nodded. "Is that so?" With that, she spun on her heels, and pumped an arm into the air. "Well, I've completed my morning exercise, so let's go. Let us diligently further our studies."
Miyako watched her go. "Her complete lack of enthusiasm is wonderful."
With that, they left for school, leaving all but one thug knocked out.
Thug #1, Pompadour, looked up with one eye swollen shut, blood leaking from his mouth. "Kawakami... Momoyo... This isn't over, not yet..."
...
…
As the Kazama Family crossed the Tama bridge on their way towards school, bypassing several weird individuals, they were stopped by another Kazama family member.
"Hey guys!"
As they all turned, the found themselves face to face with Kawakami Kazuko, the adopted sister of Momoyo.
Kazuko had amber eyes with waist-length red hair that was normally tied into a ponytail, like it was right now. As it was, she was wearing simple workout clothes with two tires dragging behind her as she ran. She was often considered the well-trained dog of the Kazama family, an inside joke among their group of friends.
Momoyo nodded towards her. "Hey, Wanko." she said in a monotone voice.
Yamato gave her a smile. "Morning." he simply greeted.
Miyako waved. "Yo." she said giving a lazy wave.
Gakuto struck a pose, his hand slicking his hair back, trying to act all cool. "Yo, Wanko. Two tires today?" he asked.
Kazuko nodded, running in place as she talked to them. "Yeah! I ran to the other side of the river today."
Moro chuckled. "You're energetic as always."
Kazuko stopped running in place and started to wave her hands around, a question on her mind. "Hey! I saw a bunch of people unconscious by the riverside. Did you do that?" she asked.
The question was aimed at Momoyo and she nodded, a sigh escaping her lips. "Yeah, they were boring opponents." she exclaimed.
Kazuko beamed in awe, her eyes sparkling. "Aha! You really are amazing!"
Wanko... I mean Kazuko, struck a pose as she sucked in air. "I'm gonna train more so I can be as strong as Onee-sama! By that time, I'll also match her in figure!" she declared.
Yamato tilted his head in confusion. "Figure?" he asked in confusion.
Kazuko nodded, her face completely serious. "One day, someone's gonna tell me, "Hey, is your body a fruit shop? You have two melons on you!" she said, bringing her hands up to cup her own breasts.
Everyone besides Momoyo and Kazuko compared the two.
Momoyo had the figure of a mature woman with big breasts, a shapely rear, and a sensual look of seduction that naturally applied to her.
Kazuko had the body of a still developing teenage girl with a small chest, a small but toned butt, and had the atmosphere of an excited puppy.
The end result was Momoyo was drop dead sexy and Kazuko was like an adorable puppy.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!"
Everyone besides Momoyo broke out into laughter, pointing and laughing at what they perceived to be Kazuko's joke.
Miyako held up a sign that held the number ten. "Wanko, nice joke." she said, her tone cracking.
Kazuko stomped her feet, her face turning red as she started to grow mad and embarrassed. "Wha-? Don't Laugh! I'm serious!" she said, her cheeks growing redder by the second.
Momoyo smiled. "Good luck! My breast size is 90!" she said, giving her adopted sister a soft smile.
That statement caught Gakuto and Moro off guard as they turned to gape at her, staring at her chest in particular.
Kazuko grit her teeth and clenched her hands into fists. "Ugh. Who are you guys to laugh at someone else's dreams!" she said as she started to wave her arms around, feeling her anger come to life. "I'm gonna beat you guys up! Let's fight!" she declared, looking for any challengers.
Yamato shut her down with a single sentence. "Shut up, tire." he said.
Kazuko calmed down, her face confused. "T-tire!?" she repeated before breaking out into a smile and pointed at Yamato, laughing at him. "HAHAHA! What's with that grade-school naming sense? Are you trying to provoke me?"
Miyako leaned down to look at the tires Kazuko was dragging around. "She's certainly dragging tires." she said, eyeing them with thought.
Yamato cupped his mouth and yelled at her. "Haha, Tire." he said, taunting her.
Kazuko 'Hmphed' and turned away.
Gakuto joined in on the fun. "Tire! Tire!" he said, pointing at her.
Kazuko spun to face him. "Eh?" she said as she started to slowly break down, her resistance failing. "I-I'm not a tire..."
Miyako joined in, holding a sign that said tire in her hand. "Tire." she said, delivering the final blow.
Tears started to gather at the corner of Wanko's eyes. "Stop... Stop it... Don't say tire..." she said before rushing towards Momoyo as she hugged her. "Onee-sama!"
Momoyo patted her back before leveling a blank look towards her group of friends. "Hey guys, cut it out." she started, "I'll take you on if you tease her too much."
Yamato, Miyako, and Moro nodded as one.
"That's fine by me."
"We accept the challenge."
"Go for it, Gakuto!"
Gakuto took a step back, a look of surprise on his face, before blowing up on his used to be comrades. "WHY ME!?" he asked before he was attacked by Kazuko and Momoyo as they moved together, already in motion.
"Then I'll release my frustration on Gakuto! Imouto Kick!" declared Kazuko, kicking at the back of his legs.
Momoyo stepped forward and buried a punch into his gut. "Ane Punch!" she said, enjoying beating up on one of her friends.
Gakuto felt the breath leave his body. "Gah!"
"Imouto Kick-boxing!"
"It hurts! It hurts!"
"Ane Cross!"
"Augh!"
Moro smiled and laughed at the scene of Gakuto getting beat up by the sisters. "You're so popular, Gakuto." he said.
Miyako nodded and gave a thumbs up. "Your body has earned you great popularity."
...
…
Once Gakuto had finally recovered, they were back on track.
Yamato walked next to Kazuko and Miyako, his focus on Kazuko. "Anyways, you have a weird way of playing with animals." he said.
Kazuko snickered, a smile on her face. "What? Who are you referring to? Gakuto? He's like a gorilla, isn't he?" she said, a teasing smile on her face.
Miyako sighed. "So, says the dog..." she said, pointing out that fact.
Yamato stopped, a thought hitting him. He turned to face Momoyo. "That's right. Today, we'll have a transfer student coming from Germany." he said.
Shock flashed across her face, her red eyes wide with surprise. "What!? Is it a boy or a girl!?" she asked, wanting to know.
Yamato shrugged. "No one knows yet, so Capt decided to open up bets on the gender." he said, pocketing his hands.
Gakuto pumped a fist. "It'd be nice if it was a cute girl!" he declared, a fire in his eyes.
Momoyo placed a hand on his shoulder, a serious look on her face. "If that happened, I'd claim her instantly!"
Yamato shot her an annoyed look. "If you harass her too much, you'll ruin Japan's image, Nee-san." he said right before Momoyo lunged at him, grabbing and holding him in a grappling choke hold.
While they 'fought', Gakuto turned to ask Miyako about her opinion on the matter. "What do you think, Miyako?"
Miyako shrugged. "I don't really care about my classmates, although I guess I'd prefer a guy so Yamato can't hit on them."
Gakuto took that as a severe insult. "HUH? Who the hell would be happy about a guy!? Yamato would definitely prefer a girl. Right?"
Miyako gasped, a betrayed look on her face as she turned to face the choking Yamato as Momoyo increased her hold on him. "Yamato!?" she asked.
The brown haired boy wheezed out a "No Comment."
Moro chuckled, being at the back of the group, when someone grabbed him by the back of his uniform. He watched on helplessly as some random thug kidnapped him, unable to say anything.
Unaware of their friend being taken hostage, the group continued to argue until Gakuto turned to face Moro, ready to ask him for his own opinion. "Gloomy Moro would prefer a girl, right?"
Kazuko joined in, a smile on her face. "Well, of course the gloomy Moro would..."
They blinked together, the spot Moro was just standing at, vacant. "Huh?"
This caught the rest of the groups attention and they turned as one, only to find Moro being kidnapped by the Pompadour thug, riding the back of his motorcycle.
"..."
"..."
"..."
They could still hear Moro cry for "HELP ME!" as the thug shouted back to them off his motorcycle. "Haha! I've taken your precious friend, Kawakami Momoyo!"
They all blinked before... "Huh?"
...
…
Thug #1, Pompadour, crazily laughed as he drove away, taking back alleys along the way to hide his route back home. "Hehehehehe! Kawakami may be impossible to beat, but her friends aren't nearly as difficult!"
Moro was left speechless.
"..."
The thug wasn't done monologuing yet. "Oy, Kid! You'll be of real use to me! I'll have you be bait to get Kawakami to come beg for forgiveness!"
Moro finally had something to say.
"A-are you possibly one of those guys Momo-senpai beat up earlier?"
The thug looked back at Moro, revealing his horribly disfigured face, all bruised and bleeding.
"I wasn't beat up! I was pretending! It was all a part of my plan! You hear me?"
Moro flinched back at the sight of his face. "Ah! Your face is all messed up..."
The thug twitched on his motorcycle.
"SHUT UP!"
"WAH! I'M SORRY!"
Just then, Moro noticed somebody in front of them. "Ah! Wait! IN FRONT OF US!" he said, pointing at the pedestrian.
The thug grunted, swerved to the left of the pedestrian, and knocked the bowl of food out of his or her hands as he drove by. "YOU'RE IN THE WAY!" he declared, his rage showing.
The pedestrian, a male by the tone of his voice, yelled at their retreating form. "Wah! Watch it! Where are you looking!?" he said as he watched them go. He readjusted his flame bandana and found his bowl of food ruined on the floor. "Huh? AAAAAGH!" he screamed in rage at the unfairness of the world.
"My noodles..."
...
…
Back with the Kazama family…
Kazuko was the first to react, her face showing how worried she was. "Wait, Wait! What the hell was that just now? Why did Moro..."
She fell silent as Miyako spoke her thoughts. "If I recall correctly I believe he was from that gang from Chiba earlier..." she said, placing a finger on her lips in thought.
Gakuto kept silent, his face contorted into anger.
Momoyo scratched at her cheek, her face deep in thought. "Ahh, he was the block that fainted near the beginning... I felt nice and didn't break his joints." she said before shrugging. "Well, this has turned into a pretty bad situation..."
"WAIT!"
They all turned to face Yamato, who had yelled out for them to wait, as he started to pace back and forth.
"That guy did this because he couldn't beat Nee-san. We don't know what he might do to Moro if he encounters Nee-san's demonic expression."
Momoyo pouted and placed her hands on her hips. "I'll just beat him up before he can do anything."
Yamato pulled out his phone, already contacting the necessary amount of people.
"Unfortunately, we don't know if that will work. Don't worry, just leave it to me. In any case..."
His face turned serious, his eyes gaining a dark glint.
"If that guy wants to pick fights with us, he needs to learn that Nee-san is not the only one he's up against."
His phone ding'd, an indication that he just received a message. "All right! I'm relying on you, my network!" he said, his thumbs moving as he texted.
Yamato read through his messages at a fast pace, his eyes darting to and from word to word.
The Kinryuugai district. How Lucky! He's slower than I expected. So, he avoided the routes the police would check!? That would mean that…
Yamato smirked, having already predicted the whereabouts of his target.
He turned to face his friends. "Gakuto! Wanko! Make a turn into the third alley to intersect him!" he ordered.
They nodded but stayed put, waiting for the rest of the plan, Yamato already issuing other instructions.
"Nee-san and Miyako will chase after him normally! We'll flank him like that!"
Yamato's look turned grave.
"The allotted time is 15 minutes! Any more and we'll be late for school! Everyone must act as fast as possible!"
They all nodded.
"GO!"
...
…
Kazuko and Gakuto sprinted down main street.
"First..."
They had to move fast.
"Second..."
Moro was depending on them.
They couldn't fail, not now…
"The third alley! Right here!"
Not ever…
Shit!
"Umm! Wait, Yamato! There's a dead end!" cried out Wanko.
Gakuto smirked, already knowing the plan. "Oh! I see! That's why the tactician put the two of us together!"
He ran forward, his hands locking together, ready to hoist her up. "Oy, Wanko! Use a tough guy like me to leap over the fence!"
Kazuko nodded, her face splitting into a grin. "Ah, I'm on it!"
First, she stepped into his locked hands and then used his face as an extra boost, launching herself over the fence. "Thanks, Gakuto! Now just leave it to me!"
Finally, over the fence, she spotted her target.
Pompadour asshole and Moro gave her two different looks.
The first was bewilderment at jumping over a fence to cut him off.
The second was relief and amazement.
"Bingo! Just like Yamato said!"
She landed just as the thug brought his motorcycle to a halt, already turning to face her. "W-w-what the fuck!?" he said, his voice stuttering.
Moro couldn't help but cry out in relief. "Wanko!" he said.
Kazuko crossed her arms and laughed. "Your attempt at revenge stops here! Now, accept your defeat!" she declared.
Moro felt his eyes start to water. "Wanko..."
Kazuko, upon seeing his teary face, had to cover her mouth with both hands.
"Moro... The role of a weak hostage is oddly fitting for you."
Moro felt his eyebrow twitch. "Shut Up!"
The pompadour asshole pulled out a switchblade and held it up against Moro's neck. "Are you another one of Kawakami's friends? If you don't want me to carve this kid up, then stay away!"
Kazuko scoffed. "Meh, a knife!" she said, scoffing at the weapon.
The thug felt his hand start to tremble. How in the hell did she catch up to my motorcycle? I should avoid dealing with her. For now, I should get back to Chiba... He started to shuffle back to his motorcycle, Moro in hand, before he noticed that the back wheel was punctured with several arrows, preventing his escape. "Huh? WHAT THE HELL!?" he said, his eyes wide.
Miyako stepped forward out of the shadows, a bow held in her hands, and frown on her face. "If you think you can take one of our friends and get away with safely, you're terribly wrong." she said, preparing another arrow.
Momoyo stepped out of the shadows, standing right beside Miyako, a confident grin on her face.
"It's as she says."
Yamato trailed in after them, out of breath since he ran at a much slower pace compared to them.
The thug trembled and took a step back, fear on his face. "K-K-K-K-Kawakami Momoyo!" he said before he gulped, tightening his grip on his switchblade, finally finding his resolve. "O-O-O-OY!" he said but couldn't help but stutter in fear. "Can't you see what I've got here!? Get away! I'm really going to get him, you know!"
Momoyo flexed her arm, a dark look on her face. "Hmm... Fine by me. Do you think you can out speed my attack?" she said, daring him to make his move.
The thug flinched back and missed the figure rapidly approaching his flank. "Damn it! I'm serious! I'll do it! He'll be dancing with some hard luck soon!" he said before someone interrupted him, his head flying backwards as the person from before, the one he had almost hit, drop kicked him.
"YOU OWE ME A NEW BREAKFAST!?" declared the flame wearing bandana man.
Everyone watching sweat dropped as the dude picked up the thug by his collar and started to shake him. "That was my precious breakfast! I prepared it using green onions I got from my travels! You should never waste food!"
Yamato slowly approached, waving his hand up and down. "Uh... Capt?" he said, knowing this person quite well.
The bandana wearing teen looked at him. "Hmm?"
The now known Capt let the unconscious thug go and turned to face his group of friends, right as he gave them a bright smile. "Hey Guys! What's up?" he asked.
Yamato looked away, a troubled look on his face. "Well, various things happened but they seem to have been resolved... quite recently."
Capt pumped a hand, a smile on his face as he changed the subject, not at all caring what Yamato had to say. "That's right, listen to this! On Saturday, I went to Saitama!" he said before delving into an explanation of his latest adventure.
As Gakuto struggled to climb over the fence, Miyako tried to calm Capt down. "Capt, try to read the mood before appearing all of the sudden."
The thug regained conscious and looked up. "What the hell... All of Kawakami's friends are so powerful... Just what are you guys?"
Capt looked startled. "Eh? This guy was a thug!?" he said, surprised.
Yamato gave Capt a flat look. "Why are you saying that now after kicking him?" he asked.
Moro, who was now free, looked away. "The amazing ones are mostly female, though." he said, referring to his group of friends.
Yamato shook his head before kneeling to face the thug, a serious look on his face. "Listen. From now on, if you touch any one of my friends again, I will hunt you down like this. Okay?"
"!"
"Answer!" demanded Yamato.
The thug nodded. "I understand!"
Yamato stood and rubbed the back of his head. "Aah, right. Who were we again?"
He turned to face Capt. "I'm not too good with this... Capt, would you tell him?"
Capt looked confused. "Huh? OH! All right! Our name!"
They all crowded together, striking a pose as an intimidating group of friends.
"We are the Kazama Family. Don't forget it!"
…
…
…
Their group pose was interrupted as someone approached them, the sound of hooves clacking against concrete echoing throughout the alleyway.
Someone spoke up.
"Ganging up on one person is not very noble."
The voice was female.
"Do you still call yourselves people of Japan..."
Her Japanese was thick, so she was foreign…
"The country of the samurai!?"
The Kazama family watched with faint interest.
"These vile actions of yours..."
The horse, yes it was a horse, stopped as the blonde girl on top pointed at them, a rapier at her side.
"Even if the emperor forgives them... I, Christine Friedrich, WILL NOT!"
Despite her declaration, the Kazama family had only one thought.
A Horse!?
Just then, as the confrontation was about to pick up, a sunny haired blonde boy, with the brightest blue eyes any of them had seen, had descended from the sky, did a wild and uncontrolled front flip, and collided face first into Momoyo.
It was an instant knockout as the dude, who looked around their age, fell to the ground, unconscious.
Yamato blinked.
Miyako blinked.
Wanko blinked.
Gakuto blinked.
Moro blinked.
Capt picked his nose and then blinked.
The thug blinked before hightailing it out of there, heading back for Chiba.
The blonde girl atop her horse blinked before dismounting.
As one, they turned to look at Momoyo, ready to ask her if she was alright.
They were left speechless as Momoyo herself blinked, opened her mouth, and then her eyes rolled backwards as she to fell unconscious, her body falling atop that of the blonde-haired boy.
They all blinked again, the Kazama family more so because they had never seen Momoyo knocked out before…
And then they reacted.
"WHAT!"
...
(Present Time)
…
Naruto groaned as he sat up, both hands coming to rub at his forehead.
What a fucking headache…
Opening his eyes, he did a quick survey of the room and of himself.
Beds, medical equipment, white walls, and health posters on the wall.
Damn... Some kind of hospital room... Not to mention someone stripped me of my clothes…
Someone cleared their throat and Naruto found himself locking eyes with the old man sitting next to his bed and the bed of some girl, who was still asleep it seemed like.
This old man has some serious eyebrows... and his beard is impressive as well…
"..."
"..."
"..."
"..."
Neither said anything for a while.
Naruto because he didn't know where he was, what had happened, and who the fuck the old man was.
The old man didn't say anything because he was observing Naruto, finding the young man to be tensing up, getting ready for an escape.
He soon raised a hand, trying to calm down the boy. "Please, be calm. My name is Kawakami Tesshin. Lad, do you think you could answer a few questions for me?"
Naruto raised an eyebrow at him, already knowing what he was trying to accomplish. Information gathering... Why the hell not... It's not like he'll know if I'm telling the complete truth…
Naruto nodded, giving his consent.
Tesshin smiled, grateful for the cooperation that was being shown. "Thank you, my boy. I will only be asking a few questions, so it won't be long. First, do you know where you currently are?"
Naruto tilted his head, already knowing he couldn't truthfully answer that question.
Tesshin took that as a sign of confusion. "I meant do you know what country you are in? The district? The name of the city?"
Naruto didn't know, so he shook his head no.
Tesshin hummed in response as he stroked his beard, the universal sign of a wise old man.
What a cliché action... Still, if I had a beard, I'd probably do the same thing…
"Alright, second question, do you remember who you are? Your name? Where you live?" asked Tesshin, his eyes searching Naruto.
Naruto knew this was a tricky question to deal with.
If he said yes, then it wouldn't make any sense that he didn't know where he currently was.
If he said no, then they would... actually, he didn't know what they would do. It probably wasn't good though.
…
…
…
So, in the end, he once again shook his head.
Tesshin hummed again as he continued to stroke his beard, his eyes searching Naruto's own for any deceit.
Eventually, after a few minutes of observation, he nodded and moved on, finding something satisfactory within Naruto's eyes. "Alright, my third and final question."
Naruto subconsciously straightened his back.
Tesshin leaned in, a twinkle in his eyes. "How would you like to attend my academy?"
Naruto blinked.
Once and then twice.
Wha?
"What?" he asked.
Tesshin chuckled. "Ah, I'm glad to see that you can talk."
Naruto gave the old man a strange look. "What do you mean 'attend your academy'?"
Tesshin leaned back in his seat as he and Naruto once again had a staring contest.
"..."
"..."
"..."
"..."
Eventually, he sighed and gave up.
"My boy, I may be old, but I'm far from stupid." He started. "I've seen plenty of people just like you. People who are trained to fight and kill. Now, not everyone who trains to fight, ends up killing, but I've seen the signs of those who do. The way you tense up, subtly look around for escape routes, and evaluate the worth of those around you... Need I continue?"
Naruto averted his eyes, not wanting to look the old man in the eyes after hearing all that.
This damn old man had me pegged from the very start…
It was the truth. He didn't enjoy killing and tried not to do it very often, but in his line of work as a Shinobi… It was a very hard goal to achieve. In fact, most would say it was impossible.
Tesshin once again chuckled, drawing Naruto's attention. "That reaction tells me all I need to know. Now, we all have our secrets my boy, so I won't pry too much, but right now all I see is a person in need. Therefore, I offer you a position at my academy, gifting you a roof over your head, three meals a day, and all the information you may need."
Naruto looked Tesshin in the eyes, searching for... something.
"All I ask in return is you stay here for a bit, meet some new people, and decide later whether you want to return to your old life or not. Just... Think it over, will you?" said Tesshin as he stood up from his chair, looked down at the sleeping girl with a fond smile, and moved to leave.
While he crossed the room, he kept talking.
"I do this out of the good of my heart because I personally hate seeing people suffer, and when I look at you, all I can see is suffering. I knew that when they brought you and my granddaughter in, both of you unconscious, that things were soon going to change. Whether it is for better or worse, that I don't know. Still, it's not often someone unintentionally knocks out my granddaughter for the first time, delivering her first defeat. Though, don't go thinking everything will be all sunshine and daisies. I'm going to have to stick you with a group of trusted individuals who will watch over you, help you adjust, and hopefully you'll find a new purpose for living. Know that I will be watching, and if you misstep or break any rules... Well, the end result won't be pleasant."
As the old man finally arrived at the door and opened it, he threw one last look at Naruto and the sleeping Momoyo before chuckling, finding something hilarious.
Naruto decided he didn't like that chuckle. Not one bit.
"A word of advice my boy." Said Tesshin, "You may have just caught some unwanted attention, so I suggest making the best of your situation. Good luck... and let me know when the wedding date is, will you?"
With that he stepped out and closed the door, leaving Naruto to glance between the door and the sleeping girl in the next infirmary bed over.
…
"What."
…
"The."
…
"Fuck."
…
"Just."
…
"Happened."
…
Naruto let out a sigh and rubbed his head again, his headache getting worse. He suddenly scowled and looked upwards, giving the middle finger to the ceiling, or what might lay beyond.
"I know that somehow, this is all your fault, Ero-Sennin…" muttered Naruto as he slowly fell asleep.
