Kirika: Shon!
Shon: Head outside and protect her, Carol! I'll deal with these dolls!
Spring: Commander!
Shon: Springfield, initiate protocol Omega! We are now at war!
Spring: Yes, Sir! -She said as both Springfrield along with Carol and Kirika would run out of the house as the Black Comet flew out towards the flying mechanical dragon as the Black Comet would grab the face of the dragon with his palms and blasted the dragon's face, causing it to fall into the water as the Comet flew up and dodged the attacks from the other androids as Shon was being chased by them in the air-
-Outside of the house, as Carol and Springfield along with Kirika got into the car, Kirika was sitting at the back seat and was looking back at the house, the blonde girl was worried about Shon while Springfield was driving away-
Carol: If only he hadn't told the entire world where he lived.
Spring: Commander Shon is a popular weapons' manufacturer and businessman, I'm sure he knows what he was doing.
Carol: Let's just hope so.. -She replied to Springfield as she was also worried about Shon as she would then look back and noticed that Kirika was in tears- K-Kirika! What's wrong?
Kirika: I-I can't believe that we didn't even say our goodbyes, desu..
Spring: Oh dear..
Kirika: And we ended our conversation in a fight..
Carol: Don't worry, I'm sure he'll be fine. If he could survive from getting his head blown off by Shirabe's beams, then I would bet everything that he'll have no problem against androids.
Kirika: Y-Yeah! You're right, desu! Good luck, Shon. -She said softly as the scene shifted to the sight of the Black Comet being up in the air-
-As the armoured machine would aim its palms at the androids down below it and spread its wings wide as the wings would open up and split apart into four wings as the armour of the wings would split apart and open up as it then revealed multiple holes within the armour that lighten up in purplish-red rain down beams of purple and red light from its wings and palms at the androids down below, as the beams would hit the dragons, it caused all of the androids to crash into the sea as Shon continued to rain down the attack. Within the passing moments, Shon stopped his attack as the armour of Black Comet would glare down at the ocean and create a large pink orb with its palm and fired a large beam at the ocean from sky, as the beam hits the ocean, it created a massive explosion and could be heard from afar. After firing the beam, a giant serpent that was the size of a skyscraper was seen rising from the ocean as it would jump out of the ocean and grab the Black Comet with its jaws and pull the armour down to the ocean. In a brief moment, the massive serpent rose from the ocean and would toss the armour away powerfully, causing it to fly past Okinawa and the entirety of Japan. It wasn't long till Shon crashed onto the ground that was filled with snow and the armour of the Black Comet would slowly disperse and return him back to normal-
Shon: Ugh! What the hell kind of throw was that? I guess the androids don't play around with their powerful strengths.. -He would then look around and noticed that he was in a forest that was covered in snow as it was dark out- Uhh...HK? -He would then try to contact the T-Dolls at his base but could only hear static from the communicator- Damn, out of range or he either jammed the comms. Guess I'm on my own then. -He said as he would rub his arms from the cold as it was snowing in the area. He would then head forward and noticed the lights from a nearby town up ahead-
-Back in the base of the Comet, the hundreds of T-Dolls were panicking from noticing that their Commander is missing and was not seen on radar-
Negev: W-Where is he?!
MP5: I'm still searching!
Negev: He couldn't be far if he was tossed out of the ocean! Sweep the entire world if you have to!
Dragunov: Negev! I'm bringing a squad out to find him.
Negev: That's a negative! The Commander gave us strict orders not to leave the base and now we are at war just after months of peace! We have orders to follow and heading out to find him isn't one of them.
Dragunov: But it's the Commander! We should at least head out and find him! He's the guy in charge of all of this!
Negev: I understand that you are worried but he wouldn't have done what he has done for nothing if we simply follow protocol! I'm sure he has a plan and we cannot get in the way of it.
Dragunov: F-Fine…
-In the small winter town where Shon is, the man was seen sitting inside a bar as he was using a laptop that the man beside him had lent to him-
Man: So you're the infamous Shon Takei, huh?
Shon: Yup, don't wear it out.
Man: So what's really going on out there?
Shon: Oh, well you know. You've seen the movies, same sort of things but less Aliens this time.
Man: Damn! Must've been cool to fight against the bad guys! Wish I could do that, it's pretty boring out here.
Shon: Well, Sweden seems homie and I was tossed out here from the pacific ocean of Okinawa by a giant kaiju-sized serpent, you tell me if it's boring.
Man: But dude, how did you even live through that!
Woman: Now, don't bother him. He's going to help us fight against the Mega Mecha. Ain't that right, Mister Takei? -A young brunette waitress would walk up to the two guys in the bar, as she would put down a glass of water for Shon-
Shon: Aye Ma'am. But did they do anything to you people here? Since Europe is their domain.
Man: Technically, we're under curfew. We have to follow the laws here.
Woman: Got that right and it ain't great laws either. It's like being under complete lockdown once 8pm hits.
Man: Yup but you gotta admit one thing, it's definitely much more peaceful with these sort of laws, my friend.
Shon: What do you mean by that?
Man: There has been absolutely no crime ever since those machines came out here and took out all of them bad guys and put them behind bars. Though the real question is: how long will they do that?
Woman: Yeah, eventually those machines out there will definitely try to kill us all while we least expect it.
Man: Got that right, I also heard that there is a rebellion in Russia too. -He said as he whispered to Shon-
Shon: A rebellion?
Man: Aye, they don't like being controlled, those Russians are tough bastards and will fight to the bitter end.
Shon: Russia, huh? -He would begin to think to himself as he was sending an email to Springfield on the laptop. He would then shut down the laptop and close it as he would drink the water and get off of the chair- Alright, I'm off to Russia.
Man: Huh?! Now?!
Shon: Yup, and thanks to you, I now have a plan. A balanced out plan too. -He said as he would then walk out of the bar as he activated his armour and fly up into the sky and head straight for Russia-
-In the base of S.O.N.G. The sight of Kinji along with everyone else was seen in the medical bay as Primordial and Maria were having their wounds tended by Kinji-
Kinji: Another failed attack, huh?
Primordial: It was absolutely dreadful! You're lucky that you weren't there.
Kinji: Am I now? Though, apart from the war, my biggest concern now is the world.
Maria: What do you mean?
Kinji: While you two were away, the Secretary from the White House came over and had a meeting for us.
Primordial: What of?
Tsubasa: After New Zealand was taken over and the destruction that was made to protect the country from the machines, there were other issues that we had to face.
Miku: One was the incident in both China and Japan being in war because of Logan.
Kinji: Yup, that was Logan's fault!
Chris: You started it too, dumbass!
Kinji: That too, but aside from that! The UN is scared of us. The Secretary said that some have called us "Heroes" while others called us "Vigilantes" while he said that we were "Dangerous". This job isn't easy, we try to save as many people as we can but that doesn't mean everybody. Though, as much as I'd like to continue with this idle chat, I'm sure Maria-san and Primordial would like to hear what the Secretary of State had said to us while the two of you were out.
Primordial: Please, let me hear what this Old Lumberjack has to say to me, the Ancient deity and heart of Earth!
Maria: Pri-kun, that's not nice!
Primordial: A-Apologies..
-Kinji would then take out his phone and play the recorded conversation the group had with the Secretary-
"5 years ago I had a heart attack and dropped in the middle of my backswing. Turned out to be the best round of my life, because after 13 hours of surgery and a triple bypass…I found something, 40 years in the army had never taught me. Perspective. The world owes the Gear wielders an unpayable debt. You have fought for us, protected us, risked your lives….But while a great many people see you as heroes, there are some who would prefer the word "vigilantes"." -The Secretary said as the voice of Tsubasa was then heard speaking out to the man-
"And what word would you use, Mr Secretary?" -Tsuabsa asked as she was heard in the recorded message-
"How about "Dangerous"? What would you call a group of teenagers that are enhanced individuals who routinely ignore sovereign borders and inflict their will wherever they choose and who, frankly, seems unconcerned about what they leave behind?" -The man said as he replied to Tsubasa- "Shanghai, Tokyo, New Zealand and Okinawa.."
"Okay. That's enough." -The sound of Soran's voice was heard as he spoke the Secretary-
"For the past year, you've operated with unlimited power and no supervision. Even the founding members of S.O.N.G. could not control you kids from starting a war because of your own personal problems. That is an arrangement the governments of the world can no longer tolerate, but I think we have a solution. The United Nations accords. Approved by 117 countries along with Japan as being one of them. It states that the Gear wielders and all fighters who are part of their associations and recruitment shall no longer be a private organisation. Instead, they'll update under the supervision of a United Nations panel, only when and if that panel deems it necessary." -The Secretary said.-
"S.O.N.G. and the wielders along with its allies were formed to make the world a safer place. I feel we've done that." -Soran said as he spoke to the Secretary as he was speaking on behalf of everyone in the room-
"Young boy, Tatebayashi, do you know where are the remnants of the Red Nova and what happened to the legacy of Logan Shen Lee? If I misplaced a couple of 50 megaton nukes, you can bet there'd be consequences. Compromise. Reassurance. That's how the world works. Believe me, this is the middle ground." -The Secretary replied-
"So, there are contingencies." -The sound of Kinji was heard speaking-
"A week from now, the UN meets in D.C. to ratify the accords. Talk it over." -The Secretary said-
"And if we come to a decision you don't like?" -Tsubasa asked-
"Then you retire." -The Secretary said as the recording then ended-
Primordial: It's just 117 countries, so what? We can still fight and protect the people! I also have the "Freedom Medal of Honour" that was given by the President of the United States himself!
Kinji: Secretary Maxwell has a Congressional Medal of Honour. Which is one more than you have. -He said to Primordial as both the two were arguing-
Maria: So let's say we agree to this thing. How long is it gonna be before they Lojack us like a bunch of common criminals? -She said as she stood by Primordial's side and said to Kinji-
Kinji: A hundred and seventeen countries want to sign this. 117, Maria-san, and you're just like, "No, that's cool. We got it.".
Maria: How long are you gonna play both sides?
Miku: I have an equation! -She said as she interrupted the two-
Maria: Oh, this will clear it up. -She said in a sarcastic tone as everyone would then look at Miku and listened to her-
Miku: In the six since Shon-kun was announced as the Director and new owner of Comet along with the appearance of Satoru Jinichi. The number of known enhanced persons has grown exponentially. During the same period, the number of potentially world-ending events has risen at a commensurate rate.
Soran: Are you saying it's our fault? -He asked Miku as he was sitting next to her-
Miku: I'm saying there may be a causality. Our very strength invites challenges. Challenges incites conflict. And conflict...Breeds catastrophe. Oversight. Oversight is not an idea that can be dismissed out of hand.
Kinji: Boom. -He said as he would then turn to Maria-
Tsubasa: Akatsuki. -She said as she turned to Kirika as the blonde girl was sitting on the bed as Maria sat on the bed as well- You are being uncharacteristically non-hyperverbal.
Soran: It's because she's already made up her mind.
Kirika: Boy, you know me so well, desu. -She would then look up at Soran with a slightly frustrated look as she would then get up and head to the table and grab a glass and pour tap water into it- Actually, I'm having a headache right now. That's what's going on, Soran. It's just pain. It's discomfort, desu. -She would then let out a sigh and pulled out her phone from her pocket and clicked on a few images and set the phone down as it would then displace a holographic image of Shirabe in the hospital bed with scars, wounds and was lying down to a bed and was connected to life support- Oh, that's Shirabe, if you don't remember, desu. She's a great friend. Took care of me and Shon and used as much of her free time to watch over us and keep the two of us company despite that she could have rested at home, desu. She decided to spend her summer over at Shon's place because he couldn't sleep for over 70 hours, desu. While Shon had a nightmare and was unable to sleep, she decided to head out to the convenience store and get him some refreshments until she got blasted in the face by an android. Guess where. Okinawa. -She said as she would slam the mug down and looked at everyone as everyone else in the room were completely quiet as they were feeling sad for Shirabe- She wanted to make a difference, desu. But I suppose we won't know because we had our priorities on other things and were handling our own personal problems while Shon is out there kicking ass for her.
-Kirika would then take a sip of her water and walk towards everyone-
Kirika: There's no decision-making process here, desu. We need to be put in check! Whatever form that takes, I'm fine. If we can't accept limitations, if we're boundary-less, we're no better than the bad guys, desu.
Soran: Kirika, someone dies on your watch, you don't give up.
Kirika: Who said we're giving up?
Soran: We are if we're not taking responsibility for our actions. This accord just shifts the blame.
Kinji: I'm sorry, Sorran. That is dangerously arrogant. This is the United Nations we're talking about. It's not the World Security Council, it's not S.O.N.G., it's not the Red Nova.
Soran: No, but it's run by people with agendas, and agendas change.
Kirika: That's good! That's why I'm here, desu. When I realised that the man I loved was capable of causing mass destruction to the populace, I stopped it with my bare hands and ended it myself, desu.
Soran: Kirika, you chose to do that. If we sign this, we surrender our right to choose. What if this panel sends us somewhere we don't think we should go? What if there is somewhere we need to go and they don't let us? We may not be perfect, but the safests hands are still our own.
Kirika: If we don't do this now, it's gonna be done to us later, desu. That's the fact. That won't be pretty.
Tsubasa: Maybe Akatsuki is right. If we have one hand on the wheel, we can still steer. If we take it off…-
Primordial: I'm sorry but aren't you the same woman who told her grandfather to go to hell a few weeks ago?
Tsubasa: I-I'm just reading the terrain. We have made some very public mistakes. We need to win their trust back.
Kirika: W-Wait! I'm sorry, desu. Did I mishear you or did you agree with me, desu?
Tsubasa: I want to take it back now.
Kirika: No, no! Too late, desu!
Hibiki: S-So it's settled? We just sign it and give ourselves away?
Kinji: That's the plan.
Soran: I don't agree to this.
Primordial: Aye, me neither.
Maria: I'm with Soran and Pri-kun.
Hibiki: I also don't think we should give ourselves away. It's not right, we lose our freedom.
Kinji: But it's the only way to keep the peace and to maintain the trust of the people!
Soran: We fight for what is right and do not ignore those who are in need of help! That is our duty, not to lie and wait for our own deaths to arise as we sit back and do nothing while the government thinks that they are more superior than we are. We are the members of S.O.N.G. We fought against the Alpha-Gamma! We took down Logan and defeated Shan! What more is there?
Kinji: We couldn't stop the Mega Mecha.
Soran: A few years ago, you were able to stop them and you killed the three leaders too! How can you not stop them now?
Kinji: They're learning, alright? Those androids out there aren't your typical attack bots like mine or Logan's. They adapt and change the way they fight as the battle progresses. Those things out there are way smarter and tougher to beat than the ones I had to deal with in the past. I need Shon to help me out in this, he's the weapon expert, not me. I'm just a guy who filled the role of a mechanic but can never produce the best products.
Kirika: Onii-chan…
Chris: You dummy! You're good at what you're good at! You're just as good as Shon! Now stop being so gloomy about it!
Kirika: I agree, desu! We should also find Shon while we're at it.
Kinji: Find him? Isn't he at home or in his office?
Kirika: Ah no….He was uh...Thrown out from the ocean and is now across the world, desu..
Everyone else: WHAT?!
Kirika: Yes.
-On the other side of the world, In Moscow of Russia, the sight of Shon was seen underground with a group of rebels as he was discussing tactics and strategies with them-
Shon: So they've got the entire continent under complete lockdown?
Maximoff: Yes, those machine bastards think that if we stay at home, we will not make a move.
Shon: Guess you're not wrong there. Though, despite that we may have an army by our side, we do not have the technology and weapons to overpower the Mega Mecha.
Maximoff: I agree, those things are armed well and are dangerous but they cannot hurt us.
Shon: Oh I wouldn't be so sure of that. They will retaliate against anyone or anything that dares to fight back. The Mega Mecha's objective is world dominance and the extinction of all laws except their own. Though I do have a way to initiate a war without losing casualties.
Maximoff: And would that be, Comrade?
Shon: Infested.
