Summary: The Fourth Great Ninja war has been over for ten years. Sasuke has had a vision of the future. Telling Naruto of it they come up with a plan, and put it in motion. Time begins to pass, and the era of ninja and samurai pass. This is now the era of magic. Shinobi are mere legends, Chakra is nonexistent, and in it's place is magic. The time of the Ninja has passed, and it is time for the era of the Mages. There is but one who remains and remembers it all. Enter Naruto Uzumaki last of his people of a long forgotten era with a grudge against his new found enemies.
Location: Hokage tower Konoha
Walking through the halls of the large red tower was a man that stood at the height of 5' 11. He had jet black hair that had a bit of a spike to it that ran down to his shoulder blades, and a bang that covered his left eye. He was wearing all black clothing and a black cloak with black finger-less gloves on his hands. He also had a sword strapped to his back. This man was Sasuke Uchiha last of the Uchiha clan and the final reincarnation of his ancestor Indra Otsutsuki. The reason for his sudden visit was because he had a vision that showed a very bad future.
A future that showed a planet void of life with only one man as the sole survivor. The man has the appearance of a young man. He wears high-collared red and tan robes with gold trim, along with a large, flowing white toga draped around his torso. He has short black hair, dark eyes, and abnormally sharp canines. He also wears a pendant, where he keeps a childhood picture of his possible family, and himself. Years ago when he and his best friend who was a brother in all but blood Naruto Uzumaki had finished their fight in the war against the mother of their ancestor the Rikudo Sennin they had made an agreement. Of course this was after the final battle between the reincarnating brothers when the deal was struck.
The deal was that neither he (Sasuke) or Naruto would sire anymore Uchiha or any Senju descendants so that the brothers feud would be over forever. They both created a seal that only they could deactivate so that they would be infertile and wouldn't have children. Sure they could both have intercourse but there wouldn't be any children from the act in the end no matter what. Looking back Sasuke had to admit, he was a bit foolish if not bratty.
Flashback: Naruto vs Sasuke final battle between Indra and Asura
Location: Final Valley
"You will either have no choice, but force me to submit to you. Or you're going to have to kill me... Naruto." Sasuke said.
"Revenge will not bring back your fallen clan," replied Naruto, "So as much as I love you as a brother Sasuke, I'm sorry to say I'll have to go with the first option." he stated.
Sasuke then responded, "Then so be it. It's been a while since we went full out on each other." Sasuke said. His right hand went up in front of his chest, his index and middle finger pointing up while his thumb pressed his ring and pinky finger down. Meanwhile, his eyes had transitioned from black to vermilion red in his right eye and regal violet in his left.
Naruto recognized and mirrored his gesture, as was the standard protocol for a duel between shinobi. They held the Seal Of Confrontation till a single leaf flew out of its tree, blown by the wind. It drifted down towards the water of the lake, carried by the wind in its strong embrace. Once the leaf hit the water, both shinobi jumped down from their respective statues' heads and sprinted across the lake. They flew at each other and initiated a ferocious high-speed taijutsu match.
Sasuke launched a high kick with his left foot, which Naruto blocked. The teen utilized the momentum and flipped, landing on the water. He pushed off and attempted a left hook, but Naruto blocked it once again. This time the Uzumaki retaliated by swinging his right fist but the Uchiha ducked under it. Naruto followed it up with a downward punch with his left hand, but Sasuke evaded it by spinning away in an anticlockwise motion.
The moment he spun around, he shot his left elbow towards Naruto. Unsurprisingly, he blocked it with his right forearm. He quickly continued with a fast right punch, but that too was stopped short by the Uzumaki's left arm. Naruto bridged off from that block by leaning forward and pressing his shoulder against his right arm and chest in a temporary lock while he attempted a low punch with his right hand.
Sasuke caught his fist with his left and violently pushed upwards, breaking free of his hold and getting a grip on his arm. The Uchiha whirled him around and chopped his hand down. Naruto quickly set his elbow up in another block. Sasuke bent his hand over his and slid down the length of his arm, using his fingertips to manipulate his. In this way, he forced him to form the Horse hand seal with him. Naruto looked at it in worry before deciding to thrust his other fist at him. The Uchiha weaved around it and threw his first successful punch at his face, pushing him back. Before he could fall though, he caught his outstretched right arm with his left and this time, forced him to complete the Tiger hand seal.
Before he could comprehend what just happened, he reaped his left leg out from under him and brought him into a kneel. While still holding his right hand, he shot a kick at his face which he almost managed to block but didn't. It connected and the impact stunned him, allowing him to follow up with a second kick to his abdomen. This caused him to double over, enabling him to plant his feet onto Naruto's back and kick off explosively like a springboard, launching him away from him.
While upside down mid-air, he brought a hand to his lips and expelled a giant fireball. The Uzumaki leapt back and avoided the first one, which crashed into the water and brought up smoke. He then launched two consecutive fireballs. Naruto evaded them by bounding backwards in a zigzag manner, before back-flipping and landing on the side of the statue. The blond was about to form the clone seal, but was interrupted by a kunai flying out of nowhere which pierced the wall right next to his stomach. Attached to its ring was shinobi wire.
Like a zip line, Sasuke pulled himself up and rocketed towards Naruto. The blond took a step back up the wall and they carried on with some more taijutsu. For unknown reasons, Sasuke was particularly fierce in his taijutsu, more so than usual which put a lot of pressure on Naruto as he had never experienced such a tight battle before. The Uchiha interfered each time he tried to make shadow clones, which was very irritating.
The boy spun down low to avoid a sweeping blow before popping up with a feint and then firing off a kick which sent Naruto off the wall in a plunge. While mid-air, the Uzumaki's fingers slid into the shadow clone seal. Smoke burst beside him to reveal shadow clones. When Naruto hit the water, he applied chakra to his feet to repel off and after grabbing his shadow clones, swung and tossed them up towards Sasuke like rogue missiles. As expected, the Uchiha managed to dodge the first one by sidestepping and kicked the second away. But while his back was turned, a third clone slammed into him. Naruto capitalized on this and quickly jumped up after his clone.
Seizing him, both rolled at high speeds up the side of the statue and once they reached the top at Hashirama's shoulders, the blond threw him with great strength at the Shodai's neck. Sasuke smashed into the wall, landing in an upright position. Sasuke looked up and saw several shadow clones with Rasengans in their hands incoming and quickly extracted himself from the crash site. With his Sharingan, he was superior in combat and easily weaved in and out of the clones' attacks and defenses. A Kage Bunshin came at her in a coordinated attack with two other clones.
The Uchiha performed a back-flip and rolled over the first clone's back, using it like a pommel horse and snapping his feet out sideways to neutralize the other two clones. When he landed, the first clone spun around but he swiftly dispatched it with a vicious uppercut. At that moment, the original flew at him with an intent to initiate a headbutt, but he formed a cross guard and blocked it. He followed up with a roundhouse kick which threw him away.
His Rinnegan glowed as he stuck out his hands. The original and the remaining clones surrounding him jumped back only to be drawn in by his Banshō Tenin, unable to resist its attractive force. He channeled more chakra to his eyes as he executed a second dōjutsu technique, making his right eye warp into a Mangekyōu. "Enton: Honoikazuchi (Blaze Style: Honoikazuchi)!" Sasuke intoned. Black flames manifested around him and shaped into spikes which pierced through the clones. Only the original managed to stop it with a partial manifestation in the form of a Six Paths Sage Chakra Arm. Two more manifested from his back and came together before smashing down on the Uchiha, throwing up a lot of smoke.
Unsurprisingly, Sasuke escaped from it unscathed. Naruto entered Six Paths Sage Mode and sent a chakra arm at him out of the smoke. With his Sharingan, he foresaw the motion and quickly dodged it. Another chakra arm branched out, forcing him to evade them in mid-air by leaping from one to another. Naruto sent his left arm in a secondary assault. Sasuke jumped and landed on his chakra arm before springing off it again while forming hand seals. When he entered an upright position, he spewed a giant fireball at the blond.
The Uzumaki withdrew one arm and placed it in front of him, expanding the palm to block the fireball. Naruto dug his heels into the ground as the force of the powerful jutsu pushed him back. All of a sudden, he sensed his chakra appearing behind him. "His left eye is-" The moment he turned back, he smacked him with a Chidori, sending him rocketing off the statue and into the water.
Naruto managed to keep himself afloat, just in time to see Sasuke manifesting his Susanoo. A giant purple bow formed in its hands and so did an accompanying arrow. He knocked it along with two other projectiles and fired them off at the Uzumaki, whose hands slid behind him. He then threw the Gedou Dama at the projectiles stopping them and making them land in the water causing a huge explosion which Sasuke used as a cover to channel more chakra to his Susanoo and bring it from a Level 3 to that of a Perfect Susanoo.
With his advanced chakra control, Sasuke managed to stabilize the chakra of his ultimate weapon and complete the technique's pinnacle stage. His Susanoo was the size of the Hokage Rock, matching that of Kurama in terms of height. It possessed massive armor and wings, as well as giant wicked blades larger than Gamabunta's. A gem on its forehead was where Sasuke stood, controlling the entire chakra construct. He jumped off the First's statue and flew through the smoke towards Naruto.
The Uzumaki had sensed a horrendous spike in chakra and braced himself for whatever incoming technique Sasuke was about to throw at him. He least expected a titanic avatar the size of the Kyuubi. Once Naruto saw it, he clapped his hands together and summoned chakra from Kurama, letting it overflow, wrap around him and converge into an avatar. Sasuke could see that he had channeled the chakra of the Kyuubi and ground to a halt mid-flight. He backpedaled slightly and ripped the warrior's sword of its sheath just as Kurama's chakra form came into view, his nine tails flailing menacingly. The Uchiha directed Susanoo's sword at the Kyuubi but Naruto swiftly repelled it with a vicious swipe of his tail.
The force behind the block propelled the sword out of the avatar's hand and caused it to crash into the nearby forests, taking out many trees in the process. Sasuke cocked his fist back and swung it at Naruto, who countered similarly. Their chakra avatars' fists clashed and caused water to crest around them in waves, inadvertently exchanging memories. Sasuke was exposed to the hatred Naruto had felt as a child when he was severely mistreated by the village, more than when he had first heard of it from the Uzumaki himself. His loneliness and despite all that, his kindness were also felt by the Uchiha, touching him deeply. As they exchanged more blows, more emotions flooded into each other's heads, filling them with a blast from the past.
Naruto experienced a sense of loss stronger than anything before, an effect of the Uchiha clan massacre which had scarred Sasuke strongly. He now understood with great clarity why he had been motivated to murder his brother, as well as why he respected him. In his eyes, Naruto's kindness to him was a balancing force against all the chaos and loss he had encountered as a child, a never-ending source of stability for him. A pillar of strength to support him. The very wind beneath his wings.
Sasuke continued his barrage relentlessly, and each time, Naruto blocked it. Finally, his Susanoo executed a kick to his stomach and launched him towards shore. He sent a fireball at Kurama, but the fox avatar leapt up and towards him. The Susanoo then fired off a volley of fireballs skyward at Kurama. The manifestation of the Kyuubi dodged the first one, used his tails to slam the second one away and evaded the third one. He swerved and avoided the last one, before flipping and tackling the Susanoo.
As the sky stirred with storm clouds, they continued to fight hand to sword. The Uchiha manifested a second blade and wielded both, slashing down at Kurama with a cross slash. The fox avatar brought his tails in in front of his face to brace against the impact, deflecting it away to his sides. The power behind the slash was so much that the force rippled across the water quickly and slammed into the forests at shore.
"What's the matter? Are you only going to play defense?" Sasuke taunted. Naruto scowled and pushed his hands out, telekinetically commanding the nine tails of Kurama to push out with great strength and repel the Uchiha's Perfect Susanoo off it with a roar. The purple titan flew back, but didn't have the chance to get far as the Uzumaki used his avatar's tails to seize it by the leg and pull it down, dragging the Susanoo into the water. Simultaneously, a purple ball formed rapidly at Kurama's mouth. The bijuudama hovered threateningly, primed at Sasuke's Susanoo but did not fire off.
The Uchiha clicked his tongue in annoyance. Naruto would not win as he did not have the intent to kill him, but he didn't either. Neither wished to kill off the other but both wanted to knock the other out. While it was easy to kill someone, knocking someone unconscious without killing him was a delicate job and had to be done very carefully. His left hand crackled with electricity for the third time that day, invoking thunder to gather and fly down towards the Kyuubi. His left eye amassed chakra too in order to initiate Amenotejikara. The celestial beast crashed down on the titan in a flash of bright light, disorientating Naruto as Sasuke and his Susanoo shifted away. The impact created a shock-wave which spread out and gradually ebbed.
"That's not even close enough to kill me." Sasuke told Naruto.
"I told you! I'm not trying to kill you! I'm-" he started to say.
However Sasuke interrupted him before he could finish. "Enough." He formed the 'Rat' seal. This caused the Tailed Beasts that were trapped in their celestial prison's to fly over to their location. Naruto had to dodge one of them so he wouldn't get hit. Naruto noticed that they had stopped behind Sasuke. Sasuke spoke up gaining Naruto's attention. "I'm the strongest in this world right now. So right now, right here... will be my first step into the shadows." Sasuke said. Naruto turned back and saw Sasuke amassing a great amount of chakra from the Tailed beast's which caused his Perfect Susanoo's armor to split open slightly, exposing the lightning colored humanoid within.
"This is bad… He's merging all the chakra that's been scattered into one... And doing it unbelievably well too, almost unrivaled. He's just as good as Old Man Six Paths... Well except he's doing the reverse thing... There's no Gedo Statue here, so he's making the Susanoo the receiving vessel. Something incredible is going to emerge... Don't let your guard down, Naruto." stated Kurama. Naruto nodded. While the body of his Susanoo had been "solid" before, now it seemed completely solid if not for the fact that Sasuke was encased in the jewel on its response, the fox avatar formed the shadow clone hand seal. Four clones burst into existence next to him.
"That Jutsu again? Naruto... that Jutsu of yours symbolizes your weakness. That's right... it's a jutsu that covers up your loneliness!" Sasuke said. Sasuke then began his onslaught, he appeared above the original and slammed a rod fashioned out of pure lightning down on him, sending him crashing into the forests. The shadow clones began to fight back, but each time, Sasuke's Susanoo proved superior in strength. Two shadow clones grabbed his avatar by its hands in an attempt to restrain it, and a third grabbed its back. The fourth spun around and smashed its nine tails at the purple titan's face, following up with a direct punch. However, the clone's hand exploded when the recoil hit.
Sasuke then mustered some strength and with little effort, smashed the two Kyuubi restraining the Susanoo's arms together. He back flipped and broke free from the grip of the one restraining his avatar's back, before taking him out with a downward kick. He sped forward to the fourth shadow clone and plowed his Susanoo's foot into his stomach. The clone was knocked out of the air and hit the forests. The original and two other clones continued with their attack. The two clones tried to strike Sasuke's Susanoo, but he fended them off with the rod of lightning in his hand. The original blitzed his with a high-speed jump, forcing him up and through the clouds along with his two clones.
The four combatants burst through the clouds and continued to clash within the stratosphere. The Uchiha deflected the two clones and slammed an armored fist into the original. The resultant force propelled the original back towards his two clones. The three fox avatars began charging up Bijuudama, while Sasuke's rod of lightning arced to become a bow. The bow was knocked with three arrows materialized from Indra's chakra - an extension of his will.
The foxes released their Tailed Beast Balls just as the Uchiha fired off his arrows. Indra's chakra overcame the bijuudama and pierced through them - triggering explosions - before heading straight for the three avatars. The arrows vaporized their right sides completely and left the gaps undulating with chakra. Naruto scowled at Sasuke. The Uchiha returned the stare and said, "You'll never win this, Naruto. You only hold a small piece of the Bijuu chakra... You can't win against me now! Nor This" Sasuke said gathering his chakra and forming a arrow of lightning.
Seeing this Naruto spoke. "Not yet?! Kurama" Naruto said.
On the ground sitting in the lotus position was a Kurama shadow clone. "I might have amassed too much, in fact. It's everything that's available. Here it comes" Naruto dispelled the shadow clone which had been knocked away by Sasuke earlier and had been gathering natural energy ever since. He felt the surge of natural energy in his body rejuvenating him, and with that, he merged his fox avatar with the two shadow clones next to him to form a titanic three-headed six-armed fox and began to form two large Rasen-Shuriken in the six arms of the giant avatar.
Sasuke's eyes widened as he could see the sharp increase in natural energy because it was scarily visible in the sheer amount that Naruto had just gained. "I can feel it... how did he gain so much Natural Energy so suddenly?" Then Naruto's Kurama avatar spoke "Let's do this" it said.
Sasuke smirked "So you finally decided to kill me, huh?" Sasuke asked seeing the two Rasen-Shuriken. In retaliation, he channeled all of Indra's chakra he had left into an arrow of pure lightning, enhancing it with his Six Paths Yin Power which amplified the jutsu's power a thousandfold. The Uzumaki growled at Sasuke as colossal Rasen-Shuriken's the size of planetoids formed in his avatar's six arms, augmented by natural energy and Rikudō Senjutsu Chakra.
It contained every single drop of chakra Naruto had left in his own reserves, and that was saying a lot. "We've taken on a lot of responsibilities upon our shoulders... And I want to fight against you fair and square.. But not the current you. So why don't you... give up... on trying to make me give up... Sasuke!" the blond roared as he released his twin astral orbs at his brother figure, just as he fired off his counterattack.
"Rikudō: Shin Taikyoku Chōōdama Rasen-Shuriken (Six Paths: Twin True Supreme Ultimate Massive Rasenshuriken)!"
"Indra no Ya (Indra's Arrow)!"
When they released their attacks Sasuke had a thought. 'This fight with you right now, will be my last. Indra's Arrow... currently my most powerful jutsu in my arsenal... So just... die. Just begone already... Disappear.' and the two jutsu collided. The collision resulted in a fiery fulmination to an extent not experienced in sixty years before now. The heat was so strong that it vaporized most of the water in the Konoha-sized lake, leaving only a stream trickling down the Valley Of The End.
It also generated a powerful lightning discharge that destroyed much of the countryside and toppled the heads of the two statues, as well as setting fires to the remains of the decimated forest. A dark storm cloud the size of a hurricane stirred ominously overhead, and strong winds blew outwards from the point of collision that breezed through the surrounding lands and could even be felt as far away as Kumogakure.
This gained the attention of Kakashi, who was currently watching his unconscious student Sakura. Seeing the storm clouds in the distance he couldn't help but clench his fist. They had finally reunited, and now his two strongest students were having a fight to the death in a all out fight. From the cloud, two figures cloaked in a purple and orange aura respectively plunged down towards the Valley. When they hit the respective sides of the stream, only their auras cushioned them from suffering further damage. The ethereal purple cloak faded away as Sasuke got up into a kneel, groaning. He saw the blond on the opposite side of the stream standing up.
"Dammit, he's still conscious," he thought. His chakra reserves were severely depleted from keeping his Susanoo up, and he only had a small amount left. The Uchiha was sure that his opponent knew it too. "Amaterasu!" Sasuke intoned as blood leaked down the left side of his face. Black flames sprouted and flew towards the blond mercilessly. In defense, Naruto raised his right hand in front of his face and coated it with Kurama's chakra to shield it from the incoming attack. The black flames caught onto the red chakra and began to consume it. The Uzumaki slipped the burning red chakra off like a sleeve and let it fall to his side. He began walking towards Sasuke.
"Kuso… I can't actually win against him like this. I need more cha-" Sasuke winced and cupped his face in agony as he failed to mold more chakra. "I used too much earlier… can't maintain control… At this rate, I can't use my left eye's abilities either!" As he said so, the six tomoes on his Rinnegan faded away. Naruto jumped towards him and performed a mule kick which tossed him backwards. Three shadow clones formed with some chakra from Kurama and continued the attack with more kicks which pushed him skywards.
He finally mustered enough power in his right eye and foresaw the original's punch. He slammed a fist into his face just as he (Naruto) did the same to his (Sasuke). The blunt force threw him down onto the stone floor, while Sasuke managed to break his fall with a roll. As he did so, he ripped the black hand warmer off his right forearm to reveal a summoning tattoo. Just as Naruto's three shadow clones lunged at her, shuriken's burst into existence within his hands. He augmented them with Raiton chakra and propelled them at the clones. The lightning chakra ran through their body and stunned them momentarily, creating an opening for him to utilize his Chidori.
Sasuke charged at them and took out the first two with a swipe of his Thousand Birds, and plunged it into the chest of the last shadow clone. The Kage Bunshin grabbed his outstretched left hand and restrained him, preventing him from withdrawing it. The original ran at him and threw a punch that knocked him away as the clone dispelled. He tumbled and came to a stop as Naruto ran at him with a Rasengan. Somehow, he had managed to gather some more chakra. Sasuke grimaced when the Chidori in his hand fizzled out due to his lack of chakra. The Uzumaki came within a meter from him before collapsing mid-step into a prone position.
His Rasengan drove into the floor and created a small crater as it dispersed, expending the last drop of his chakra. The Uchiha took the opening and kicked him with force on the shoulder, enough to flip him over to a supine position. He sat on his stomach and cocked back a fist in a knockout attempt. Sasuke launched a vicious punch aimed at his temple, but Naruto managed to stop it by catching his fist. He seized him by the collar with his other hand and pulled her close to initiate a headbutt which disorientated him temporarily.
This allowed him (Naruto) to slip his knees past his (Sasuke) legs and bring them up to his body, then fire off a kick at his stomach which threw him (Sasuke) off him (Naruto). Sasuke groaned as he lay flat on the floor. Why wouldn't Naruto just let him go? Naruto was so fatigued that he could hardly stand up normally. Thus, the Uzumaki rolled onto his side and propped up his elbow, pushing off it to assist him in getting up.
The Uchiha wasn't faring that well either as using Indra's Arrow, followed by Amaterasu and then a Chidori was certainly more than enough to empty his reserves and drain him both physically and mentally. He recovered into a half squat position and glared at the blond. He just wouldn't stay down. Sasuke charged at him, and Naruto did the same. When the two's fists finally connected, they were hardly more than just love-taps. Naruto had his knuckles pressed against Sasuke's forehead while Sasuke's fist was contacting his stomach.
They were panting as their fists remained in contact with their respective targets, staring into each other's eyes. Neither wished to give in, but both no longer had the strength to generate enough force to mean anything in this fight. It would degenerate into nothing more than two drunkards fighting. Kurama said, "Hang in there, Naruto. I'm amassing chakra for you and you will soon be able to end-" Kurama didn't finish as the two felt something off.
Naruto looked down and saw his chakra being siphoned off towards Sasuke where his (Sasuke) fist met his abdomen. He slumped forward and his right hand slipped off her head as he was weakened by the absorption of his chakra. Sasuke released his hand and let him slip into a kneel. Sasuke was pleased as he felt some semblance of strength return to him. "This is one of the abilities of my Rinnegan. As someone who possesses the eyes of the Uchiha, my victory is inevitable."
Sasuke began to form a Chidori in his hand before he spoke. "This is the end. Goodbye... my one and only... Friend" and he thrust the Chidori at Naruto. Naruto looked up at him. Without warning, he slammed an uppercut to his chin and augmented it with some natural energy he gathered on the spot. The strike's element of surprise caught him off guard and sent him crashing up into a wall twenty meters away.
Kurama spoke to him from his mind as the fox smirked "Nice job anticipating his strike. And it seems his weakened visual prowess has hindered itself as well." Kurama said.
Sasuke got up, angrily whispering, "Over and over… and over… and over… and over… AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN! JUST GIVE UP AND LET ME CUT YOU DOWN!" He finished yelling.
Naruto looked up at him. "Can't do that. Because I'm your one and only friend!" Naruto replied.
The Uchiha's left hand then came alive, crackling with visible Raiton chakra. In the center of the gathering was a black orb of flames. "As expected, he's used the chakra I infused for you and assimilated it to make it his own. Chidori as well as flame control… Sasuke is planning to end this. I'll give you some me chakra but it'll put me to sleep. Make it count and don't release your jutsu till the last minute to ensure he doesn't absorb any more chakra from you," Kurama warned.
Naruto smiled gently, and raised his fist to Kurama. The fox smirked and tapped it with his own, and begun to fall asleep. Sasuke jumped off towards Naruto with the threatening technique in his hand. The Uzumaki flew at him with an outstretched hand. As he neared the Uchiha, chakra began to materialize and gather in wisps, forming an orb where chakra rotated violently within.
"NARUTO" Sasuke screamed.
"SASUKE" Naruto yelled.
As they drew closer and closer from both their point of views they saw each other as they were growing up. They were then close enough, and suddenly thrust their arms forward and their jutsu collided with one another. Then there was an explosion of light, and Naruto was smirking in victory.
Flashback over

It was a jutsu that revived a dead person using a living sacrifice to summon the deceased person's soul so they could fight. "Fine but if this bites us in the rear later I'm blaming you." Sasuke said surprising both Naruto and Sakura. Naruto thought he would have to desecrate his friends corpse to do it, but here he was offering his power to him so he could fight in the future.
Sakura looked at her teammate before she answered him as well. "Fine, but if you revive me just to annoy me then I'll kick your ass." Sakura said.
This caused Naruto to smile. "Thanks guys, you two truly are the best teammates a guy could have." Naruto told them.
It took another thirty minutes, but Naruto got what he needed from them and sealed their DNA that they gave him in a preservation scroll with all the other DNA that Naruto had found on Kabuto. Sasuke looked at Naruto before he spoke. "Now the only thing left is to commence the unsealing of Kurama, and then seal the Gedo Statue and Bijuu in order back inside you. Let's go to the Root Dimension and get the Gedo Statue Naruto." he said grabbing Naruto. His Rinnegan flashed, and then a giant Rinnegan appeared in the air in front of them. The eye then began to start spinning before it turned into a swirling purple portal that led to the Root dimension which was the home of Kaguya and Black Zetsu's celestial prison.
Location: Kaguya's Root dimension
Sasuke's Rinnegan portal appeared on the ground underneath the giant body of earth that housed Kaguya's Juubi husk. Naruto stepped out of the portal first followed by Sasuke. Naruto and Sasuke both looked up to the rock prison hovering above them. "Ssoo how do you want to do this?" Naruto asked his friend.
Sasuke looked at Naruto. "Well first we have Kurama jump out of the seal and allow you to die. I'll revive you and summon down the prison and open it and bring out the Gedo Mezo. Once it's out we'll use the Six Paths Ten-Tails Coffin Seal, and seal it inside of you to make you an immortal. Then we'll seal Kurama, and the rest of the Bijuu in you with the Eight Trigrams Seal made by your father." Sasuke said.
"Well let's get started then eh Sasuke." Naruto said sitting down to meditate. When he opened his eye Naruto was in his waterlogged mindscape. Walking through the familiar tunnels of his mind Naruto soon found himself at Kurama's former prison. "Oi Kurama." Naruto said gaining the mountain sized foxes attention. Opening an eye Kurama then sat up and stretched.
Kurama then looked down at his Jinchuuriki before he spoke. "So Naruto what are you here for. I have sensed some changes to your body. The question is why do you have both Hashirama's and Tobirama's cell's when you are already the most powerful person alive?" Kurama asked him. Naruto looked at his tenant of twenty-six years before he explained everything. Sasuke's vision. The plan.
The reason for implanting his former lives' power into his body as well as the brother to said former life's cells. When he was done Kurama was surprisingly calm. "Well if this plan of yours works then I'll be seeing you in a few seconds Naruto." Kurama said holding out a fist which Naruto bumped with his own fist. Kurama then pulled himself out of Naruto's seal. When the gigantic fox was fully out of the seal Naruto suddenly felt his heart weakening from his partner's sudden removal. Within ten minutes since he was an Uzumaki Naruto was dead.
Sasuke looked up and brought his hand into the rat seal. "Let's begin." and channeled his chakra. The miniature planet began to lower down to the ground, and then landed with a thud that shook the ground a bit. A few second later the ball of rock began to crack down the middle. "Kurama... I think it would be best if you vacated the area for a bit of time. I'll Naruto call out to you." Sasuke told the fox who then nodded and ran from the clearing. When the fox had disappeared the large orb of earth finally split open to reveal the husk of the mighty Juubi.
Turning Sasuke looked at Naruto before he formed the 'Snake' seal. "Gedo Rinne Tensei no Jutsu" Sasuke intoned. The king of hell rose from the ground, and opened it's mouth and released a green glowing energy from it's mouth.
When the green glow subsided the king of hell returned to the ground, and Naruto groaned before he opened his eyes. Naruto sat up with a groan. "Oh man if that's what it's like to die then no thank you." Naruto said before Sasuke cleared his throat to gain his attention. "Oh right." Naruto said standing up. He slowly walked over to Sasuke, and they went through hand seals. "Six Paths Ten-Tails Coffin Seal" the two men called out.
The Gedo statue was then slowly absorbed into the blonde man. When he had fully absorbed the statue his form began to change. He now had white hair where it was once golden yellow, and he became enveloped by a cloak of chakra that stabilized into physical clothing. The clothes consisted of a full-bodied black garment with black pants, gloves, and boots, over which he wore a flowing white robe with six black magatama markings across his chest and the familiar pattern of a black Rinnegan and nine black magatama markings in rows of three on his back,and he had the obtained additional black magatama markings around his sleeve cuffs and the rim of his robe, and he also now wore a necklace which was also made up of six black magatama. Sasuke noticed that Naruto held a staff in his hand.
Sasuke then got a good look at the staff that Naruto was holding. The item in question was a black staff that was as long as Naruto was stall. The top end was circular with rings attached to it and the bottom end was shaped into a crescent like moon with two interlocked ovals in the middle that constantly rotated around one another. Sasuke seeing this couldn't help but laugh. "Oh man now you look like Madara with that get up. The exception is you don't have the Rinnegan, head piece, and his long hair." he laughed before telling him to call his partner back.
Naruto just sighed before he used a Henge on himself to hide his appearance, and appear normal. Naruto turned to the way Kurama was, and called out. "OKAY KURAMA IT"S SAFE TO COME BACK." Naruto yelled with a voice enhancing jutsu to the fox. When Kurama had returned Naruto asked if it was safe to seal Kurama inside him since he already had the Gedo Statue, but both Sasuke and Sasuke reassured him since they had sealed the Gedo inside him first they could seal all of the Bijuu inside him without them becoming the Juubi, and that. Sasuke told him that, that was the reason he had Naruto unseal Kurama and die, and everything in-between that process.
Sasuke then saw Black Zetsu coming out of the rubble so he could escape, but before he could run away he was upon him. "Well, well, well if it isn't our good friend Black Zetsu. How was prison, I sure bet it was fun because you're not leaving it again." Sasuke ground out as he formed a black sphere of gravity in his palm, and slammed it into Zetsu's chest before the creature could retort back to the Uchiha. Soon rock and earth from the old prison he was trapped in gathered around him, and was soon trapped back within a large ball of earth again.
Sasuke turned to a now sitting Naruto, and Sasuke realized that he must have resealed Kurama inside him and was speaking to the fox. After a few minutes Naruto opened his eyes, and looked up at Sasuke. "Everything worked out just fine. Now let's get going or Karin will have both our hides." Naruto said to him. Sasuke nodded his head, and opened another portal. It was nighttime when the portal reappeared. Stepping through the portal once again Naruto emerged first, and was quickly followed by Sasuke. Naruto looked up at the night sky and saw it was late, and then turned to Sasuke and wished him a goodnight and told him to meet him at the Tower tomorrow, and went home to his wife.
Location: Naruto's house
When the Nanadaime Hokage had reached his house, and saw the light's out he thought he was in the clear. When he turned on the light's and saw his wife on the couch he knew he was not in the clear as he thought before. "Uh... hi honey... I'm back." Naruto said nervously. Karin stared at her husband before she got up and walked to her room, slammed the door and locked it from the inside. 'Guess I'm sleeping on the couch tonight huh... Not happening.' Naruto thought before he walked to his bedroom door and kicked it down.
Karin sat up on her arms with a smirk on her face. "Thought you were slee-" she stopped when she sensed his chakra. "What happened to your chakra? It's different." Karin asked as the smirk left her face and she became serious. Naruto sighed and explained for the third time that day on what was going to happen, and what he and Sasuke planned, and had done. Some of the things she was told made her gasp like the fact he had unsealed his tenant and had died, but was resurrected by his friend. But in the end she was happy that her husband was still alive so he could come back home to her in the end.
After he finished Karin just moved over a little bit to make some space and lifted the covers to show him her nude body, and patted the spot next to her signaling that he could get in the bed with her. Naruto stripped his clothes, and got in bed with his wife. When Naruto and Sasuke had returned from Kaguya's prison dimension Naruto had asked Kurama to contact the other Bijuu and tell them what was going on, and what he and Sasuke were planning as well as what they had done already so far. He also asked for Kurama to arrange meetings with the great creatures in places where people normally didn't get to reach. When they were done Naruto had gotten home to his wife.
"So Naruto-kun what do you think of the idea of having a baby?" Karin asked her husband. She knew he was 'infertile' but she wanted one, and not one from a artificial impregnation. She knew this was a hard topic for Naruto since he also wanted to have a child, and was upset when he couldn't give her one. They had discussed it a bit and decided that they would make love or screw like rabbits to 'try' and get her pregnant every chance they got. Don't misread the situation Karin had no idea the seal Naruto had created for him and Sasuke existed with the purpose of stopping the Senju/Uzumaki and Uchiha bloodlines from being expanded on. But she really wanted to raise a family with her husband.
"Well... there's always the chance that this round of love I'm about to give you will work." Naruto said not knowing the damage was already done. He leaned over and begun to kiss her. The next day Naruto woke up and felt the weight of his wife on him. He looked down and saw his wife's red hair covering his chest. Looking left to the clock on his nightstand he saw he was nearly late for his paperwork duties at the tower. Creating a seal-less clone he substituted with it, and quickly got dressed. Before he left he kissed his wife on top of her head and left for his work.
When Naruto arrived at the tower he had made some clones to handle the paperwork while he waited for Sasuke to arrive. Kurama had told him when he had woken up that the Bijuu had agreed to be sealed into Naruto while he had slept. Naruto didn't have to wait long for Sasuke to arrive. When he walked through the door Sasuke asked if the Bijuu were willing to meet and was told yes. Naruto flashed the two of them to Shukaku and were surprised to see the rest of the tailed beasts there already arrived.
When Naruto asked how they got there so fast they answered that their homes were always close to each other. Even as they grew up they lived near each other. Naruto then re-explained the situation, and asked if they were willing to be sealed away in a jinchuuriki one last time. They answered that it was for the future to remain safe so that the next generation could be stronger then the last.
It took three weeks to seal all the Bijuu into Naruto, but they sealed them two at a time so what should have taken hours took days. But then again there had only been three others that had held all the beasts at on time, but they were inside a statue while it happened. But when it was all done Naruto went home to so he could rest and then get used to the rise and strain on his chakra coils from sealing the Bijuu inside of himself.
When he got to his house he heard his wife making noises from the bathroom, and walked towards the restroom. When he got there he saw her bent over the side of the toilet throwing up. Kneeling behind her, he pulled her hair out of the way so she wouldn't have to wash her hair when she was done. Karin hardly ever got sick so this was a rarity to see her throw up. The only thing that ever made Karin throw up would have been to much to eat or a small stomach virus where she would eat some mustard, and it would be gone by the next day.
"Karin-chan what's wrong? Have you eaten to much or is it a stomach virus this time?" Naruto asked his wife.
Karin managed to stop puking for a few moments before she looked up. "I don't think it's either of those time dear." Karin said.
Naruto raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean?" he asked curiously.
"Well I've been sick for the past week so I've done less eating, and I've already tried to take some mustard, but that didn't work either. I honestly don't know what is wrong with me this time. I think we should go to the hospital, and get this looked at beca-." before she could finish she had begun to throw up again. Naruto was once again holding her hair out of the way as she was throwing up. Thankfully she didn't throw up as much as she did before. When she had finished she looked at her husband. "I think that we should go to the hospital." she with an air of finality that said that there wouldn't be no arguments.
Location: Hospital
They had reached the hospital, and Karin was being treated personally by Sakura since she was the wife of the Hokage. Naruto was waiting in the hallway waiting for Sakura to finish diagnosing Karin. Sakura came out of the room with a smile on her face. Obviously there was nothing wrong with his wife, but why was she smiling? She walked up to Naruto and was about to speak when a jonin burst into the hallway yelling. "Hokage-sama. Hokage-sama. Where is Hokage-sama? I have urgent news for Hokage-sama" the ninja was saying in a urgent voice. Naruto whistled at the ninja under his command to get his attention.
The jonin immediately ran up to him. "Hokage-sama I have news. Sasuke Uchiha is declaring that he's going to take over the elemental nations. Since your the only person that can ever stand up to him what are you going to do?" the jonin asked his leader urgently.
Meanwhile Naruto was thinking 'What are you thinking Sasuke? It has even been a week since we sealed the Bijuu inside me. So what are you up to?'. Naruto looked at the ninja and told him to notify the rest of the villages, and tell them he would take care of it. He then told Sakura to hold on and he would be back, and he left. He didn't like what he was about to do. Who would? He was about to kill his best friend because of a plan they had made, and then take his eye's.
Location: Final Valley
Naruto arrived at the location of his and Sasuke's last true battle the destroyed statues of their predecessors and nearly dried up lake showed the level of ferocity from their fight. Naruto saw Sasuke standing on the side where his ancestor Madara's statue once stood while he stood where Hashirama's used to stand. Naruto looked at Sasuke with the unasked question "Why the change of plans again?" on his face.
Sasuke sighed. "Naruto I think it's best if we sped up this part of the plan. I couldn't just sit there and wait for my time to come. Don't ask why let's just get this over with okay." Sasuke said. Naruto understood. Sasuke didn't want to wait a few months for him to die at his friends hand for the plan, but he wanted it over as quickly as possible.
"Well at least we're fighting fair and square this time eh Sasuke."
Sasuke looked at his friend with a small smile before he held up the Seal of Confrontation just like he did all those years ago. Naruto mimicked him and held up the same Seal of Confrontation. Then the battle begun when Sasuke charged forward. Naruto seeing this charged him as well. They met in the middle of the valley with their forearms clashing together just like the last time. Sasuke then jumped back and launched a high kick with his left foot, which Naruto blocked. The man utilized the momentum and flipped, landing on the ground.
He pushed off and attempted a left hook, but Naruto blocked it once again. This time the Uzumaki retaliated by swinging his right fist but the Uchiha ducked under it. Naruto followed it up with a downward punch with his left hand, but Sasuke evaded it by spinning away in an anticlockwise motion. The moment he spun around, he shot his left elbow towards Naruto. Unsurprisingly, he blocked it with his right forearm. He quickly continued with a fast right punch, but that too was stopped short by the Uzumaki's left arm. Naruto abridged off from that block by leaning forward and pressing his shoulder against his right arm and chest in a temporary lock while he attempted a low punch with his right hand.
Sasuke caught his fist with his left and violently pushed upwards, breaking free of his hold and getting a grip on his arm. The Uchiha whirled him around and chopped his hand down. Naruto quickly set his elbow up in another block. Sasuke bent his hand over his and slid down the length of his arm, using his fingertips to manipulate his once again. In this way, he forced him to form the Horse hand seal with him. Naruto looked at it in before deciding to thrust his other fist at him. The Uchiha weaved around it and threw his fist at his face, pushing him back. Before he could fall though, he caught his outstretched right arm with his left and this time, forced him to complete the Tiger hand seal.
Before he could comprehend what just happened, he reaped his left leg out from under him and brought him into a kneel. While still holding his right hand, he shot a kick at his face which he almost managed to block but didn't. It connected and the impact stunned him, allowing him to follow up with a second kick to his abdomen. This caused him to double over, enabling him to plant his feet onto Naruto's back and kick off explosively like a springboard, launching him away from him.
While upside down mid-air, he brought a hand to his lips and expelled a giant fireball. The Uzumaki leapt back and avoided the first one, which crashed into the earth and brought up smoke. He then launched two consecutive fireballs. Naruto evaded them by bounding backwards in a zigzag manner like the last time they fought, before back-flipping and landing on the side of the valley. The blond was about to form the clone seal, but was interrupted by a kunai flying out of nowhere which pierced the wall right next to his stomach. Attached to its ring was shinobi wire.
Again like a zip line, Sasuke pulled himself up and rocketed towards Naruto. The blond took a step back up the wall and they carried on with some more taijutsu. The Blacked haired man spun down low to avoid a sweeping blow before popping up with a feint and then firing off a kick which sent Naruto off the wall in a plunge. While mid-air, the Uzumaki's fingers slid into the shadow clone seal. Smoke burst beside him to reveal shadow clones. When Naruto hit the ground he applied chakra to his feet so he wouldn't break his legs, and jumped to grab a clone and after grabbing his shadow clones, swung and tossed them back up towards Sasuke like missiles.
As expected, the Uchiha managed to dodge the first one by sidestepping and kicked the second away. But while he back was turned, a third clone slammed into him. Naruto capitalized on this and quickly jumped up after his clone. Seizing him, both rolled at high speeds up the side of the valley and once they reached the top at valley wall, the blond threw him with great strength at the opposite wall.
He smashed into the wall, landing in an upright position which forced the air from his lungs. Sasuke looked up and saw several shadow clones with Rasengans in their hands incoming and quickly extracted himself from the crash site. With his Sharingan, he was barely superior in combat against the blonde Kage and easily weaved in and out of the clones' attacks and defenses. A Kage Bunshin came at him in a coordinated attack with two other clones.
The Uchiha performed a back flip and rolled over the first clone's back, using it like a pommel horse and snapping his feet out sideways to neutralize the other two clones. When he landed, the first clone spun around but he swiftly dispatched it with a vicious uppercut. At that moment, the original flew at him with an intent to initiate a headbutt. Instead he formed a cross guard to block it in a similar fashion as to their last fight. He followed up with a roundhouse kick which threw him away.
His Rinnegan glowed as he stuck out his hands. The original and the remaining clones jumped back, but since they were surrounding him they were drawn in by the powerful Banshō Tenin, and were unable to resist its attractive force. He channeled more chakra to his eyes as he executed a second dōjutsu technique, making his right eye warp into a Mangekyōu. Just like last time he used the "Enton: Honoikazuchi (Blaze Style: Honoikazuchi)".
Black flames manifested around him and shaped into spikes which pierced through the clones. Only the original managed to stop it with a partial manifestation in the form of a Six Paths Sage Chakra Arm. Two more manifested from his back and came together before smashing down on the Uchiha, throwing up a lot of smoke. Unsurprisingly, Sasuke once again escaped from it unscathed. Naruto entered Six Paths Sage Mode and sent a chakra arm at him out of the smoke. With the Sharingan, he foresaw the motion and quickly dodged it. Another chakra arm branched out, forcing him to evade them in mid-air by leaping from one to another.
Naruto sent his left arm in a secondary assault. Sasuke jumped and landed on his chakra arm before springing off it again while forming hand seals. When he entered an upright position, she spewed a giant fireball at the blond. The Uzumaki withdrew one arm and placed it in front of him, expanding the palm to block the fireball. Naruto dug his heels into the ground as the force of the powerful jutsu pushed him back. All of a sudden, he sensed his chakra appearing behind him. "Dammit just like las-" The moment he turned back, he smacked him with a Chidori, sending him rocketing off the statue and into the other side of the valley as if they were fighting last time.
Naruto managed to keep himself afloat, just in time to see Sasuke manifesting the Susanoo. A giant purple bow formed in its hands and so did an accompanying arrow. He knocked it along with two other projectiles and fired them off at the Uzumaki, whose hands slid into the Snake seal. "Mokuton: Hōbi no Jutsu (Wood Style: Wood Expulsion Jutsu)!" A giant dome-like defensive structure in the shape of a dragon's face burst from the lake floor and surrounded Naruto to protect him from the incoming projectiles.
The three arrows collided with the powerful defense mechanism that could withstand a Bijūudama, causing a huge explosion which Sasuke used as a cover to channel more chakra to the powerful Susanoo and bring it to the form of a Perfect Susanoo. Sasuke stabilized the chakra of his ultimate weapon and complete the technique's pinnacle stage. The Susanoo was the size of the Hokage Rock, matching that of Kurama in terms of height. It possessed massive armor and wings, as well as giant wicked blades larger than Gamabunta's. A gem on its forehead was where Sasuke stood strong, controlling the entire chakra construct. He jumped off the ground and flew through the smoke towards Naruto.
The Uzumaki had sensed a humongous spike in chakra and braced himself for whatever incoming technique was about to throw at him. He least expected a titanic avatar the size of the Kyūubi. Once Naruto saw it, he clapped his hands together and summoned chakra from Kurama, letting it overflow, wrap around him and converge into an avatar. Sasuke could see that he had channeled the chakra of the Kyūubi and ground to a halt mid-flight. He backpedaled slightly and ripped the warrior's sword of its sheath just as Kurama's chakra form came into view, his nine tails flailing menacingly.
The Uchiha directed Susanoo's sword at the Kyūubi but Naruto swiftly repelled it with a vicious swipe of his tail. The force behind the block propelled the sword out of the avatar's hand and caused it to crash into the nearby forests, taking out many trees in the process. Sasuke cocked a fist back and swung it at Naruto, who countered similarly. Their chakra avatars' fists clashed and caused a crater to form, inadvertently exchanging memories once again.
Sasuke was once again exposed to the hatred Naruto had felt as a child when he was severely mistreated by the village, more than when he had first heard of it from the Uzumaki himself. His loneliness and despite all that, his kindness were also felt by the Uchiha, touching him deeply making him smile at his friend. As they exchanged more blows, more emotions flooded into each other's heads, filling them with a blast from the past.
Naruto experienced a sense of loss from Sasuke again, an effect of the Uchiha clan massacre which had scarred Sasuke strongly. He now understood with great clarity why he had been motivated to murder his brother, as well as why he loved him when he died. In his eyes, Naruto's kindness to him was a balancing force against all the chaos and loss he had encountered as a child, a never-ending source of stability for him. And he was glad for it
Sasuke continued the barrage relentlessly, and each time, Naruto blocked it. Finally, the Susanoo executed a kick to his stomach and launched him towards shore. He sent a fireball at Kurama, but the fox avatar leapt up and out of the way. The Susanoo then fired off a volley of fireballs skyward at Kurama. The manifestation of the Kyūubi dodged the first one, used his tails to slam the second one away and evaded the third one. He swerved and avoided the last one, before flipping and tackling the monolithic Susanoo.
As the sky stirred with storm clouds, they continued to fight hand to sword. The Uchiha manifested a second blade and wielded both, slashing down at Kurama with a cross slash. The fox avatar brought his tails in in front of his face to brace against the impact, deflecting it away to his sides. The power behind the slash was so much that the force rippled across the cratered ground quickly and slammed into the forests at shore of the nearly dried up lake.
"What's the matter? Are you only going to play defense like last time Naruto?" Sasuke taunted. Naruto knew it was a taunt like the one from their fight long ago, but he still scowled and pushed his hands out, telekinetically commanding the nine tails of Kurama to push out with great strength and repel the Uchiha's Perfect Susanoo off it. The purple titan flew back, but didn't have the chance to get far as the Uzumaki used his avatar's tails to seize it by the leg and pull it down, dragging the Susanoo into the ground kicking up more dust, and once again made a crater. Simultaneously, a purple ball formed rapidly at Kurama's mouth. The Bijūudama hovered threateningly, primed at Sasuke's Susanoo but did not fire off.
The Uchiha clicked his tongue in annoyance. Naruto still did not have the intent to kill him, but then again he didn't either. Neither wished to kill off the other but it was part of the plan. His left hand crackled with electricity, invoking thunder to gather and fly down towards the Kyūubi. His left eye amassed chakra too in order to initiate Amenotejikara. The celestial beast crashed down on the titan in a flash of bright light, disorientating Naruto as Sasuke and the Susanoo shifted away.
The impact created a shockwave which spread out and gradually ebbed. Naruto turned back and saw Sasuke amassing a great amount of chakra which caused his Perfect Susanoo's armor to split open slightly, exposing the lightning colored humanoid within. While the body of the Susanoo had been "solid" before, now it was completely solid if not for the fact that Sasuke was encased in the jewel on its forehead. It was Sasuke's Rikudo Susanoo. In response, the fox avatar formed the shadow clone hand seal. Four clones burst into existence next to him. Wordlessly, Sasuke began the onslaught.
He appeared above the original and slammed a rod fashioned out of pure lightning down on him, sending him crashing into the forests. The shadow clones began to fight back, but each time, the Six Paths Susanoo proved superior in strength. Two shadow clones grabbed the avatar by its hands in an attempt to restrain it, and a third grabbed its back. The fourth spun around and smashed its nine tails at the purple titan's face, following up with a direct punch. However, the clone's hand exploded when the recoil hit.
Sasuke mustered some strength and with little effort, smashed the two Kyūubi's restraining his Susanoo's arms together. He then backflipped and broke free from the grip of the one restraining her avatar's back, before taking him out with a downward kick. He sped forward to the fourth shadow clone and plunged the Susanoo's foot into his stomach. The clone was knocked out of the air and hit the forests. The original and two other clones continued with their attack. The two clones tried to strike Sasuke's Susanoo, but he fended them off with the rod of lightning in it's hand. The original blitzed him with a high-speed jump, forcing them up and through the clouds along with his two clones.
The four combatants burst through the clouds and continued to clash within the stratosphere. The Uchiha deflected the two clones and slammed an armored fist into the original. The resultant force propelled the original back towards his two clones. The three fox avatars began charging up Bijūudama's, while Sasuke's rod of lightning arced to become a bow. The bow was knocked with three arrows materialized from chakra.
The foxes released their Tailed Beast Balls just as the Uchiha fired off her arrows. Sasuke's chakra overcame the Bijūudama's and pierced through them - triggering explosions - before heading straight for the three Kyūubi avatars. The arrows vaporized their right sides completely and left the gaps undulating with chakra. Naruto scowled at Sasuke. The man returned the stare and said, "You'll never win like this, Naruto. Remember this is a battle to the death!"
Naruto dispelled the shadow clone which had been knocked away earlier and had been gathering natural energy ever since. He felt the surge of natural energy in his body rejuvenating him, and with that, he merged his fox avatar with the two shadow clones next to him to form a titanic three-headed six-armed fox. Sasuke's eyes widened as he could see the sharp increase in natural energy because it was scarily visible in the sheer amount that Naruto had just gained, and smiled as his friend had done it again.
In retaliation, he channeled all of his chakra he had left into an arrow of pure lightning, enhancing it with his Six Paths Yin Power which amplified the jutsu's power a thousandfold. The Uzumaki growled at Sasuke as two colossal Rasen-Shuriken's the size of planetoids formed in his avatar's six arms, augmented by natural energy and Rikudō Senjutsu Chakra. It contained every single drop of chakra Naruto had left in his own reserves, and that was saying a lot. "Don't you think-" Sauskue started to say only for him to be interrupted "-I know that... Sasuke!" the blond roared as he released his twin astral orbs at the his brother figure, just as he fired off his own counterattack.
"Rikudō: Shin Taikyoku Chōōdama Rasen-Shuriken (Six Paths: Twin True Supreme Ultimate Massive Rasen-Shuriken)!"
"Indra no Ya (Indra's Arrow)!"
The collision resulted in a fiery fulmination to an extent never experienced before, and was several time bigger then the one in their last battle. The heat was so strong that it vaporized all the water in the Konoha-sized lake, leaving only a small stream trickling down the Valley Of The End. It also generated a powerful lightning discharge that destroyed much of the countryside and toppled the sides of the valley, as well as setting fires to the the now decimated forest in an explosion that would be written down in history books as one of the most powerful fights since the Rikudo Sennin fought the Ten Tails.
A dark storm cloud the size of a hurricane stirred ominously overhead, and strong winds blew outwards from the point of collision that breezed through the surrounding lands and could even be felt as far away as Kumogakure. This gained the attention of everyone in the elemental nations who saw the explosion in the distance, and saw the clash of the two gods.
From the cloud, two figures cloaked in a purple and orange aura respectively plunged down towards the Valley. When they hit the respective sides of the stream, only their auras cushioned them from suffering further damage. The ethereal purple cloak faded away as Sasuke got up into a kneel, groaning. He saw the blond on the opposite side of the stream standing up. "Dammit, just like last time, and that means the fight is still on." he thought. His chakra reserves were severely depleted from keeping his Susanoo up, and he only had a small amount left. The Uchiha was sure that his opponent knew it too.
"Amaterasu!" Sasuke intoned as blood leaked down the left side of his face. Black flames sprouted and flew towards the blond mercilessly. In defense, Naruto raised his right hand in front of his face and coated it with Kurama's chakra to shield it from the incoming attack. The black flames caught onto the red chakra and began to consume it. The Uzumaki slipped the burning red chakra off like a sleeve and let it fall to his side. He began walking towards Sasuke.
"Kuso… I can't actually fight against him like this. I need more cha-" Sasuke winced and cupped his face in agony as he failed to mold more chakra. "I used too much earlier… can't maintain control… At this rate, I can't use my left eye's abilities either!" as he said so, the six tomoes on the Rinnegan faded away. Naruto jumped towards him and performed a mule kick which tossed him backwards. Two shadow clones formed with some chakra from Kurama and continued the attack with more kicks which pushed her skywards.
He mustered enough power in his right eye and foresaw the original's punch. He slammed a fist into his face just as he did the same to hers. The blunt force threw him down onto the stone floor, while Sasuke managed to break his fall with a roll. As he did so, he ripped the black glove off right hand to reveal a summoning tattoo. Just as Naruto's three shadow clones lunged at him, shuriken burst into existence within his hands. He augmented them with Raiton chakra and propelled them at the clones.
The lightning chakra ran through their body and stunned them momentarily, creating an opening for him to utilize the Chidori. Sasuke charged at them and took out the first two with a swipe of Chidori, and plunged it into the chest of the last shadow clone. The clone just grabbed the outstretched left hand and restrained it like the last time, preventing him from withdrawing it. The original ran at him and threw a punch that knocked him away as the clone dispelled.
He tumbled and came to a stop as Naruto ran at him with a Rasengan. Somehow, he had managed to gather some chakra. Sasuke grimaced when the Chidori in his hand fizzled out due to the lack of chakra. The Uzumaki came within a meter of him before collapsing mid-step into a prone position. His Rasengan drove into the floor and created a small crater as it dispersed, expending the last drop of his chakra.
The Uchiha took the opening and kicked him with force on the shoulder, enough to flip him over to a supine position. He sat on his stomach and cocked back a fist in a knockout attempt. Sasuke launched a vicious punch aimed at his temple, but Naruto managed to stop it by catching the fist. He seized him by the collar with his other hand and pulled him close to initiate a headbutt which disorientated him temporarily.
This allowed Naruto to once again slip his knees past Sasuke's legs and bring them up to his body, then fire off a kick at Sasuke's stomach which threw him off. Sasuke groaned as he lay flat on the floor. Naruto was so fatigued that he could hardly stand up normally. Thus, the Uzumaki rolled on to his side and propped up his elbow, pushing off it to assist him in getting up. The Uchiha wasn't faring that well either as using Indra's Arrow, followed by Amaterasu and then a Chidori was certainly more than enough to empty his large reserves and drain them both physically and mentally.
He recovered into a half squat position and glared at the blond. He just wouldn't fight right. Sasuke walked towards him, and Naruto did the same. When the two's fists finally connected, they were hardly more than just love taps. Naruto had his knuckles pressed against hos forehead while Sasuke's fist was contacting his stomach. They were panting as their fists remained in contact with their respective targets, staring into each other's eyes. Neither wished to give in, but both no longer had the strength to generate enough force to mean anything in this fight. It would degenerate into nothing more than two drunkards fighting. Which in a sense it now was.
Kurama said, "Hang in there, Naruto. I'm amassing chakra for you and you will soon be able to end-" Naruto looked down and saw his chakra being siphoned off towards Sasuke where his fist met Naruto's abdomen. He slumped forward and his right hand slipped off his head as he was weakened by the absorption of his chakra. Sasuke released his hand and let him slip into a kneel. Sasuke was pleased as he felt some semblance of strength return to him.
"Come on Naruto you know that this is one of the abilities of my Rinnegan. You know that as someone who possesses the eyes of the Uchiha, this could be my victory." he said smugly. Really? Was he really going to act like a emo prick for this final showdown between them?
Naruto looked up at him. Without warning, he slammed an uppercut to his chin and augmented it with some natural energy he gathered on the spot. The strike's element of surprise caught him off guard and sent him crashing twenty meters away. Sasuke got up, angrily whispering, "Come on Naruto, this is supposed to be the end... SO JUST GIVE UP AND LET ME GO. THERE IS NO OTHER CHOICE, BUT TO KILL ME!" while he roared at the end. Then suddenly with the chakra, as small an amount as it was he had taken from Naruto's nearly undepeleted reserves, the Uchiha's left hand came alive, crackling with visible Raiton chakra. In the center of the gathering was a black orb of flames.
"And as expected, he's used the chakra I infused for you and assimilated it to make it his own. And just like the last time he's using Chidori as well as Kagutsuchi… listen I'll give you some more chakra but it'll strain even my reserves. Make it count and don't release your jutsu till the last minute to ensure he doesn't absorb any more chakra from you," Kurama warned. Naruto smiled gently, and raised his fist to Kurama. The fox smirked and tapped it with his own.
Sasuke took off and sprinted towards Naruto with the threatening technique in hand. The Uzumaki dashed at him with an outstretched hand. As he neared the Uchiha, chakra began to materialize and gather in wisps, forming an orb where chakra rotated violently within to create a Rasengan. When the drew closer together to the point of touching Sasuke moved his hand to his side and allowed Naruto's attack to collide with his chest, much to the blondes shock, and earned a scream of pain from the Uchiha.
The Rasengan drilled through Sasuke's chest and destroyed his heart, And as the light faded from his eye's he looked at Naruto with a smile before he succumbed to the call of death. Naruto had a look of shock and horror on his face. He knew that Sasuke was meant to die since the plan was to give him the Rinnegan, but to do it willingly like he just did so he could stop the feud between the Six Paths brother horrified him greatly.
Naruto had just killed his best friend who had smiled even in death. And as Naruto removed his hand from Sasuke's chest covered in blood, tears began to run down his face. Kneeling beside his brother Naruto grabbed behind Sasuke's neck and begun to weep into his shoulder. Yes the plan was for Sasuke to die, but Naruto never wanted him dead. Especially by his own hand. He cried for an hour with his head buried in his friends cold neck, and when he managed to calm down he looked up to the sky. As he looked at the nighttime sky he offered a prayer for his brother's soul for a peaceful afterlife, and then picked him up to begin the long agonizing walk back to the village.
Location: Gates of Konoha
The villagers of Konoha had heard of the news that Sasuke had said in his 'attempt' to take over the elemental nations, and then their beloved Hokage had left to fight him. A couple hours later an explosion had occurred from their fight, and then the shockwave from the fight came and blew over them where they saw the storm clouds as they fought. It soon became night yet they remained by the village gates waiting for him to return.
Two days later their leader and hero could be seen walking tiredly along the road carrying Sasuke on his back. The villagers began to cheer for their Hokage had once again showed why he was known as the 'Shinobi no Kami' as he trudged to the village gates with his burden upon his back. As Naruto neared the village he stumbled and fell to a knee causing some to worry, but he stood up strong and continued the trip to the village gates. Once he reached them four people walked from the crowd. They were the Godaime and Rokudaime Hokage's Tsunade Senju and Kakashi Hatake, and Naruto's teammate Sakura Haruno.
With them was his wife who wore a worried expression on her face as he walked through the gates and stopped in front of the crowd where he collapsed unconscious. They ran forward to check on the Kage to see if he was alright. Sasuke's body had landed next to him on it's stomach so tat the crowd couldn't see the death blow caused by the blonde, which was rather convenient since there were children at the head of the large crowd. Tsunade and Sakura turned the blonde on his back and began to do diagnostics on the man, and when they were done they told the crowd he was exhausted.
They went to do a diagnosis on Sasuke but when they had done it they were shocked. Sakura was acting shocked since she knew that the man she had loved unconditionally was already dead thanks to the plan they had discussed, but it hurt her worse when Tsunade announced it to the crowd. When Tsunade had announced that Sasuke had died to the crowd they all wore looks of shock on their faces. They had thought he would have been redeemed by their Kage like the last time, but it seemed that this time he couldn't be saved. After that the crowd was dispersed by the ANBU so that the two medics could get the blonde Hokage taken to the hospital to be treated. An ANBU had brought a body bag, and placed Sasuke's corpse inside where he was transported to the hospital to be given an autopsy.
Location: Hospital
Karin was worried. She knew that her husband would be alright, but if the news she had for him was told so soon after he woke from being treated he might die with a heart-attack from the shock and joy. She didn't know if he would recover or get worse, but she prayed he would be alright.
Inside Naruto's hospital room
Sakura was busy helping Tsunade heal her teammate and best friend so he could get better. He had woken up for a few seconds and had told them of Sasuke's 'dying wish', and had shocked them. Tsunade had went to the room that held Sasuke's body and had removed his eye's to do as the blonde told them. When she reentered the room she had done the procedure, and had given the blonde his new eyes.
Now he had a Sasuke's Rinnegan, which had contains six tomoe split between its first two ripples and retains all of the abilities of Sasuke's Mangekyou Sharingan in his right eye. While his left eye now had Sasuke's regular Sharingan, and it to had managed to retain all of the abilities of the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. And since he was a jinchuuriki the drain on his chakra was nothing, and this would allow him to keep his eyes open.
It would take three weeks for the blonde to recover from his fight, and it would take eighty years for the Sharingan in his left eye socket to change into a Rinnegan that also had the six tomoe in the first two ripples. It would take an additional two thousand years for the two to evolve into a more powerful form, and would it would be an additional twelve thousand before he used all his abilities to stop the prophecy.
Three weeks later
Naruto had been put in a medically induced coma so he could recover from his fight against Sasuke. And as Sasuke has put in his will, his body had been destroyed and then the remains had been sealed away inside a coffin for eternity, and then buried in the Uchiha cemetery next to his mother, father, and brother. When Naruto's body had healed enough Tsunade had stopped using the drugs that had kept him in th coma, but he stayed unconscious for an extra three days so his chakra could restore itself.
It was the dawn of the third week since Naruto was admitted to the hospital, but the third day since Naruto was allowed to be taken out of the medical coma. Tsunade had found a scroll on Sasuke, and saw his 'reasons' for his want to take over the elemental nations. She had read them to the village, and shocked them all by what was written on the scroll.
In Naruto's hospital room Karin was lying in the bed with her arm draped over her husband. She wanted to be with him when he woke up. So she had asked Sakura if she could stay with Naruto and wait for him to wake up, and Sakura had allowed it. So when his eye's began to open Naruto immediately felt his wife lying on him, and he also felt all of his stiff muscles which were now sore as he was running on pure adrenaline and shock from his fight with Sasuke, and was unable to feel the stress on his body.
Now that he was awake and was no longer running off either it was a completely different story. He groaned in slight pain from his strained muscles, and accidentally woke up Karin. Karin's eye's fluttered opened to see Naruto's own groggy eye's, and when seen them she immediately sat up, albeit slowly and hugged his form where he hugged back. "Naruto-kun I'm so glad your alright." Karin said softly into his shoulder.
Naruto nudged Karin off him, and tried to sit up, but his muscles protested which forced him to lie back down on the bed with a groan. "Naruto-kun Tsunade-sama says that if you woke up you were to stay lying down so your body can heal itself. So I suggest you do it okay." Karin said gently. Naruto to tired from the pain complies and lies down. He looked at his wife and begun to ask why his eyesight was acting funny, but before he could ask she answered for him. "Oh and as for why your eyesight is acting weird, it's because while you were unconscious we transplanted Sasuke's eye's into you. Just as you planned." Karin said.
Naruto sighed. To him he wanted it to all a dream where he would wake up to meet his best friend at the bar and they would share a couple drinks as they talked about 'the good days' with one another. But now his friend was dead, and it was because with his own hand he had shoved a Rasengan through his chest.
Seeing this Karin knew he was upset, and wanted to give him comfort, and decided to tell him the news she had received when Naruto brought her into the hospital before. "Um Naruto-kun I know your in your own form of mourning but I think that is a bit of light to this." she told him gaining his attention, and a confused look from him as well.
"What do you mean?" Naruto asked her.
Karin just gave a little giggle before she leaned her head on his shoulder "Well remember when I was sick, and you brought me here to see what was wrong, but you weren't able hear what it was because of the fight you had with Sasuke?" Karin asked him getting a nod.
"Yeah I remember. What was it anyways?" Naruto asked.
"Well we've been trying so long for a baby, and Kami finally blessed us with one. I'm pregnant Naruto-kun." she stated. Naruto was shocked. Yes he wanted to have a family with Karin, but with the seal he never thought it would be able to happen. But here she was telling him she was carrying a child. He was happy and scared at the same time. Happy because he was having a family. Scared because the Senju, Uzumaki, and Uchiha clans were descended from the most powerful person world had known.
One clan was now extinct with the other two on the verge of dying out altogether. It was well known throughout the world that Sasuke didn't want kids and would therefore be the last Uchiha to ever walk the earth, and Naruto was the direct descendant of Tobirama Senju from his father with his mother being one of the last few known Uzumaki. That is until all villages in the elemental nations did the blood work on all their citizens that over a thousand Uzumaki were found.
But it was the news that he was going to be a future father that made him smile, instead of outright yell in horror. Seeing him smile caused her to smile, and as she went to hug him the door to the room opened causing them to turn. It was Tsunade that walked in, and they smiled. Tsunade was his cousin, and she was a direct descendant from his grand uncle Hashirama. "Oh your awake. About time if you ask me. How are you feeling?" Tsunade asked.
Naruto looked at his cousin before answering with the obvious answer. "Well if you must know I feel like crap." Naruto answered with a smile. This made the two women chuckle.
"Well ever since your fight everyone was scared you would die and of course world has been adding the fight between you and Sasuke to the history books. I guess they want you two to go down in history as the two that surpassed Hashirama and Madara or something." Tsunade said in a joking voice.
Naruto shook his head with a sigh. He didn't care about surpassing Hashirama or Madara right now. He had other things on his mind, which reminded him. He then wrapped a arm around Karin and pulled her close. Tsunade seeing this smiled at their love for one another. Karin looked at Tsunade, and bobbed her head up and down in a yes motion. Tsunade was one of the people who had helped treat the Kage the younger redhead was married to, and was in the room when Karin had dropped the bombshell. So it came as no surprise as to why she was shaking her head yes. It just meant he had accepted the future role of fatherhood.
Staying silent to enjoy the company of his cousin and wife Naruto had zoned out, but was soon shaken from them when Tsunade waved a hand in front of him to gain his attention. She then told him that Kakashi would be taking care of his duties as the Hokage until he had recovered fully. She also told him everything that a person heard before they were discharged from the hospital, but to sum it up in a few short words she told him to take it easy. This implied that he couldn't train or use his chakra as well until told otherwise. Then she walked the two to the exit and saw them off.
Eight months later
Karin's water had broken and she had been transported to the hospital by Hinata. Naruto was out of the village at a meeting with the rest of the Gokage for the annual Kage summit to keep the peace between the hidden villages, and her only thought about it was 'Why did my water have to break the day Naruto-kun left for the Kage summit?' she thought as another contraction hit causing her to groan once again. Who knew childbirth was so painful.
Tsunade had told Genma to use his Hiraishin to get the Kage and bring him back. Thirty minutes had to pass before Naruto and the Gokage arrived at the hospital. "Tsunade what's wrong? One minute the Kage are having a meeting, and the next Genma comes bursting through the door of the meeting room talking to fast to comprehend, and the only word I could understand from his rambling was Karin." Naruto said.
Tsunade sighed, and said hello to the rest of the Kage before she turned to her cousin. "Naruto I'm going to tell you bluntly. Karin's in labor. Her water broke a half hour ago. Now if we're done here I believe I have a baby to help deliver." Tsunade said before she went back in the delivery room leaving Naruto open mouthed in shock. The other Kage came over to him and congratulated the new father breaking him out of his shock where he just smiled, and thanked them.
It was about another hour before they heard Karin's cries of pain, and the threats to Naruto's manhood started to come from the room. Some of the threats towards Naruto made him pale considerably along with the other male Kage. Mei and Kurotsuchi calmed them by stating that those kinds of threats were normal for a new mother to say when giving birth. It calmed them, but not much since they were still pale.
Another half hour later they finally heard the cries of a baby filter into the filled hallway. Naruto perked up at the cries and stood up along with the other Kage. Tsunade walked out of the Door holding a couple of bundles in her arms. One of the bundles was a blue wrapped baby with red hair and red eyes, while the other was a pink wrapped baby with white hair and blue eyes. Tsunade walked up to him with the babies in her arms, and handed them to Naruto.
"Naruto say hello to your twins. Your son was born first and he was silent and let out no noise but he is highly aware of his surroundings. Completely healthy. Your daughter was the one who you heard crying. She was also aware of her surroundings, but nothing like her brother." Tsunade said as she stepped back. Naruto was filled with the greatest joy that one would feel when handed their new child, or in his case children.
A' and Bee walked up to the smiling Hokage. Bee looked at the Children before he began to speak. "Yo look at you two. You two look like new stars, I just know that y'all reach far. Y'all may word hard, but remember to play hard and not try to be a lump of lard." Bee rapped. This caused the babies to look at Bee with toothless smiles. A' for once didn't strike his brother on the head, but instead looked at the new father.
"Congrats Naruto." A' said. Then the two S-Rank ninja stepped back and Gaara and Mei stepped forward.
When Gaara saw Naruto's daughter he instantly paled. Mei just looked at the two newborns with hearts in her eyes. Gaara looked at Naruto before he spoke in a shaky voice. "Naruto you know your like a second brother to me. And I would like to say this now, but I DID NOT sleep with YOUR WIFE. Honest to Kami man." Gaara said with extra emphasis on some of his words.
Mei and Naruto just laughed at the Kazekage's antics. "I know you wouldn't. Reason his hair is red is because my mother was a redhead." Naruto said before Mei said something that made the rest of the Kage curious.
"I am curious though. Why does your daughter have white hair instead of your blonde hair Naruto?" Mei asked.
This had gained the attention of everyone there as well as their curiosity. Why did his daughter have white hair they all wondered, but before anyone could ask why Naruto sighed. "I guess there will be more revelations today." Naruto said. Everybody looked at Naruto with a confused look. Sighing once more he then revealed the truth. He revealed the vision that Sasuke had told him about. How he and Sasuke went and got the husk of the Ten Tails and then had unsealed Kurama from him.
Then he explained how he and Sasuke sealed the ten tails husk inside of him, and then Kurama in return. He then told them about the plan that he and Sasuke had made, shocking them. He then told them that the rest of the Bijuu were also sealed inside him to protect him, and then he finished by telling them about his final fight with Sasuke, and how he wanted to die in battle instead from being a shriveled up old man with Sasuke giving him his eye's so he could see how the world changed with Naruto. He then released the Henge that covered him for nearly a year in a puff of smoke.
He now had white hair where it was once golden yellow, and he became enveloped by a cloak of chakra that stabilized into physical clothing. The clothes consisted of a full-bodied black garment with black pants, gloves, and boots, over which he wore a flowing white robe with six black magatama markings across his chest and the familiar pattern of a black Rinnegan and nine black magatama markings in rows of three on his back,and he had the obtained additional black magatama markings around his sleeve cuffs and the rim of his robe, and he also now wore a necklace which was also made up of six black magatama.
His knew look threw them off for a few second as they thought they were looking at Madara when he had sealed the Ten Tails in himself. They talked about how would he be able to show everyone how he was dead when he was now immortal. He said he would use the Henge every so often so as to make himself look older, and when he had reached a age he would fake his death with a clone. The only thing he didn't reveal to them was that he had obtained Hashirama, and his grandfathers cells and had implanted them in his body. Nor did he say he had their DNA for the Edo Tensei for when the time to fight came this evil.
Time-skip: Ninety-eight years later
Naruto had decided it was time for him to go into hiding. His wife Karin had died last month, and missed her terribly. He had stepped down from the position of Hokage when he had turned thirty-eight and made Konohamaru his children's jonin sensei and had given him the title saying that as his student it was his duty to pass the torch on to his student making him cry. He had been a good father to his son Sasuke and his daughter Mito. When he and Karin had decided to name their children Naruto had asked that they name their son after his brother figure and Karin had thought it was a great idea.
As time passed Naruto kept his word and used a Henge to hide his true form from the world to make himself older. He vowed to himself that he would never remarry and would watch over his descendants for the rest of his days. His son Sasuke had become a powerful ninja that had inspired many to keep peace with one another. He had fathered three boy's with the daughter of Kiba. Her name was Kibanamaru and the two had fell in love the first time they saw each other in the academy.
His daughter had been one of the greatest medics and a decent diplomat since his friend's Shikamaru and his wife Temari. In fact his daughter married their son Shikadai and had two sons with him. Naruto had praised her for doing a good job in life like everyone who had met the former Kage had known he would. It was now time for him to go. He hated to be lying to the current era, but it was now his turn to go. Naruto even at one-hundred-twenty-four years old was unbeatable in a fight.
Whether it be Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Fuinjutsu, Kenjutsu, Bojutsu, Bukijutsu, Shurikenjutsu, Senjutsu, or even his acquired abilities from Sasuke in Genjutsu. Many people gave him praise for his high prowess throughout the Ninja arts. Naruto during his life had managed to learn how to use all five Chakra Nature transformations, and had perfected the techniques he had learned to such a degree that he never had to use any hand seals for them. When he was on his own with nobody around him Naruto would practice with the abilities granted to him by the Bijuu and Sasuke's Rinnegan as well as the newly acquired second Rinnegan that had evolved from it's Sharingan form seventy years years ago.
He had refused to call the Rinnegans' in his eye sockets his, and he would never do it. They would always have one true owner, and his name was Sasuke Uchiha. He had managed to perfect all his new abilities even the power of the Mokuton granted to him by Hashirama's cells to the same level as Hashirama had in his prime. He also perfected his Mokuton techniques to the level to where just like his Ninjutsu no longer needed to weave hand seals.
His water prowess granted to him from his grandfathers cell's was now better since it was a single element, and he had trained to exhaustion to get the way Tobirama had his water affinity before he further trained to the point of no hand seals. When Naruto had revealed that he was immortal to the other Kage they had given him a copy of each of their own villages 'Scroll of Seals' and each had every known Jutsu that had been used in each village. They also had seals on them that added any new jutsu that was placed in the original scrolls.
Naruto thanks to the Rinnegan was able to learn all Kekkei Genkai Jutsu from the scrolls, and now possessed over one-thousand Jutsu like his sensei Kakashi Hatake. He just like his single elemental chakra prowess had perfected the ability to use all the sub-elemental techniques in his arsenal to the point of no seal were needed, but he never used them in front of anybody.
As a 'dying' Naruto lay in bed with his family surrounding his bed he couldn't help but be sad. And why wouldn't he be upset. He was going to lie to them with his 'death' act. Naruto looked at his one-hundred and four year old children before he spoke to them. "Hey don't be sad. It's just a new adventure for me. Now there are some things I want you all to know. Even if I am gone I will always be in your hearts so never forget me alright." Naruto said to them, and they nodded sadly.
He then told all of them that even in death he would not forget them or stop loving them before he closed his eyes and 'passed away' so that he could start the next adventure. When Naruto had been placed in his coffin he had gathered a minuscule amount of Senjutsu chakra to sustain himself from starvation, while he used water chakra to quench his thirst as it was decided that his 'body would be taken to every village in the elemental nations so they could pay their respects to the deceased Kami no Shinobi for everything he had done in his life.
When they had returned to Konoha the current Hokage, which was his great-great grandson was the twelfth Hokage, Had taken several ANBU guards as well as Naruto who was still in his closed coffin to his Hokage bust, and had then taken him into his head and then sealed off the room so that nobody could mess with his 'corpse' if they wanted to do something horrendous to the world. When he was sure that several days had passed Naruto flashed to a Hiraishin marker that was in the hidden village of Uzushiogakure, or rather what was left of it, and then ate some of the rations he had stored away and begun to wait. It would be several hundred years before he left the comfort of his ancestral homeland.
