The Villains managed to take over Auradon a few years later the AK's Have been made prisoner to the Villains. Doug and Evie have a secret relationship.
Evil Queen is putting blush on her face and smiles "Perfect. I think I need more gold Slave! Fetch me the Miner I want to make a request for a new Tiara."Evil Queen claps her hands Ben takes a deep breath and sighs as he puts down the large mirror he nods and exits the Ballroom.
"All the world trades have been begging for the Auradon Imported good I have managed to quadruple the prices we will be even richer."Jafar smirks
"That's nothing I'm tracking down the magic lamp as we speak once we get our hands on Genie the entire world will bow down to us."Maleficent laughs
"We've already taken over Auradon what more could you possibly want Mother?"Mal asked
" THE UNIVERSE MAL. And Maybe even Mars...but that's another discussion Have I taught you nothing, we are Villians there is always something to ruin and take over. I am hungry Servants! Wheres our dinner!"The Evil Mistress says snapping her fingers.
"Kids it's dinner and show time!"Cruella yells Carlos, Evie and Jay hesitantly walk into the dinning hall and sit down at the tables as they are seated FairyGod Mother is seated next to Maleficent hand feeding her dinner. Lonnie Ben Jane and Chad each place a plate of food in front everyone. and stand beside the villains waiting for their next orders.
"Wonderful I Love sushi Fresh Sushi is amazing."Jafar smiles and gobbles up his food. Lonnie rolls her eyes and takes the napkin and wipes the Sorcerer's chin.
"Thank you so much darlin."Jafar winks at her Lonnie retreats backwards and Jay glares at his father.
"Evil Queen...as requested."Ben says as Doug walks inside the castle in shackles he had dirt on his forehead and as well a cut on his cheek and forehead. Jay discretely taps Evie who looks up and sees Doug entering the dining hall as she watches him limping, Evie gives a concerned expression when Mal reaches over and squeezes her hand to refrain her friend from saying anything.
"You called for me your Majesty?"Doug asked in a strained voice clearly he was struggling to stand up right. Ben stood firmly behind his friend in case he collapsed. Evil Queen drops her sushi on the plate and holds out her hand expectedly.
"Where is my Tiara Miner? You said you would have it ready by dinner time."Evil Queen says Doug nods as he recalls the duties from yesterday.
"I do apologize your Evilness, But There was a bit of a set back, we were on schedule until the mines caved in earlier this afternoon. My team was working to extract your jewels. A lot of the miners got injured."Doug says.
"Whoops That's my fault EQ. I was scaring the village people with my fire breath. It's always so fun to knock down buildings and hear them scream "OH my home. Oh My car" It's only fire get a grip."Maleficent says Evil Queens rolls her eyes
"I'll give you until tomorrow morning. Other wise Jafar is looking for a sparring partner for his snakes. Got it?"She says
"Understood Evil Queen."Doug nods
"Get out of here you're getting blood on our silk rug."Jafar says Doug bows in respect and walks out of the dining hall. Evie takes a sip of her wine, and hands Chad her plate as she stands up.
"Mother if you excuse me I must retreat to my chambers, I need my beauty rest."Evie says Evil Queen nods and she tosses Evie her lipgloss
"Evening Touch ups as well Evilette."She says Evie nods
"Yes Mother Good night."Evie says She leaves the dining hall and turns the corner and exits the main castle she runs to the back of the castle where Ben, Jane Lonnie and Doug were staying
"Doug you could bleed out...We have to tell Fairy Godmother to use her hand magic"Lonnie worries as she hands Doug an ice pack
"Fairy Godmother has had a rough enough night as it is, she and Belle and helping the Village who got attacked by Maleficent this afternoon, plus It's not that bad I look worse than I feel."Doug smiles as he allows Lonnie to lead him to his bed.
"We're gonna get that Wand guys I promise."Ben says
"You've been saying that for years Ben. Let's face it this is our life now and we'll be lucky if we all make it until next week."Jane says
They hear a knock on the door everyone quickly stands up and Jane tosses a blanket over their maps of the Auradon museum. Ben goes to open the door and sighs when it's Evie.
"Evie what are you doing here are you insane?"Jane asked relived it was her and not Jafar asking for one of them to feed his Cobra a late night snack. Evie holds up a first aid kit and a basket of food coffee and water from the Main Castle
"Where is he?"Evie asked
"Back Room. Go on in no one followed you right?"Jane says Ben looks out the window and sees it's clear no one had followed her. "No Mal and Jay are keeping our parents occupied Carlos is watching guard from the Balcony" Evie says as she walks into the back room and find Lonnie helping Doug to lay down
"Easy Easy..."Lonnie says Doug Lays down and they turn to find Evie standing there.
"Hi.."Evie says softly. Lonnie glares at the Blue haired princess "Your mother did this to him. Doug could have died in that cave in! All because your selfish spoiled Rotten Mother wanted Jewels for her crown"Lonnie says
"Lonnie, Evie had nothing to do with that."Doug reminds his old friend Lonnie sighs and nods and calms down
"Enjoy your dinner with Ben and Jane I'll be fine here."Doug says
Lonnie looks over at Doug "Let me know if you need anything."She says Doug nods as Lonnie leaves them alone. Evie closes the door and sits on the edge of Doug's bed Evie removes his glasses and takes the cotton ball on the table and cleans up Doug's wounds on his face and cheek. Doug grunts in pain "Im sorry.."Evie whispers
"Not your fault...you didn't cause a cave in."Doug chuckles but stops when he holds his stomach. Evie looks at him confused then helps him unbutton his shirt she gasps when she sees his torso covered in bruises
"Doug!.."She says
"I'm fine I promise Nothing is broken."Doug says
"How do you know that, your body as purple as Mal's hair."Evie worries
"Just need a good night's rest is all.. plus if I'm the only one who's going to be mining your mother's jewels for a while.A lot of the others can hardly walk the cave in was traumatic for some."Doug says Evie shakes her head and sighs
"Auradon can't take much more of the damaged our parents have done...Mal Jay Carlos and I are thinking of a plan to get the wand back to FairyGod Mother and Maleficent's scepter."Evie sighs "We just don't know when the time is right yet...Mal says she's confident in her magic abilites ." Doug nods as he tries to get comfortable on the bed. Evie runs her fingers through Doug's short hair and leans closer to him.
"This is going to be over soon I promise."Evie says as she cups Doug's cheek He nods and kisses her palm. Doug nods.
"Just be careful If your guy's parents found out you were helping the people of Auradon you could very well be in danger."Doug says as Evie tend to his wounds and bruises.
"We're good at being sneaky we'll be fine...plus You and I have been together for 2 years and she still doesn't know anything.. My mother is many things but her attention to detail about anything that doesn't involve her face is minimal. I just want to live a happy life with you after seeing the Villains ruin an amazing home like the Kingdom of Auradon it's about time we did something about it. And Now that we are all stronger and wiser we can take over and set things right."Evie says
"I love you.."Doug smiles Evie smiles and kisses his lips softly as she keeps her hand on his cheek then she frowns and takes off her leather glove setting on the night table
"Doug you're burning up. My love..Maybe I should have Mal do a spell?.."Evie says getting up Doug holds her arm and shakes his hed
" Stop fussing over me I told you I'm okay, It's just stuffy in here so I'm a little clammy I just want to sleep that's all I'll gather my strength and should be okay by morning."Doug says softly. Evie frowns "Okay but Im sleeping here with you."Evie says Doug raises his eyebrow and Evie laughs
"Not for that reason you horn dog plus you're in no shape for that right now."Evie says
"Then you could do all the work I'll just lay here."Doug smiles Evie laughs "I want to make sure your fever goes down so I'll sleep right next to you to watch you."Evie says Doug smiles and nods as he closes his eyes. Evie kicks off her heels and sets them to the side as she removes her tiara leather jacket and necklace she takes out her phone and texts Jay
"Please bring some hot soup and a cold compress to the Back cottage ASAP and a few vitamins."~Evie
"Coming right up Blue!"~Jay Evie climbs into the small bed beside Doug laying her head on his chest as she recalls the night she fell in love with the young man. She looks up at him and runs her fingers through his hair "I love you too so much."Evie whispers Doug sighs and pulls Evie closer to his body as Evie takes Dougs hand and places with his fingers.
~3 years ago, The Vk's and Their Families won, they took over Auradon and managed to take over! Kings and Queens were sent to the Isle, FairyGod Mother was kept as The Villain's personal servant and the AK's were imprisoned in the main castle.
Mal, Evie Carlos and Jay were all given a AK servant who was at their every beck and call until the Vk's realized the AK's were kind people even after being imprisoned...Especially Evie when it came to Doug. (Flash Back) Evie was roaming around Auradon as the rest of the villains were indulging in everything Auradon had to offer, Food, Castles, Internet, Clothes. Evie walked down to the Enchanted Lake looking at the water her thoughts her disrupted by beautiful music filling her surroundings. She walks down the rocky path and sees her servant Doug sitting on a big boulder strumming his guitar
"I'll see you today, who knows if we got tomorrow, the sorrow lingers in my mind, only if I give her the time. I keep on making footprints but I dont even know the shoes I'm wearing, it just feels so good walk slow..."Doug sings softly.
Evie leans closer and places her hand on the branch but the branch breaks and Evie slides down and she squeals as she slides down breaking her heel. Doug quickly turns around and sets his guitar down.
"Evie?!"Doug says as he quickly runs down to her he helps her up and bring her over to the platform "Are you alright?"Doug asked Evie winces in pain Doug looks at her leg and sees her knee cap is cut.
"I broke my heel."Evie says frustrated Doug can't help but chuckle "I think thats the least of your worries...hang on a second."Doug says as he walks over to his guitar case he puts his guitar inside it and he takes it and set it in front of her inside he unzips a compartment and takes out wipes, and some gauze."
"You're prepared..."Evie teases Doug shrugs "I like being ready for whatever comes my way."Doug says as he cleans up Evie's wound "Ow ow ow ow..Okay stop no more "Evie cries out pulling away from Doug He holds her hand and she looks at him as if she's scared
"I'm Sorry but this is to help clean the wound, we don't want any bacteria entering your body you could get very ill."Doug explains Evie nods in understanding Doug blows gently onto her wound to give it a cool sensation Evie looks up and watches as Doug tends to her wound.
Doug gently cleans up the kneecap and places gauze and some medical tape. " There should hold for a few days, when we get back to the main castle I'll get supplies and clean it for you."Doug says he looks down at her heel and unstraps the high heel from her foot.
"I don't think I'll be able to fix this."Doug holds up Evie's broken shoe to show her. "They weren't my best heels anyways, I'll have Chad get me 4 new pairs tomorrow just remind me."Evie says Doug nods he looks up and notices the sun is setting.
"We should head back to the castle, I'm going to need to help Jane with dinner for you and the other Villains."Doug says Evie tries to stand up but stops moving instantly "I don't think I'll be able to walk that far.."Evie says Doug nods he takes his guitar and straps it begins his back he secures his glasses and makes sure he has everything Doug kneels down and Evie looks at him confused.
"If I May?"Doug asked Evie looks at him confused "What are you serious? You're going to carry me back to the Castle?"Evie asked Doug nods as if it was a no brainer question.
"I'm a lot stronger than I seen your Evilness...Come on it's getting late. I promise I'll do my best not to ruin your perfect hair."Doug says
Evie holds out her arms and Doug wraps her arms around his neck and shoulders as he carries her bridal style back to the castle. Evie looks closely at Doug and she watches him paying close attention to the ground so he does not drop her.
"When did you learn to play guitar?"Evie asked Doug keeps his eyes forward as a small smile graces his face. "I can play 10 instruments. Sort of just wanted to learn how to do something different every summer."Doug says
"You really are a genius."Evie says Doug chuckles "No I just like learning new things..How about you Princess anything interest you so far since..."Doug stops
"Since the villain parents took over Auradon?"Evie finishes for him.
"No not too much has interested me...except maybe sewing...the fabric and material here is much more sturdy than those on the Isle so Ive made a few gowns."Evie says
"You're a brilliant designer.."Doug says "The song you were singing...it sounded pretty sad...was it about a girl?"Evie asked Doug chances a glance at Evie who looks at him curiously.
"I uhm..wrote it for my Dad...after the night The Heros and King Adam were sent to The Isle.."Doug says sadly Evie nods
"You miss him huh?"Evie asked
"Yeah...every day its hard not to think about him..I wonder how he's doing, if he's okay if he's safe..."Doug says
"I'm sorry...about what our parents have been doing...the past month I've been watching all the Villains just destroy Auradon and my heart breaks it literally breaks seeing everything so beautiful be trashed and for what for revenge? Revenge for something they desevred to be punished for... It's not right.."Evie says
"There's more to you than what your mother thinks Evie...just remember you're more than a pretty face okay...You deserve the world...a world better than what your parents want for you guys..Better than whatever this is now."Doug says
"After everything we've put you through you still think we can be good?"Evie asked
"For some reason my heart is telling me not to give up on you guys...especially you."Doug smiles Evie suddenly blushes as they finally make it to the castle Doug enters through the main gate when everyone is gasping
"What have you done to my Evilette!"The Evil Queen says pointing at Doug who gently places. Evie on her feet Jafar grabs Doug by the shoulders and forces Doug to kneel Doug cringes in pain but looks up obediently
"Mother Doug Helped me I had an accident and fell when I was at the lake."Evie explains
"This Hero Child touched you. Darling Go wash up...His filthy hands are for getting me jewels not touching you Princess."Evil Queen says Before Evie can protest Doug is being dragged away by Jafar.
"Mother he was helping me. I could hardly walk and my heel broke."Evie stated Evil Queen rolled her eyes at her daughter
"Evilette. You have much to learn. Whether that servant was useful to you or not he is still a servant and Jafar will teach him of his place. After years of being on The God Forsaken Isle it's merely payback Dear. Now wash up"Evil Queen says Evie frowns at her mother and walks towards her room hoping Doug would be alright.
A couple of hours after returning from the Lake The VK's joined their parents into the living room where the fire place was burning very heavy.
"Geeze it's a sauna in here what gives."Jay says taking off his beanie and leather gloves
"You should Thank The Servant for the great use of his musical instrument."Maleficent laughs Evie turns her head and sees the beautiful guitar in the flames of the fireplace
"Was that necessary mother? The AK's are already suffering enough"Mal asked
"Indeed it was. Plus It's not like Dopey's Son put up a fight with Jafar anyway...or like he had a choice."Evil Queen Laughs as they clink their wine glasses Mal shakes her head as she walks away from their parents with Evie in tow. Mal Evie Jay and Carlos sneak into the back house where the Villains keep the Servants.
Ben turns his head as he sees the Vk's coming towards them.
"It's after supper did you guys need anything else?"Ben asked Carlos holds up a basket of goodies.
"Peace offering"Carlos says
"We're sorry...Look our parents are stepping over the line and we didn't think it would be this bad.."Mal says sincerely.
"You didn't think it would be this bad? What did you think would happen when the Villains took over?"Chad scoffs Ben elbows Chad in the nudge.
"We brought you guys dinner...and drinks...figured you were hungry."Carlos says handing them to Jane
"Come on join us inside we don't want to risk you 4 getting in trouble."Lonnie says.
"Or getting us in any trouble."Chad says as he crosses his arms.
They walk into the small house space and it's actually a lot cleaner than they have thought everything was organized and Divided up evenly between Ben Doug Lonnie Jane and Chad whatever extra they would save.
"How are you guys holding up?"Jay asked as he sat down on the table. Chad scoffs.
"That's a stupid question."Chad says Jay glares at the Prince and Mal crosses her arms.
"What I'm serious. How are we holding up. Your parents keep us in whats basically an out house as your servants and you tossed our parents to the Isle! We're holding up horribly!"Chad says
"Enough Chad. They had nothing to do with that Chad.."Ben says
"Yes they did! They stole the wand from FairyGodmother! And Ruined our lives!"Chad yells
"Now you guys know how it feels."Mal argues
"Excuse me!?"Chad says shocked
"I actually agree with Chad...Mal Your parents committed Crimes! OURS DIDN'T!"Lonnie yells back
"Guys enough! Mal thank you for the food and water but I think you should head back inside...Your parents have a long list of errands for us tomorrow and we need to rest.."Ben says The Vk's nod and begin to leave. Evie stops and turns to Jane who is sipping a cup of tea.
"Where is Doug?"Evie asked
"He's around the corner of the house by the campfire he wanted to be alone tonight after his encounter with Jafar."Jane says
Evie nods and makes her way outside. Evie turns the corner and sees Doug looking at the empty guitar case in his hands, Doug is holding of photo of him and his father Dopey after his first Band Concert where he was the lead soloist.
"It's my fault Jafar burned your guitar...I'm sorry I should have just stayed away from you at the lake."Evie says Doug shakes his head.
"They would have found it eventually...plus they didn't get what was inside of it...it's alright I can probably build another one if I wanted to."Doug says showing Evie the photo she smiles softly at him and holds his hand.
"I didn't thank you for helping me today.."Evie says as she sits beside him on the log
"I'm suppose to remember...I'm your designated servant."Doug reminds her Evie shakes her head
"You didn't have to carry me all the way back though...and you could have just left me there but you didn't..You cleaned up my knee and made sure I got here safely."Evie says
"Just because the Villains took over doesn't mean it changes how I feel for you Evie, You're still important to me..and I just did what I thought was right.."Doug shrugs.
"What does that feel like? Doing what's right?"Evie asked Doug chuckles
"Its a bit overpowering sometimes. You wanna be selfish but in the end you end up doing what you know should be done...anyways I couldn't have left you there at the lake all helpless.. My Heart hurt seeing you in pain."Doug reveals. Evie looks at him and squeezes his hand Doug looks down and then up at the Blue Haired Evil princess
"You uhm Should head back inside...It's getting chilly."Doug says standing up and putting out the campfire.
"I want to try it.."Evie says Doug looks at her confused " I want to try doing what feels right.."Evie says Doug nods at her.
"Okay..."Doug says confused. Evie stands up and struts over to him grabs his face and passionately kisses his lips, Doug is taken by surprised but kisses her back. Doug pulls away and leans his forehead against hers
"Yeah that felt more than right to me.."Evie whispers to him. Dough shakes his head.
"Why did you do that Evie?"Doug asked
"I don't know what it is about you...but I can't stop whatever this pull is I have for you...ever since that day you stood up for me in Mr. Delay's class...I feel like I've been hooked on you ever since.."Evie softly smiles
"Evie Your mother won't let us be together, you know that..."Doug reminds her Evie shrugs.
"She Doesn't have to know...I want to be with you Doug, I'll make sure Jafar and Maleficent don't lay another hand on you. I'm going to find a way to fix this somehow..I just need everyone else on board too okay..Like I said I want to do what feels right..Can I start with us first?."Evie says
Doug wraps her arms around Evie's waist as he kisses her forehead.
"I'll be happy to teach you what I know...and we can find out how to do the right things together. How's that sound?"Doug smiles Evie smiles back at him and kisses his lips again.
"It sounds amazing.."She says as she holds his face.
"It's getting late, You go on up to bed...I'll see you in the morning."Doug says Evie nods and hugs him tightly.
Weeks after revealing their feelings for each other Doug and Evie had become somewhat inseparable, Whenever Evie wanted to go out shopping or out for errands or to explore, she made sure Doug was available to be with her not as a servant but as her boyfriend, whenever Evie's Mother tried to get Doug to go into the caves for Jewels, Evie would make sure she had taken Doug out with her before her mother woke up.
One day while in Evie's room, Evie had come up with a lie that she needed Doug's assistance with fixing her cables for the internet connection so she could provide her mother with more beauty tips and homemade recipes for face masks when Evil Queen heard that she notified all of the castle that the two were to not be disturbed.
~In Evie's Room~ Evie and Doug were sitting on the floor on the side of her bed kissing Evie had climbed up on Doug's lap while he gently cupped her face as he returned her kisses. Doug pulls away and Evie bites her bottom lip and softly giggles at him.
"Okay okay...Okay...I think we're getting a tad bit carried away."Doug says as she inches his face away from Evie.
"My Mother told the entire castle not to disturb us we're fine..."Evie smiles as she kisses his cheek and begins kissing his neck and biting his earlobe.
"Evie. I'm suppose to fix your internet."Doug groans Evie giggles and places his glasses back on his face.
"You're fixing a completely different problem if you ask me."Evie whispers seductively
"Yeah but you're causing a hard problem for me.."Doug answers Evie laughs and pulls him back into a kiss as her hands wander down his body Doug groans into the kiss again and Evie begins to unbutton his shirt.
"E!"Mal barges into Evie's Room Evie quickly jumps off of Doug's lap and Doug puts on his glasses as he clears his throat
"Seriously? M."Evie says as she shuts the door behind her bestfriend
"Well Well what were you two doing to do? Probably each other right?"Mal teases
"M seriously what do you want we're busy."Evie says
"More like getting busy."Mal laughs
"M! GO AWAY."Evie says fixing her make up as Doug is fixing his shirt.
" Relax, No one else is around but me it's fine the boys don't know about your dirty little secret. But my mother has caused more havoc uptown again, one of the local villages collapsed."Mal reports Doug looks over at the two and he instantly worries.
"Any Casualties?"Doug asked
"None reported but a lot of people have been injured..."Mal says
"I gotta go."Doug says quickly putting his shoes of and gets ready to leave, Evie quickly grabs his arm
"Doug it's not safe if the Village collapsed there's not much down there.."Evie says
"Evie I can't stand by and just let them suffer, Someone has to do something. We're gonna do the right thing remember? Don't worry I'll be safe..."Doug says
"Doug we have to go now!"Ben says knocking on Evie's door, Doug looks at Evie and he kisses Evie's forehead. Evie watches him leave and she looks out the big window to see Doug and Ben running uptown.
"When will this be over M?"Evie asked her bestfriend "Giving your mother the wand was the worst idea we've ever gone through with.."Evie says Mal nods
"I agree with you. She's even more power hungry than before I'm not a strong enough dragon yet and I need to learn more spells before we can take that wand back. If we do it too soon and I dont know how to use the wand properly our parents won't only continue to ruin Auradon we'll be goners too."Mal says Evie nods in understanding
"They need to be stopped."Evie says
"Lets give it more time...and they will be stopped."Mal says
(Present time The next morning) Ben Chad and Lonnie are setting up for breakfast when Evil Queen and Jafar sit at the table Carlos Evie Jay and Mal.
"Miner!"Evil Queen yells Doug slowly walks out into the dining area.
"Doug looks like he's going to pass out."Jay whispers to Evie
"I know he's still not feeling well after getting hurt from the Caves yesterday."Evie whispers back.
"I need you to find this diamond for me it's in the Western Tunnels."Evil Queen says
"The Western Tunnels are the most dangerous places in Auradon. It's not even a cave its a whole in the ground."Mal says
"Yeah it's pitch dark down there and one quake will turn the spot into rubble."Carlos says
"There's a Big Ruby Down there and I want it as the centerpiece of my new crown. You will take the Blonde One with you and get my diamond before sunset understood. To help you I have asked Malefiecent to not cause a rukus with her dragon powers until after you have retrived the ruby."Evil Queen says
Doug nods and walks away getting his tools and mining equipment. Evie manages to sneak away from the table and runs over to Doug in the castle garage getting his ropes and harness helmet gloves and pick axe.
"Don't go...it's dangerous."Evie says to him Doug places his equipment in his backpack.
"Your mother has been bugging me about this ruby for months now. Maybe after this she'll give me and some of the others a break...plus I know exactly where it is in the walls so I'll be quick."Doug says
"I have a bad feeling about this please. and You're still not feeling well after yesterday..just stay here with me, I'll tell her I need you for something else."Evie says
"Evie it's going to be alright. I'll come back quickly, ill only be gone for an hour."Doug says Evie nods as he kisses her lips softly.
"Doug let's go."Chad says Doug nods at his friend as he kisses Evie on the noses and leaves.
~At the western tunnels Chad Slams the pole into the ground and hammers it in the dirt Doug ties the rope to pole and drops the rope down the hole in the ground.
"You sure this is a good idea? It looks really dangerous man."Chad asked
"Just hang onto the rope and everything will be fine... I can see enough with the lights on the helmet and the vest had solar lights that turns on when it's dark."Doug says
"Alright let's get this done."Chad says holding out his fist Doug bumps it and straps the rope around his waist as he latches himself and climbs down the rope and starts descending into the tunnel.
Doug slowly enters the tunnel and the lights instantly turn on he turns his head and looks around and tugs the rope "OKAY CHAD HOLD IT! I see it!"Doug yells
"Okay I'm holding."Chad grunts as he grips the rope tightly. Doug places his feet on the side of the rocks and takes his pick axe and starts pounding at the wall until he reaches the ruby. Doug sees dirt falling down from the top of the tunnel he looks up confused but continues searching for the ruby.
"Doug you okay?"Chad asked Doug hits a big chunk of the dirt and smiles when he sees the shiny ruby.
"I almost got it."Doug says
"Alright hurry it up my grip is slipping."Chad says Doug manages to wiggle the ruby free.
"I GOT IT!"Doug yells
"Atta boy!"Chad says as he starts pulling Doug up, suddenly the ground starts shaking heavily Chad looks at the floor unconfused he starts pulling faster but as the ground continues shaking roughly Chad falls backwards and the rope slips from his hands.
"DOUG!"Chad yells!
Evie is in her room tutoring Carlos for a physics class.
"Are you ever going to tell your Mom about you and Doug?"Carlos asked Evie sets the pencil down and nods.
"Im sure every day that I spend with him that he's the man I'm meant to be with everyday...I love him and he deserves someone who will fight for his love and I want him to know that I'm going to fight for him..for us...so Yes I plan on telling her very soon."Evie says
"You deserve to be happy and obviously Doug makes you happy...ever since you two started dating you've become more compassionate and more willing to help people.. It's good to see."Carlos says
"Everyone deserves to be happy Carlos...we have a chance to fix the wrong our parents have done in the past 3 years...and that time is now."Evie says

Evie had just come back to the Castle with Jay and Carlos after being out all day when they arrived. Evie stops at the front garage when she sees Ben and Doug looking into the hood of the Royal Limo
"Try it now?"Doug says Ben starts the car and the engine roars but nothing happens. "Nothing man."Ben shakes his head
"How the hell do they mess up a V8 Engine?.."Doug groans in frustration He takes a wrench and looks into the engine again.
"Maybe We can use our connections and get another limo for the Villains.."Ben says
"No we can't use anymore resources Auradon is losing all it's trades and making no profit since your Father was sent to the Isle."Doug reminds him
"IF we don't fix this limo Maleficent is gonna take her wrath out on the people..and US"Ben says Doug takes a deep breath and wipes his forehead as he tries to fix the engine
"I'm gonna get us some water I'll be back."He says Doug waves him off and gets back to work. Evie watches as Carlos and Jay walks into the castle and she sneaks to the garage.
"Hi Baby.."Evie whispers Doug turns his head and smiles softly as he sets his wrench down then closes the hood of the Limo and wipes his and walks over to her and carefully kisses her cheek. Evie frowns and places her hands on her lips.
"A kiss on the cheek?"Evie asked Doug chuckles and scratches the back of his neck "Love I'm all greasy from trying to fix the engine."Doug says Evie raises her eyebrow.
"You think a little dirt and grime bother me? I grew up in the Isle."Evie says pulling Doug towards her and wrapping her arms around his neck and kissing him passionately. Doug laughs and he places his hands on her hips.
"I missed you today.."Evie says
"I missed you too, How was your day with Jay and Carlos?"Doug asked
"Uneventful, we walked around the towns square and it looked horrible, the streets were empty no kids laughing, no one in the parks...its like a ghost town."Evie says Doug nods.
"Your Mom and Maleficent always wanted revenge and they got it...I'm wondering what else they have in store for Auradon...none of the other countries are able to get the supplies they need from us and vice versa..."Doug says
"I don't know what to do..I don't know if the others would be on board with trying to restore Auradon to how it should be..."Evie says
"You'll never know unless you talk to them Love...Lonnie, Jane Ben and Myself can help as much as we can but we don't have powers...and taking down the Original 4 Villains is going to take a lot of effort and power..and a miracle."Doug chuckles
"I'll talk to Mal see where her head is at.."Evie says "Enough about that...lets talk about something less depressing.."Evie says

" Like how hot you look fixing this car."Evie laughs as she sits on top of the Limo. Doug laughs "If Only I could figure out how to fix this limo."Doug says defeated

Evie pulls away and takes off his glasses and twirls it between her fingers and deepens the kiss again. "YO DOUG COULD YOU HELP US WITH THE INTERNET!"JAY YELLS he stops when he sees Evie and Doug making out on top of the Limo.
"Doug Help us out will ya...Oh"Carlos stops and covers his eyes.
"Well Well Well.."Jay crosses his arms and smirks
"Jay...Carlos.."Evie says Doug wipes his mouth and and clears his throat and helps Evie off the hood of the limo.
"Looks like you definitely have your hand's full Huh Doug. ..you know grabbin Evie's ass..and everything."Jay chuckles
"Oh come on man Evie's our sister!"Carlos whines Doug puts on his glasses at stands tall facing Jay

'How long has this been going on?"Carlos asked
"About 8 months..the only person who knows is Mal.."Doug says
"You're basically our parents butler and you're just banging the daughter of the Evil Queen who's making your life a living hell?"Jay says
"We're not banging...I'm in love with her..and again watch how you talk about her."Doug repeats. Jay chuckles and holds his hands up.
"Alright Alright Sorry My bad...You're alright Doug."Jay says fist bumping him Doug nods as Evie shakes her head and wraps her arms around his waist and laying her head on his chest.
"You make Evie Happy than we have ever seen and it's hard to believe that since she just bought 10 pairs of shoes and didn't smiles as wide as she's smiling right now."Carlos says Doug laughs and kisses Evie's head as she glares at her brothers.
"Just know if you hurt her, I'll kick your ass."Jay says
"Noted..."Doug says as he shakes Jay and Carlos' hands.
Later on that night the VK's joined the other in the back house while their Parents attended a tribute concert held my Ursula in the main theater.
Doug is cooking on the stove as Evie Mal Jay and Carlos are laughing with Ben Jane and Lonnie.
"I can't believe we're letting then enemy in our safe haven."Chad shakes his head
"Chad they're not the bad guys here."Doug reminds him
"They Arent? Because last time I checked they're the ones who sent our parents to The Isle."Chad says
"You don't have to join us for dinner Chad...look We're all trying to make the most of what life is right now..I'm with Evie, Ben and Mal are getting along...Jay is dating Lonnie, and Jane seems to trust Carlos a lot...so why not give them a chance?"Doug asked
"Because they ruined our lives!"Chad yells
"They're just as much of a victim to their parents as we are Chad."Doug says
"Whatever I'll be in my room."Chad growls
"I'll bring you a plate..."Doug nods at him then turns his attention. Mal walks into the kitchen area and sees Doug fixing up everyone's dinner.
"You and I never really get a chance to talk..especially since My mother is making your life a living hell."Mal says Doug chuckles hand Mal a soda can.
"Actually Evie's mom makes my life a living hell...Your Mom just ignores me...but being Evil Queen's Lacky means I get to be with Evie...and That's kind of the only thing that makes sense in my life right now."Doug smiles Mal rolls her eyes.
"You two are disgustingly sweet."Mal tease Doug chuckles "Don't think none of us see how sweet you and Ben have been lately."Doug teases back Mal shakes her head
"We're planning the Wand and scepter heist that's it...he knows the main castle better than anyone and I need his help while I develop my magic."Mal says
"It's easier to just give into your feelings Mal...if you always look for an excuse to not be with Ben you'll find one..."Doug says Mal smiles
"I'm glad your with Evie.. You Make my best friend very happy Doug. Happier than we've all ever seen."Mal says Doug scratches his neck.
"She makes my world more meaningful."Doug smiles
"My ears are suddenly ringing whats going on back here."Evie smiles as she walks over to Doug, he smiles as Evie walks over to him and pouts.
"We were just talking about how happy you make Doug. And He has our approval."Mal smiles Evie laughs. As the night goes on everyone sets the small table as they enjoy Doug's cooking.
Carlos taps his stomach and burps "Those were the best shrimp tacos ever man!"He says
"You better swoop him up Evie or I'll marry Doug myself."Jay winks at Doug, Everyone laughs
"OH I plan on marrying him don't worry about that."Evie says and she gets up and sits on Doug's lap.
Ben looks around up at Mal who is smiling at her friends then the smile fades away as a determined look takes over.
"This is how it should be. Auradon and The Isle coming together..We can exist in peace ..no malice no revenge...this is how we should be living"Mal says Everyone looks at Mal as she nods her head leaving the table.
"Where are you going?"Jay asked
"I'm going to practice my magic."Mal looks at each other confused as Mal leaves the table.
Evie smiles at the memory and Suddenly they feel the castle shake "Whoa what the heck?"Carlos asked Evie looks out the window and sees Maleficent chasing Jafars Snake with her fire breath.
"What is happening?"Evie says as she and Carlos run outside
"No Fair you Mistress of Evil! Snake should have beat your lizard!"Jafar laughs
"Dragon always wins."Maleficent chases the Snake as the kingdom rumbles
"Mother Enough!"Mal yells as she runs outside
"Oh what's the big deal it's harmless fun."Jafar smirks
"Your harmless fun just caused 6.5 earthquake on the west side of Auardon."Mal scolds them
"Nothing is on the western side anyways!"Jafar shrugs
"I don't ask for much all I asked was you don't cause a rukus until I got my special ruby!"Evil Queen pouts
"What did I do now?"Maleficent asked
"I got word from one of the other miners that the Western Tunnel had turned into rubble thanks I may have lost my best Jewel Miner and my chances of getting the biggest ruby in Auradon."Evil Queen says Mal looks over at Evie who is clenching her heart necklace. They turn their heads and see Ben and Lonnie running out of the castle.
"We have to go."Mal says pulling Evie with her Jay and Carlos follow.
Ben and Lonnie towards Chad is is frantically holding his cellphone light into the hole on the ground.
"CHAD!"Ben yells
"Doug is down there. the ground was shaking earlier and I fell backwards the rope slipped from my hands."Chad panics
"DOUG! DOUG! Can you hear us!"Lonnie calls out
"What if he cracked his head.."Ben says
"He's wearing a hard hat so thats good right."Chad says
"How do we get down there.."Lonnie asked
"Whats going on?"Mal asked
"Where is Doug?"Evie asked

"Chad dropped the rope..."Lonnie says mainly looking at Evie, Evie walk over to Chad and slaps his face and hits his chest.

"I didn't know there would be damn earth quake okay! That's probably your damn parent's fault!"Chad yells back
"Enough! Doug are you alright?"Mal asked
"He hasn't answered we don't know if he's conscious."Ben says
"Okay Ben and I'm going to use my magic and propel you down there, when you see Doug throw the rope back up we'll have the boys pull you both up "Mal says Ben nods
Mal takes a deep breath and her eyes turn bright green she waves her finger and propels Ben down into the tunnel Ben uses his phone and searches for Doug.
"Where are you Doug."Ben says and he looks through the tunnel. Evie is pacing back and forth as everyone else is seated on the floor waiting.
"Evie he's going to be fine...You have to believe that."Jay says
"And then what? You guys our parents are ruining everything...Today Doug get's next what about tomorrow? Lonnie? Chad Jane? Ben?"Evie says Mal looks at her best friend and looks down.
"Nothing is going to be FINE Unless we take action from out parents. We need to get the wand. No More waiting."Evie says
"She's right, this earthquake was caused because Maleficent and Jafar were just bored and messing around, all the hospitals have villagers who are injured...we have to take action now."Carlos agrees with Evie.
"Okay..We'll take back the wand tonight..."Mal nods
Ben aim the flashlight around and his heart nearly drops when he sees his best friend laying down on the floor face down. "I FOUND HIM! DOUG!"Ben yells running towards him Ben turns Doug's body and he sees a whole in Doug's vest and a blood spot on his thigh
"Come on man..."Ben lifts Doug's arm and practically drags him towards the top of the tunnel.
"TIE THE ROPE AROUND HIS WAIST!"Mal yells as they drop the rope into the tunnel. Ben grabs the rope and ties it around Doug's waist.
"Hang on man.. You're gonna be okay."Ben says to him "PULL HIM UP!"Ben yells Jay and Chad pull the rope as quick as they can Carlos and Lonnie pull Doug up and set him on the floor.
Evie quickly runs beside Doug and removes his helmet unzips his vest, once she's sees his shirt is nearly soaked with his blood she rips a piece of her cotton skirt and wraps the cloth around his thigh she then applies pressure to the wound on his chest.
"He's lost a lot of blood we have to get him to the hospital. His heartbeats are slowing down."Evie panics
"Chad Lonnie go with Evie, Jay Carlos Ben and I will meet you there."Mal says Chad lifts up Doug and they run off to the hospital
Ben is lifted out of the tunnel with the help of Jay and he looks over at Mal. "Let's get this wand."Mal says Ben dusts off his hands and nods.
The 4 enter the castle Mal quickly spots the scepter and then nods at Carlos to take it. "Where is the wand?"Jay whispers
"She keeps it stashed somewhere...she doesn't use it often spread out and look for it,"Mal says Ben Jay and Carlos all nod.
~At the hospital~ Evie Chad and Lonnie are all waiting in the lobby when Dr. Possible reviews the chart.
"He's lost a little over a pint of blood but nothing too serious we had his blood type in stock, his left quadricep was punctured so he's not doing to be able to walk that well for a while but he's got stitches in that area so just remind him to take it easy. His fever has gone down, he had a previous wound on his back that got gotten infected but nothing antibiotics won't fix."Dr. Possible says
"Thank you Doctor..."Lonnie says
"Evie you go inside I know you're anxious to see him..We're going to check on the others."Lonnie says Evie nods and goes into the treatment area and sees Doug connected to wires with bruises on his face. She sits beside him and holds his hand.
"I love you...I keep telling you I'm going to fix things and stand up to my mother...and I haven't done that at all. I'm sorry...That all changes Now. I promise you that Doug. You and I are going to get married and get away from her. as far away as possible,No matter what my mother says or thinks she will not keep me from loving you."Evie says as she lays her head down and kisses Doug's bruised hands.
"We're staying here.." Evie hears Evie looks up and sees Doug tiredly looking at her. "Auradon is our home. After we get married we're staying here. I already know the perfect castle to get you..."Doug whispers
"We could live in a tent for all I care I just want you..You scared me."Evie gets up and kisses his lips softly. Doug chuckles but stops when he feels the pain.
"I know you wouldn't want to sleep let a lone live in a tent it's bad for your back."Doug jokes Evie runs her fingers through his short hair and leans her forehead against his.
"Are you okay?"Doug asked Evie laughs and shakes her head "You're the one in the hospital bed and you're asking if I'm alright?"Evie asked
"You're the one crying Love.."Doug smiles as he cups her cheek. "I don't want to come that close to losing you ever again...I don't want to live without you Doug.."Evie tears up
"You never will..I'm right here."Doug softly says and kisses her lips.
"Marry me.."Evie says looking at Doug "Shouldn't I be the one asking you?"Doug asked confused
"It's the 21st century, The Woman can ask the man too."Evie smiles
"I'd marry you right now if I weren't in this hospital bed."Doug says Evie kisses his lips and then gets an idea.
"Then Let's get married while you're in this hospital bed."Evie says
"Evie?"Doug questions
"I want to marry you right now...what do you say?"Evie smiles.
"No"Doug says shaking his head Evie looks at him confused and pulls away from him. Doug watches her pace and runs her fingers through her hair a habit she's developed when she has always been nervous.
"I'm sorry...Im confused, we've talked about marriage being our next step and being together forever, do you not want that with me anymore?"Evie asked
"Of Course I want that I want everything with you marriage, cooking you breakfast, messing up the laundry, Kids, everything...but..."Doug says
"But what?"Evie asked
"It would kill you to not have your Mother and your best friends see you get married."Doug whispers "As much as I want it, I'd love for my father to watch us get married too...but he's on the Isle and your mother is here...at least one of them should be able to attend."He reasons with her.
"I love you so much I do and I love that you want that for me...but Doug my mother is anything but reasonable..She wont understand why I love you...why I chose you and why we're together!"Evie says
"She doesn't need to understand it Evie...Say that you don't care all you want, but I know you want your mother there to watch you get married. ."Doug says
"I'm afraid of what she'll do Doug.."Evie whispers "My mother can be ruthless...she tried to poison Snow White, nearly killed your father and your uncles..I can't Imagine what she would do to you."Evie says
"I'm tougher than you think...It doesn't show right now while I'm in this hospital bed, but in my defense I fell 6 feet into a dark hole."Doug jokes. Evie's phone beeps
"WE HAVE THE WAND GET TO THE MAIN CASTLE ROOF NOW WE NEED YOU!~Mal Evie looks up at Doug and she smiles at him softly "Our troubles will soon be over...I'll come back in a bit okay.."Evie says Doug looks at her confused "Love?"Doug says Evie shakes her head and kisses his lips.
"I love you...I'll see you in a bit.."Evie leaves "Lonnie Come with me...Chad watch anything happens to him I'll deal with you myself got it. "Evie says Chad blinks and nods as Evie stabs her index finger into his chest, he walks into the room and hands Doug a cup of water.
"Let's watch some TV shall we.."Chad says kicking up his feet. The nurse comes in to check Doug's vitals once she leaves Doug looks over at Chad who is distracted by the cartoon show.
"Chad...get me out of here.."Doug says Chad looks at Doug and shakes his head "I don't think that's a good idea...Evie will kill me if anything else happens to you."Evie says
"Come on if you help get me out of here I'll convince everyone you're the big hero who saved Auradon."Doug says
"Oh..I would get a big crown and cape...Prince Chadwick Charming Hero of Auradon."Chad nods
"Your first name is Chad.. That's it just Chad. Who's Chadwick?"Doug asked
"I want to change it to Chadwick I like the sound of that better."Chad says
"Just get me out of here."Doug says Chad sighs and carefully helps Doug out of the hospital bed.
Evie and Lonnie run up to the top of the castle where Mal is holding the Scepter and Ben is holding the wand.
"We have one shot at this...once our parents meet in the patio I'll create a forcefield to hold them all and then we can send them to a prison world where they'll never be able to get out."Mal says
"So it's basically another isle?"Lonnie asked
"Sort of , but in Prison worlds it's worse they'll never know what day time or year it is , they basically grow old there.."Carlos says
"You guys are willing to do that for Auradon?"Ben asked
"Our parents will never let anyone live in peace...we have to do this."Mal says
"Alright let's do this..They're coming."Jay says Jafar Maleficent, Cruella and Maleficent all head towards the patio
"Where are those ingrates! Its so hard finding good help these days! "Maleficent yells
"It's dinner time I am getting hangry."Cruella says
"You? I've expected my ruby to be in my hand hours ago! When I see that Miner he is a goner."Evil Queen says
"Jafar look for them.."Maleficent orders Jafar nods and taps his staff on the ground
"Uh oh..Guys we forgot about my dads' scepter...MAL DO THE SPELL NOW! BEFORE WE GETS CAUGHT!"Jay whispers
"okay okay hang up...I need to find the spell."Mal says searching through her spell book " These Villains do not belong in this world, We want peace for all, Conjure all the powers of justice for the Villain's Fall!"Mal reads she opens her eyes and she waves the wand and holds the scepter as well. Jafar looks up on the roof he taps his scepter to the ground and he's instantly on the roof he comes up behind the Vk's and she easily snatches the wand from Ben
"Well well well.. Look what he have here my dear friends"Jafar yells The Evil Women look up and see their children holding the wand and scepter.
Maleficent snaps her fingers and the young adults are all kneeling before them. "Explain yourself. Child before I lose my patience."Maleficent says
"You need to be stopped you don't know what you're doing anymore.."Mal says
"Betrayal.?"Cruella says looking at her son carlos looks down.
"You're out of control we have no other choice."Jay says angrily Maleficent shakes her head "Our children feel we have gone too far my friends..."She says
"I think we all know what we must do.."Cruella says in agreement. Evil Queen looks at her Daughter and Jafar nods as they watch Maleficent turn her finger and suddenly everyone but the villains is dropping to their knees holding their heads.
"You are all weak! We have finally taken our revenge and you don't have the gall to stand beside us. Well if you are not with us. You are against us. And we Original Villains do no take lightly to traitors!" Jafar says
"No I'll take care of this. Who's idea was this? Was it you Mal? Wanting to under mind me?"Maleficent says Mal grunts in pain as she holds her head Evie looks up and stands up first.
"It wasn't Mal's idea. It was mine."Evie says Evil Queen looks at her Daughter in shock "Evilette...Be quiet."She says
"No mother...Not anymore...We came here to take over the world and you've done just that.. This isn't a world we want to live in. We want to be able to love and be happy and be free..This is not what we wanted at all..so I convinced Mal and the others that we deserve better than this...that Auradon deserves better."Evie says Maleficent shakes her head.
"You handle it EQ."She says Evil Queen looks at her daughter and snatches the tiara from her head. "Princess of Evil...you no longer are worth this tiara...Jafar...make an example of her."Evil Queen
Mal stands up and tries to stop Jafar. "NO!"Mal yells
"Father stop!"Jay grunts out at he holds his head in pain
"EVIE!"Carlos cries out. Jafar snaps his fingers and his scepter becomes a venomous Snake that slithers it's way towards Evie instead of going for a bite he smirks as aims the venom directly at Evie one shot and she'll be perish. Evil Queen turns around not able to watch what will happen next.
Evie closes her eyes as Jafar's snake spits out it's venom Evie opens her eyes when nothing seemed to happen. She looks up and sees Doug standing in front of her. Doug looks at her and cups her cheek "D-Doug..."Evie whispers as tears fall down her face. Doug closes his eyes and falls to the floor.
"The Venoms touched his wounds!"Carlos says
"No no no.."Evie says pulling Him onto her lap.. "Hey...wake up please..Please don't do this...why did you leave the hospital!."Evie yells as she shakes Doug, Ben looks up and sees his best friend is dead he turns his neck and growls loudly and charges at Maleficent grabbing the scepter from her and tossing it to the ground Mal quickly stands up and runs to get the scepter before Cruella and get it.
"RIGESCUNT INDUTAE!"Mal yells Suddenly all of the Villains are frozen Fairy Godmother runs up towards everyone with Jane and Carlos stands up taking the Wand from Jafar and handing it to her. Fairygod mother smiles and waves the wand the Frozen villains were placed in a large magic proof bubble.
"You have all done well...Auradon Thanks you."Fairy Godmother says to Mal and Carlos.
"Start the spell for the prison world then we can release the Heros from the Isle and get the barrier down...whomever stands with Maleficent...we'll send them to the prison world too."Ben says Mal Nods
"Wait...maybe we can give them a chance..take away their powers and have them live here peacefully.."Fairy Godmother says
"After everything they've done are you sure?"Mal asked
"Everyone deserve a second chance Mal...That's the difference between us Auardon people and the Villains we believe in forgiveness.."Fairy Godmother says she waves her hand and all of the magic from Maleficent, and Jafar and taken from then. She waves her wand and keeps their powers inside of the spell book and hands it to Mal.
"Big mistake you old bat."Maleficent says and snaps but nothing happens she blinks confused as she snaps again.
"You have one choice and choose wisely. Live among us peacefully and magic free or go to the prison world."Mal says
"I'd rather rot on the Isle."Maleficent says
"The Isle is not a choice anymore. We we're going to be letting the barrier down, you can either join us or not."Ben says
"I'll never be one of you!"She says Ben and Mal nod as they look at the other parents
"You don't have to listen to her...You want a relationship with your children you can have one...be apart of our new world."Ben says Jafar Evil Queen and Cruella look at each other and then at their children.
Evil Queen looks at her daughter and sees her Evilette is silently mourning the Young Miner in her arms.
"We choose the new world."Evil Queen says

"We want to be with our children..."Jafar agrees Cruella nods in agreement Fairy Godmother waves her wand and allows the 3 out of the bubble.
"Jafar you will be held accountable for harming one of our loved members."Fairy Godmother says as she waves her hand and handcuffs are placed on Jafar's hands. Jafar nods and looks at his son.
"I am sorry Son.."Jafar says
"I hope you change Dad...Auradon has changed me, It's not too late for you."Jay says as Jafar is taken away.
"Have fun in the prison world Mom."Mal says to her Mother as the Bubble disappears in the air and pops

Ben and Mal turn their heads and see Evie on the floor holding Doug.
"I'm sorry Evie.."Jay says kneeling beside his long time friend.
"Doug?"Jane says shocked to see her friend unresponsive on the floor FairyGodMother looks over at them and gasps.
"Evie, Doug couldn't stay back knowing you could have been in danger..I'm sorry.."Chad kneels down in front of her. Evie doesn't say anything she looks closes her eyes and holds Doug's body.
Ben kneels down beside his best friend drops his head down and begins to cry. Evie sees her Mother's Ruby heels in front of her and she looks up at her mother with hatred in her eyes.
"Please do something.."Evie begs Fairy Godmother "I'm sorry child...my powers can not bring people back to life.."She says sadly Evie cries as Mal wraps her arms around her best friend. Evie is aware of her mother's eyes on her and she begins to speak.
"This is Doug, He's the love of my life..and he saved me..because you chose to be an Evil Queen rather than being a mother"Evie says Evil Queen raises her eyebrow and looks at Cruella who looks down in shame.
"Evilette.."She says
"Don't call me that. I'm not evil I never was...and Doug helped me see that Im more than being your daughter..now he's gone."Evie says looking down in her arms.
"We should take the body..."Jay says as a crowd begins to form. Evie nods she kisses Doug on last time as Chad and Jay lift up the body and follow Fairy Godmother. Evie buries her face in her hands and cries.
"You should get away from her...both of you."Mal says as her eyes turn green Cruella Evil Queen and Jafar and led by Carlos to the Solider headquarters.
Jay and Chad lay Doug on the bed as Fairy GodMother places the White sheet at his feet Jay begins to remove items from Doug's jacket wallet, his auradon ring that he wore around his neck and a large red ruby.
"Whoa.."Jay says Chad turns his head and he chuckles "He actually got the Ruby..."Chad says Fairy God Mother turns around and looks at the ruby closely
"Where did you guys find this?"She asked
"Evil Queen wanted Doug to get this ruby from the tunnels that's how he ended up in the hospital the earthquake caused Doug to fall I guess he managed to get this ruby out of the dirt before he fell."Chad says
"Why is the Ruby glowing?"Jay asked
"Because it's Magic.. Doug found the Revival Ruby...legend has it that whomever finds this Ruby is granted one extra life..."Fairy Godmother says
"So what Doug can have 9 lives?"Chad asked
'Not necessarily, IF Doug happens to become revived the ruby will disappear and be hidden again for another 50 years..until it's found by someone else..but that's just the legend."Fairy God mother says
"Well maybe it's just a story because the Ruby is still here and Doug Isn't.."Jay says crossing his arms
"Jay..."Chad says Jay turns his head as they all watch the ruby begin to vanish "Wha Where did.."Jay asked he turns his head and they all watch Doug closely.
"Nothing is happening.."Chad whispers
"Shut up.."Jay nudges him Fairy Godmother feels magic in the room working she looks at the young man and Doug quickly sits up and begins coughing he looks around confused .
Jay smiles and pats Doug on the back Chad gasps and quickly hugs him. Doug pats Chad on the back confused as he looks around he looks up and Sees FairyGod Mother holding her wand.
"Did I miss something?"Doug asked he looks down at his chest and sees all his wounds and scars are gone.
"Welcome Back Douglas."Fairy God Mother smiles
"You too.."Doug bows his head down then he looks at Jay and Chad waiting for an explanation "That Ruby you found was the legendary Revival Ruby, You got lucky man."Jay says Doug looks at Fairy God Mother and she nods in confirmation
"But I thought that was just urban legend?"Doug asked
"If it were then you would still be dead man."Jay says
"How do you feel?"Chad asked
"I feel fine I suppose, Great even..."Doug says looking down at this body
"The Revival Ruby restores your body to it's strongest form. Consider it a rebirth of some sort. You dont get any super powers but you get a second chance at life..and after what you have done for Evie you surely deserve it."Fairy GodMother says
"Evie?..Where is she?"Doug asked
"She was in bad shape man, distraught even...Losing you is her worst nightmare and it happened"Jay says Doug stands up with the help of Jay "I need to see her ..."Doug says Fairy Godmother does one final exam on Doug before she deems him healthy to go.
Evie sat down in the middle of the meadow filled with wild flowers she and Doug would have their secret dates there every other day she picked up one of the flower and clenched them to her chest as she sobbed.
Evie inhaled the scented of the flower she smiled and shook her head "I cant believe something this beautiful exists."Evie says taking in the sight of all the flowers
"Funny I say the same thing about you everyday."Doug smiles Evie blushes and gently pushes him Doug chuckles as he sits down Evie sits in between his legs and turns her head and Doug feeds her a piece of chocolate cake. Evie hums.
"If you keep feeding me chocolate I'll get fat and my Mother will disown me."Evie says
" Evie it's one slice of cake you're allowed to enjoy something as simple as cake once in a while."Doug tells her
"Tell that to my mother she believes Carbs are Hade's best friend and that it'll cause acne the size of mountains on one's face if consumed."Evie says
"Well you could have the face of a pepperoni pizza and I would still be head over heels in love with you."Doug smiles
"Oh please, you even admitted to me the first second you saw my beautiful face is when you fell in love with me."Evie reminds him.
"Okay yes..your beauty had me awestruck but it's your heart and your pure soul that keep me constantly falling in love with you..."Doug says
"You are such a sap."Evie teases Doug "Call me whatever you want. As long as I see that smile I'll say go on all night about how much I love you."Doug whispers and he nudges his nose against hers.
"I have something for you..Mal charmed it so that I would be able to hid it ...Just pour water on it."Evie says handing Doug something small Doug looks at Evie confused not sure what to do with the item in his hand.
"Trust me toss it to the side and pour water."Evie smiles Doug does as he's told and opens the water bottle suddenly a black and white Gibson Guitar appears Doug's eye widen.
"I know you had a lot of memories with your old Guitar I mean you built it with your father but I figured you can make new ones with this right plus I know you miss playing."Evie says Doug looks at the back of the guitar and in the wood is carved D+E Forever
"You hate it don't you? Im sorry It was stupid.."Evie says "No it's not not at all I just..uhm this is amazing Thank You..I'm speechless really.."Doug smiles at his girlfriend.
"I love it Thank you so much Love..."Doug smiles as he kisses her lips Evie smiles against his lips and wipes the lipstick off his bottom lip
"Play me something.."Evie smiles Doug nods and gets an idea he reaches for the guitar and since Evie was sitting in between his legs he places it over her lap he places Evie's left hand on the top fret angling her fingers in one position and takes her right hand and begins strumming Evie giggles and Doug helps her strum and change the chords on the guitar it sound a bit out of tune but their laughter was the best melody that day.
Evie turns her head to look up at Doug and he raises his eyebrows as he looks into her eyes. "I love you so much..I've never been happier than I am when I'm with you..I wish we didn't have to hide our relationship. I want you to know I'm proud that I'm yours...and that You're mine.."Evie says Doug brings his hands to the side of her neck and gives her a gentle massage.
"One day Auradon will be free from the Original Villains, they'll be no more servants no more pain no more suffering...no more revenge...Auradon will be restored to it's original beauty and when that day comes...where you and I don't have to worry or be scared about loving one another I'll shout it out to the world how much you mean to me...We're gonna be forever Evie. I Know that in my heart."Doug says
"I know that too...Loving you is the best thing thats every happened to me..I'm scared one day it'll be taken from me.."Evie says
"Thats not possible..I belong to you and only you. I'm not going anywhere."Doug whispers
"Promise?"Evie asked Doug nods " With my life.."Doug says Evie smiles at him and pulls him into a passionate kiss.
Doug and Jay walk to the meadow and Doug sees his blue haired beauty sitting in the middle of the meadow.
"Go get her..."Jay nudges him. Doug walks slowly but stops when he sees Evie's Mother sits beside her.
"I didn't know how much he meant to you..I should have seen how your eyes would light up when you would enter the room and saw him. Or how worried you would get when he would come back from mining jewels for me and have injuries...I can't imagine how you feel Evillete."Evil queen says
"Don't call me that. I don't want to be Evil. I dont want to be anything you wished me to be! Why do you think I wanted to stop you and Maleficent and Jafar? I knew someone was going to get hurt and guess I was right...I ended up hurting myself and the man I love because I thought you could change...Now the man I love is gone."Evie says
"Evie I'm so sorry Honey...If I knew of a way to bring him back I would..."Evil Queen says
"Well you cant...Its fitting though...because we both lose."Evie says as she stands up Evil Queen looks at her confused. "I lost Doug. And You Lost me..."Evie says and begins to walk away from her. Evie looks up and sees Doug standing 10 feet away from her.
"Great I'm seeing things now.."Evie shakes her head and rubs her eyes.
"Evie..."Doug calls out.
"I'm hearing things too.."Evie cries
"Evie...The Miner is.."Evil Queen Says Evie turns around at her mother "You can see him too?"Evie says Evil Queen nods Evie turns her head and Doug waves at her. Evie quickly sprints off towards Doug and crashes into him and sends them both tumbling to the floor. Doug coughs and holds onto her tightly. Doug strokes her hair and kisses her head
"Shh Love I'm right here..It's all right."Doug says
"You're here...how are you here? I don't understand you died in my arms.."Evie holds his face
"The Ruby I got in the tunnel it was the Revival Ruby...FairyGodmother said it had the power to give a second life...and it did."Doug says Evie places her hand over his heart and feels his heart beating. Evie sobs and Doug holds her tightly he sits up and wipes Evie's tears.
"Don't ever do that to me again..You're not allowed to leave me like that."Evie says
"I'd give my life 100X over in order for you to be safe Evie..."Doug says Evie holds him tightly as Doug stands her up Evie sees Evil Queen walking towards them and she stands in front of Doug.
"You saved my daughter."Evil Queen says Doug nods
"I know you have your opinions about me and my family but there is one thing I do want you to know. I would do anything to protect Evie...Even if it means losing my life...which technically I did die for her...for like 2 hours.."Doug says Evie turns around to face him as she gives him a glare.
"Too soon?"Doug asked Evie nods he holds her hand Evie brings him close to her and brings Doug's arms around her waist.
"Doug and I are going to get married Mother...Whether you approve of that or not."Evie says firmly Doug looks down at Evie then up at Evil Queen He kisses the top of her head and walks over to Evil Queen.
"You should hate me."Evil Queen says Doug nods "And I wouldn't argue with that statement at all. But you're the one person in the world I'm thankful for."Doug says Evil Queen gives him a confused look.
"You brought Evie into this world, and Without you Evie wouldn't be the most important person in MY world...So as much as I want to have nothing to do with you. I can't because everyday you brought her into this world...and We would love for you to be apart of not only the wedding but...our family...this is the new beginning that you and Evie deserve. What do you say?"Doug says Evil Queen looks behind Doug and sees Evie looking at her.
"I apologize for how horribly I have treated you. I will be a better mother."Evil Queen says Evie looks at her mother shocked.
"You will make a fine husband for my Evilette."Evil Queen says Doug holds out his hand and Evil Queen shakes it.
"Does that mean..."Evie questions
"yes Evie you and Doug have my blessing to marry...I hope you know Evelyn Ive only ever wanted whats best for you "Evil Queen says
"You haven't called me Evelyn since I was a little girl.."Evie smiles and she walks over to hug her mother. She turns to face Doug who smiles at the sight of the Mother and Daughter Duo finally putting aside their differences. The Ground begins to shake as they all turn their heads and the bridge from The Isle and Auradon appears. FairyGod Mother smiles as she sees The Heros and Royals entering the Auradon Barriers. Ben smiles as he and Belle see King Adam.
"POP"Ben smiles and hugs him.
Doug smiles widely as he sees his Father walking to the Auradon barrier "Dad.."Doug says he looks over at Evie and she nods at him giving him a reassuring smile. Doug walks towards the barrier and Dopey smiles with tears in his eyes as he spots his only son. Dopey pulls his son into a tight embrace as Doug sobs into his dad's arms.
Dopey smiles at his son holding his face Dopey signs to his Son "Look at you, you've grown into a a man over the pasts 3 years you're tallest Dwarf!"Dopey signs Doug chuckles as more tears run down his face.
"Son why are you crying?"Dopey signs Doug shakes his head "I've missed you Dad.."Doug whispers Dopey smiles and pulls his son back into a tight hug patting him on the back.
"I hear you have been doing wonderful things for the people of Auradon..."Dopey signs
"I need to tell you something...uhm Dad I've fallen in love with someone and she's incredible..I plan to marry her very soon..and when possible."Doug signs.
"I can't wait to meet her who is she? Who are her parents?"Dopey signs before Doug can speak Evie walks over and smiles softly.
"Hello Dr. Dwarf I'm Evie..."Evie signs Dopey smiles Evie stands in front of Dopey "I know there is bad blood between our two families, but I want you to know Doug is very important to me. I love him...and I want you and everyone to know that."Evie signs Dopey looks at Evie impressed.
"Welcome to the family Evie."Dopey smiles at her and opens his arms out and Evie looks at him and hugs Dopey and he pulls Doug into a hug as well.
"Evie..."Evil Queen says Evie pulls away and turns to find her Mother standing behind them. Dopey pulls away from the hug.
"IF our two children can somehow love one another.. you and I can at least be civil."Evil Queen says Evie signs to Dopey what her mother says and Dopey nods as his ears flap.
"For their happiness."Dopey says Evil Queen takes Evie's hand and places it in Doug's Hand. "Be good to her Dwarf."Evil Queen says Evie smiles up at Doug and wraps her arms around him and hugs him tightly.
"You did it..you saved Auradon..."Doug says
"And you saved me from everything. I Love you Doug and I always will."Evie holds his face Doug kisses her lips.
The scene changes to the Church where Evie is wearing a white gown and Doug is in a dark green tuxedo. The pull away from the kiss and Evie smiles at him. They walk down the aisle as FairyGod Mother claps
"God Bless Our Newlywed!"She says Evie turns her head and sees Mal tearing up crying as she claps for her best friend she even sees Jay tearing up as well as Carlos and Jane cheer for them.
Doug helps Evie into the carriage and he sits beside her as he kisses her lips. Doug takes her hand and kisses her wedding ring finger.
"Where do you want to go? Paris? Italy? Moscow? Bali?"Doug asked Evie smiles and bites her bottom lip.
"Paris could be a romantic Honeymoon..but I have something for you."Evie says reaching in her clutch to give Doug a piece of paper
"You've given me so much what else is there?"Doug asked Evie smiles as Doug opens the letter.
"It's a deed to a castle...I had Ben help me with some arrangement..You and I will be moving into the 2nd biggest castle in Auradon...and Ive asked your father to stay with us figured you two could catch up after being apart for a few years."Evie smiles
"I asked your mother to live with us after the honeymoon."Doug chuckles Evie laughs and shakes her head.
"Guess we'll be in for a surprised after the honeymoon huh?"Evie laughs Doug nods and he pulls Evie onto his lap and kisses her lips.
"I love you my princess..."Doug whispers
"I love you thank you for being the prince of my heart."Evie smiles and she wraps her arms around him as the carriage whisks them off to their happily ever after.
