The Akatsuki stood around Madara slightly nervous. They all wanted to know what their next move will be. Or better yet what the legendary Uchiha's next move was. It's been thirty minutes and all the deadly man was doing was staring at them. No one dared to move. What was once Amegakure was now a flat and barren land. The only people that were there was the Akatsuki. Itachi noticed the legendary Uchiha head slightly twitch. "Are there anymore members that are not here?" the legend asked.

Obito was the first one to speak. " No. this is all of us."

"Hmmm... then someone with Kage level chakra reserves just left the village... No matter! when my plan comes into motion no one will be able to escape me." The Uchiha then turned his head to the group of s ranked criminals. " For the next five years you all will be training to equal me in power. You don't have the right enough power to take on the task that I ask of you."

Kisame stood up from his kneel shakily. still very wary of the man. " What do you want us to do?"

The Uchiha smiled viciously. " We will be hunting down the Bijuu. Whatever plans this 'Nagato' had for you is over. The ame ninja that died today are unimportant. We have our own army... Zetsu!"

seconds later Zetsu the plant like man slowly emerged out of the ground."Yeees?"It sang.

"Show them." Madara said calmly.

Zetsu nodded. Seconds later there were white forms of Zetsu popping out of the ground until there was a sea of them that surrounded the Akatsuki. they stood motionlessly looking at the group with a manic grin plastered across their face.

"H-How many are there hmm!?" Deidra shouted.

"I started creating more of me last year. there is approximately fifty thousand of us... and in the next five year there should be over two hundred thousand of us. With that number we could easily overrun a hidden village." All of the humanoid creatures began to laugh almost in sync

"However, there are other... anomalies like me that can rip the Zetsu to shreds which is why I need you all to be at the highest rank in term of power." Madara said.

"God of shinobi." Itachi said softly which earned him a nod from Madara.

"Yes. Me and you will be doing some personal training. I have techniques that should fit you my young Uchiha. everyone else will have to find their own way to gain such strength from the gods."

one day later

"something really bad must of happened for the Hokage to call us back. You sure it wasn't a mistake." Kurenai wondered out loud as she looked at the seal that was tattooed to her Jounin outfit. it glowed every now and then which was a sign to retreat to home base. Team seven and team eight were casually tree hopping back to Konoha

"Naruto can that Kaguya you have under control tell you anything that's going on in the village." Sakura asked.

Naruto landed on a tree branch and paused. He closed his eyes to focus on his connection with Kimimaro and found the Kaguya boy to be behind bars. And every once in a while, an Anbu passed the cells to ensure the cell mates were behaving.

'Kimimaro? Its Naruto.'

In his cell the Kaguya boy blinked in surprise. "Yes Naruto-Sama?"

Naruto frowned at him being called Sama, but he chose to ignore it for now. There were more pressing matters that needed to be dealt with. "What's the situation in the village?"

There was a short pause before Kimimaro spoke with their mental connection again. " I'm not really sure but there's been talk about everyone being fully revived."

Naruto's eyes widened at that. "Kakashi sensei, he says that everyone has been revived."

The grey haired nin hummed to himself curiously. "How is that even possible? Well ever is going it's a state of emergency because everyone that's out on missions are to report back to the Hokage immediately. That mark on our vest wouldn't have lit up otherwise."

Sasuke stood to the side with his thoughts racing. " Does that mean my clan has been revived?"

Kakashi shrugged. "There's only one way to find out… Okay team seven and team eight! We need to reach Konoha as soon as possible to see what's going on."

Both of the teams began to pick up the pace leaving slight imprints on the bark signifying that they put out more power and speed to reach their homes.

Minato and Kushina sat on the couch with each other just taking in everything that just happened to them. They were brought back to life. Minato thought that it would be impossible to bring him back since he was previously trapped in the belly of the Shinigami. Whoever did this was a god in their own right. people with the title of god of shinobi could easily cause natural disasters or devastating pandemics. whoever it was was truly powerful and not to be trifled with.

"Can you believe that we are back in the world of the living? Death was to dark and lonely for me since you were in the belly of the Shinigami… but now we can see Naruto and Tatsi again. we can actually be in their lives and help them reach their dreams."

Minato nodded wrapping his arms around his wife. " Yes, but we must be careful. there's no telling what kind of side effects being revived like this might have. I checked our bodies for any seals and found none and you even checked with your Sharingan so being controlled by a seal is unlikely. I also feel fine and my chakra and power level feels better than ever. It actually seems like I have more chakra then I did with my previously life."

Kushina nodded as she kissed her husband. " Yes, I will be careful Minato kun. But it doesn't stop the fact that we have been blessed with an opportunity. The Hokage said it's been twelve years since we've been gone. Naruto is still in his beginning stages of a ninja and he has the Rinnegan like our baby Tatsi. I can now teach my son ninja arts personally. things I couldn't show him using a scroll. And we have a better chance of protecting them from that masked nin that attacked us."

Minato slightly frowned when the masked ninja was brought up. "Yeah that incident has been replaying in the back of my head for some time now... His chakra signature was familiar to me and his space time ninjutsu surpasses my own in its own way. I will definitely be doing research on more ways to do space and time ninjutsu and train my body to endure more when physically tired. This gives everyone a chance to better themselves and help Konoha grow.

A loud knock on their estate interrupted their conversation. Minato was the one to get up and answer the door. It was two Anbu who were kneeling. " Hokage-Sama. Lord third Hokage would like to see you and the other Kages immediately."

Minato nodded. " I will be there shortly." Minato closed the door and turned to find Kushina standing right behind him.

" Aww you already have a mission." Kushina whined

Minato chuckled. "I'm sure the Hokage just want to talk about somethings. It wouldn't be smart to send anyone who just revived on a mission."

Kushina smiled. " Well hurry up so me and you can have our little fun time together." she winked.

Minato gave the Uchiha woman a full-blown grin. " You're going to do that thing I like?"

Kushina giggled. "Of course."

Minato stared at his woman for a good ten second before he gave the woman a kiss on the lips. "Maybe you should go find Naruto's apartment while I'm gone. I'm sure the Anbu that are watching us will give you the directions."

Kushina beamed at the idea. " Good idea!"

Minato turned from his wife. " I'll be back shortly so try not to get into any trouble."

"Heh I won't Minato-kun." Kushina giggled.

An hour later the first, second, third, and fourth Hokage were all together in the office. They discussed things and ideas that would make the village stronger but Hiruzen had brought them together specifically to see who would be taking the reigns. "Now that we've discussed side projects, I brought you all here to discuss who the next Hokage will be out of you three. You may be at your prime, but I am old and I'm not getting any younger. Anybody want to take back the title of Hokage and have the others as your advisors?"

Minato was the first man to speak. " I will gladly retake the position of Hokage. While Harashima could boost the morale of our men and Tobirama could boost the overall power of our forces I have both of those traits. Also, your ways of ruling may be too old for this period of time."

Harashima smiled and slapped Minato's back. " Very well! You will be Hokage then. we will be taking over the current advisors since they are also old and need to retire."

" And I will protect Konoha in the shadows." Tobirama declared.

"Then its decided... Minato you will retake the position of being the fourth Hokage." Hiruzen spoke.

"Now I've gotten word from Jiraiya that this war with Kumo and Iwa is still on and we have many more enemies then we've ever had in our history. All of their leaders are alive, and they all have a bone to pick with us. The strongest country. Suna is here to back us up but even with their revived Kages it will be a strain to push Kumo and Iwa forces back."

"yes, Suna is the weakest of the great four but don't underestimate there Kages and shinobi. they've came through countless of times for us. They should be the ones to deal with Iwa since there each other's neighbors. if not, we will be attacked on both sides." Tobirama said.

Hiruzen sighed. " yes, but in a full-scale war Suna won't survive for long. they are the weakest of the great four for a reason. The desert that they live in is harsh. so, their economy isn't particularly the best. they don't have as much resources as we do."

The four sat quietly for a moment taking in the situation they found themselves in seriously. Minato decided to speak.

" then that just means we have to have some of our forces with Suna so we can pick up their slack. Did Jiraiya sensei tell you when they will try to attack?"

Hiruzen shook his head no. " No he only said that he and his contacts seen Iwa and Kumo forces gathering and building their forces. There has also been scuffles at the borders and other minor countries."

Harashima exhaled a heavy breath. " then it would be smart for us to attack first."

all of the Kages agreed on the matter. " Then in a month' time we will be preparing our forces. it needs to be done quickly because Iwa and Kumo has already started preparing for this upcoming war."

Harashima stood up from his seat clapping his hand to his chest. " I will personally lead the first strike on the land of stone. My Mokuton will be the last thing they ever see."

Team seven and team eight had finally reached the gates of Konoha. The time it took was about a good four hours. It was the middle of the night and everyone was tired. "That was training in itself." Sakura chirped.

It was definetly endurance training since in those four hours they've been using chakra to enhance their run. "Yeah don't come and find me for three whole days. Me and Akamaru are sleeping in." Kiba said seriously.

"Agreed." Shino said dully.

Hinata however didn't say anything she looked over to the side at Naruto and found that the boy wasn't even winded. However, you could see a trickle of sweat going down his neck signifying he took the run somewhat seriously. Feeling someone staring at him he looked at and noticed it was Hinata who snapped her head forward when she found that she was caught. The blonde smiled then turned back to his Jounin sensei for further direction.

Kakashi closed his book with a sharp snap getting team sevens attention. team eight was a little way from them with Kurenai already talking to her team and giving them instruction

"You guys go ahead and go home and get some rest while ill report to the Hokage of what happened while we were on our way to the mist. In the morning I want you three to write your own report and give it to me at 11 in the morning at the front of the Hokage's tower... Your dismissed."

Sasuke and Sakura blurred out of existence leaving just Naruto and Kakashi. "Naruto, I wanted to tell you that you've been doing amazing work. If you keep it up, you will make it to Jounin in no time."

Naruto smiled. "Thank you Kakashi sensei I'll do my best to keep it up."

"Good. Just know that we are here for you and if you need any pointers with ninjutsu I'm your guy."

"Okay sensei." Naruto replied.

Kakashi threw up a peace sign before he shunshined away. obviously going to report to the Hokage.

Naruto looked over at team eight and found out they were finishing up. He was going to walk Hinata home but stopped short when the four of them all blurred out of existence. The nine tailed jinchuriki shrugged. 'I guess they are going to report to the Hokage together. Well I guess I'll just get some sleep." Naruto yawned and began to trudge through the village gate. he instantly realized that there was a lot more Anbu out and about then he usually saw at this time and night. he just figured that it was due to the people that were mysteriously revived.'Do you remember the sensing exercise that we did to see how many people were in Konoha?'

Naruto mentally nodded.'Do it again. you will see a big difference then what happened last time.'

It didn't take Naruto long to focus. he stood in the middle of the barren street in full concentration threads of chakra began to light up in his minds eyes and he noticed that there was a lot more people then there was the last time he was in the village. Naruto opened his golden eyes slowly. ' That revival jutsu that took place was bigger than I thought. Who has the power to do such a thing?'

The Kyuubi scoffed.'I think everyone is asking that type of question. that's why your Anbu are doing more patrols than usual. they want to find the ones or something that's responsible for this.'

Naruto shrugged as he continued his trek to his small apartment that took about twenty minutes to reach. He pulled out his key from under the doormat and began to unlock the door but paused shortly. " who the hell been inside my house!"

Naruto went inside and slammed the door. he instantly made his way to the living room and instantly felt a presence on the couch. He looked and saw two people sitting there. One was a woman who had raven black hair and her eyes were a dark brown. Naruto could instantly feel that the two were shinobi and they were easily stronger than him. The other person that was sitting on the couch was a blonde-haired man that oddly looked like Naruto.

"W-Who are you and what are you doing inside my apartment?" Naruto demanded.

The brunette-haired woman snapped her head around to look at the blonde-haired boy. the other also turned to look at him. they both gave Naruto a beautiful smile. one that the boy hadn't received before. It was almost as if it was loving.

The woman stood up and made her way to Naruto who grabbed for his sword. " I'm your mother Naruto. Kushina Uchiha and the one over there is Your father Minato Senju the fourth Hokage."

Naruto stood there with eyes widened and mouth agape. His brain seemed to shut down just to process what the woman had just said.

Sasuke felt like the happiest person on earth. His clan was back. Whoever brought these people back to life earned them the highest level of respect that Sasuke could possibly give. Sasuke met his grandfather Shinkaku who was now going to be clan head for the Uchiha. The old man apologized countless of times to Sasuke for dealing with such a great loss by himself. He made sure to tell the boy that they would not be going extinct like that again. A lot of the Uchiha that were here tonight didn't have anything to do with a rebellion on Konoha. but Itachi still killed them.

'Itachi will still pay for his crimes...and father as well. his selfishness brought the Uchiha clan misery and death. it was his decision that made Itachi kill his clan.' despite what the young Uchiha was thinking he smiled as he looked at his mother who was washing the dishes in the sink and talking to one of his distant cousins. Girl talk he hoped. The young Uchiha wanted the clan to move forward positively after being revived. before Fugaku left the village there were about two hundred thousand Uchiha. now though it was less than half that. maybe a strong eighty thousand?

Sasuke shook his head roughly at the running thoughts. the Uchiha clan is back that's what truly mattered. the young survivor sighed deeply. as a mountain of worry and pain lifted from his chest.

"Sasuke Kun." his mother called.

the boy stood up from the dining room table bringing his dishes with him. "Yes, kaa san?"

the beautiful woman named Mikoto looked up and smiled at her boy as she took away his dishes. " Your grandfather is calling for a clan meeting in a couple of hours. why don't you go see what he wants from you."

Sasuke nodded. " good I'm glad he's taking the responsibility as clan head seriously. but why are we having a meeting so soon?"

his mother casually shrugged her shoulders. " I don't know dear. I never was the one for being a shinobi. maybe he wants to see who is all actually here."

Sasuke nodded as he made his way to the door. " okay kaa San I'll see you later. don't work yourself to hard...relax"

Mikoto giggled. " I will soon. I've been gone for a while and the house needs more than just a day of cleaning."

Sasuke nodded. he knew he couldn't convince his mother to relax. she was always cleaning or doing house chores as far as he could remember. Sasuke hesitated in leaving he turned took look at his mother. the woman sighed then smiled at him. "It's okay son. I promise I'll be here when you get back."

Sasuke didn't say anything he just decided to hug his mother. "Thank you for coming back Kaa-san"

Mikoto just giggled. "Thanking the wrong person hun. thank whoever created such a jutsu."

"Yeah your right." Sasuke muttered. He left his mother's embrace and walked out of his mother's home.

Kakashi looked at his father with a deep frown. " How are you here?" Kakashi said with a slight hiss. He didn't want it to be true, but it seemed the past had come to hunt him. He thought he was finally over his father death... but seeing the man showed him otherwise.

"I don't know" Sakumo said.

"You have grown Kakashi. What rank are you?" Sakumo asked.

"Im a Jounin. A damn good one too." Kakashi said casually as he pulled out his book. he was simply too tired to be dealing with this. Father or not. His father also raised his eyebrow at his son antics.

"I know your grown now Kakashi-kun, but I want you to know that Im sorry for leaving you at such a young age. I should have ignored my peers and continued to raise my son. But the hurt of losing my team and the villages scorn was too much at the time." The older Hatake stared at Kakashi as he turned a page.

"Don't worry. It is in the past. At first, I wanted to keep the rules of shinobi as close as I could to my heart after you died. ' The mission always came first.' but I learned the hard way that the team comes first after I lost a good friend of mine." Kakashi raised his headband to reveal his Sharingan. The dojutsu surprised his old man.

"Can you tell me what happened to you while I was gone?" Sakumo asked. his voice sounded strained and slightly desperate. Kakashi realized that even though his father was revived the man still seemed to be greatly depressed.

"Of course. I have no resentment over you. Maybe when I was younger but now that I'm older and seeing you right here I can say that I'm happy to see you and I'm excited to see what the future will bring us." Kakashi said with an eye smile.

Kakashi noticed that his old man posture straightened up instantly hearing that. 'It must have been a heavy burden to carry to think that your child hated your for killing yourself. we are all human after all.'

"Let's go Kakashi! I have much to hear and I have much to tell you about the afterlife... also your mother is in the Hatake clan district with the rest of the clan."

Kakashi eye widened. " You would have to introduce me...I forgot what she looks like."

"Of course, son."
