The next day.
At the western gates of Konoha team eight and team seven stood gathered around their Jonin. All of the Genin slightly looked excited for leaving the village.
"Alright guys. today is when we head out. the travel will take us four days and in between those lands rogue ninja runs amok. now it won't be two bad as it was during the war since clans went on missions to clear out these nins. but their still out there watching and waiting. each team will be traveling one mile apart to keep our positions discreet. Kurenia since your team specializes in tracking you will be navigating us to kiri. If anyone tries anything on the way their we kill on sight. No one is to know what we are doing so keep the talking with other people to a minimum. Also, you should all know that the hokage has not only sent us to deal with the mizukage. We also have anbu supporting the rebels, so we won't be alone." Kakashi said.
"Any questions?" Kurenia asked.
the Genin was silent. all of them were ready to leave. When no one said anything Kakashi raised his hand up and then shot it down causing him and his team to blur out of existence. five minutes later Kurenia and her team also left
Traveling through the huge forest that made up of Konoha was peaceful and quiet. But insides narutos mind was another story.
'This is a s-rank mission no doubt. Why would the hokage send me on such a mission? Yes, our team's individual growth rate and team dynamics hasn't been seen since the sannin. but this is our first mission. Why so complicated?'
"You are the reincarnate of the father of shinobi. and because of that your will is absolute. that is why he sent you."
Narutos stride faltered hearing the voice. 'Is that you Kyuubi? I was wondering when you would appear. '
Naruto didn't receive a reply after that, so he instead slowly digested what the fox had said. "sensei."
Naruto had called. causing the copycat ninja to look up from his book. "Yes Naruto-kun?"
"Who is the sage of six paths exactly?"
Kakashi immediately hmmmd. thinking about the question. "Well to be honest with you I honestly don't know. that man was born at least a thousand years ago. We just know he was a legend that taught the first people ninshu. Why do you ask."
Naruto frowned. Kakashi knew just as much as jiji did on the matter. "The Kyuubi contacted me?"
That got him a raised brow from Sasuke and a light grunt from Sakura as they sped onward from the seemingly endless forest.
"What did he say?" Kakashi asked his voice on edge. anything coming from the Kyuubi was never good.
"Well I was thinking on why hokage-Sama would send us out on such a mission. this is our first. Why is it S-rank? Well the Kyuubi told me that I was the true recarnate of the father of ninja and that my will is absolute. that is why he sent us."
The team was silent for a moment. everyone jumping branch to branch processing the blonde's words. As the months went by Sasuke saw Naruto as a strong ally. When Sasuke spotted the boy alone training his ass off and seen his skyrocketing ability to master any ninja technique told the Uchiha one thing. the loser wasn't as much as a loser as he thought. He saw a lot of promise and dedication. Something that he had as well. Sasuke respected power after seeing the blonde train. he respected narutos growth and training so much that he joined in with him. After that they were both good friends.
"It's more to what the fox is saying. yes, that part is true but everyone on this mission has exceptional promise and a wicked mind of the arts of ninja. Seeing us train showed him that we are important pieces on the board. All you have to worry about is-"
"Ninja wire twelve a clock about fifty meters ahead." Sasuke warned. stopping short as he waited for Kakashi's Orders.
"hmm did somebody place this for us? such an obvious trap..." Kakashi murmured.
He looked over too Naruto who created a shadow clone. The clone then shot on ahead turning itself invisible.
Naruto closed his eyes for a moment...
" there's five of them."
"Should we wait for team eight to get here I'm sure Hinata sees us?"
Kakashi shook his head. "No. Naruto sent her team a clone about the trap so let's move on."
Naruto nodded and sent another clone away behind him. As soon as the clone jumped from the originals position the whole team heard a tune beginning to play. it was soft yet clear and it seemed to pull the team into a trance. Instantly team's sevens chakra spiked one after the other.
"Both of my clones dispersed. at angles that they couldn't see from." Naruto calmly stated.
"B-rank genjutsu...be on guard. your aloud to move freely." Kakashi said.
Sakura instantly blurred away behind her team scanning for a good vantage point.
"Naruto. Behind me." Sasuke said. But just as he spoke a large teen boy who was built heavy like a tank was hovering down on him ready to deliver a haymaker. But Sasuke jumped high over him easily passing over the larger boy's fist. once he was behind him Sasuke landed a back kick to the sound nins head causing him to stumble slightly. still upside down Sasuke was flipping through hand signs. "Chidori senbon!"
the huge burly ninja slightly gasped in pain as muscles began to spasm lighting like senbon were all peppered on the teen. snarling in pain the burly ninja flexed. muscles busting and grew rapidly as the needles began to slip out
Naruto shot forward forming a rasengan. but he felt high speeds of chakra coming his way. He instinctively jumped to another tree branch as the one he was on was obliterated.
"An arrow?" Naruto murmured. he jumped again as the arrow shot through where he was last standing. His six senses going haywire he instantly brought up his Sourugurippu (Soul grip) and brought it forward. Naruto saw it this time. the arrow was massive. Naruto was sent flying hundreds of meters away from his group.
"Naruto!" Sasuke yelled as he sensed his teammates presence disappear. He glared at the huge teen before him.
"Who are you?" Sasuke hissed as he ducked under a swipe from the huge burly boy. kunai already in hand. he easily found an opening where the boy's stomach was exposed. He slashed violently watching as blood splattered everywhere. the slash wasn't too shallow however because the sound nin jumped back at the nick of time.
"My name is Jirobo... of the south gate. my master has great interest in your Naruto. and you will pay for that Uchiha."
A massive shadow loomed over Sasuke. when the Uchiha looked up his eyes widened. A massive ogre looking thing had pale tan skin that looked dried out and in his hand was a massive swinging club that had boned spikes sticking out of it.
the tree exploded into splinters smoke covering them. Kakashi watched the whole scene unfazed. he was however worried for his blonde student. moments after Naruto flew from the team, he felt a presence follow after. one that had Jonin level of chakra. Hopefully Sakura was already in position Kakashi beat into the three to away have eyes on one and other. But if that wasn't possible, he also beat into them that they should always be able to handle themselves. Naruto took Kakashi beatings seriously. He could definitely handle himself.
Naruto gritted his teeth as he landed and slid on his feet. He could since that his teammates were a little way from him and also noticed that he flew past a hidden Sakura who was waiting for the perfect moment to strike.
"You can come out now. I know exactly where you are at." Naruto said emotionlessly. He seems calm but in his chest was a tight ball of anxiety. the same kind he would have when Sasuke and him would get into a fight. he used to despise this feeling but now that he knew a little bit of what he was doing he loved it.
Seconds later a figure landed a few feet in front of Naruto. his pale calm face didn't show the blonde any of his intentions.
"What do you want?" Naruto asked.
The teen boy didn't reply. instead he crouched low as he brought his arms into a cross. Naruto watched on curiously as a sharp jagged blade of bone grew from under both of his palms.
Without warning he charged. His speed was astonishing. just as fast as Naruto. Naruto instantly released his resistance seal.
Naruto ducked under the first swipe. holding his sword in a reverse grip he swung for Kimimaro abdomen. tilting back Kimimaro easily parried the blow throwing narutos sword arm up and slashing a deep blow into the blonde boy's chest. blood sprayed everywhere as Naruto grunted and groaned.
"I can't see why master would want-" Kimimaro started.
"Poof"
Kimimaro eyes narrowed seeing that the boy in front of him went up in smoke. the Kaguya senses went haywire a moment after. instantly trusting them he rolled to the side as he felt and heard sharp air of wind fly right past him. it was obviously a hidden wind blade that was meant to dissect him in two.
'I see. his fighting style is very lethal to someone like me. I may can sense when he attacks but that's only when he attacked. and almost when it was too late. He has had too much time to develop. Master will not be pleased.'
"you won't be hidden for long."
Kimimaro ducked, twirled, and slashed causing what would seem like empty space to erupt in smoke. the Kaguya then jumped back putting his hands into the snake seal. "secret art: bone shower"
instantly Kimimaro body exploded outwards thousands of sharp pieces of bone flew around like shrapnel
Narutos golden eyes hummed with power as the chips of bone sliced tore and bit off anything that it made impact with. all of his clones were gone he was however able to maneuver around the attack hiding behind trees before they were later torn apart. The two of them stood back in the forest clearing Kimimaro bones and muscle began to regrow in a rapid pace. the Kaguya then leaned to the side smoothly as an arrow shot past him. he thought nothing of it before smoke erupted seconds later. He jumped back hissing. he was upset that he inhaled a bit of it. still sliding back, the Kaguya twirled around like a whip as he shot his fingertip bullets at Naruto who thought it would be wise to charge right in.
the young blonde smoothly pulled out his blade. sparks flew everywhere due to the impact of the bones.
"You must be truly talented to dodge those attacks head on... very well."
Naruto tensed as Kimimaro chakra rose and the Kaguya teen shot his hands through the earth. Kimimaro chakra spiked on a slightly massive scale. which caused Naruto to flip through hand seals. Spikes of bones jutted out of the ground. they were long and spear like and they were all spiking out towards Naruto fast and hard.
a wall of earth picked up Naruto as the bones collided with it. Before the wall of earth could fully form it crumbled due to the piercing force of the bones. Naruto was now in midair. instantly a chakra cloak appeared around him its red chakra resembled a ferocious fox whose claws stretched up to a tree branch pulling Naruto out of harm's way.
"heh Kyuubi sensei your chakra is amazing"
the moment Naruto was safe up in a tree branch it faded out of existence as Naruto began another serious of hand seals. he ended it on bird. gripping his wrist as lighting sparked all around him. so much in fact his hair was frizzling up.
Kimimaro just pulled his hands from the ground slowly turning one of his hands into a drill. his curse mark seal level one now being activated
"Lightning style: lightning breakthrough!"
Crack! lightning continuously shot out of narutos hand like a geyser covering the whole field in lightning. the earth twisted and flew everywhere as grass and leaves became charred due to the lightning chakra.
Narutos field of view from Kimimaro was obstructed because of how big the jutsu was. it was a lightning variant to the wind breakthrough. instead of the force of wind Kimimaro faced the force of lightning.
as the jutsu died down you could see the Kaguya was standing paralyzed his arms and legs spasming violently. however, it wouldn't hold him for long, but it also gave Naruto the perfect moment to strike
"you're lucky... that poison is messing with my chakra." Kimimaro said in a low hiss.
Naruto flashed in front of kimmimaro his golden eyes flashing with power. he tapped the Kaguya simply by the head and the pale teens eyes flashed golden.
"That's not how I see it! I think I did a damn good job dodging that one. usually too take over someone I would need just a chakra-based attack to take over their chakra. but you are somehow different. but now that I have a hold off these bones I understand why. I can't control counter or learn your techniques because they are bloodline based. I guess that's one disadvantage... I can take over your will though."
The two looked at each other for a good thirty minutes now seemingly in a face off
"How is everybody doing? What are your positions?" Naruto asked through his earpiece.
"We are facing four low level Jonin. We need back up." Sasuke said in a clipped tone
A soft thump landed behind Naruto. he automatically knew who that was.
"Naruto." Sakura murmured. standing and now watching over the two
"I tried to fight you...you even seemed to take over my curse mark. Orochimaru will is no more...Who are you?"
" I am Naruto. There is no more of your master. That seal on your neck seemed to wipe the memory of him from you as it was being altered. However, your chakra control is very unique. a little better than my sensei... But since you don't have as much chakra as him your much more easily to subdue. You will now be following my orders."
two minutes later Kimimaro mind clicked. He didn't know what truly mattered but he did know one thing. his will was barely visible now it was being altered and removed to the likes of this Naruto. the feeling was oddly refreshing and comforting. but that was now the dominance of his mind. growing like a disease to serve this Naruto.
ten minutes later Naruto repeated his demands. then kimmimaro finally spoke
"what will you have me do?" Kimmimaro asked in a deadly calm tone.
"I want you to help me take out your teammates." Naruto said in a similar tone of voice
"Very well...to not fully lose myself to you I will follow you from now on. have no worries...master"
Naruto sighed to himself. This was his first time taking this technique to such a level. He was a bit tired but if his hunch was right Kimimaro could cover the holes and do the grunt work.
"A Kaguya?" Sakura asked a little surprised.
"Yes, I am the last one." He spoke causing the pink haired girl to stare at him.
"He-He's now with us?" the haruno asked awkwardly. She was dead set on killing him with her next shot.
"Yes, he is now on our side. let us go find our team before anyone else gets hurt
Sakura gave him a firm and determined nod just before the three vanished from the area.
"You can't take all four of us on you little shits!" A girl with red hair shouted. three of her ogres stood menacingly all around her defensively ready for her order. She watched amusingly as Sasuke and Kakashi were below her down on the forest floor just barely dodging and evading her teammates onslaughts. the boy with 4 arms had webs that were dangerous and sticky so the two always made sure they were behind cover. but it was almost impossible for the two to stay behind cover due to Jirobo blowing trees into bits and pieces. they also deflected thrown kunai that came from Sakon
"Sensei their attacks are in tandem. That bitch up there keeps throwing her genjutsus around and I'm tired of dispelling them. those ogre looking things makes it hard to get close" Sasuke yelled zipping behind another tree since the last was destroyed behind the tanking boy.
"Ha-ha! do something about it then Sasuke-kun. I will do something about our little hulk that's running around here." Kakashi said flipping behind the hulking teen that turned his attention to the grey haired nin
"What About-Shit!"
Kidimaro the one with four arms appeared in front of the two across from them on a tree. he had a smug look on his face as he shot out a barrage of webs at the two.
Sasuke growled rolling left and right from the barrages and a final jump to escape from Jirobo bone crushing embrace.
"I need three seconds sensei. to turn it to our favor."
Kakashi nodded. "Fine I'll give you this one-time jail free card. only once! make it count!"
"tsk! him and his damn test will get us all killed one day." Sasuke muttered.
Kakashi created three shadow clones each of them including himself charged at each of the sound four nins.
One of Kakashi's clones that was charging Kidimaro was easily impaled with a pole of webbing. thinking it was over he didn't have a chance in hell to get ready for the explosion that came soon after. Everyone's eyes widened from the abrupt change of events. the exploding clone took out a huge cluster of trees causing the remaining three to cover their eyes from the smoke and dust. however, they didn't cover them so blindly. they jumped away from the charging clones. now fully on guard on the expected explosions.
Tayuya began playing her flute again since the battle seemed to shift to the other sides favor. The three of her Doki charged on the clone. She didn't care if they exploded, she could always create more if given enough time. And just as she expected the clone exploded but she was at a much safer distance then her teammate. Sasuke however appeared behind her with his hand lit with lightning. his eyes cold as hand drew blood.
Seeing the clone charge at him and the other two explosions Sakon Threw a kunai at the clone. the Kakashi clone ducked at the thrown projectile but just as it was over him and the kunai exploded causing a chain reaction. two explosions went off.
The real Kakashi charged forward to Jirobo his hand engulfed in a bright blue power of chakra and lightning.
"You're the one I want!" Kakashi yelled. Jirobo didn't faulter he flipped through hand signs easily
"Doton: earth mud wall" as he called out the jutsu mud quickly began splattering out of his mouth and building up into a gigantic wall. Kakashi grew closer both of his arms were now full of the power of lighting. You could easily hear the crackling miles away
Jirobo jumped back from the wall his curse mark now activated. he went down on his knees and dug his finger into the earth.
With one hand Kakashi easily tore through the wall creating an opening that he could come out of.
he was now two feet from the hulking teen. it was over. But just as he made contact the earth in front of him began to quickly rise shake and shift. he quickly cursed and jumped away seeing that the boy lifted a huge boulder of land at where he was just charging from. Jirobo veins looked as if they were going to pop.
With an animalistic yell he threw the small piece of land at Kakashi.
"graaaah!" Jirobo yelled.
The rock shot like a missile hurling at Kakashi.
however, like a blinking shadow Sasuke appeared in front of Kakashi his hands outstretched gripping the humongous boulder "Kaminari no bakushuku" (lightning implosion)
bolts of lightning instantly erupted from Sasuke' s outstretched hand. crackling and spitting the rock in bits and blue electricity. You could tell that he was rugged and slightly tired.
'Where's Naruto and Sakura when you need them. tsk...can never get good help now a days.'
"I managed to kill that girl. without those creatures protecting her she was no match to someone like me
Sasuke' s senses went alert in front of Jirobo a teen with greyish hair and a white kimono appeared in a blur.
"Jirobo... Tayuya is gone we are leaving. Master will not be pleased."
The huge boy nodded. looking over to Sasuke and Kakashi with a scowl. "The next time we see you you're going to be dead! you hear!"
Kimimaro didn't say a word as Jirobo stood up standing and glaring at the copy ninja that almost had him. he was going to shunshin away before his whole body froze up. eyes widening in shock and fear. a jagged bone stuck out his throat. with a firm yank Kimimaro through the hulking teen to the forest floor crashing with a heavy thud.
huffing and puffing Sasuke looked at the newcomer warily
Kakashi stood from his kneel. Looking up at the canopy. two figures appeared one with blonde hair and the other with pink hair. they gradually descended to the surface floor. slightly surprised from the carnage.
"Look like you guys had more of the work." Sakura commented.
"Heh. I got a new recruit" Naruto said a little to happily.
"Must be nice." Sasuke spat out sarcastically.
"He was smart. he knew he didn't have time for a long and drawn out fight. Seems like he noticed or knew beforehand that we had another team with us. but he was tricky I couldn't control his jutsu, but I was finally able to make him see things my way. I will be sending him to Konoha to tell hokage-Sama everything he knows about his master."
Kakashi began to frown his posture getting even more serious. "Very good Naruto. they were either watching or waiting for us. or we might have a spy that told someone the parameters of this mission. Either way we cannot stop now. Hokage Sama is counting on us to get the job done."
the whole team nodded their heads in agreement.
"Sensei." Naruto called.
"Yes?"
"They were after me. I could tell his master had a hold on Kimimaro with that seal on his neck. the bone user guy over there was after my eyes."
Kakashi immediately cursed. slamming his fist on a nearby tree trunk.
"That snake!"
Sasuke growled he began to pace back and forth. "Who is it?"
"Orochimaru!" Kakashi barked.
Sasuke and Sakura eyes widened when they heard the name. That was a story that parents would tell their kids so they would behave. And the most horrifying part about the stories were. that they were all true.
Naruto felt the fear of this man coming for him daunting. "How do you know its Orochimaru?" he asked.
Kakashi gave Naruto a tired sigh. "all of them had a mark. someone has a mark similar too that one. it's something that Orochimaru puts on his most promising subordinates. Or in her case students... the one with the extra limbs seemed to get away. "
"This isn't good at all Kakashi." a woman's voice called out.
"Silent as ever Kurenia san."
the beautiful woman before him gave him a mock bow.
"We must move on. tonight, I will write a report about what happened here and then send one of my ninja dogs to send the letter to hokage Sama Naruto be sure to know where the guy is at at all times. he's your responsibly. We will be traveling till we get out of Konoha's country. so, let's get a move on."
everyone nodded escaping the carnage. there was sure to be another team to run across this battle and give reports and other investigations and finding Jirobo, Kidimaro and Tayuya bodies as well.
It took the team seven hours to reach the borders of Konoha reaching the land of fire. They have now entered a small and quiet town called tetukos ranch. The people There was quite a few at such a night. Naruto guessed that people were just getting home from work.
"Why don't you guys go take a look around while Kurenia and I go find us all an inn."
Everyone nodded their heads in agreement excited to have a little free time. without a second thought the Jonin disappeared using a shunshin.
"Hey everybody if you want some barbeque follow me. Me and Akumaru can smell it a mile away."
"You don't smell any ramen Kiba?" Naruto asked desperately.
The dog master snorted. "no! I swear is that all you think about?"
"Yes!" Sasuke and Sakura said in unison.
Naruto face turned into a frown. "Not true! I think about other stuff! ramen is more like a stress reliever for me."
Sakura rolled her eyes putting Naruto in a head lock. "Naruto other than Hinata you worship ramen. we are your teammates we know these things."
Naruto growled pushing Sakura away from him his face in a deep blush. "Shut up Sakura I bet you have Sasuke posted all over your walls how much you watch and stalk him."
"Ha-ha She's just like Hinata here!" Kiba boasted smacking the heavily blushing girl across the back
Sakura's eyebrow twitched erotically." What did you say? do you really want to die? " She growled out.
Kiba gulped sensing the pink haired girls killing intent spike. "N-No."
Naruto however involuntarily shivered thinking about getting his ass shot buy the girl." Err no no Sakura." waving his hands frantically.
"Then shut the hell up. Me and Sasuke' s moments are personal and private."
Sasuke immediately looked at the girl with stricken eyes. his mouth fully ajar.
"Ahem. I think we should find that barbeque spot I'm rather hungry." Shino commented behind his hood.
'Nice save Shino Everyone but Sakura thought. the situation was getting rather awkward.
The six preteens all began to make their way down the streets of Tetsuko finding many stores and street performances that caught their eye. but when Kiba finally pinpointed the source of the smell that's when they realized how hungry they were.
they entered the establishment one by one taking in the lovely smell of cooked meat and barbeque. "Welcome to chaba- chabas barbeque. We must hurry up and get you seated we will be closing in the next hour."
They all bowed at the elder woman as she scurried off to give them their seats. Once they all sat down and ordered their food the six kids were at a rather comfortable silence. Hinata sat with Naruto at table Sasuke and Sakura and the infamous Kiba and Shino sat together having small talk and talking rather casually.
"So how strong have you gotten?" Hinata asked.
Naruto scratched his chin thinking about the question for a bit. "Well ive gotten pretty strong Hinata. I say that I'm about twenty times stronger than I was the last time we've trained together."
Hinata smiled at him coyly. "Really? Then your still not as strong as me then. I'm about twenty times as strong as well. faster and smarter to boot."
Seeing where this was going the blonde snorted. "Well how about we see just how true that is. let's have a spar."
Hinata immediately giggled hearing his offer. "Maybe some other time Naruto. you just might have gotten stronger seeing how you would always change the subject when I would usually challenge you."
Naruto just smirked. " I can't wait to show you how far ive come. Kakashi sensei is amazing. don't tell him that though. his head would burst if you did."
the Byakugan user giggled as she looked on as Naruto then began to tell her the story of him fighting the Kaguya and how the guy was now under his command. he tried to explain to the girl how it was possible for him to do it, but she was oddly confused on the matter.
"Wow you're really lucky Naruto. you must keep this secret because if somebody finds out they could find a way to counter it."
Naruto nodded his head sheepishly thinking about the situation. "Yeah I know. I could tell that guy could sense me because he was looking at my general direction when he talked to me."
The two were quiet for a moment thinking about what could've happen if the Kaguya was somehow able to counter the technique
"And Orochimaru..." Hinata started.
Naruto instantly reached for Hinatas hand, but she gently pulled away.
"If he touches you, he will die Naruto. No one will ever harm you if I'm there to deal with it." Hinata said. her voice was rather harsh for such a beautiful girl.
"Don't worry Hinata. I might not be anywhere as strong as him now but as the days go by, I grow stronger and stronger. It's like each fight I get into I evolve with better and newer skills. don't worry when the time comes that I face that snake he will die. That's a promise."
Hinata looked at him for a while with a look of worry written on her face but she Soon nodded. "Okay Naruto. I believe in you."
"Tatsi." a croaky voice murmured. It was an old woman who sat perfectly still cross-legged wrinkles were all around her signifying that she was easily in her seventies
"Hmmm?" A woman hummed in question she slightly opened one of her eyes looking at her grandmother. the woman was 18 years old her hair was wild and unruly. it had a very unnatural color to it. they were a metallic black with bright golden tips. her body was shapely as well. you could tell that she had years of training and combat under her belt. Well she usually never had to move in a fight thanks to the six paths she held in her eyes. Which were pure black with red rings circling her red pupils.
"I think it's time that we make it back to Konoha. Your training is now over. It's now time that we met little Naruto" despite the older woman's age she squealed like a schoolgirl whipping out baby pictures of the little blonde hugging them tightly to her chest.
Tasti smirked slightly at her grandmother's antics. "Heh. you right granny...but what will he think when he sees us? he's been alone ever since he was born. as far as he knows he doesn't have a real family."
the older woman snorted." Your little brother will get over it. if he doesn't, I'll just have to whip him! besides surely his grandmother and grandfather on your father side has been keeping tabs on him."
Tatsi nodded not fully believing that possibility. "I wish I could've been there for him. He needs somebody to take watch over him. there are deadly forces that work in the shadows. And it won't be long before war ravage these lands especially since I will now be in the picture. Do you think I'm ready? this jutsu we've found and mastered will change everything"
Tatsi grandmother hummed to herself thinking carefully about the question. "Well the reason ive taken you outside of Konoha walls is because of the uniqueness of your eyes. Tatsi began to flip through hand seals her chakra constantly rose as she continued. you could see black and red chakra wrapping around her and shooting into the sky like a beacon When she finished her last sign the sign of the phoenix which was as of now lost to the shinobi world. she slammed her palms on to the stony ground. seals began to appear everywhere growing like rapid fire every which way. it expanded all through the elemental countries. ninja that saw it were concerned and began to search for the ones responsible for such a grand scale jutsu. Everyone who was not asleep saw these ancient seals. They couldn't do anything as the ground slightly shook.
"Forbidden art: true reanimation of the true pure world!"
The next day
"Report!" The sandaime hokage barked.
two dogs masked anbu nin appeared before the hokage. "Everyone is alive hokage Sama. The Uchiha clan has resurfaced before we could take action most retreated out of Konoha led by Fugaku. the others surrendered with Shinkaku the former Uchiha clan head."
Sarutobi was silent this was not good. the rebirth of the Uchiha clan was not good. on such a scale? he saw the seals themselves even he couldn't decipher them. To bring people back to life? the user must be dead.
" Release Shinkaku and his people. Its Fugaku that must be re eliminated...You said everyone. who else?"
" Yondaime Sama and Kushina Sama. their together now trying to figure things out. there is also-"
"Send everyone that's been brought back to life here now. criminals are to be detained if possible, immediately"
the two anbu nodded then vanished.
Sarutobi sighed as he filled up his pipe. he needed some stress reliever before shit actually did hit the fan. 'Kami I'm too old! If they were brought back to life could it mean that my old sensei are here? What about Madara?' Hiruzen shuddered at the thought.
'What was the reason for them to bring back the dead...Wait my wife!' Hiruzen shot out of his seat memories of Biwako played through his mind like an old film. Her death caused him great pain. Before he could begin the search of his wife a sharp knock on the door brought him to attention.
"Enter." He barked with a heavy breath.
His assistant came through. her brown hair was in a bun and her eyes were a light honey brown that held as of right now shock and awe.
"WHO-who would you like to see first?"
the third hokage grunted in slight annoyance. "Surprise me. I will be investigating this to the last man so let's get started."
The woman nodded. "hash-Hashirama Sama was the most persuasive in seeing who was in charge first"
Hiruzen immediately straightened himself now standing in front of his desk. " Send him in."
the woman disappeared and then nor even a second later a tall and burly man with dark brown hair that fell to his bac with red samurai like armor busted through the door. The anbu shifted uneasily as they felt the man's monstrous chakra emitting from him. Hiruzen slightly swallowed.
"It's good to be back little saru! And everyone's back. My wife Mito is here somewhere too. I can sense her chakra. but its slightly hidden. Bahaha! she was always paranoid" It wasn't hard to tell that the first hokage was excited about this whole situation but to Hiruzen it brought to many problems. How many people were now brought back to life? were any of our old foes brought back? In this profession he had to believe so. But this was a good thing as well. this brought many allies back to Konoha. people that they needed.
"That's good to hear sensei but for this to happen...you should understand why I have so much worry."
the first hokage immediately nodded. " Yes, I do. but let me calm you my boy! There were no bad draw backs on any victim that's been brought back. I completely have my free will. The only downside to this technique is the user being dead. In theory"
Sarutobi nodded he suspected as much. "Does this mean your clan is alive as well?"
"Yes, my brother is taking care of everything now. our clan won't be taking on any mission or doing any movement until we can all calm down. I don't know if it's true but there is also a chance of people from other nations being revived as well"
The third hokage nodded solemnly. "That's what I was afraid of. I will be bringing in my spy master back immediately. He should understand what is going on in a greater scale." then a thought came to him.
"Snake! activate the seal on Kakashi's and kurenais team. if just one of the Mizukages were brought back then kiri is at an even more critical state then it was before! anyone That's out on missions must return immediately"
"Hai!" one of the anbu vanished.
"No! how is this possible? no one should be capable of such a thing." A man said. he seemed to moan in sorrow at the thought of being alive again. His grey eyes looked at the moon intensely. his bright silver rings seemed to ripple in and out of focus.
'At least me and my brother's seal is still in effect. Whoever did such a jutsu did not know what could have been at stake if she was to be released. Even in death I watched over my children and all they did was kill one another and now someone of my blood does this?!... I'm back in my prime...maybe things could be different then it was before.' Of course, it would. he realized. this jutsu was very intricate. It brought anyone that could successfully use chakra back. It was so detailed that it brought even him back to life. to the people, he was now a myth, but it wasn't impossible for some people to truly know about him. He sighed deeply. before he winked out of existence
'I must stick to the shadows for now. people in my time period are back as well..." He thought of his two sons.
' I guess I should leave them be for right now. they have a lot of things to process and get accustomed too. for now, I will look for the culprit that had the audacity to do such a thing.'
"This is too good to be true! I'm back and fully alive." Madara Uchiha was looking over ame country home of the rain ninja. he was fully revived however one of his ultimate power sources was somewhere in the center of the village. He wanted to talk to the one who had it. He was even stronger than before with his research in the past he was fully able to merge with his greatest rivals' cells activating within him the Rinnegan. however, there was currently however two wielders of the same eyes. Madara wanted him to bow before him or be eliminated. he appeared high over the walls of ame smoothly flipping through hand sings. "We will see who has the ultimate jutsu! Katon great fire annihilation"
Instantly a category five tsunami of flames purged out of the legendary Uchiha turning anything it touched into ashes the pole buildings seemed to melt due to the hot temperatures. Peoples screams excited the terrifying ninja causing him to rush in and do the killing personally.
he appeared straight in front of a charging ame kunoichi who was caught of guard due to the godly speed the Uchiha had. Madara brought his hand down in a chopping motion instantly snapping her neck in half. reaching for his gunbai he then did a 180 swinging his war fan at several ninja that were in the air. a huge gust of wind erupted from the gunbai slamming into most of them. crushing them instantly from the pressure. "Hahaha! where is your leader?" Madara yelled charging at another group of slow and unexpecting ninja.
"To come to my country and wreak havoc in such an instant." Nagato said in a deadly hushed tone. he could sense that this ninja was not to be trifled with
"I'll show you not to defy god! Konan, I want that man brought to me at all cost. All of my paths are on the way to confront him. but I need you to gather the rest of the Akatsuki using Tobi. contact him immediately!"
Konan nodded immediately activating the ring that was on Tobi to contact him.
"Yeeeesssssss" Tobi said through her ring gleefully.
"I need you to bring all of our members back to Amegakure immediately.
"What are you talking about? this isn't part of-"
Konan cut him off" just do it a man is terrorizing our home."
there was silence for a moment..." very well I will bring everybody their immediately..."
minute later seven people appeared out of distortions in space one by one.
"What is going on?" Kisame shouted. he lifted his sword at the ready his leader was acting strange.
"No time to explain. my paths are facing a Uchiha with Bijuu levels of chakra I want him to feel the fool wrath of Akatsuki"
Itachi and Tobi suddenly froze at the word Uchiha.
"It's probably one of the ones revived. back in my day Uchiha were much more bloodthirsty then the pups we did have now a days... before Itachi killed them all." Tobi commented
Konan shook her head in anger. "Just go!"
the seven vanished instantly
seconds later a plant humanoid like creature slowly surfaced from the ground. slightly catching the two-off guard.
"Its Madara Uchiha" the plant like creature was named Zetsu. it was two people in one. one has of the creature was white while the other half was black as night.
"Madara? From Konoha? What could he possibly want from us?! and how is he now alive" Konan yelled.
"he wants to know who wields his power. only if he sees you as worthy, he will let you live. and if you do live you will be serving him. Also, the reason for him being alive is a mystery. Ahh whoever did this master will surely be pleased by him"
Nagatos eyes flared up in anger. "He will see that I am not the one to be trifled with. I will show him my power!"
"So, you are a Uchiha. deva path noted seeing the man's Sharingan. all around him buildings have been crumbled or burned down from his jutsu. only half of the village was still intact. also rain nins bodies littered all around the Uchiha. bodies were either disfigured or dismembered...in only five minutes
All six paths stood menacingly all around him waiting for the perfect moment to strike. Ashura path the one made for heavy weaponry shot forward his normal fingers began to disfigure revealing mini missile in his arms. they all hissed and popped off rocketing towards the legendary Uchiha
Madara jumped back from the incoming missiles pulling out his gunbai. as they all converged on him the Uchiha swiped his huge battle fan at the projectiles. thousands of blades of wind erupted from his weapon causing the missiles to explode. Madara however had no rest. he felt himself being pulled by an invisible force. He gladly accepted the invitation flipping through hand seals.
"Katon: flame dragon bullet" a huge dragon missile shot out of the Uchiha's mouth as he was being sent to preta path who easily absorbed the flame dragon bullet with a barrier of chakra erupting around him. behind him stood deva path. the one who was pulling Madara towards them. if preta path was able to get ahold of the ninja then it would be over.
preta path caught the Uchiha with a tight embrace. he immediately began to suck away all of the Uchiha's chakra. minutes later Madara began to chuckle.
"Hmhmhm. your dance moves are pathetic. trying to suck away my chakra just won't do. I'll show you why" purple and blue chakra began to erupt from the titan of a man. preta path jumped back but it was too late as a huge blue spectral arm came colliding toward the preta path smashing him into bits. the huge blue arm was covered in samurai armor. it was connected to Madara who then began to send the fist to deva path.
the humungous arms stopped short. shaking uncontrollably before being repelled by gravity-the gravity force that was pushed out from deva path. the earth rumbled due to the force of the Susanoo's arms colliding into the poled buildings. seconds later the huge arm vanished and what replaced it was a very high intense buildup of chakra coming from the man. but stopped short and fell to his hand and knees uncontrollably. a heavy force of gravity weighed down on him. "I won't let you use jutsu."
Madara looked up at the deva path his eyes morphed and changed into the second state of the Sharingan. the Mangekyo "Big mistake"
'Amaterasu!' Black as night flames erupted on deva path who couldn't counter the jutsu since he had his hold on the Uchiha. Since deva path began to burn his gravity hold on Madara was released. Who instantly began to flip through hand seals?
"How many times do I have to tell you?" Madara hissed his chakra rose. "you can't hold me! Amegakure is mine! Deep forest emergence!"
Huge towers of trees began to erupt from the ground and grow in the cloudy rain sky crushing and collapsing buildings. The trees grew throughout the whole village towering over everyone making it extremely dark. It was deadly silent in the village. loud wails of pain would be heard in the distance and only the top ninja would be able to traverse through the wreckage and darkness that was now Amegakure. Anyone else were sitting ducks.
"Now do you see why I can't be held at bay. I just have to much chakra! To many techniques! Is this the only kind of power You ninja in this time period can throw around?! You!" Madara pointed at the animal path the one that summons huge animals to do its fighting.
"I Know you're not the real One fighting me! Why not show yourself? Why not show yourself." He taunted.
"A god will not show his face to the likes of you." Animal path spoke calmly.
With a swing of his fan Madara sent Ashura path flying off into a building who thought he could get under the Uchiha senses. "You? A god? AHAHAHAhAHHAH! And with my power? I will kill you for such disrespect" Madara snarled and charged forth. He was done playing.
Animal path flipped through hand seals and slammed his hands onto the ground. When Madara was near a huge plume of smoke rose up like a smoke bomb. and what appeared before him was a gigantic dog with two heads. in each of its eyes was a purple Rinnegan. who began to flip through hand signs?
"Wooden embrace!" Large branches of woods shot out of Madara arms so large that they could easily wrap their selves around the three hundred-foot two headed dog. The dog barked sending a shockwave toward the oncoming branches pausing its pause the charge for only a moment. It clawed and chewed at the rapidly growing vines of wood. Minutes later however the two headed dogs were completely captured. fully ensnared in wood. With another hand sign from Madara spikes shot out of the would impaling the huge dog. with a loud wail. the two headed animal poofed out of existence.
as this was going on Madara made his way too animal path using his gunbai to dissect the Rinnegan holder in half. but just as he was going to swing. his body froze making the Uchiha mutter a curse. He simply forgot that one of the paths could be able to revive. Black flames also erupted onto his shoulder. With one glance of the black flames he was able to put them out. His shoulder was bleeding heavily at the burned damage. but Madara wasn't bothered. sending chakra to his shoulder dead skin began to peel off and began to be replaced by new skin tissue. these were the rejuvenating cells of the first hokage
"So, you have help? and from a Uchiha no less... Where is Obito?"
Itachi's eyes widened at the name. 'Obito? does he mean...'
seconds later a swirl began to distort in space besides Madara. A man with an orange swirl mask appeared. his left eye held the Sharingan.
"We need to thank who ever revived you. I no longer need Nagato to revive you, so he is now dispensable."
Madara crossed his arms now looking at all of the Akatsuki members that surrounded them.
"I will take them out with one attack! however I will be keeping the ones without the Rinnegan alive. I will be the only holder. the others could still be useful to do our work."
Obito nodded. "Very well...I will be taking Kisame and Itachi away, however. they are my closest subordinates and they know the true purpose of the Akatsuki"
Madara smiled wickedly. "No. I want them all to feel the might of Madara Uchiha!"
Chakra poured out in waves everyone that was still alive easily felt the ominous pressure of death. as a skeleton began to rise over the legendary Uchiha like a phantom. rising higher and higher in the sky. it was twice as tall as the nine tailed fox. When it reached its peak, it began to take shape into a samurai humanoid figure. Itachi was familiar with this technique. It was a sussano. and not just any sussano a complete sussano Its blue samurai armor was impenetrable. his face was covered with a mask as if he was a knight - eyes glowing red like a demon. he had a single katana that could cut mountains into pieces with just a swing of his sword. and that was what Madara did. he brought the massive sword down onto the whole village. He was pretty sure only the strongest would survive this attack. he also knew Obito would disobey his orders. Madara knew that he had an unstoppable bloodlust. He would kill anybody just for the excitement.
"Shinra Tensei! "deva path yelled using the rest of his chakra on the jutsu. A heavy force erupted from the orange haired nin. It was absolutely terrifying. The force of gravity that could also take out a whole village erupted towards the swinging susano sword arm. An explosion erupted the same type of an explosion that was on the scale of a nuclear bomb. Everyone heard. no matter how slight...they all have heard the shockwave that resided in Amegakure. the continent of shinobi shook from the force from both of the twos power. The whole country was once again on critical alert.
"tsk who would of thought Madara would be so sadistic. I had to save all of them." Obito muttered. when he met the man, he was very old and frail. this was his actually first time seeing the legendary Uchiha in action
except Nagato and Konan he thought as an afterthought. Madara would have probably killed him if he saved Nagato. Konan however was solely loyal to Nagato, so she had to be out of the picture as well. Amegakure was no more. what now stood there was a crater that stretched throughout the whole country. Nothing was there anymore the only people that now stood in Amegakure was all of the Akatsuki and Madara. They all stood in front of Obito and Madara looking at the two warily. more at Madara since it was there first time ever seeing a jutsu on such a scale. probably besides kakuza but he was still shaking from the monstrous power.
