Kakashi's team made it back in Konoah in two days. Their non stop running caused the three genin to Hate Kakashi for a while. Even Naruto was very exhausted. But he benifted the most because of his passive path Gakushū the path of learning which gave him leaps and bounds of progress mentally and physically. One days worth of training gave the boy a years worth of physical and mental gains of strength. Naruto ran for two days straight. His stamina was now through the roof If one day he ran out of chakra then he can definetly get through any hardship with his physical speed and hand to hand combat. He was a walking machine. Sasuke's stamina jumped leaps and bounds as well giving the Uchiha the feeling he could fight for two days straight if kept up this practice. Sakura felt as if she was going to die but she was no quitter and she grew stronger because of it.
They all stood in front of the fourth Hokage who was looking at them with major pride in his eyes. "You guys did well in holding off iwa's attacks. If that shipment didn't make it then Suna would've been fighting bare handed. The people we've lost will not be in vain. Iwagakure will pay for their crimes."
Naruto snorted. "How many lives will it take for iwagaukre to pay? How many live will be lost? Huh old man?!"
"Naruto! he may be your father but as a ninja you will show him the proper respect when on duty." Kakashi scolded.
"Its fine... Naruto has a right to feel the way that he does. Seeing so many people die and killing for the first time is hard for anyone's mind. Too answer your question Naruto we will lose thousands. Iwagakure will not stop until konoah is burnt to the ground. neither will Kumogakure. Our best bet is to take out their leaders and daimyos. But getting to them will not be easy. That captain you so easily defeated will probably be the last one you will defeat so easily. Be glad that you came back home and be grateful" The hokage was looking at all of the genin seriously. It was a good ten minutes before he decided to say something else.
"Sasuke what would you rank yourself as a fighter." Minato asked.
"A jonin. I can handle a lot Hokage sama. I might be a special jonin in strength... I can give Kakashi sensei a really good fight" Sasuke said without missing a beat. Kakashi didn't say anything he just watched on as his sensei stared at the Uchiha for a long minute before he written something that was on his desk that took a bit of time to write.
"Before I sign anything how many jutsus have you mastered. Not known but jutsu that you can masterfully use in combat?"
It took Sasuke a minute to count out how many jutsu's he could do in combat. He had a high level of chakra but he wouldn't be able to use all the jutsu he mastered due to his limited chakra levels. "I have mastered over fifty jutsu's. I don't know how many I can use though in combat when it comes to my stamina in chakra."
Minato nodded giving him a smile. "You did Good Kakashi...Sakura What would you rank yourself in combat."
Sakura put her finger on her chin as she tapped her feet thinking about the question. "Since I do a lot of support and haven't fully mastered close hand to hand combat I would say im a high chunin when it comes to experience."
The blonde hokage nodded. as he written something on paper. " Jutsu mastered?"
"Five. I don't have the best reserves hokage sama. But the jutsu I know are benifical for me and my team.
Minato nodded as he signed something and put the paper to the side. "Very good. Naruto your next."
"Without my special abilities- a very high jonin. im on par with Kakashi sensei when it comes to skill and power. But he could take me out due to the butt load of experience that he has."
Minato looked at his son seriously. 'These kids are only twelve. Sakura is the only normal one out of this group.' ( She really wasn't)
The Hokage looked at Kakashi for some conformation and the Jonin nodded seriously. He gave him a look saying. 'Your son isn't lying'
Minato written on another form of piece of paper. "How many Jutsu have you mastered Naruto?"
Naruto scratched the back of his head a little bit embarrassed by the answer he was going to give him. "One hundred."
Minato was slightly surprised by the number but he didn't show it. The man just continued to write for a minute before he looked back up at the team. "Very Good you three. Now I want you three to grab on to these file and send them to the rankings official office. There they will verify what ive signed and then you guys will be promoted. They then will tell you what your new responsiblties will be and what you can now freely do since you've upgraded from genin."
Team seven minus Kakashi mouth dropped. They weren't expecting to be promoted especially this soon. "Is there a reason why we are being promoted?" Sasuke asked curiously.
"Its simple really." minato said as he handed them their appropiate forms.
"Two reasons. This is around the time the chunin exams would of taken place so you three would have been evaluated thoroughly by your jonin sensei and sense he didn't reject I will not hold you back. The second reason is that we are currently in a war and no one lower then a chunin can participate. You have great potential you three…"
Sasuke and Naruto were Both excited by having a higher rank. the two were visibily shaking in excitement. "Also others from your graduation class has also been promoted. So in the near future you all will be taking missions with one and other."
"Hokage-sama?"Naruto called.
"Yes Naruto-kun." Minato said raising a eyebrow at his son.
"Is Hinata here? Or is she out on a mission?" He asked a bit shyly as he looked over at his teammates and found them chuckling to themselves.
"She's here. She will be leaving in a couple of days though just like you three." Minato said.
Naruto nodded. 'Its been so long since me and hinata spent time together. I hope she's okay. I will definetly visit her tonight to catch up'
"Well if that's all, you all are dismissed. A messenger bird will be sent to you for further instruction. This may be the last time you guy can get this kind of rest. so take full advantage." The fourth said dismissing the team.
They all left with just Kakashi staying behind. No doubt wanting to catch up with his sensei some more.
" A jonin!?" Sasuke said looking at his paper in astonishment. He was already viewed as a man by the eyes of the Uchiha sense he could perform fire jutsu. But this rank will make the village see him as a man as well.
"Im a Jonin too! This is crazy! I didn't expect to move up so fast, and sakura you did well to earn the title of chunin. We've all worked hard." Naruto said cheerfully.
Sakura nodded. " All we have to do now is take these papers to the ranking office."
They all began making their way to the office talking casually and joking with one another. Naruto was pleased with his teammates. At first they were some assholes but now since they've been through so much together they had an un-breakable bond. There was no more disrespect or lude ways of talking with one and other.
"So I would say lets celebrate but Naruto wants to see his girlfriend." Sakura said teasingly
"My future wife apparently." Naruto said with a slight blush.
Sakura and Sasuke's eyes widened they were both surprised by this. "I never thought it would get so serious so fast!" Sakura said. She glanced at Sasuke then looked at Naruto
" I want the details later. But for now lets get business taken cared of first!"
Naruto chuckled and nodded. " Its nothing much to explain our parents arranged it."
Sakura mouth dropped then peeked at sasuke again. 'I wish me and Sasuke would have an arranged marriage. it would be so easier for him to fall in love with me" The young Haruno gave a deep sigh and turned back to Naruto.
"Well your really lucky Naruto. She's a pretty girl and wait a minute; she's a princess I think!.. Wow Naruto, good for you. Now lets go and see what kind of freedoms we have since our rank has been upgraded."
it didn't take long for team seven to make it to the ranking office. however there were a lot of people in four lines waiting to get their rank confirmations.
"Damn why does the lines have to be so long?" Naruto groaned. He didn't want it to be too late when he see hinata. she could be sleep depending on how long this line held up.
"Don't worry. the lines are moving up." Sasuke said. Team seven all got in line with Sakura leading the them. It took them a good forty five minutes before sakura was able to hand in her form.
The man that was at the desk looked over the file for a moment. "Sakura Hurano… Lets see here... You've got confirmation by our Hokage! Wow! You must be a really special chunin if he was the one to right down the report. Well I wont judge his judgement by the statistic that he has written I cant deny it.. Based on your last mission you are well qualified to be chunin… Very well on this day forward you are a chunin and your responsibilities are to take on harder mission by yourself the highest mission you could take by yourself is b rank. depending on your skill set you can also lead other chunin and order our genin around - Within reason of course. Your monthly pay has also risen considerably. with that kind of pay you can own you a small apartment and live comforably there. Now is their any questions?"
Sakura shook her head no. " Good. Now here is the things that you are at liberty to do while being a chunin written down." The older man with glasses gave her the paper.
"Next!"
Sakura walked passed Naruto giving them a wave. "Ill wait for you guys outside"'
The two boys gave her a nod and Naruto walked up to the man's desk. The man looked at him and frowned. He began to shift in his seat uncomfortably.
"Let me see your papers Naruto."
The blonde handed him the papers as the man took his form shakily.'You would think they'd get over me by now with their families being back.'
Naruto sighed lightly. 'They might not hate me like they use too. but they still fear me a great deal'
Naruto heard the fox grunt. 'and they should.'
"The hokage cleared you for jonin?" The man looked at Naruto and sighed.
"Well then by the Hokage orders you are now a jonin. You can now enter our library that is just for jonins and its not at the community library. Our jonin created this library to record jutsus and battle tactics. Besides that you can take on A rank missions by yourself and S-rank but doing S-rank mission is mainly done in teams. Only special cases could take on an S-rank mission by themselves. Your monthly pay is way better then a chunins. You could buy yourself a small house and live comfortably...im missing something... Oh you are also able to lead and teach your own teams. that being genin and chunin. You also have the right to order genin and chunin around and if they don't listen - especially since you are young you can physically discipline them. that's it. Do you have any questions?"
"No." Naruto said.
The old man nodded as he handed the boy the information he needed to know about being a jonin. As Naruto was walking out the man gave Sasuke the same information and Sasuke wasn't far behind him. Once they were out they spotted Sakura posted up against a wall as she was play with one of her weopons. It was a revolver. A very high grade wooden one. the things that sakura made were not a toy but for some reason you could always find her playing with them.
The Haruno looked up sensing someone near. She smiled when she saw Naruto and Sasuke. " Your good to go?" She asked.
They both nodded. "Its not too late but I still wanna see hinata before it does get too late." Naruto said scratching his head sheepishly.
Sakura laughed while sasuke just rolled his eyes. " You don't need our permission - go on!" Sakura said shooing the blonde away.
Naruto apologized again for not celebrating with them then disappeared.
Sakura turned her head too Sasuke who was looking in the direction at where naruto was going.
"Don't even ask." Sasuke said.
Sakura frowned as her eyes were starting to get a bit moist.
"Just because he's gone doesn't mean we have to call it off. Lets go get something to eat." Sasuke said without looking at her.
The pink haired girl smiled widely. from ear to ear. "Okay!" She said happy
Naruto appeared in a blur in front of the Hyuuga compound. The two gaurds nodded at him as he walked past them. The young boy knew where he was going he passed a beautiful garden that led to the main hall. This is where the side branch was seen walking up and down the huge hall doing their daily routines. Some of them looked at Naruto curiously wondering why a boy like him was doing there. It was probably because of the eyes. The young boy walked up the stairs that was on the side which spiraled up into a whole new floor. This is where the main branch were. They were talking among themselves and sat around drinking tea. Some noticed Naruto and frowned whispering to themselves as they stared at him. But the blond ignored them walking to the private quarters. The main branch have plenty of space for themselves. Naruto walked down a hall that led completely to hinata's room. He stopped at the door and knocked.
"One second" Her voice came through the door making Naruto grin. He waited about ten seconds before the door opened. It took the young girl a second to register who it was but when she found out it was Naruto she pulled him into the room giving him the biggest hug that she could possibly give somebody.
"Where have you been?" She asked. She sat at her bed and Naruto walked over to the window looking out of it.
"I just came back from a mission to suna. It was very long and drawn out but we were successful in the end. Ive also been training my ass off. The results are surprising."
Hinata nodded as she activated her byakugan looking at his chakra coils. " Your chakra is massive Naruto. To much for a twelve year old boy. How are you able to maintain yourself."
Naruto smiled he forgot how she would always coddle him. But he knew better, this girl was a very talented killer. " Physical workouts. My physical and mental training can be a bit hard and confusing to explain. But if I was to train for a full day Its one years worth of progress." He said simply.
Hinata's face slightly showed that she was worried. "Naruto that's not normal."
Naruto nodded walking to her bed and sat besides her. "I know its one of my powers that I got from my eyes."
She nodded slowly. " have you been counting the number of years you've gone through?"
Naruto shook his head no. " I honestly lost count."
Hinata glared at the boy causing him to swallow a bit. "Naruto you need to pay attention to these things. You don't know what you are doing – if you harm your-"
Naruto grabbed her hand and squeezed it a bit. "Hinata I promise. If I start feeling any kind of pain I will stop. But all I have to deal with is the resistance to my own bodies limits."
She nodded. The two were silent for a minute just taking in each other's presence. " You know… Im a jonin now." Naruto said.
Hinata eyes widened. "Me too… You've must of really grown for your sensei to see you as a jonin. They are usually the first ones to bring it up to the hokage."
Naruto sighed. " That's why he was silent the whole time. He even let us give the full report. He was always the one to do it."
"What about Shino and Kiba?" Naruto asked.
"Shino is a jonin and Kiba is a chunin." Hinata said lowly She looked up back at Naruto and smiled.
"Its good seeing you again Naruto. I thought you forgot about me for a minute." She said causing the blonde to frown at the girl.
"Hinata I would never forget you. You were my first friend." The Hyuuga girl smiled But a sharp knock on the door interrupted her next sentence.
"Yes?" Hinata asked curiously. She didn't have any meeting with anyone today since she was going to go back on the field the next two or three days. And everyone knew about Naruto. Especially by now so it shouldn't be to much of a fuss with him here.
"Your mother." she heard. Hinata smiled. Her heart fluttering hearing her voice once again.
"Come in kaa-san" The door slowly opened revealing a beautiful woman that had the same resemblance as hinata. She was drop dead Gorgeous.
"Oh- Oh! Is this my Naruto?" She walked briskly to him her face was awefully close to his. She grabbed at his cheeks and blond hair. Hinata just rolled her eyes and confirmed that it was Naruto. Her mother stepped back from the two looking back and forth between them.
"Everything is going well I hope?" She asked as she played with his hair.
Naruto nodded shyly. Hinata's mom had full of energy, and at this time of night?
"Yesss mother." Hinata said rolling her eyes but looked back at her mother and blew a kiss.
"Good." The woman spun around walking back towards the door.
"No sex until you two are married. That was part of the agreement that was written." Both of them blushed furiously looking everywhere but at each other. Hinata's mother giggled as she closed the door lightly. It took them ten minutes before they 'tried' to look at each other again. When Hinata made eye contact with Naruto she just blushed and snapped her head to the other side of the wall.
" I th- I think ill be going now." Naruto said as he slowly rose from the bed. Just when he was about to leave though hinata grabbed his arm and yanked him down at her level. The two of them accidently bumped their heads.
"OOOW! Hinata!? What was that for." Naruto groaned painfully.
"Nothing Naruto." Hinata said sheepishly. 'Damn it the first try at kissing him was an absolute failure!' Naruto looked at her warily trying to understand why she did that so abruptly. Before he could think about the problem though his body jerked forward again by hinata's pull. This time their lips planted. Naruto's eyes widened as he looked at hinata with her eyes closed. He was amazed on how soft her lips were. He subconsciously pressed forward holding her head as she layed down with him on top of her. They parted from the kiss with both of their faces flushed. But Naruto surprised Hinata again with another kiss this time with their lips interlocking with each other. He pulled back again and gave her a peck on the lips and she returned the peck. After that Naruto stepped back with a huge smile on his face as hinata looked up at him seriously her face was still red with a blush. "I think its getting late Naruto. My mother is one thing but if father comes in…" She let the sentence trail off.
"Yeah your right. Ill see you later okay?" Naruto said sheepishly. He felt like he was leaving in a hurry but hinata was right. He didn't want to deal with her father.
"Ill take the window this time I don't really want to go through your whole family again to get out of the compound." Naruto said. He walked to the window but once again dragged back down onto hinata kissing each other. He pulled back wondering what has gotten into her. Whatever it was he liked it and he definetly wanted to experience more.
"Stay alive Naruto." Hinata said as she let him go.
"I will. You too." Naruto said as he walked away and climbed out the window. He looked back inside and waved. She smiled and waved back. Naruto then left leaving a swirl of leaves behind.
Naruto appeared just outside of his parents house noticing that their were new plants that has been planted during the time he was gone. Looked like his mother loved flowers and even planted a couple of trees. Naruto shrugged as he entered the house. He instantly smelled the food was being cooked and relized that he was starving. He made his way into the kitchen and found his mother right there stirring a spoon in a pot as she mumbled to herself as she added some seasoning.
"Hey Mom." Naruto greeted causing the woman to perk up suddenly. Her raven hair whipped around as she turned and smiled at Naruto.
"Hey! Guess what im cooking." She ordered him. The blonde scrunched up his face in thought taking In the detail of the smells.
"Chicken and Rice?" He wondered. The woman giggle and shook her head no.
"Ramen! With my special herb that only the Uchiha know how to grow!" She said as she clanked the spoon on the pot a couple of times to make sure none of the juices spilled out onto the stove. Naruto looked at the woman bewildered. He just realized how Hinata's mom was a lot like his mother. Full of energy. How she described the many spices she knew with so much excitement. 'Oh that's right she is a poisons expert that could rival Tsunade with her medical skills .Of course she knows a little bit about cooking.'
Naruto listened to his mother go on and on about spices for another ten minutes before she realized that she was doing all of the talking. "Heh Sorry baby. don't be afraid to change the subject when I get carried away like that. Your father does it all the time."
"Its okay mom. I was actually learning a bit about cooking with the things you were talking about. I don't think its right to cut someone off when their so passionate about something." Naruto said seriously as he stared at his mother.
Kushina just smiled at him as she went back to the pot. "Your sweet... But I know your tired you haven't gotten any rest since you've been in the village have you? So why don't you wash up and lay down a bit until the foods ready."
Naruto nodded. "I don't feel so tired but I know its not normal... It would be smart to get some rest just in case my body shut's down or something."
Kushina sighed. "Those eyes are a mystery Naruto. Your sister-" Kushina caught herself but she knew Naruto caught it.
"Sister? When were you going to tell me I had a sister? Did she die too?"
Kushina looked at Naruto with what he could see as slight regret. " Yes you have a sister and I wasn't going to tell you because I don't know how she's doing right now. Hell we don't even know if she's alive or not."
Naruto's mind went blank. He would never imagined that he had any siblings. But he could tell his mother was having trouble talking about it. The young boy straightened up. " Its okay Kaa-san. the day that you died was chaotic so I understand that you have doubts of her surviving."
"No I don't know what happened to her that day. I just know that she was training with her grandmother when everything happened" Naruto noticed her mood getting worse.
"Its okay mom. I will find out what happened to her. What is her name?" Naruto asked.
"Tatsi. Now why don't you go and get some rest ill call you when dinner is ready." She said turning back to her pot.
Naruto looked at her for a minute before walking off. He hated that his mom was in so much pain. It felt like a part of him was hurting because she was hurting. It was a connection that Naruto was not yet used to. The boy slowly made his way upstairs to his room. 'I still cant believe that im here in a house like this.' he went to his bathroom that was connected to the room and undressed. he hopped in the tub and turned the shower on. As soon as the hot water hit him he sighed deeply. He didn't take a shower since he left that hotel room in suna. He stood there for a couple of minutes enjoying the water running down on his body. After that he began to thoroughly bathe himself. It wasn't until about fifteen minutes passed before he decided to get out. He got dressed jumping in some slacks and a t-shirt. He then jumped in the bed putting his hands behind his head and closed his eyes. He began to inhale and exhale slowly. He began to clear his mind and completely relax his body. He did this until he fell asleep.
Kushina just finished up cooking she began to make Naruto and her bowl and made a to go plate to her husband that she was going to give when she had Naruto taken cared of. Thoughts of her daughter began to run through her mind. More now since she had her talk with Naruto. 'This will probably be the last time any of us can rest. I will be dispatched soon also... the people that's been brought back die again? looking at the full picture its pretty sickening that someone would do this... but it doesn't matter now. I want to see Naruto get old and have kids... and Tatsi… I just hope she's okay and no matter what she does i'Il be there for her.' As kushina was thinking this she made her way up stairs to Naruto's room. She reached the door and knocked gently but just loud enough that he could here it. She waited a few seconds but got no reply. She slowly opened the door and found her boy fast asleep. She smiled a bit and a bit of her depression left her when she looked at Naruto.
"Naruto." She said as she shook him gently. To her surprise the boy lurched up his golden eyes wide and alert. When he noticed his mother though he calmed down considerably.
"Sorry im a very light sleeper." He said softly.
Kushina rubbed his head gently as she gave him a bowl of steaming hot noodles. " No need to be sorry, in this profesion we need to sleep light. Eat then go back to sleep im going to go give your father some food then I will be relaxing too. It might be a while before we can rest like this."
Naruto nodded as he began to slurp up his noodles making his mother giggle at his table manners. "Eat more slowly Naruto! I will not have you embarrass me and your wife!"
Naruto cheeks heated up at the mention of his fiancé but then he remembered something. " Oh I forgot to tell you. Im a jonin now."
Kushina smiled. " that's good sweety. We might be on the same missions here and there. Ive seen your power. You can definetly handle yourself." The woman stood up and headed for the door.
"You being a jonin means your not a kid anymore... I know this isn't fair to say to a twelve year old but you must know that your duty to this village is too protect those that are less fortunate to have our kind of power and talents. If we loose one jonin do you know how badly it would affect konoah?"
Naruto shook his head no. Kushina sighed. " its like loosing our Kage. It affects the strength of this village greatly. If we lack jonin then our village is more susceptible of being run over. We are the pillars that keeps konoah standing. We must teach the ones that are lower in rank the strength to protect when we get old and feeble."
"Then what about anbu what are they for?" Naruto asked.
"They do the unforgivable to keep our village standing." she said.
Naruto nodded. "Ill let you go see father I don't want to let his food good cold."
Kushina eyes widened looking at the tupperware in her hands. "Good night Naruto." She then disappeared leaving a slight after image behind her. Naruto was very surprised at seeing it. He had no idea somebody could be that physically fast. He saw her move perfectly with his sight but he knew he would have trouble reacting to anything that she dished out.' your mother may have the title of jonin but she can easily take down a kage if they are not careful. that's one of many techniques she has at her disposal.'
'yeah I could see her but her speed would be to much to constantly handle. My agility and reaction time would be the only thing that would protect me. But I would have to think of something crazy to get a landing hit on her. Thats without the two paths that I could use of course. those two techniques are crazy strong and have limitless potential' Naruto thought.
'You forgot about that kaguya you've captured with that jutsu.'The kyuubi said.
Naruto mentally replied in the negative. ' No I didn't, I just don't see what I could use him for right now. He could make a great body gaurd."
'Or a great assassin. you need to think outside of the box brat. That will let you live a lot longer.'
Naruto didn't say anything after that. He just continued to eat up his noodles that his mother made for him. They tasted great. maybe even a bit better then the old man teuchi. Once he finished he summoned a clone and mentally ordered it to take it to the sink. When it dispersed after its job was done Naruto settled back down in his bed closing his eyes. He did the same exercise as earlier that easily put him to sleep.
Orochimaru was not a happy man at all. Ever since all but one of sound four survived caused the man to be more crueler in his experiments. (If that was even possible) What hurt Orochimaru's pride the most was that he could not detect the mark that was on Kimmaro. So the Snake like man had no choice but to agree when he got the report from Sakon. Someone somewhow knew a way to rid people of his curse marks. He had a good idea on who it was and couldn't help but shiver with excitement at the thought having whatever power Naruto had at his disposal.
But the boy was sure to have grown leaps and bounds these past couple of months and war was brewing so it gave the snake a perfect opportunity to strike. Since the sound four last defeat he replaced them long ago with other capable ninja more capable then the last batch. "I wont use them however... I will seek him out myself and take those eyes out of his sockets myself." Orochimaru muttered. 'However this jutsu that Tatsi used will bring me problems that I cant afford to be caught in... I have a lot of unknown enemys thanks to the brat! for now I will personally watch Naruto and study his abilities. Then I will work around a perfect time to strike!'
A man that was tall and lanky stood just outside the outskirts of Kirigakure. He could easily sense the battles going on in there and it was a battle royal going on in there right now. But the man didn't just sense fights going on in the village he could sense fights happening all around kirigakure. This man loved to fight. upUnlike his brother though he didn't kill for no reason, but he knew it was necessary. His brother was all power while he possessed all skill and technique in his fighting style.
'I wanted to approach the leaders of this village but it seems as if they are having a civil war...' the man gave a deep sigh. Kirigakure was the best place to start anew. It was a far away place from all of the shinobi villages. It was truly sad to see the village in the state that it was in. "I guess I have to do some research on what's going... I'll help the ones that are losing. My skill in battle will prove that I'm very valuable. My eyes are blessed by the gods after all" The man eyes morphed into the sharigan as he picked up a large source of chakra signatures a couple kilometers ahead of him. It was a wonder how he could see that far. Because the air was saturated with chakra but nevertheless he was able to accurately gauge where these people were positioned. He and His chakra was well hidden and he wanted to keep it that way until he figured out what was going on. The man disappeared with pure physical speed alone. He didn't use one drop of chakra as he traveled to the shinobi's destination. It took him about five minutes to cover about three kilometers from the fight that was still going on strong.
The trees ended in a almost perfect line revealing a clearing. This is where the battle took place. What the man saw was pure chaos. There was at least a hundred people fighting. The tall raven haired man stood on a branch watching the fight. There was currently four sides all fighting each other. Water jutsu was thrown everywhere causing the area to be filled with water. If the fight was to continue the way it was going the water was sure to flood the area due to the clay soil the inhabited the area. The man also noticed that a group were wielding sub elements. Bloodline limits just like him with his sharingan. They fought ruthlessly against the other three groups. One of them being a group fool of kaguya men and women. 'it would seem that I have made a terrible choice.' he thought.
Instead of two factions fighting it would seem like there are about three or four factions fighting. Minuses the kaguya of course since they were always looking for a fight and blooshed. They probably thought this would be there chance in taking over Kirigakure.' The man now knew how many were involved in this civil war but he didn't know who or what these factions were fighting for. Frankly he didn't want to get involved. But in his head he made it a choice to make kiri his home. Oh what a fucked up choice it was. However the man was no quiter. Making up his mind on his course of action he made his move.
Like a phantom the uchiha jumped straight into the battle. No one saw his movements as he slit throat after throat. People that died eyes widened in panic due to not being able to see who their killer was. And the ninja that saw their comrades fall were even more scared. They didn't see any movements. One after another they fell - on all sides. Some tried to run but none of them were able to escape the man's senses. He didn't stop until there were four people standing before him.
They all looked at the man warily. There was three men and one woman. One of them were a kaguya man and another one had acid for her bloodline limit while the other two were basic shinobi with standard skills but they were all on opposing sides. "You Konoah dog! What is an Uchiha doing here." The man to the left of him spat out. How he said Uchiha was as if he was disgusted by the word.
The tall Uchiha man however ignored his question. Giving them all a question of his own. "Why is everyone fighting each other here? While you guys fight another world war is starting to happen."
The Kaguya man scoffed. "You've showed us that your very skilled so I will answer your question Uchiha. Everyone has been revived including all of the mizukages. What's different about our history compared to konoah is that the title of mizukages is taken by force. The first and third Mizukage has already been killed. Their followers are now siding with either the second mizukages or the fourth. The fourth mizukage is a jinchuriki and his loyalist are spreaded real thin and then we have all of the bloodline users who are also likely to die out by this war"
The uchiha frowned. 'so it's true…I wasn't the only one revived.' Instead of thinking to much about it however he formed his next question. "what is the intent of these Mizukages?"
"Why do you wanna know Konoah dog?!" The man to the left of him asked angrily.
The Uchiha released some killing intent on the man causing the kiri shinobi to fall on his knee in fear. The other one around him began to shiver and sweat slightly. "that is none of your concern at the moment. If I wanted to I could kill you all in a blink of an eye just like how I took down all of your comrades. Now I will ask one more time. What are the Mizukages intent?"
The Uchiha released his killing intent watching as the four gradually began to regain their senses. The woman bloodline user was the first to speak. "I was born in the warring clan era." The woman said. The uchiha nodded. "me as well." He waved his hand gesturing for her to continue.
"At the time when the villages were beginning to form us bloodline user were given the most respect. That was until the damn kaguya joined us." She said the name with venom in her voice. "They attacked other clans that had no bloodlines because they saw them as weak and insignificant to the village. The first Mizukages was the first one to act. He killed countless kaguya dwindling there numbers to about three hundred. This was supposed to be there punishment. But the clans with no bloodlines didn't just see the kaguya as a threat they saw everyone else with a bloodline as a problem. Ever since that time period we had to watch our backs and watch our kids live In fear from the Mizukages purges. Mei has gave us hope in not just surviving our aggressors but prevailing."
The man to the left of the Uchiha chuckled slightly which then turned into a full blown laughter. "hahahahaha! You dirty blooded mongrels won't survive Yagura-sama. He will see to it that you all will be destroyed!" the man pointed at the other ninja that didn't possess any bloodline.
"the second mizukages may be powerful but he also has a bloodline. Yagura sama will be sure to put that man down as well." The uchiha looked at the talking man with annoyance, he despised fools like him… if Yagura was anything like this man and if what was said was true then this Yagura and his followers needed to die. The Uchiha looked at the other shinobi.
"speak!" He ordered gesturing towards the man that was besides Yagura's subordinate.
The man yelled in surprise when he saw that the Uchiha was looking at him waiting for him to speak. "Wh-what do you wanna kn- know?" The uchiha sighed his patience getting thin with talking with these people. Quite frankly he alread made his decision on who he was going to help regain Mizugakure. "who are you taking orders from?" The man swallowed a bit, his mouth was getting very dry. " Gengetsu Hozuki"
The Uhiha nodded. " I know this man very well in my days in Konoah. He was very barbaric in his rule. His free spirit gave you lot plenty of trouble when it came to Iwagakure." The Uchiha pulled out his sword again looking at all of them tremble. The kaguya however prepared himself for a fight sharp bone jutting out of his hand. But just as the kaguya took the first step his head flew off. Then the other shinobi that had no bloodline heads flew off landing with a hard thump.
The woman that had the bloodline limit that let her use acid was on her knees looking at the man with a great deal of fear. "Who are you? What does Konoah want with us!? Please don't kill me!"
The man sheathed his katana as he looked at the woman sadly. "I know I've killed your comrades but it was necessary to see who was right and who was wrong in this war. The mizukages that are out now are all trying to gain back their power selfishly without thinking about the citizens that live here… They destroy this village without ever thinking about it being their homes. But you the ones with bloodlines are looking for peace. I will give you that peace and in when my work is done I want to have refuge here."
The woman was still shaking. But she looked at the man in the eyes with more confidence now. "I think Mei sama would like to see you. You did kill our men but maybe if you explain things to her she will let you join us. But I must know who you are first before I even think about letting you meet her and threatening her safety."
The man nodded giving the woman a smile. "very understandable. My name is Izuna Uchiha…at your service."
