An hour later X finally reached the cutters land. Artemis landed on top of a cliff high enough to not be detected and low enough to see everything. It was mostly dark in the canyon but the Cutters has a great many lights around which were mainly just lighting bugs. "Let's get down a little lower" X said. Artemis obeyed and flew down just a little lower to reveal a massive group of ants. They had not seen it from above but here it was in plain sight. The ants were gathering for something big. It seemed that someone was standing on top of a rock down their. X reached into his bag and found some night vision goggles he had bought from amazon. He put them on and zoomed in on the scene as much as he could. He could not see that well but he could make out a person standing above the cutters. "Let's get down even lower" he said. "Alright but the lower we get the greater chance we are seen" Artemis said. They landed lower on another cliff. This time they could hear that the guy was about to speak by the ants clicking their big mandibles. X took out a small camera and started recording. He also took out something small that looked like a small package Artemis did not know what it was. /p
Cajet stood on the rock with only about a few thousand Cutters below him. They all stood in a massive formation. They all had neat and orderly lines that they had formed. Cajet prepared for raise his voice and speak to the crowd of crawlers with translator by his side. "My dear crawlers, today is a great day for you!" Cajet proclaimed. Continuing with his speech he said "I am Cajet and I am here to assist you to destroy the warmbloods! I hate the Regalian as much as you do, and believe me your Queen does as well and her word is your command, Your Queen has made me a general in your ranks, together we will wipe out all of the warmbloods with an endless reign between me as the King and lord of the killers and you as the servants of your mighty and beautiful Queen!" The ants started cheering a weird mandible clicking cheer. "Do not worry my friends, I know the secrets of the evil Queen Luxa and she and her warrior who wants to kill you will fall, I will personally kill them and raise my flag above the Regalian palace. The walls surrounding the city will be demolished. The flyers will be removed from their lands, the rats we will cut into pieces and the crawlers and spinners will be obliterated" Cajet said spreading his evil thoughts across the ant army. "And when we have burned the Underland to the ground with every creature kneeling to us? We will move into the overland because it's time we rule other lands as well as what belongs to us!" Cajet took a breath and continued "it is time for our glorious rise to victory! And we will start by killing the spies who have infiltrated your lands! Yes the bat and the killer trying to hide on that low cliff" Cajet said revealing the two's location.
Something was hurled in their direction and it skewered Artemis's wing. "Ouch!" Artemis said in a high pitches squeak. "Can you fly?" X asked Artemis. The ants were all rushing to the cliff they were on they only had seconds until they were on to them. "I can but not very well" Artemis said. "Than listen, take this" X said handing the camera to her. "Give it to Gregor he will know what to do, tell him it's a video!" X said. "What about you? I can carry you!" Artemis said. "No, you need to get the message to the humans and the others I'll distract them" X said even though it was pointless as cutters did not fly. Artemis did not want to leave him but he pushed her off the cliff and she flew naturally away. She had to admit she was not very happy about getting pushed by him. But she had to go now.
Cajet stop on translators back using him as a car. "Stop!" Cajet ordered as the ants completely surrounded X below. They stopped with X cornered. "Well if it isn't the new guy" Cajet said menacingly. "I'll make you a deal if I fight you and I win you will let me go" X said. "Sure come get me" Cajet said and jumped off translator and climbed up to the cliff. Cajet pulled out a sword. X pulled his knife. X signaled Cajet to attack. Cajet rushed at X and they both stabbed at each other. It was over. X felt tremendous pain as he was in shock. He looked down at his chest and indeed a sword was impaled in him. Cajet bent down and grinned at him. "Shocked? Got a sword in your chest? Don't worry I can help with that" Cajet said and ripped the sword out of X's chest" X fell to his knees with blood pooling at his knees. "Don't take my backpack" X said groaning. "I'm taking it" Cajet said placing the small package like thing in the backpack "goodbye X" Cajet said and the ants left him to die. X grinned what a fool Cajet was, he had taken the bait. "Yeah goodbye" X said as he took out his controller for one last push of a button. He pressed it.
Cajet rode on translator and took out the small package like thing. "What is this?" Cajet asked.
An explosion was heard by X as he slipped into darkness followed by the sound of angry Cutters.
