Royce took a seat in front of a suspected terrorist in a town outside Baghdad. A translator was in the room to help him. "You're going to tell me where you placed the explosives. You're going to tell me or I am going to pull out your finger nails and toe nails," Royce said.

The translator repeated what Royce said. The terrorist said nothing. "You see this uniform. No flag. I can do whatever I want to you and no one will care," Royce threatened.

"You're an American," the terrorist spat.

"You think so? I have no loyalties to anyone other than myself. I will kill you if you don't help me," Royce said and then placed a pistol to the terrorist's head.

The terrorist stared upward at the pistol pointed at his forehead. "I will tell you," he relented.

The translator worked with the terrorist on the location of the explosives. "I have the location," the translator said.

"Good," Royce said pleased. He then aimed and fired into the terrorist's head. "Let's move."

Royce took a squad in Humvees on the dirt roads. They entered the town and then raided the house supposedly filled with explosives. Finding the explosives, the squad placed the men on the ground. "So, what we're going to do is place our own explosive on this pile and blow it up," Royce told the men.

"Won't that destroy half the town?" one of the men questioned.

"Yeah, so?" Royce asked. "Better them than us."

Royce radioed his orders to the guards outside to bring the charges. "Copy that," the guard said.

As the squad member worked to get the charges out a small metal spike went through his neck. He immediately tore it out and found his throat bleeding out. He felt faint and fell to the ground. "Man down," the second guard said looking at wound and the spike. The Humvee gunner looked around for the source. A flash of light hit him turning the 50 Cal. into melted metal and blasting a hole through the gunner's chest.

"We're under attack!" the second guard radioed in. The other Humvees started driving in a zig zag pattern as they tried to find the source. The gunners started firing widely into the air not caring where there bullets landed. A flash of light hit a second Humvee tire disabling it.

"What the fuck is going on?" Royce demanded through the radio.

The second guard didn't have time to explain. He took cover behind a Humvee and looked for the source. Another flash of light caused the third Humvee to explode in a ball of fire. The remaining men fired into the darkness.

"Conserve your ammunition idiots!" the second guard yelled at them.

A flash of light from the opposite site hit the men killing them instantly. The second guard stared into the darkness. "You want a piece of me? Show yourself," he said walking into the open.

The air seemed to open up as the Yautja warrior revealed himself. "What the fuck are you?" the second guard wondered.

The Yautja warrior fired on the second guard blasting his right arm off disarming him. The guard clutched his arm in pain. The Yautja warrior then turned to walk away no longer interested. "Son of a Bitch," the second guard hissed.

He took a grenade and pulled the pin from his vest. He then ran at the Yautja and threw himself against him. The explosion blasted the second guard to pieces and knocked the Yautja to the ground with green blood everywhere. A second Yautja immediately decloaked and carried the injured Yautja warrior into the darkness.

Royce's squad came out and saw the Humvee wreckage. He then saw the light green blood on the ground. "They followed me," Royce realized.

"What the hell happened here?" a squad member asked as he saw the wreckage and bodies.

"They won't take me alive this time," Royce muttered.

"What is the plan? Should we withdraw?" a squad member asked.

"Jason right? No, we will lure them to us," Royce said.

"Lure who?" Jason asked.

"Everyone disarm. Throw down your weapons," Royce ordered. He threw down his rifle and his pistol. "No sport for them."

"With all due respect terrorists won't respect us if we disarm," Jason objected.

"We're not dealing with terrorists. Do you think they could have done this?" Royce said.

"Fuck that," one squad member refused. A flash of light blasted through his chest and out the other side killing him instantly.

The other squad members immediately threw down their weapons. "Come out cowards," Royce said taking out his long knife.

There was a pause and then suddenly three Yautja revealed themselves. "Long time no see," Royce said sarcastically.

"What is this Royce?" Jason asked.

"They're hunters from another planet. They're after me," Royce said.

"You can have him. Just let me go," one the squad members said throwing his hands up.

The Yautja threw his spear through the squad member's armor into his gut. "Catch me if you can," Royce challenged and then ran towards the village.

Jason and the other squad members stood their ground. "Okay, big guy. Let's dance," he said to the leading Yautja.

The Yautja walked up to Jason with his blades not extended. Jason put his boxing to good use punching the Yautja to the mid-section. The Yautja swat Jason down to the ground. Jason got back up and continued to punch the Yautja. The other squad members fared worse and when they were beaten down the Yautja sliced through them. One ran away and was hit with a blade dart.

Jason's fists were bloody with his own blood as he tried to punch at the Yautja's muscular chest. Jason was beat down but was not killed. The Yautja looked at each other. "Keep him alive. Take him," the Leader ordered. Jason was dragged away into the darkness.

The Leader then scanned the village in front of him and then cloaked himself. A second Yautja cloaked as well.

Royce kept his pistol and went back to the house with the explosives. He found himself dealing with a gathering at the house. "Get out of my way," he yelled at them. When they did not move he aimed his pistol at an old man and fired into his head. Royce shot a few more until he got into the house.

The Leader scanned the house Royce had fled into and saw the explosives inside. He then saw that none of those gathered around were armed. Royce waited patiently while putting a pistol to a boy's head. The Leader took out a device and checked his helmet. His partner also checked to make sure it was secure.

The Leader tossed the device near the house. There was a sudden high pitched sound that caused immediate pain to everyone nearby. Royce fell to his knees in intense pain as his ears bled. The boy with him also felt the pain and fell to the ground. The crowd dispersed from the house. The leader threw another device a distance away sending the locals a distance away. With the locals a sufficient distance away from the house, the two Yautja moved in.

The Leader went inside the house while the second was on guard outside. Royce could see the air disturbance as the Yautja walked inside. He placed the boy in front of him even as he fought the pain of the devices. The Leader hesitated with the boy in front of Royce.

"I'll let the boy go if you turned those damn devices off," Royce said.

The Leader agreed turning the devices off with a small remote. The sound went off. Royce then shoved the boy away. The Leader watched as the boy ran by him. Royce struck at the Leader firing his last bullet into his neck. The cloak came down revealing green blood spurting from the wound. Royce then sliced into the Leader's leg sending him to his knees. Royce then placed the blade at the Yautja's throat.

With the knife placed at the Yautja's throat, Royce then accessed the Yautja's right arm with his left. He activated the device to the surprise of the leader. The countdown began. "If I go so does this whole town," Royce said.

The Yautja tried to resist Royce but the blade was firmly on his throat. The second Yautja was informed of the Leader's injuries and distress call. He sent a signal to the Leader that the crowd was starting to come back. The Leader quickly moved his neck towards Royce's knife slicing his throat open. Immediately, the second Yautja saw the Leader's vitals falling. With the Leader dead, the countdown deactivated.

A thin rope was flung around Royce and pulled him across the room. Three blades suddenly sliced through his chest. "Fuck you!" Royce spat throwing a grenade at the explosives stash.

The Yautja withdrew his blades from Royce and looked at the explosives. He immediately threw vials of blue liquid on the explosives causing them to dissolve. The Yautja then threw himself on the explosives and activated an energy shield with his cloak. Royce limped away from the house bleeding profusely from his chest. The house exploded incinerating the two Yautja inside. The locals were knocked to the ground by the force of the explosion but were not killed.

The third Yautja found Royce struggling to get away. He picked him up and carried him a distance away from the village. Royce resisted the Yautja and was bleeding all over him. Finally, the Yautja placed Royce on the ground and took out a blue vial. He poured some of it on Royce's left boot dissolving his living left leg. Royce screamed in pain as the blue liquid dissolved his left foot, ankle, and leg. The Yautja then poured some on Royce's right hand dissolving it away.

Royce cursed and screamed at the Yautja. The Yautja paid no attention as he kept Royce pinned down. He poured some more on Royce's right leg dissolving the link between his flesh and the prosthetic. The Yautja then examined the prosthetic. Royce tried to crawl away with his remaining left hand. The Yautja watched him intently and then poured a few drops on his back. The blue liquid went into his spinal column activating pain receptors all throughout his spine. Royce screamed in agony and then his scream went silent as he ran out of breath. The Yautja then took out a knife and prepared to skin Royce alive.

The remaining crew on the Yautja ship activated a hologram displaying Lex. "Do you have my human?" Lex asked.

"We have him Princess," the new Leader said.

"Did you kill the other one?" Lex asked.

"He is dead but two of us were killed."

"I told you to be careful with this human. You underestimated him," Lex said.

"He threatened to kill defenseless prey. We were honor bound to take mortal risks," the Leader said.

"Very well," Lex said apathetically. "I have a new assignment for you."

The Yautja Leader looked over the assignment that included the location, the kill targets, and the mission to bring back specific female humans back. "As you wish," the Leader said.

Every day, the Prince would sit on his throne and receive visitors from his jurisdiction. Often no one would come, but the Prince remained on his throne with his wife in case anyone would show up. Occasionally a commoner would come before the Prince to inform him of a problem that needed to be solved. The ritual of coming before the Prince was mostly symbolic as the Prince received reports electronically on every petition sent to him. While the Prince showed up every day for a short time for this ritual he would have a new wife with him each day.

One day, a Yautja warrior entered the palace and knelt before the Prince. "What do you request of me?" the Prince asked bored.

"I request to speak to the Princess," the warrior said.

"Oh? Speak," the Prince said interested.

The warrior brought a case before Lex. "For you Princess," he said to her.

Lex opened the box and saw a perfectly bleached human skull. She grasped the skull and took it out of the case. "Was it a good death?" Lex asked.

"No, it wasn't," the warrior replied.

"Good," Lex said placing the skull back in the case. Lex then turned to a female servant next to her. "Take the top half of the skull off so I can drink from it like a cup," she ordered.

"As you wish Princess," the servant said taking the case away.

"Is that all?" the Prince asked.

"Yes, my Prince," the warrior said.

The Prince then motioned that he may leave. The Prince then turned to Lex. "How fortunate he was able to present his gift on the day you would sit with me," the Prince observed.

"Yes it is," Lex replied.
