A/N: Thank you for all of your nice notes and well wishes! Long story short, I have a nerve problem from a traumatic injury from my teens and it sometimes affects my range of motion in my hand and it completely gave out a month or two ago, so I had to have it operated on—again. A bummer, but I'm glad I'm back in order. A small warning: not that this chapter has anything that the rest of the story hasn't had, but the language is a little more bold than the rest. I hope that doesn't put anyone off. Thank you for reading, and I hope you enjoy this chapter—I've looked forward to writing it for a while. Enjoy!

Chapter 87

Fantasy

"What's this fantasy you mentioned earlier?" Olivia turned to face Alex, a mischievous smirk on her face. She watched as the blonde recoiled a bit, blushing and pulling the covers over her face to hide her bashful smile.

"Oh no! No backing out now." Olivia exclaimed when she pulled the covers down and playfully jostled the blonde next to her. "Just cuz you felt a little brave earlier doesn't mean you can take it back now." Olivia waited as Alex slowly lowered the covers and hesitated to speak.

"Well, I've always kind of thought…" Alex paused and took a breath. "Oh, never mind. It's silly." Alex withdrew and started to sink under the covers when Olivia caught her, wrapping her arms around her fiancée.

"You know…this is something I've never understood about you." Alex met Olivia's eye line, a questioning look on her face, waiting for Olivia to continue. "All this time, it's been me who was a little…" she kissed Alex's shoulder, making her way toward her neck, "shy about telling you what I wanted." She climbed atop the blonde, kissing her jawline before making her way to her lips. Before she kissed them, though, she hovered over them for a moment, whispering while looking into her eyes. "Do you trust me?"

Alex nodded slowly, a satisfied smile adorning her face. "Yes, of course."

"Well then, there shouldn't be anything you can't say to me, Alexandra." Ugh, the way she said 'Alexandra' made the blonde's legs tighten around her core in arousal. Before Alex could say anything, Olivia continued. "Like, if you want me to kiss you, tell me. If you want me to make love to you…say it." Olivia paused, and Alex closed her eyes and reveled in the feeling of the muscled cop hovering over her. She clung to every word, and she could tell more was coming from the detective.

"That's always been easy for you, though." Olivia took a breath and leaned down to whisper in Alex's ear. "I still remember the first time you told me you wanted me to fuck you." Alex's eyes opened and she smiled as she felt Olivia's whisper prickle down her side.

"Mmmhmm?" Olivia looked down on Alex as she asked this question in a singsong voice. Olivia smiled naughtily before continuing.

"So, Ms. Cabot…" she kissed Alex's neck, teasing her with her tongue. "There's no reason to be shy, especially with me." Olivia took a breath. "So I want to hear about this fantasy."

Alex smiled and waited until Olivia pulled away. She sighed, forming her thoughts. "It's not that I can't say what I want…" Olivia rolled onto her back and Alex immediately attached to her. The lithe, porcelain fingers danced down Olivia's sun kissed, toned body as Alex continued. "Like, if I wanted you to…" her voice shrank to a faint, seductive whisper, Olivia hanging on every word. The detective felt Alex's hand move south of her belly button and before she knew it, she couldn't decide whether to focus more on Alex's words, or the tugging between her legs. "Take this cock and bend me over and fuck my pussy until I screamed…" Olivia moaned through a shocked smile. "Trust me, I'd let you know." It was Alex's turn to wink at Olivia, and the detective could feel her mouth drop open. Alex leaned down and kissed Olivia's bottom lip, her mouth still not closed.

"So, detective, it's not that I can't say it. It's just…I don't know Liv."

"Why don't you just tell me about it, and then we can talk about any of your apprehensions…?"

Alex took a breath and sat up on her elbows, looking into Olivia's eyes. "Now that we're together, and we're going to be…forever…" she looked down at her engagement ring and smiled before continuing. "Sometimes I think about before…when I was back here and we were just working together…or when we were out as 'friends' or whatever."

Olivia waited for her to continue. "Ok…? I think about that sometimes too, Al."

"I just don't like that I didn't take advantage of some of the opportunities that I had when I had them. I mean, I guess I didn't know then that you felt the same way I did. But if I did…I would have done…well, a few things differently." Olivia began to understand and smiled understandingly, not wanting to make Alex feel like her request was silly.

"I get it." She ran her hand through Alex's blonde hair. "So tell me what you want sweetheart."

"Well, I was thinking that we could do a little role play." Olivia felt her eyebrow rise and sensed a lump in her throat. She didn't want to speak, because she knew her voice would crack if she dared to say anything at the moment. She waited a second and cleared her throat.

"Tell me what to do."

"Get up." Olivia stood up and awaited further direction. "Put on your clothes and your badge and gun." She started to move toward the couch, where she knew her clothes rested on the floor. Before she left the room, she pointed toward her core, a questioning look on her face.

"Hmm." Alex stood up and thought for a minute. "Leave it on." Olivia obeyed and walked toward the couch, pulling on all of her clothes. Alex did the same and watched as Olivia pushed the magazine into her firearm and holstered it into her belt, alongside her badge. The detective put on her socks and shoes and made sure she wasn't forgetting anything before she looked toward Alex.

"Alright, all done!" Olivia stood with her arms out, displaying her clothed body to Alex, eager to start whatever fantasy role the blonde had in mind.

"Looking good." Alex walked over to Olivia and kissed her lightly. "So, I guess I have to tell you what I want, huh?" Olivia nodded and held Alex around her waist. "Well, you remember the night we spent here together?" Olivia nodded. "I just want to replay that…does that make sense?" Again, the detective nodded.

"So, you just want me to do everything I did then?"

"Yeah. I just…I want to re-do it. Like it was brand new. You know?"

"I get it baby." Olivia smiled and tried to contain the excitement that ran through her veins, knowing she was about to role-play with Alex and add a new level of excitement in their sex life.

0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

There was a knock on the hotel door and Alex answered it, remembering when Elliot jumped to answer it the last time. Surprisingly, Olivia remembered exactly how it happened too, because she heard the detective say almost the exact thing she had so long ago, talking through the door.

"It's me, Olivia." Alex opened the door and ushered the detective inside, closing and locking it behind her. Olivia walked over to the table that the backgammon board was on and commented, pointing toward the empty table. "He beat you again?"

Alex scoffed and remembered back to what she had said so many years ago. "Like a rug." They both laughed nervously as Alex made her way over to the windows, Olivia following closely behind her.

The attorney took a deep breath in through her nose. "I wish these windows opened. I want to smell the city." Olivia racked her brain to remember what she said before.

"What? The diesel exhaust and garbage?"

Alex was so surprised at how well Olivia was playing this part—it was turning her on more than she had anticipated. She tried to continue, wanting to elongate this role-playing. "It's so quiet in Wisconsin at night." She chuckled a bit. "Sometimes when I get homesick, I hum the Mister Softee song."

Olivia had the same sympathetic smile on her face as the last time. "You making any friends?"

Alex had decided to change this part of her fantasy. "Not really…"

Olivia wasn't completely surprised by this change, but went with it, as Alex continued. "It's hard to be someone you're not…to hear people call you a different name…Emily."

Olivia thought back to the last time—this was when she handed Alex Connor's file. She would never admit to it, and knew Alex wouldn't ever either, and it was nice that they had that secret between them. She waited for Alex to continue, as it was her fantasy, after all.

"Well, detective, I should probably get to bed. Big day tomorrow." Olivia almost smiled at the irony—tomorrow was Alex's birthday in their real world.

"You'll do great, Alex."

"Thanks for the chat. It's nice to see you again, Olivia." She reached out and touched the detective's arm, patting it sweetly.

"Nice to see you too." Olivia walked over to the couch and kicked off her shoes, and set her gun and badge on the table. She turned on the TV to ESPN and lay back on the sofa, covering herself with a blanket and waiting for Alex's next move.

Alex went back to the bedroom and waited for a few minutes. She couldn't believe how wet she was, just playing the part with Olivia. It took her back to all those years ago, when they were so unsure of each other, but still so attracted to one another. She changed into a fresh pair of lacy underwear and pulled on a tank top, along with some pajama bottoms, thinking about how she wanted this to go.

Ten minutes later Olivia heard Alex's bare feet padding toward the small kitchen sink. "Oh! Sorry, detective. I didn't know you'd still be awake."

Olivia smiled and nodded toward her gun on the table. "Kind of my job tonight."

"Oh, right." Alex thought about the purpose of Olivia's visit that night so long ago: protective detail. "Well…" Alex filled a glass of water and walked over to the couch, sitting next to the detective, "I can't sleep. Care if I join you?"

"No, not at all." Olivia sat up and lifted the cover, inviting her to sit next to her. "Just watching the news."

Alex laughed. "This is ESPN."

"Oh, yeah. That's the only kind of news I watch." Alex smiled and looked toward Olivia.

"So what's been going on with you? How are things?"

Olivia wasn't sure how Alex wanted her to answer, but this was uncharted territory, so she just went with what felt right. "Oh nothing really. You know, a few things here and there, but not much."

"Why are you so mysterious?" Alex's voice moved an octave lower when she asked this question, and Olivia noticed.

"Not as mysterious as you, Ms. Cabot. You're the one in witness protection, remember."

"Ha. Oh trust me, I remember. I've been Emily for so long now that it's almost hard to remember how to be Alex."

"That's gotta be hard." Olivia looked toward Alex and felt the familiar butterflies that she remembered from a few months ago when they first divulged their feelings to each other. "I uh…I like Alex." The attorney looked toward Olivia and listened as she continued. "I mean, I guess I never properly met Emily, but…I like Alex. It's a shame you have to suppress her."

"Yeah…" Alex's voice trailed off.

"I'm sorry—did I say something…?"

"No." Alex looked toward Olivia's gun. "No, you didn't say anything." Alex couldn't help but notice Olivia's eyes tracing the outline of her unrestricted breasts under her tank top and she quickly found the detective's jawline sexier than she had earlier.

"I just wish I could come back to New York…you know, try cases again, work with SVU…although I have to admit, it's nice to get away from some of the detectives and defense attorneys I worked with before...not to mention the judges!" They both laughed.

"Yeah, I can be a pain sometimes." Olivia smirked and leaned forward on the couch, rubbing the back of her neck.

"Oh no! Not you…not you, Liv." The attorney's hand found Olivia's back and they both reacted to the touch. "If anything…I'd give anything to be back in New York just to be around you again."

Olivia turned around and looked at Alex. "What do you mean?"

"Olivia, how long are we going to pretend that nothing happened before I left for witness protection?" Olivia's eyes grew wide.

"Hopefully not much longer…" her voice trailed off and Alex closed the gap between them, kissing the detective softly.

"Mmm, not much longer at all. Kiss me, Olivia." The detective did as she was told before Alex broke the contact. "I only have one night back here Liv. Hopefully Connors gets convicted and then maybe I can be out of WITSEC, but I want to spend tonight with you. I've thought about you…about that night…almost every day that I've been gone."

"I've missed you, Alex. More than you know." Olivia pulled the attorney on her lap and they began to kiss passionately, tongues wrestling for dominance.

Alex pulled her tank top off and stood up to lower her pants, leaving her in only her lace thong. She climbed back on top of Olivia and grinded against her jeans before reaching down and grasping the detective through her jeans. She moaned in desire when she noticed the bulge. "Damn, Liv."

"You like that?" A sly grin pulled at one corner of Olivia's mouth.

"Oh yeah." Alex smiled and stood up, removing Olivia's bottoms quickly as the detective took care of her other clothes, leaving her naked, save the short black shorts holding the phallus into place.

"You ready to make this a night I won't forget when I have to go back to Wisconsin?" Olivia nodded and Alex sat atop her, aligning Olivia with her entrance.

She lowered herself down and both of them moaned in ecstasy. Alex smiled as she started a slow pace. Olivia looked into her eyes and wasn't sure if this was still part of the fantasy or not—Alex looked into her eyes with such purity and honesty that Olivia didn't really care either way.

Alex rode atop Olivia for several minutes until she came, shivering over the detective, wrapped in the strong arms under her. "Oh my god, Olivia. That felt so good."

"I know baby." She smiled at the attorney and waited for her to respond.

"Thank you for doing this, Liv. I really…really enjoyed it."

"Me too." Alex stood up, Olivia slipping out of her. They both rid themselves of any pieces of clothing they had left and made their way to the bedroom where they crawled into bed and pulled the covers up, cuddling underneath them.

Olivia looked at the clock and turned to the blonde next to her. "Oh, and happy birthday Ms. Cabot." She placed a soft kiss on Alex's temple.

"The last year you'll be able to call me that, huh?" This thought hadn't dawned on Olivia, and the detective smiled widely as she pulled the blonde close.

"I love you Alexandra."

"I love you too. Goodnight Liv."
