"God, what does Lord Ano want with these plans? They seem ridiculous! I mean seriously? A time traveling dragon gate? What would he want with dragons?"

"It's not our space to poke around in, Jackal. Don't forget to respect our Lord. He is the one who brought us back from the dead, after all."

"Ah, shut up, Ulquiorra. Don't act so high and mighty when you were assigned to scavenge this place with me."

"I was assigned to watch over you so you wouldn't blow the temple up. Now I'd hurry up before Lord Ano loses his patience."

"Fine! Alright, let's finish up in here!"

"Yes sir!" A platoon of soldiers plated in bright red and black armor rushed in and began tearing the large room apart, looking for blueprints, codexes, holograms, anything they could find.

The sound of lighting thundered outside the massive temple as the ground became unstable. In the years since the defeat of the Sith Eternal, the already dangerous planet of Exegol had become more and more deadly, perhaps caused by the immense shifts in force power caused by Rey Skywalker's battle with the dark lord Emperor Palpatine and his subsequent death almost 30 years ago.

"Sirs, we've finished scavenging. Would you like a report on our findings?" A trooper, whose armor had multiple black lines down the chest-piece of his armor (the insignia of a captain) approached the two.

Jackal's ears twitched. "Let's wait until we get back to the ship. I'm too damn bored. I haven't blown anything up for a while. He might wanna listen your spiel though so knock yourself out." He pointed towards Ulquiorra who looked rather unamused.

The former Espada put up a hand. "I agree. Let's conference on the Abyssal. For now, take your soldiers and get them back on the shuttle. Our job is done here."

"Yes sir!"

The two began walking through the large,

empty corridors of the abandoned Sith temple. Statues of old Sith Lords crumbled from the force of the lighting outside. The air was cold, and the entirety of the structure was colored a dark blue from the planet's atmosphere.

"When Lord Ano gonna make a move anyway? Doesn't he know that the New Republic has found out about us?" Jackal asked, still hoping he could blow up this whole temple so he could see the remains fall atop each other, one of his favorite pastimes.

"He does. But he knows they can't defeat us. We'll overpower them, and soon the galaxy will be ours. We'll even get the chance to have revenge on those who've killed us before."

"How'd you die, anyway?"

"I was killed by a man by the name of Ichigo Kurosaki. He bested me with a unique Hollow form that even the most skilled of our Espada would struggle with. To this day, I still feel regret for letting Lord Aizen down, for if I had killed him, we would've won the war, and the Soul Reapers would have been eliminated."

"Damn. That's tough."

"What about you, Jackal?"

"Some bitch shot me into the sky with a star beam thing after summoning some big mustache dude who destroyed our base."

"Seems like an inadequate death to me."

Jackal growled. "Watch it. She wasn't even that strong. I faced a fire dude who was way stronger than her before and he still couldn't kill me. God it makes me just... argh!"

Jackal sliced a hand in the air, blowing up the side of a hallway, leaving a massive crater. The two, as well as their troops, stood still after the action.

"Calm down, Jackal. You may just get your revenge soon. Lord Ano plans on ending the war as soon as it starts."

Jackal looked at him confusingly. "What? You think we're actually going to go to war?"

The group began to walk again. "Haven't you heard? Our intelligence says a man has decided travel to our worlds to make allies with those of our past. He hopes to strengthen the New Republic if they pledge their service to them. There's no doubt that a conflict is brewing, one that will be fought galaxy wide. But even if he's able to convince them, it still won't be enough to stop us. Lord Ano, along with Master Zeref, have promised us retribution in return for our cooperation. After that, we'll conquer all worlds. I'm sure nothing would make you happier than to kill the girl who defeated you."

"Ugh, you're right. Guess I can stay in line for a little bit longer. Hey look, finally made it out of this dump." Jackal pointed toward the sleek black shuttle that awaited them. The main body was in a pyramid like shape, with two huge wings folded upwards.

The main door opened as the team loaded up. Boots marched on the ramp as crates were brought it for carry-out. Once the final trooper boarded, the main doors closed and the engines began to rumble. The ship lifted up, it's wings folding down as it zoomed off into the blue mist that made up the planets atmosphere.

Like a whale in the ocean, a giant triangular ship slowly formed into view, white lights all over. Beneath it's shadow laid the remains of thousands of Star Destroyers, victims of those who had fought hard for their "freedom" and "peace".

Darkness had fallen, but now it had risen from the grave, ready to consume those blinded by the light of happiness.
