Hey guys I saw some Lonnie as She-Ra fanart, and I thought back to 'Cat-Ra' by Monokub. So, I thought, why not give it a go!?

I only own She-ra in an alternate universe.

S1 E1 The Sword Part One

The Fright Zone.

The City Home and Headquarters of the Horde.

With it's dark, jagged, metal buildings, and their gloomy insides, it would come as a surprise to the Average Etherian that children not only lived, but were raised in here.

Unfortunately, that was the case.

That was what had happened to Lonnie. She had been taken in when she was a baby, raised there, trained as a soldier from age ten, and sent out to battle when their training was complete.

She had been through three stages. She was Seventeen. It would at least be three more years before she would become a soldier.

She was on her way to a training session right now, actually.

She had brown skin, brown dreadlocks in a ponytail, and wore the standard Horde Uniform. Some Cadets were allowed to Customise their uniforms, but not Lonnie.

She came into the training room. She stepped into line just after Kyle, her classmate. Adora, of course, was there too, as was Rogelio.

"Psst! Have you seen Catra?" Hissed Adora.

Lonnie shrugged and mumbled "I dunno."

"Alright, recruits!" Announced Instructor Colbalt. "Here's your mission..."

Lonnie listened to every word, though with a bored expression. When evaluation was finished, the training began.

The four walked into the Simulated 'Woods'.

Lonnie turned her goggles on, in time to hear Adora yell: "Watch out!" As an energy blast came at them. Lonnie dodged to the side, and looked up, seeing a simulated 'Princess'.

She and Kyle went through some of the 'Trees', using them as Shields.

"Some on! This way!" Adora ordered, waving her hand.

The three followed the Blonde girl, climbing over a 'Tree Trunk'.

Lonnie went after Adora, Rogelio went after Lonnie, and Kyle went last, which proved to be his undoing.

A blast hit him in the chest.

"AAAahhhh!" He yelped, as he was blasted back.

The three rushed over, and when Kyle's training vest informed them he was out by a red 'X' on the screen, Annoyance seeped through Lonnie.

"Seriously, Kyle?" Asked Adora.

"Brah-vo." Sniped Lonnie, sarcastically, as Rogelio shook his head.

Everyone realised Kyle was looking past them, and looked to where he was looking.

"Seriously, Kyle!?" Snapped Lonnie, as the Simulated Princesses above them fired blasts at them.

"Run!" Yelled Adora, as the three who were still in the session activated their arm shields, which they held over their heads as they ran to the Boss point.

As they came to a halt, Lonnie noticed something.

"Adora!" She yelled, as a beep sounded, which alerted Adora to the trapped floor beneath her.

A bot came out of the floor. It was bigger than most.

A Boss bot!? This is just great! Thought Lonnie, as the goggles showed the Queen of Brightmoon.

As it sent blasts at them, Lonnie leapt to the side.

She lay on her side as Adora extended her Spear.

Lonnie watched as Adora dodged it's attacks, leapt up on it, and destroyed it's guns.

Then she saw the other classmate, the one who was always late.

Catra.

She saw Adora destroy it's head, then sprawl to the ground.

Catra simply walked up to the Robot, and pushed it into the hole it had come out of with her foot.

Lonnie sighed. She took off her goggles, got up, and walked away. The beep for the end of the training session went.

...

Lonnie sighed as she put her spear in her locker. She went over to Kyle and Rogelio.

"You guys okay?" She asked.

"Yeah! I'm good!" Said Kyle. Rogelio nodded.

"Kyle, you should take training more seriously." Said Lonnie.

"But I-" Began Kyle.

"I don't want to hear excuses. We're senior cadets now. If we're gonna pass, we should all take it seriously!"

Kyle gave up arguing, and began grumbling under their breath.

"So, you guys wanna shower, or just hang?" Asked Lonnie.

"I say we hang." Said Kyle. Rogelio growled in agreement.

They walked over to a balcony that overlooked the Skiffs.

"No-ones here..." Muttered Lonnie. "Can you guys imagine how cool it would be to ride one of these things?"

"Yeah!" Said Kyle, Enthusiastically. Suddenly, Rogelio Growled and Pointed.

"You're right, Rogelio! That IS Catra and Adora!" Agreed Kyle.

"What are they doing?" Asked Lonnie.

The three rushed to the platform.

"Hey! Guys! What are you doing!?" Asked Lonnie.

"Uuuuhhh... We are cleaning this speeder!" Said Adora, unconvincingly.

Catra shot a look at Adora.

Adora confessed. "Okay! We are gonna borrow this Skiff!" She yelled.

"WHAT!?" Gasped Lonnie.

"You are a terrible actress, Adora!" Hissed Catra.

"I know! It's the one subject I failed!" She stated.

"Adora, Catra, that is-" Began Lonnie.

"Can we come!?" Asked Kyle, and Rogelio growled in Agreement.

"Sure! Just don't tell anyone!" Said Adora.

As they clambered aboard, Adora asked "Are you coming?"

Lonnie groaned. "I am going to regret this" But clambered aboard too.

"Oh, by the way, Adora got promoted to Force aptain." Said Catra.

"WHAT!?" Yelled Lonnie, as the speeder... well... sped off.

...

"I take it all back! You're officially awesome!" Cried Catra, as they sped ahead.

"I can't believe you actually stole a Skiff!"

"Borrowed! Please don't make me regret this!" Replied Adora.

"Yeah, can we go back now?" Asked Lonnie.

"No way! I haven't driven yet!" Said Catra, as she pushed Adora aside.

"Woah! Save some fuel to get back!" Yelled Adora, as she tried to reassume control.

"That is a problem for future Catra and Adora! And the rest, I guess." Replied Catra, as she sped up.

Adora and Lonnie tried to take the stick from her, arguing with the Cat Girl as she did so.

Eventually, they all pulled back on the Lever as they saw an obstacle ahead.

The Whispering woods.

"What is it?" Asked Catra, as the Skiff slowly went in.

"I think this must be the whispering woods! They say there are strange old monster in there, and that the tress move when you're not looking. Every Horde Soldier they sent in there has never come out again." Explained Adora.

"Let's go in!" Said Catra, a manic grin on her face.

"Wait, WHAT!?" Yelled Everyone, as Catra sped up.

"Catra! Slow down!" Yelled Adora, narrowly ducking branches.

Then She saw something up ahead.

"Catra! Tree! TREE!" She yelled, grabbing the stick and taking them up.

Everyone held on tight as the Vehicle went up the tree.

Suddenly, a low branch hit Adora and Lonnie.

"Adora!"

"Lonnie!"

The pair fell down hitting a branch that broke their fall, and then hitting the ground. Hard.

...

Adora and Lonnie woke up.

"Urgh!" Groaned Lonnie, clutching her head as she stood up.

"You okay?" Asked Adora.

"Yeah-" Began Lonnie, as she saw something.

A Sword, with a gold hilt, a Turquiose blade, and a gem in the hilt of identical colour to the blade.

"What is it?" Asked Adora.

"I don't know." Said Lonnie.

Both girls found themselves... Drawn to it.

They both went over.

"Should we... touch it?" Asked Lonnie.

"Uuuuuhhhh..." Mumbled Adora. "Yeah, let's touch it!" She said, reaching out.

"Adora, Wait!" Yelled Lonnie, grabbing her friend's arm, and tripping over a root.

"Woah-!" She yelped, grasping onto the top of the sword hilt to stop herself falling.

A light emanated from the hilt.

She gasped.

...

A voice came from nowhere.

"Balance..."

Lonnie saw a planet with moons around it. Presumably Etheria.

"…Must be..."

A coastal forest.

"...Restored."

A pink glowing pearl-like object on a gold and blue pedestal.

"Etheria..."

The Sword.

"...Must Seek a Hero..."

A temple-like structure, covered in ivy.

"Hero, Hero, Hero, Hero, Hero, Hero..."

A female figure in white clothing and a red cape, her long white hair flowing behind her.

A Baby Crying as the figure half-looked behind her, her brilliantly glowing blue eyes glowing.

"Lonnie!"

A tall, Transparent Blue, light blue, and Indigo woman, calling her name.

"Lonnie..."

A baby cried again.

"Lonnie..."

...

Lonnie opened her eyes to see everyone standing over her.

She got up. "What happened?"

"You and Adora fell out after Adora flew it into a tree." Said Catra.

"No, you flew it into a tree!" Accused Adora.

"Up for debate. C'mon, let's get back."

"Wait!" Cried Lonnie. "Where is it, where'd it go?"

"Yeah, that's a good question!" Muttered Adora.

"What are you two talking about?" Asked Catra.

"There was a Sword!" Said Adora.

"I touched it, but then it got... uhhh... bright... and vision-ey"

"Visions? I didn't have any visions!" Said Adora.

"Are you two brain Damaged?" Asked Catra, grabbing Adora's face. "Don't be brain damaged! Shadow Weaver's gonna KILL ME!"

"We're not BRAIN DAMAGED!" Said Adora.

"It's here! Where'd it go?" Wondered Lonnie.

"Well, there's nothing here now, so C'mon, let's go." Said Catra.

"It must have been a dream." Said Kyle.

"At the SAME TIME!?" Asked Lonnie, sceptically.

"Yes!" Said Kyle. Rogelio growled in Agreement.

Lonnie sighed. "You're probably right." She muttered, as she clambered on.

Lonnie looked back for a while.

What had happened back there?

...

Lonnie did not sleep easily.

She kept seeing the sword in the Ivy.

She kept hearing her name.

"Lonnie..."

Lonnie woke up, falling off the top bunk.

She groaned. Nothing was broken, at least not this time.

She knew one thing. She had to find out more.

She wasn't used to disobeying Orders, or breaking rules.

But she had a feeling. It was like one of those extremely accursed itches that wouldn't go away.

She crept out, hiding behind a pillar to avoid a Security drone.

"Raaaahh!"

Lonnie turned to see Rogelio standing behind her.

"Don't sneak up on people like that, Rogelio!" She snapped.

Rogelio put a finger to his lips.

"Right." Lonnie whispered. "I have to find out more. I've got a sort of... gut feeling."

Rogelio made some more growling noises, grabbing Lonnie's face and examining it.

"No! I don't have brain damage!"

Rogelio gave a disagreeing Grunt.

"Look, I know I saw something! Cover for me!"

Rogelio shook his head, growling.

"No! You are NOT coming with me!" Lonnie Shout-whispered.

Rogelio took a big breath, as if about to roar loudly.

Lonnie groaned. "Fine! You can come!"

Rogelio gave a chuckle as they rushed to the Skiffs.

...

Lonnie and Rogelio landed at the sight. The Sword was there!

She rushed towards it.

She found herself being knocked back by some pink energy.

She looked up.

In her way stood the following:

A Tall, muscular boy with a dark complexion, Afro buzz hair, a crop top of white and gold with a red heart in the middle, a quiver of arrows on his back, and in his hands were a Bow and Arrow.

A Short, stocky girl with thick, bushy, short hair in a chopped bob and fringes, its colour pastel pink and sparkly purple, tanned skin, wearing a Dark purple leotard under a light purple tunic, a sparkling blue cape, and purple, pink, and light blue boots.

Rogelio rushed forwards, jumping on the boy, and wrestling him to the ground.

Lonnie charged at the girl, dodging a pink sparkly energy blast, and pushing her to the side, and grabbing the Sword.

There was a bright flash of light.

...

The woman, the transparent woman of blue and indigo, stood there.

"Hello, Lonnie." She said.

"What-?" Asked Lonnie. She wasn't in the woods anymore. She was in a place with walls of crystal.

"Who are you!?" Gasped Lonnie.

"I am Light Hope. I have been waiting for you, but I could not reach you until you had forged your connection to the Sword."

"You sent the Sword?"

"The Sword is meant for you. Etheria has need of you, Lonnie. Will you answer it's call? Will you fight for the Honour of Grayskull?"

"What are you talking about? What's going-?" But before Lonnie could finish, a bright light had shone.

Before Light Hope Disappeared, She said: "You will understand in Time."

...

Lonnie opened her eyes.

"What happened?" She mumbled.

"Quiet!" Said the Sparkly girl. "We ask the Questions here, Horde Spy"

"Technically, We're Cadets." Said Lonnie.

"What would CADETS be doing in the Whispering woods? In fact, how did you get so far in?" Asked The Sparkly Girl, Sceptically.

"We used the Skiff." Said Lonnie, Pointing.

"Oh. But why?"

"Hang on, are you a PRINCESS!?" Asked Lonnie.

"Yes. I am." Said the girl.

Lonnie burst out laughing. Rogelio did the same.

"Shut up!" Yelled the girl.

"Aren't Princesses meant to be Dark, Scary, and a lot taller?" Asked Lonnie.

The girl just growled, dragging Her onto the Skiff.

"We're taking you back to Bright Moon to be interrogated." She growled.

"This is Great, Bow! My Mum is gonna be so Impressed!" She squealed.

"I know, Glimmer!" Said Bow.

"I also thought Princesses would have more Scary Names!" Said Lonnie.

"Shut it!" Yelled Glimmer, as the Skiff sped off.

...

After half an hour, the Skiff began to splutter.

"What's wrong with it?" Asked Glimmer.

"It's almost out of fuel!" Yelled Lonnie. "If we don't get off, and soon, the Speeder's gonna crash, and take us with it!"

Lonnie and Rogelio had their hands tied, and could do nothing at the moment.

Bow steered the Speeder and landed it, just as it ran out of fuel.

They all got out.

"We'll go on foot." Said Bow. "It's still too far to teleport."

"Wait, You can TELEPORT!?" Asked Lonnie.

"I can Teleport." Said Glimmer.

"But she has to recharge." Bow confessed. "And she used up a lot of teleports getting to where we found the Sword."

"Bow!" Snapped Glimmer. "Don't tell them I have to recharge!"

Suddenly, they looked at something.

The remains of a village.

Lonnie and Rogelio stared.

"What happened here?" Asked Lonnie.

"Don't play dumb!" Said Glimmer. "I bet you were part of the raiding party that did this!"

"What are you talking about? We're Cadets! Besides, the Horde wouldn't do something like this!"

Rogelio let out a growl of Disagreement.

"Rogelio! How can you say that!?" Demanded Lonnie.

"Did you really not know about this? I mean, your army is called 'The Evil Horde'." Asked Bow.

"They call us that?" Asked Lonnie.

Glimmer growled, before walking into some bushes.

Rogelio growled something.

"What'd he say?" Asked Bow.

"He says... that it makes sense, seeing as they did tell us everything we think about this war from birth." Explained Lonnie, slowly. Was it really true?

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!" Glimmer came out, screaming.

"Something's out there! Something BIG!" She said.

"How big?" Asked Bow.

Out of the ground came an insect-like creature.

"Okay, so pretty big then" Bow muttered.

The creature swung an arm at Glimmer, but she vanished in a shimmer of pink light and sparkles, and reappeared a few feet away, on a tree branch.

She jumped onto the creature's head, and let out pink energy that did not even seem to be alerted to the creature.

Glimmer fell down.

The creature charged at them. Everyone dodged.

Lonnie saw Glimmer drop the Sword.

She grabbed it, and was about to beckon Rogelio to come with her, when she saw the Lizard-man breaking his rope bonds, which he did not do earlier, for some reason, and attack the creature.

"Great, now I have to help them." Lonnie grumbled.

"Hey! Bug-breath!" She yelled.

She held up the sword, and dropped it.

"Gah! Where's the flash of light!?" She groaned, picking it up again.

She raised the sword to Block the Creatures's arm attack.

As the arm point and the sword connected, the blinding flash of light happened.

...

"Lonnie?"

It was Light Hope.

Lonnie saw a pink, gold, and white lakeside castle.

A flaming object which looked like a meteor hitting a desert.

"Lonnie..."

The ivy-covered temple, except glowing and with less ivy.

Light Hope, saying "Lonnie."

A grassy field, with a purple spiralling hole in midair, and a baby screaming.

The figure from before, but shadowed by the golden light behind her, holding the sword up.

"Would you fight fot the Honour of Grayskull?

...

Lonnie was back again, with Light Hope's words Echoing in her mind.

"Honour of Grayskull...

"Honour of Grayskull...

"Honour of Grayskull?"

Lonnie Grunted, and by instinct, yelled:

"FOR THE HONOUR OF GRAYSKULL!"

The Blinding light happened again.

Bow, Rogelio, and Glimmer Shielded their eyes.

They looked as the Creature bowed to Lonnie.

She had been transformed.

Her dreadlock ponytail was gone, replaced by shimmering Platinum blonde hair that was let down.

Her clothes had been replaces by a white dress with a six-pointed golden flower symbol in the middle.

She was at Least 8 feet tall.

On her back was a knee-length red cape.

This was She-Ra.

...

Whoo! Hope that didn't drag along a bit!
