CONGRATULATIONS roban05! Ooh, you're good! Perfect speculation!
NOTE: Though a Trojan Horse is real, I have not a clue as to if someone could actually hack the FBI through this mode, nor how I describe how they got the information is even possible. Purely for story. I honestly got this idea from seeing my security on my computer blocked a Trojan Horse! :)
TRIVIA: Why is Tara considered expert help? (episode comment reference; she said something in an episode that describes why)
BONUS: Who do you think is the unsuspecting employee? Jack's response is a clue. (Clue: it is a show character, not an ACC)
?-?
"So someone hacked into the FBI?" Myles asked in disbelief.
"Yes. In the most conceived way ever; something that the average person, and average spyware wouldn't catch." Mya replied, a glint of success in her eyes.
How on earth did this even happen anyways?" Jack asked, not believing her story either.
"The infamous Trojan Horse." She replied.
"What, like what the Romans did?" Myles asked, confused.
Mya nodded. "Yeah, just the online version. Some poor unfortunate FBI employee was perusing the internet when they came upon the Trojan Horse, completely unsuspecting that something was downloaded on their computer. Then, the people behind the Horse watched what the employee did, and was then able to hack the system, leaving the system unusable to us. That's why I was having such a hard time with it on Monday."
"So, did we let this Trojan Horse in?" Sarah asked, worried.
Mya shook her head. "No, probably not. I haven't been able to track that, so it could literally be anyone in this building."
"OK, so these kids hacked the FBI. What of it? How does this affect what they did?"
Mya smiled widely. "That's where it gets interesting." She paused for suspense. "The system that they hacked? It's indirectly connected to the system that keeps track of money trucks. The perfect back door."
Jack nodded, taking it all in. "Great theory. How do we prove it?"
"I can try and track it. It might lead to the person, and the Horse."
"Do that, please. I'd love to get them more than robbery and counterfeit." Jack replied.
"I will need backup, though." She said, smiling slightly.
"Bring whoever you need." He replied.
?-?
"Why, hello there!" Myles said, seeing the group that walked into the bullpen.
Jack looked up, surprised at what he saw.
Sue smiled through her clear mask at him.
"YOU DO-DO HERE?" He signed.
I called them. Well, Tara, actually. Sue just wanted to come along." Mya explained, signing as she spoke.
"And Tara's your expert help." He confirmed, also signing.
Mya nodded in reply.
"Well, get to work! What are you doing just standing around and talking?" He asked.
The two tech women smiled, then went off to figure out the origin.
"HELLO AGAIN." Sue signed once they were alone in the corner.
"HELLO." He replied. "YOUR DESK, SIT HERE."
She slightly smiled, walking to her desk. "THANK YOU."
"Boy, you two do make a lovely couple." Nora said, walking up to the two. "Maybe I should include something like that in my story. If fact, I should." She replied to herself, walking over to her temporary desk to grab her notebook, then walked back, writing as she walked.
Sue looked at Jack and slightly shook her head. He interpreted what Nora said, since she didn't have a clear mask.
"Oh yes, that's right. You read lips." Nora said, seeing Jack sign. "You can't understand with masks on."
"No, I can't." Sue replied once Jack interpreted. "That's why my friends have clear masks. So it's a bit easier for me to understand."
Nora nodded. "Good idea. I should probably get one too, shouldn't I?"
Jack interpreted. Sue smiled at her in response.
?-?
"Hello, you two." Carla said as Sue and Jack walked into the house that evening.
"Hi, Mom. Is dinner almost ready?" Sue asked as she hung up her jacket.
"Of course." Carla replied, walking back into the kitchen.
"READY EAT?" Jack asked.
Sue nodded, the couple walking hand in hand.
"Hi Bob, how are you today?" Sue asked as she sat down at the table.
"Good, as always." Bob replied. "Especially when your Mother's food is involved."
She smiled her response just as Carla brought out the food.
"Dinner is served."
Sue looked around at the food. "Looks good!"
"Dig in." Carla replied. "After, a prayer." She added, raising a finger.
They all bowed down to thank God for their meal.
"So? Have you two thought more about your wedding? I haven't seen both of you together for a while, and there's no time to ask when only one of you is here!"
"Yes, we have." Sue reservedly replied.
"And?" Carla anticipatedly asked.
"We decided we're having the wedding in the backyard of, of our house." She replied. It was still weird to say that.
"The backyard?!" Carla exclaimed.
Bob waved. "That actually sounds really nice. Intimate, only your closest friends and family."
Sue nodded, grateful that one of them understood.
"I guess." Carla sighed. "It sure saves on bills."
"Yes, and then every time I go in the backyard, I will think of our special day." Sue replied, quickly glancing at Jack, who was smiling at her. She smiled back.
"Alright," Carla started, reluctantly accepting their decision. "We've got the location, a general guest list, the date, now all we need to do is catering, and design. I really think you should get a wedding planner, especially now that we are doing it at home. At least with a hall, they've got people to do that kind of stuff. At home, it'd just be us. What kind of food do you want?"
The couple looked at each other.
Jack shrugged. "Anything is fine with me."
"Me too." Sue agreed.
"Well, you need to decide something!" She replied, exacerbated.
"We'll think about it, OK?" Jack suggested.
Carla nodded, then rambled on, talking about other aspects of the wedding.
"Wedding planner," Sue mused, not looking at her Mother. "I know someone!" She exclaimed, getting up and taking her phone out of the room to make a call. Everyone stared at her leaving, and continued to stare until she came back about a minute later. "What?" She asked.
"You, you just walked out on us." Carla replied, dumbfounded.
"One of my friends' friends is a wedding planner, and I thought I'd call her. She's coming over tomorrow evening at 6!" Sue explained.
"That was fast." Carla said.
Sue smiled. "That's what happens when you know people."
Just then, Jack's phone rang. "Yeah, Mya, you got a name?" He anticipatedly answered. A few seconds later, he was laughing. "No way." He paused for Mya to speak. "Figures. Alright. See you in the morning, it'll be so nice to bust him!" With that, he hung up.
"She found out who it was?" Sue asked.
Jack nodded, still chuckling. "Yeah. And you'll never guess who it is."
