As of the last chapter I am acknowledging the cannocity of the Mangekyo Sharingan here, but he will not be fully aware of it as his use is chiefly unconscious in it's use, which has a number of problems the longer he uses it subconsciously and remains unaware. Also, Last time it was easily my second Largest Chapter ever, and I DO MEAN EVER! I wrote 4,231 words in one chapter!

Kitani hadn't expected Ino or Team Asuma so soon, so he chalked it up to him still dreaming. That is until a woman with a striking resemblance to Lady Mikoto appeared. ''Ah your awake, good, your friend refused to leave your side, maybe now she'll be able to rest up properly.'' Says the woman, before catching the look Kitani is giving her. ''Is something the matter?'' She asks.
''What? Oh, no sorry, it's just you remind me of Lady Mikoto, before the Massacre she was our Clan Matriarch, I relive her death every night.'' Says Kitani. ''Along with the rest of the Uchiha Clan.'' Kitani adds sadly, to which the woman gives him a sad smile.
''How did she die?'' Asks the woman. ''Her eldest son killed her and Lord Fugaku, her husband and the Clan Head. For this act and taking the lives of the Uchiha Clan, Itachi was forevermore known as Itachi the Clan-Killer. Only myself and Sasuke are the only living Uchiha still loyal to the Leaf.'' Says Kitani, as Ino Stirs.
''Wah? K-kitani? Kitani your awake?!'' Ino practically squeals as she hugs him. ''Why didn't you tell me you were so ill?! I would've helped!'' Says Ino sternly.
''Ino...can't breath.'' Says Kitani, and Ino quickly releases him, giving him an apologetic smile.
''Sorry.'' She says in embarrassment.
''It's okay, but you wouldn't have been able to help anyway, since it resolved around my Clan's Kekkei Genkai. See, the Uchiha Clan has always had two Kekkei Genkai, the Sharingan and the Mangekyo Sharingan, because I remained unaware of the Mangekyo, my body was struggling, fighting against itself. I met someone, and they helped me understand what was happening to me.'' Says Kitani as he shows her his Mangekyo Sharingan to prove his point. ''So what's been going on?'' He finally asks.
''I'll tell you over breakfast.'' She says.
A lot had happened, apparently a Kiri Hunter-Nin had interfered in his fight with Zabuza and dropped him with Senbon Needles to his neck before doing the same to Zabuza. Causing Kakashi to believe Zabuza survived, since the Hunter-Nin's actions defied the Standard Operating Procedure for Hunter-Nin of the Hidden Mist. Naturally Kitani was eager to continue his fight with Zabuza, only to get bonked on the head by Ino. With the exception of Choji and Asuma, and of course Ino, Shikamaru was representing Team Asuma in training with Kakashi. Choji was enamored by Tsunami, Tazuna's Daughter, or more precisely, her cooking. Asuma and Kakashi had decided one of them should stay with Tazuna and his family, and Asuma got selected, Ino was Ino, and refused to leave his side. So that left the Lazy bum of the Leaf who's test scores were higher than Naruto's.
A small meal later and Kitani sat on the porch with Asuma, while Ino and Choji argued about his appetite. ''So, what's changed since you last saw me?'' Asks Asuma, smoking one of the special cigarettes Kitani made for him.
''I learned something. Father, he is dead I k ow, but his spirit didn't pass on, he came to me, told md the real reason mother left, and gave me permission to dig up his corpse and take his eyes.'' Says Kitani, hands on his chin.
''Oh? And why would he do that?'' Asks Asuma, an eyebrow raised.
Kitani sighs deeply, looks at him, activated his Mangekyo Sharingan and lets its sink in. ''He said I awoke it during Itachi's Massacre, but because I was unaware of it, it made my body ill. Supposedly I can use the Transportation Technique, a Short-Range variant at least. He also theorized I may be able to utilize Kotoamatsukami as Uncle Shisui and he Could, or perhaps the Amaterasu Itachi, Grandfather, and Father were famous for, part of how grandfather became the Demon King of The Hidden Leaf.'' Says Kitani.
''I see, I understand you used a Kekkei Genkai in the fight with Zabuza?'' Asks Asuma.
''No, I may have created it by coincidence of using the Chakra Nature's involved, but I did not in fact use it. Besides, we both know I have access to the Lava-Style, but Scorch-Style? I don't know if I can Uncle Asuma.'' Says Kitani.
''Kitani, you know your grandfather was a Scorch, Explosion, Gale, Vapour, Lava, and Magnet-Style user, your father inherited the Scorch, Lava, Gale, and Magnet-Style from him, who's to say your grandmother didn't give you anything? I mean she was half a Hyūga, so you can potentially awaken the Byakugan.'' Says Asuma.
''That's true I suppose, but I don't know if I should try to get Scorch-Style, Lava-Syle is hard enough, you know how piss poor my Earth Chakra use is, so it's mostly just fire.'' Says Kitani.
''Listen, your one of the Few in History able to use more than the rare two of all Kekkei Genkai Variations. As The Jinchuriki to the Four-Tails, you use Molten Lava as your primary Lava-Style Component. However, your grandfather specialised in Vulcanized Rubber and Acidic Mud, something more common to Kumo and Kiri respectively. Your father himself used it, but was particularly adept in the use of Corrosive Quicklime or Volcanic Ash. You yourself use The Rubber, Mud, Molten Lava, and Quicklime, who's to say you don't have access to Volcanic Ash too?! And if thats true, your potential is likely to be far higher since you have access to wind and one of your Affiliates is Fire.'' Says Asuma.
''Even so, I am Genin, this discussion is a moot point until Chunin at least.'' Says Kitani, as he stands, and rubs his neck. ''I'm gonna go do...,whatever.'' Says Kitani, the sudden deaths of the Demon Brothers coming to the forefront of his mind.
After he's gone Ino comes out fully frazzled from fighting with Choji over his appetite. ''Hey Sensei? Your Kitani's Godfather right?'' Ino asks somewhat shyly.
''One of them, yeah, why?'' Asks Asuma.
''I was wondering what happened to Kitani's Clan, I know his father died fighting the Nine-Tailed Fox until the Fourth Hokage was able to, but how did his Grandparents die?'' Asks Ino.
''Do you want the long or short version?'' Asks Asuma after breathing deeply.
''Long, I want to know everything.'' Says Ino firmly, hoping the insight will let her get closer to Kitani.
''The Village Hidden in the Leaves was founded by Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha, Madara sought to always empower the Village, Hashirama sought for peaceful coexistence with the other Four of the Five Great Shinobi Nations. Convinced that Hashirama's methods would put the Village at risk, Madara sought the hand of the Heiress to a Famous Clan. The union produced Lord Kurotana, the man who would become Known as the Demon King of The Hidden Leaf. His tactics, Jutsu, and Visual Prowess protected the Village for years.'' Says Asuma, pausing to allow Ino to let it sink in.
Once satisfied He takes a deep breath before continuing. ''Kurotana married the younger sister to Lady Mikoto Uchiha, Mikoto was the Clan Matriarch, and The mother of Sasuke. Their union bore Shisui of the Body Flicker. It was a rather short marriage however, because Lady Isaela died protecting Hinata Hyūga from the Cloud. Kurotana was outraged, when the Cloud Council refused to honor Kurotana's demands for reparations, he challenged the Raikage to Single Combat. Lord Hokage didn't sanction the Duel and sent a Team to recover him. Unfortunately they were too late to stop it. The only problem was, by the time the Team arrived, the fight was underway. Only one team member got in the way. This earned the respect of the Raikage who said it'd be continued in the Next War. Kurotana later married that woman. She died in childbirth, Kitani's Father Kuroki was born. Do you still wish to here the bloodstained truth?'' Asks Asuma.
''Yes.'' Says Ino, but in truth, she was no longer certain.
''Very well. I don't know the full details, but the short version is Sasuke's older brother Itachi, massacred the Clan, Starting with his own girlfriend. He spared Sasuke, but actually tried to kill Kitani. Through Sheer force of will, Kitani survived.'' Says Asuma.
''Actually, that's only half the Story.'' Says Kitani's voice, as he hobbles into view, caked in blood. Most of it not his own. ''It's not my blood...mostly.'' Says Kitani as he drops to his knees. ''Uncle, get Kakashi, We're no longer fighting one Seven Swordsmen, we're fighting three.'' Says Kitani as he collapses forwards, his back a mix of cuts and sword wounds.

Kitani found his way to a small clearing, he immediately threw up. ''Why do we get the shitty end every time? You two can come on out, Your not very good at hiding sadism.'' Says Kitani. Two figures exit the shadows, one is a man who had long, brown hair, a long beard which he wore in strands adorned with beads and his lips were also noticeably dark in colour. The top of his head was wrapped in bandages, and he had an eye-patch covering his left eye, sprouting from under his Kirigakure forehead protector. His right eye is violet, and he wore an extremely loose, long-sleeved pin-striped shirt and black pants, accentuated by the presence of striped leg-warmers matching his shirt and sharp teeth. The other is a Man with a very thin and tall in stature, which gave him an overall gangling appearance. He had long, shaggy, straw-coloured blond hair and his face was concealed by a white, porcelain Anbu mask, with a green-coloured triangle on its lower half, slits for eye-holes and Kirigakure's symbol etched into the top. His attire consisted of a sleeveless black shirt, matching pants, complete with a waist-guard, and Kirigakure's striped wrist and leg-guards. ''It cannot be, your both supposed to be dead, but then so is Zabuza. I know that Hunter-Nin was working with him, I can only assume he's an orphan taken in.'' Says Kitani.
''You'd be right, my name is Haku, I've been observing you Kitani Uchih! Heir to the Demon King of The Hidden Leaf.'' Says the Hunter-Nin who is a girl. (yes, I am well aware that Haku's a dude, just bear with me here.)
''Huh, your Chakra is Waterband Wind, given your Village of origin, and the fact you've thrown in with Zabuza that'd make you a survivor of the Kekkei Genkai Purges, which given your Chakra, means Ice-Style. As for your compatriots, Kushimaru Kuriarare and Jinpachi Munashi, both known for extreme cruelty.'' Says Kitani As he activates his Sharingan.
''We're here not to fight, but to talk. Join us, and we will help you avenge the Uchiha Clan.'' Says Haku, with a hand out.
''See you say that, yet there's fifty Thugs of Chunin Rank surrounding us. Besides, If I can't have the Executioners Blade, I'd settle for Shibuki and Nuibari!'' Says Kitani as he Charges the three with his Katana Drawn. ''Extend!'' Says Kitani as the Katana extends and he quickly looks to Kushimaru, and records his Hiding in the Mist Jutsu before cancelling the technique to reach him. Kitani is intercepted by Jinpachi and his Blast Sword Shibuki.
''Explosion!'' Says Jinpachi, the Blast Sword detonates and Kitani has little choice.
''Kamui!'' Says Kitani as he uses his Mangekyo Sharingan's Kamui to defeat the attack. Kitani's eye bleeds profusely as a result, but he pushes through the Pain. ''Shark Attack!'' Says Kitani as his Katana immediately begins to move with a mind of its own and launch a continuous attack against the two Swordsman. Several of the Chunin Enemy Ninja take advantage and attack him, but Kitani ignores the pain to foucs on the two. Kitani doesn't register the Sword through his shoulder, specifically the Sewing Needle Sword, Nuibari, until Kushimaru reels him in. ''No.'' Says Kitani as he sends an Electrical Charge along the Wire in the Sewing Needle shocking Kushimaru. Kitani quickly yanks on the Wire and brings the Sewing Needle to his Hand. He spins the blade, in spite of the wire cutting through his muscles and sinew. He uses Fire-Style to cut the wire free and cauterize his wound after pulling the wire out.
''You have no right to that Sword!'' Shouts Jinpachi, who charges blindly, and Kitani Cuts his Arm off from the elbow as he charges. Before hurling the Nuibari at Kushimaru. Kitani added Lightning-Style to the Sewing Needle Sword for additional good measure. It misses unfortunately.
it's at this point that Kitani realises his situation. ''So be it!'' Says Kitani As he calls upon his Mangekyo Sharingan to use its second Ability. The result is the Black Flames of Amaterasu, which he directs to full effect.
Kitani breathed heavy and hard, Fifty Rogue-Ninja of Chunin Rank lay dead, his eyes hurt bad, they were bleeding from repeated use of Mangekyo Sharingan and Amaterasu and Kamui, his Entire body hurt, riht down to his Cells. He forced himself back to the House, using the Katana as a crutch. As he nears the house he hears Ino and Asuma discussing something.
"--Do you still wish to here the bloodstained truth?'' Asks Asuma.
''Yes.'' Was Ino's reply, but the lack of Certainty was evident.
''Very well. I don't know the full details, but the short version is Sasuke's older brother Itachi, massacred the Clan, Starting with his own girlfriend. He spared Sasuke, but actually tried to kill Kitani. Through Sheer force of will, Kitani survived.'' Says Asuma.

Ino was caring for Kitani, fretting over him like a mother would her child, and surprisingly Sasuke himself was deeply concerned. It would be a while before Kitani got back up again...

Shorter chapter I know, but this took a lot out of me, The Poll for Kitani's second Mangekyo Sharingan Has officially closed and a new one to determine which Mangekyo Sharingan he should dig up to transplant when or if his Eyesight deteriorates enough. I may decide to do a double so keep it in mind, and some of the Sharingan if selected will be used to determine if the Mangekyo in question has no known Abilities to get a poll to determine the abilities!
