Dear Diary,

My name is Ariel Sophia Swan. I have a younger sister called Bella. She used to date a vampire called Edward Cullen, but he left her alone in the woods. Why he couldn't just break up with her in the house. I do not know. It would have been much less stressful for everyone else.

Well this were absolute rubbish for a while. Bella was basically a zombie. I haven't slept well in months until now. My dad asked me to stay at nights to try and help him ger some rest. We would take turns consoling Bella. Kind of like what parents do with a baby.

I have my own three bedroom house. My part time job became full time. I work from home as a blogger. I moved to my own place after graduation. Dad helped me set up, getting the deposit and stuff like that. As a graduation present.

When Bella and Jacob Black became close friends. That was great. Dad and I could sleep again. We were much less stressed. Life was turning for the better.

Until Jacob stopped getting in touch, stopped being Bellas friend. The prick. No warning. So now Bella for some reason is dragging me to La Push to confront him.

We got to La Push in record time. It was raining which is typical for Forks. We saw Jacob walking in the rain. Looking miserable and angry.

"Maybe we should come back Bella. He doesn't look too happy right now"

"No. I need to do this now" Then Bella opened the door and ran towards Jacob. I decided to just watch and only come out when necessary. Which only gave me around five minutes before the two of them started arguing. Great.

I jumped out of the truck and ran towards them. I got between them.

"Woah, woah. Right guys, chill. What's up?" I said looking between the two of them. First Bella and then Jacob. he met mine. Thw world seemed to stop for a minute. He looked happy then he scowled angrily at me.

"IT WASN'T MEANT TO BE YOU!" he screamed at me. WTF! is he on about. I literally just came over.

"The fuck Jacob. I just got here. What was that about? I just came here to help Bella and you" Before he could reply I noticed Bella was gone, I turned around and saw Bella approaching and shouting at Sam, Paul, Jared and Embry. I face palmed and ran after her. Jacob wasn't my problem anyway.

"Bella what are you doing?!" I screamed at her running towards her. I made a grab for her but I was too late. She punched Paul. Can't she not see how he could squish her like a bug. He began shaking and growling. I slowly backed away. Then Paul exploded into a giant grey werewolf. Holy shit!

Bella then turned screaming for Jake to run, accidentally bumping me and pushing me into Paul. At least I hope it was an accident. I fell flat on my face. Hearing growling I looked up face to face with Paul. I met his eyes, they went from angry to soft. I scrambled up onto my ass and crawled backwards. I heard a growl and ripping behind me. I turned my head and saw a reddish coloured wold charging towards me and Paul.

Paul growled again and stepped in front of me as if to shield me from the other wolf. Then they clashed, I curled into a ball to protect myself. I heard the growls and crashes get further away. I chanced a peek and saw Sam running into the woods and Jared crouching in front of me and checking me over. He lifted me up and took me to his car. I glanced over his shoulder and saw Bella walking with Embry towards her truck.

"What just happened?" I whispered as Jared put me in the passenger seat and buckled me in. He got into the drivers side and passed me a water bottle. I took a drink of it gratefully and lay my head back against the headrest.

"Why does my sister attract the supernatural" I muttered to myself "First Vampires and now Werewolves" Jared just laughed.

"Paul will explain it too you when they get to Emily's" jared said. I nodded, gave me some time to get over the shock. That explains the whole why the Cullens couldn't go to La Push. The while Vampire/Werewolf enemy thing. I wonder if I should class them as werewolves. As I remember some of the legends when I was younger that Billy told me during dads fishing trips. The whole spirit warrior thing. So wouldn't that make them some sort of shapeshifter. I pondered on this the entire drive.

We got out and walked into Emilys. "Hey Emily" I greeted.

"Hi Ariel. How's things? You are looking better than you did a few months ago" Emily replied.

"Things are good. Been able to sleep much better which has been working wonders. So the guys are wolves then?" I laughed.

"Yeah" she laughed back giving me a chocolate muffin. I took off the packaging and took a bite. Oh, how I missed Emilys muffins. I saw Paul and Jacob coming through the door. Jacob glared at me. I held up my hands in surrender and turned my eyes to Paul. He cocked his head. I nodded and jumped off the seat. Thanking Emily for the muffin, glaring at Jacob as I walked to the door. I greeted Paul whom held out his arm. I can understand how he got so many women. I took his arm and we walked out the door and into the woods.

"So, that was something back at Jacobs wasn't it" I stated. We found a log and sat down. He took my hand in his.

"Yeah, it was... Have you heard the legends of the tribe before?"

"Yeah, Billy told me about the spirit warriors when I was a kid on dads fishing trips. About how the spirit warriors protect the tribe against Vampires for example" I replied.

"Yep, that's it. There is another thing though. Did you noticed anything when you looked into my and Jacob's eyes?"

"Umm, yeah. The world kind of stopped for a minute. It was like I couldn't look away" I replied shyly, looking down and twirling my hair. He put his hand under my chin and brought my face to up to looks at his. I gulped in anxiousness.

"Jacob and I imprinted on you" he stated.

"W-what's imprinting?" I asked nervously thinking back to what Jacob shouted about it wasn't meant to be me.

"Imprinting is when we see the person that is perfect for us. We will be what you need us to be. We compliment each other. It's basically like soulmates. You are my soulmate. Technically jacobs too sadly"

"Soulmates?" I asked disbelievingly.

"Yes" Paul replied in all seriouness "We can take things slow. We can date first if you like?"

I looked at him thoughtfully. I did always have a bit of a crush on him. Never thought he would be interested in a pale face like me. Bella was always the pretty one. Skinny, thigh gap. All that jazz. I was the curvy one. Not fat but not a stick.

"A date sounds good" I replied, smiling brightly up at him. "What about Jacob though? What's going to happen with him? I understand what he meant now of how it wasn't supposed to be me. I guess he wanted my sister which I understand. They have practically been dating for months. So how is he going to fit in with us?" I asked Paul.

"Jacob will have to get his head out of the gutter. Grow up a bit. I honestly don't know what he will do or say. But I am going to be here for you"

"Thanks Paul. That means a lot. So where do you want to go on the first date?"

"Dinner and a movie?"

"Sounds good" I replied lying my head on his shoulder.
