I don't own any of this Paranorman belongs to Laika and Five Nights at Freddy's belongs to Scott Cawthon
Norman happily worked on a zombie model in his room, he is in a good mood because as of now he still hasn't thought of Freddy Fazbear's, which is good since those thoughts were beginning to drive him crazy, though still he wondered why he heard crying from those animatronics. "'You seem to be in a good mood."
Looking behind him grandma Babcock floated above his bed with a warm smile. "Hi grandma, yeah I just got some thoughts out of my head." His grandma raised her eyebrow with amused interest. "How did you manage to do that?"
"I went to Freddy's."
Grandma Babcock's eyes widened in mild surprise. "You went there?"
Norman nods.
"What was it like?"
"Everything still there."
"Really? I figured everything would've been trashed out a while ago. So are those animatwhanits still there?"
"Yep, they looked like they were frozen in mid performance."
Grandma Babcock places her hand on her chin. "That's interesting. Weird how they didn't clear it out or demolished it, but what do I know they probably forgot about it or something."
"By the way can I ask you something grandma?"
"Of course kiddo, you can ask me anything."
"Do you know why the place got closed down?"
Grandma Babcock's eyes widened as if something horrible came out from her memory, she floated there in a stun like state which made Norman concerned. "You okay grandma?" She quickly gets out of her stunned state and looked away from him. "No, have no idea why it closed down. Nope don't know at all."
"Why are you nervous grandma?"
"I'm not nervous." Grandma Babcock looked to her wrist. "Oh look at the time, my favorite show is on." She then quickly drifted through the floor before Norman could say anything else. Now that was strange, grandma knew something and she was hiding it from him and it was something to do with the mysterious closing of Freddy's. Now what was with the closing that people were hiding, he could understand the company, but his grandmother a person who speaks her mind especially now since no one but him and other ghosts could hear her, now her avoiding the subject was troubling for him.
"Wait don't think about it, you just got it out of your head." Norman told himself.
It is very quiet in the Babcock household as everyone is sound asleep. Outside however a dark figure that looked like a rabbit with visible white eyes and teeth stood in the backyard looking up at Norman's bedroom window. It drifts up to it, where it watches Norman's slumbering body, with quick movements it flew away from the window, entered the house, and came into the room. The Shadow Bonnie went over to Norman's side, it leans down and placed it's hand on his forehead while it's own head shook.
The first thing Norman heard is the sound of children laughing and arcade games, then the smell of cheese pizza filled his nose. "Huh?" Sitting up Norman's vision was blinded with colorful lights, his vision adjusts and he found himself in a pizzeria that looked very familiar.
"What the?"
Norman then heard a booming voice to his left. "And now boys and girls it's time to start the show!" Looking over he saw the animatronics moving on stage, the bunny turns his head to the chicken. "You ready to rock the house down Chica?"
Chica looks back at the bunny. "Sure am Bonnie, me and cupcakes are ready to sing, ain't that right cupcake?" The cupcake looks up at her and blinks.
Freddy moved his head to address the little kids around the stage. "That's great guys! Now lets play a famous Fazbear song for our enduring fans!"
Bonnie started to strum his guitar and music began to play through the speakers, then the three animatronics began to sing a cheesy song that the little kids started cheering at. The animatronics move their torsos left and right as if they were dancing, their heads also moved left and right as Bonnie and Chica looked at each other then away, while Freddy looked around at the audience.
Norman watched not sure what to think of this, he turns away from the preforming band and all around he sees activity: parents and kids sat at the tables eating pizza and drinking sodas, little kids sat in the ball pit while others climbed on the playset, other kids were also riding on the carousel or the pirate boat ride, but the most activity is in the arcade room where the sounds of games filled the pizzeria.
Norman goes over to the arcade, lights from the screens met his eyes. All around kids played on the games Pac-Man is being chased by the red ghost, claw machines claws rose up with prizes that immediately slip and fall back down, and the sound of zombie growls came out from the shooting game. A kid in a red shirt groaned in frustration as he just got killed, he puts the gun back in its holder then walked off for a another game to beat.
With his love for zombies, Norman goes over to the game, he finds some Faz-coins on the floor, after placing some coins in Norman happily begins to play. He was quite good at it, he took a few hits from the undead, but he was advancing through the stages. Norman just blasted the last zombie of the stage, as the game loaded up his results he lowers the gun down with clear joy as this was the most fun he had in awhile even if he was just in a vision.
The game began to load up the final stage, Norman gets ready and soon after blasting many zombies and defeating the last boss which was a giant zombie alien, Norman had beat the game, he leaves it and decided to find another game to play.
He looked to the entrance of the arcade where he spotted a yellow rabbit standing in front of a employees only door, the rabbit stood there watching children. He recognized that rabbit, he had seen it in that other vision. Why was this rabbit showing up in another vision?
Looking at him it was clear it was someone in the suit, but whoever he or she was they were clearly not doing their job right. In fact they looked creepy just standing there staring.
From the stage the band just finished singing another song, Freddy then speaks up. "And now all you pirate fans! It's time to sail on down to Pirate Cove and meet our good friend Foxy." A boat bell rings and the lights above the smaller stage lit up a ocean blue, then a pirate voice spoke up. "Cast the anchor you scurvy landlubbers!"
The curtains of the stage open and Foxy's upper body rose up, his hooked hand started to go up and down while his eye patch flipped up. "Ahoy little pirates, it's me Foxy the pirate fox here to bring you on a adventure of a lifetime and share sea santi's of me adventures." Foxy's eye patch closes, he moves his body around while he raised his hook above his head.
"Maybe I should tell the tale about me battle against the Flying Dutchman's ghost." Foxy suddenly stopped moving. "I know, I'll tell you all the tale of me adventure of White Sand Island in search of treasure."
Norman watched Foxy tell his tale to a group of kids from the arcade, he then notices the yellow rabbit walking over to the kids. The area then goes white.
The moaning zombie from his alarm clock woke Norman up, he lets out a groan as he shuts it off, he hadn't remember setting it up or more pacifically have it set to go off on 6AM.
He sits himself up kind of tired, but not really. It was still dark outside and from the silence of the house he guessed that everyone is still asleep, which was a relief as he would hate for his alarm clock to wake everyone up especially if it was Courtney, the last thing he needed was her to storm in here and yell at him for running her beauty sleep.
Suddenly his phone on his desk lit up and buzzed; curious Norman got out of bed and picked it up. He had got a text from Salma who he guessed gets up early.
"Norman and Neil please meet me at the town square at noon."
He wondered what Salma wanted to meet about, he guessed he'll find out later. Now Norman thought about that vision he just had; it was definitely different from the one he had previously as it was less terrifying and it was rather interesting to see the pizzeria operational. He could see why his dad loved the place as it was fun, though that yellow rabbit was a bit creepy. However the rabbit is also important as it had appeared in two visions, now why was he or she important was the question that Norman didn't have the answer to yet.
