Dragon Master [A]
A skill given to individuals who have mastered the art of taming dragons. Hiccup did the impossible by being the first Berkian Viking to befriend a dragon. This led him to learn about dragons and how to understand them, eventually training other Vikings in forming a symbiotic relationship with them. This skill grants Hiccup an attack modifier when dealing against dragons or those possessing their traits.
Tactics [D]
Knowledge used not for one-on-one combat situations, but for battles where many are mobilized. Bonus modifiers are provided during use of one's own Anti-Army Noble Phantasm or when dealing against an enemy Anti-Army Noble Phantasm.
Eye of the Mind (True) [C]
A heightened capacity for observation, refined through training, discipline and experience. A danger-avoidance ability that utilizes the intelligence collected up to the current time as the basis in order to predict the opponent's activity and change the current situation.
Valor [A]
The ability to negate mental interference such as pressure, confusion, and fascination. It also has the bonus effect of increasing melee damage.
Noble Phantasm
The Night Fury: Toothless [A] [Anti-Army]
Once a feared dragon, Toothless was the first dragon to be trained by Hiccup. Years later, Toothless would become the Alpha of all Berkian dragons. Highly intelligent, fiercely loyal, and ferociously loving, Toothless is more like family than friend. Once comfortable, Toothless is intensely playful, behaving more like a critter than a killer. His intelligence and empathy also appears to allow a degree of creativity. As a Night Fury his black scales allows him to traverse the night skies undetected, is capable of shooting powerful plasma shots, use echo location, utilize lighting to cloak himself, among other abilities.
We Have Dragons [B] [Anti-Army]
This Noble Phantasm allows Hiccup to summon any of the dragons he has trained in his life each dragon possessing different characteristics and abilities unique to them for any number of scenarios Hiccup may face. He can also summon them all at will for a massive attack but this requires more energy.
Book of Dragons [D] [Anti-Unit Self]
A Viking encyclopedia of all the dragon species discover by the Hooligan Tribe. It is considered an important piece of knowledge of how Vikings could slay dragons and eventually how to train them. New entries can be added to the book as new species of dragons are discovered adding information about their characteristics and how to best handle them. This includes enemies with the dragon trait. In the hands of Hiccup it provides a bonus to his attack parameters when facing dragon kind enemies, but due to his nature he will try to tame them if at all possible. The Master can utilize this Noble Phantasm as well, but caution must be heeded and the steps on how to train a dragon must be follow if success is to be guaranteed.
Bio
A Viking and chieftain of the Hooligan Tribe from the Isle of Berk, Hiccup was considered the runt of the island as well as an embarrassment of a Viking for not acting like one, especially during the conflict against the dragons. He ushered a new era for the inhabitants of Berk when he befriended and trained the mythical Night Fury [Toothless] which led to peace between them. This symbiotic relationship led to the formation of the Dragon Academy where Hiccup trained Vikings in how to train dragons. He would lead these riders on expeditions to explore unknown lands and battle against enemies who would threaten their home.
