Chapter 88: Planet X Part 2

"Oh, hi" she greeted. "Are you from here? If you are, then where are your antennas?" he asked. "I don't have any, I'm from Earth. I'm only here because my boyfriend is from here" she explained. "Do you want to see my supercomputer?" he asked and before she could respond, he led her away. Nebula looked behind her to see Rad with a hologram of Ko. "So lady, what's your name?" another alien asked. "Nebula" she responded.

"Sounds cosmic" another said with a small blush and the others began to lightly push him. "You seem to be out of this world" he said and the others began to snicker. "You seem smart, did you perhaps go to universe-ity?" he asked and Nebula stared blankly at him. "You're so attractive, the gravitational disturbance is causing my galactic center to elongate" he said as Nebula was forced to sit with them. "I think you might be the sun, because I can't stop orbiting around you" he said as he sat next to her. "Okay, I'm gonna go see what my boyfriend is up to" Nebula said awkwardly. She then quickly stood up and took out her phone while she walked away.

She then made a small hologram of Carla and the brown haired girl appear. "Hey girls, I need your advice. I'm at Rad's family reunion and I'm pretty sure one of his cousins was flirting with me. I'm not sure if I should tell Rad" she said. They all then saw Rad running away while he cried dramatically. "Does Prohyas ever get that dramatic?" Nebula asked. "Oh yeah. Big time" the brown haired girl deadpanned. "I better go follow him. Talk to you later girls" she said and she hung up. She then chased after Rad and the hologram of Ko.

"There's nothing wrong with being different, Me, Enid, and Nebula all like you lots!" Ko said as he and Nebula caught up to Rad. "Yeah, I mean just look at me! Even here I'm the odd one!" Nebula said. They then heard what sounded like grunting. "I know that sound!" Rad said and they all saw a group lifting weights and eating hot dogs. Observing them was a muscular elder-ish male with a baseball bat. "Oh my cob! I'm not alone after all! Not all X-tians are nerds! Some are cool, handsome jocks like me" Rad said happily and Ko let out a cheer. "You should go say hi, Rad" Ko encouraged. "Greeting fellow X-tian" Rad said to the large male with the baseball bat. "This is Rad, his girlfriend Nebula, and I'm a hologram" Ko said as Rad waved at him. "Oi, is that tears I smell? Jocks like me don't cry and I should know, 'cause I'm Coach" The large male said. "Crying? Pfft, my eyes were just swearing. I'm a true jock! I can prove it to ya!" Rad said.

"I dunno mate, she looks more like a jock to me then you!" Coach said as he motioned to Nebula. "Here! I'll prove it!" Rad said as he picked up Nebula and began to bench press her. She then began to yell at him to put her down. "Radicles!" Nebula yelled and Rad then placed her on the ground.

"Jocks have one thing nerds don't, strength! Prove to me that you're truly strong. Then I'll know you're a jock" Coach said. "It'll be a piece of cake" Rad said casually. Coach then had him follow him. "First, smash this here asteroid like so" he said and he slammed his head against it, successfully breaking it. "Your brain is a muscle and jocks use every muscle" Coach said. He then placed another asteroid on the cinder blocks and Rad gulped. He then used his head to break the asteroid and Nebula stared at him in shock. "That wasn't half bad. Let's move onto the next test" Coach said. He then levitated a giant rock statue. "Woah! What is that?" Rad asked. "It looks like the Easter Island Head from the museum in New York" Nebula commented as she took a picture of it. "This is the sacred Jock Rock and you're gonna lift it" Coach explained. "I'm gonna lift that?" Rad asked as Coach placed the 'Jock Rock' in front of him. "The Jock Rock is the ultimate symbol of jock-titude here on Planet X. If you can lift this, I'll admit you got the strength of a true jock" Coach explained.

"Jeez, I don't know...it looks kinda big" Rad said nervously. Ko and Nebula then began to chant his name. "You can do it Rad!" Nebula cheered. "The sacred Jock Rock is at least three times his size, he'll never be able to lift it" Coach said and to their surprise, Rad levitated the giant rock and Nebula's jaw dropped. "Humina humina" Nebula said completely astonished. She then fell back as Rad lifted the rock into the air. "You okay babe?" Rad called, only for her to respond with incoherent noises. "I'm gonna take that as a yes" Rad said as he placed the rock down.

"Oi, that was real bonzer! You're as strong as a jock in my book. Put 'er there mate" Coach praised as he held out his hand. Rad took his hand and the ground began to shake. There was then a small explosion and the two jock males released their grips. "You okay Nebs?" Ko called and Nebula got up from the ground. "Yeah, I uh, I'm good" she responded, clearly still in a daze. "That right there is called The Shake Quake and it's something only true jocks can do" Coach explained.

"I know this! I think I've known all along" Rad said as he felt Nebula touch his face. "Babe, wh-what are you doing?" Rad asked and Nebula put a finger on his lips as she shushed him. "Just let this happen" she said and Ko stared at her in confusion.

"And now that I know that you're a real jock, let's celebrate by doing the ultimate jock move!" Coach said. "What's that?" Ko asked. "The Atomic Wedgie! And I know just who to give it to!" Coach responded and Ko and Rad cheered. "I love giving presents!" Ko said happily. Coach then lead them to where Ofrang and other X-tians were.

"Oi, there's our target! That little rotter is gonna get it!" Coach said as he motioned to Rad's father. "Nope! I'm out!" Nebula said and she walked off. "Wait! No! I-I mean, can't we just go eat a bunch of turkey legs instead? I-I mean, I don't think a wedgie really shows strength right?" Rad suggested nervously. "I mean jocks are all about being strong, and handsome" Rad was then cut off by Coach. "Oi! I see you're siding with the nerds! I knew that youz was one of them all along" Coach said and Ko looked over to Nebula who was talking to Rad's mom.

After coach blew his whistle and summoned his team, Nebula and Theodosia ran over to them. Nebula stood in front of Rad and Ko while Theodosia stood in front of Coach and his team. "Stop!" they yelled and the males all halted in their place. "Father, just what are you doing?" Theodosia asked angrily and Nebula turned to Coach with a large grin on her face. "Oooh, you're gonna get it!" she taunted and Theodosia held up a hand. "Sorry" Nebula muttered. Her jaw then dropped when she saw Coach getting scared. "What was that and can you please teach it to me?" she asked in awe. "Later sweetie" Theodosia responded sweetly. "Now then Father, what were you doing?" Theodosia asked angrily.

"I was just gonna give your 'usband a wedgie. I'm still mad that you ran off with that nerd you know" Coach said. "Again with this! Ofrang is my love, whether you like it or not!" Theodosia explained and Nebula awed and looked over to Rad lovingly. "Wait! So Coach is Rad's…" Ko started to say. "Grandpa?" Rad asked in awe. "Oh Radicles, I was trying to tell you earlier but you ran off in a huff. There are two kinds of X-tianson Planet X. Jocks and Nerds. They've been archenemies for decades. I was born in a proud jock family, but all of that changed when I met your father" Theodosia explained and she waved to Ofrang and Nebula began to tear up as he lovingly waved back. "I didn't care about some nonsense rivalry anymore. There are people like you on Planet X, like your grandfather. I'm sorry I couldn't tell you sooner" Theodosia said. "Like Romeo and Juliet" Nebula said as she wiped away a tear. "But Mrs. Rad's Mom ma'am, why are you guys enemies?" Ko asked.

"Well, a long time ago when Earth humans first visited Planet X, they brought their culture with them. But it drove our people apart to nerds and jocks" Theodosia explained. 'What? No one cares about that stuff on Earth anymore. All the nerds and jocks bonded long ago over fantasy football, arguing on the internet, and videos games" Rad explained and Nebula gave his a skeptical look."Then explain why you, MegaFootball Baby, and Bell Beefer all think that school is lame. If it wasn't for me always tutoring you, you wouldn't have passed last year" Nebula stated. "That's it! Videos games" Rad said excitedly and he lead everyone to the nerd's area. He then got a fighting game set up and he had Coach play it with Enid and Ko. "So how do I do the move?" Coach asked. "Jump and attack at the same time" Ofrang instructed. He followed his instructions and the round was won.

"This game rules dude!" Coach said."Sweet moved back there Gampy" Rad praised. "Thanks, but I couldn't have done it my new bros" Coach responded as he motioned to Ofrang and Rad smiled and walked over to the nerd area where his mom and girlfriend were. "We're glad you finally fit in with your fellow X-tians" his mom said happily. "I still don't feel like I'm quite like anyone here on Planet X. But, I'm okay with that. 'Cause I already got friends that I really fit in with" Rad said as he looked to Nebula and then to the holograms of Enid and Ko. "Rad! Come join us!" Ko called and Rad took Nebula's phone from her pocket and joined them in the video game.

Theodosia saw Nebula get angry and she put a hand on her arm. "How about I teach you the stare?" she suggested and Nebula nodded happily. After Nebula learned how to do the stare, she and Theodosia joined the others. "Oh Rad~" Nebula said in a sing song tone. Rad turned his head to see her smiling sweetly yet threateningly. He gulped as she did the stare that his mom had taught her. She then plucked her phone out of his hands and put it in her pocket. "If you ever take my phone again, I swear I'll-" Rad then cut her off by pulling her into a kiss. "I'm still really mad at you for taking my phone" she said and everyone laughed.
