Hello everyone! Just wanted to tell you this is one of my own chapet and that there will be flashbacks and one I had previously mention on another chapter.

Ancestor's and betrayal

"You haven't told them anything?!" Isha exclaimed as she looked at her cousin. Aideen sigh and shook her head. "Why the hell not!" It had been a day sense they left the tower of Omens and now they stopped to eat in a forest. Once out of the tank, Isha had grabbed Aideen and took her deeper into the forest. She had began to interrogate her as to why the thundercats didn't know about Julie and why she didn't what to tell them.

"Do you really think it easy to tell them what happen?!" The younger girl said as she looked to the side. She stood up in frustration. "I fell like... if I trust them they will..."She stop then sigh as she looked down to the ground. "They will betray me."

Isha looked at her cousin as her eyes soften, "oh, Aideen." She walked toward her and hugged her, "I sow the look they had, they're only concern for you.

"I know!"She yelled in frustration. Moving away from her older cousin, Aideen threw her hands in the air. "I know they're worried but... it's not easy to tell them what happen. They were also like that. They mad me think they cared. That I meant something to them and for what?" She turned toward her cousin as her eyes became teary. It was obvious by looking in to her eyes that she had been hurt more than world's could describe. "Then they just turn there back to me. They played with my feeling. I trusted them with my secrets, with my fears, and they used them against me! They took her side when I needed them." She closed her eyes, she was not going to cry. Not for them. Not for anyone. "They were always with her, no matter how wrong she was. They always followed her."

Isha looked at the younger girl, she had no idea how she felt. She understood her feeling that's for sure but knew them.. no she didn't. Her life was hard and sad but nothing compared to having been betrayed by almost everyone she had known and cared about. The only thing she had ever been able to do was comfort her but even then Aideen tended to shut herself. At times she felt worried about the younger girl for keeping everything bottle-up.

The older girl sigh, she put her hand in her jacket, "you're right. It's not easy, and I know you can't truest anyone. But Aideen," she said as she looked at her cousin. She moved close to her and put a hand on the younger girls shoulder. "You can't fear everyone you meet. Yes, their will be some people who will betray you. Yes, you wil get hurt. But," she turned the girls head so she could look into her eyes. "There will also be those who stand by your side. Who will be there when you need them and will never betray you. But if you keep closing yourself and thinking that everyone will betray you... then you will never find them."

Aideen stared at the girl she knew she was right. And she had tried to open up to people again especially the ones that have helped her. But there was always something stopping her from trusting others. She sigh as she closed her eyes, then reopen them. "Your right. I hate to admitted but... Your right." She nodded her head, "just let me think about what I'm gonna tell them."

"Okay, good," Isha said then began to walk back to the were the cats were. She was happy as it was the first time her cousin was going to open up to other people, even if they're cats.

In another part of third earth, a young man walked across a lake as he looked around making sure to stay well alert. He knew he wasn't welcome in this parts of the planet, non of his family members were.

The resident that lived there, were no fond of his species, but they weren't bad people. They had their own believed as would rather stay way from the other species. And the other species stayed away from them. They were guardians of that forest and what it held made them more protective and causes of the people that pass by.

His mother and her friends were the only people to go in and come back out. And they decided to never go back into the forest, unless necessary.

He was worried of what the species would do once he stepped into their territory, but he knew he needed to talk to them. His goal was what keep his fear under control.

Once across the river, he stopped and looked in front of him. The forest was a beautiful sight, rains of drops fell from the trees and other plants. The suns rays made the rain drops shine as they lighted the forest. The lake he had just past was shining and the water was crystal clear. The sound of the wind blowing threw the leaves made a calming sound. The forest in all made one feel at peace. But he knew better, sometimes appearance is just an illusion to learn someone to a dangerous place.

He took a deep breath and began to weak into the forest, and within five minute the forest began to change. Reminding him why it was called the forest of memories.

Isha stared at the tiger as he glared at her. Both stood across one another their arms crossed. Isha had a frown on her faces as she tried to figured out why on earth her cousin, the girl that could not trust anyone, had decided to truest the rude tiger. Finally she broke the silence, "I don't like you," she stated then end toward him, "and that is saying something."

The tiger gave a low growl, "well that makes two of us." The two had tried to talk to one another but Tygra soon found himself not liking the girl. He wondered if this girl and Aideen are really related.

Aideen walked toward the cats as the rest stared at the scene before them. She shook her head knowing things might have turn this way between the two. If Tygra got annoyed by his brothers action, then for sure he was not going to like one bit the human girl. Sitting down next to Lion-O the girl asked, "what's going on?"

The lion king looked at his friend. Knew questions running threw his head as he wanted to know some answer's. She has yet to tell him what happen with her ancestors, but now he wanted to know what the human girl did to both girls to make them very mad. And form getting to know Isha for just a couple of days, he could tell it was hard to make the girl mad no matter what they did. But instead of asking the questions he had in mind he just asked her a simple question, "were did you go?"

Aideen glanced at the lion she knew he had lost of questions for her, especially after her cousins outburst. She was thankful that he was sent pressing her with questions, "The forest, I needed to think about something," she said then turned back to look at the tiger and her cousin. "So, what's going on with those two?"

"Tygra called her an annoying creature," Panthro informed as he sat next to the humans other side.

This made her rolled her eyes, "of course. What did she say back?" Then she thought about it, her cousins language was not good when annoyed or mad. "Never mind, don't tell me."

The panthro chuckled, "That girl sure has guts, I like her."

Giving a light laugh the girl commented, "Of course you do." She then turned toward her cousin as the older girl kept glaring at the tiger, "Isha, would you stop glaring at Tygra?"

The girl turned towards her and pointed a finger towards the tiger, "how can you stand him?!" She exclaimed. This in return made the tiger growl at her but Isha didn't even care and instead just glared at him, as if challenging him to say something.

Aideen just rolled her eyes and plainly said, "the same way I can stand you."

Her cousin turned her head fast toward her and gasp while putting a hand on her chest, "are you categorizing me with him?" She dramatized.

The younger girl just raised and eyebrow at her cousins dramatization, "no of course not," she said then gave a teasing smile, "you're worst than him. That's why it's easier to stand him."

The older girl pouted, "how rude. I am not worst than him," she stated.

"Did you forget every morning that you and Xander wake me up with a bucket of cold water," The girl replied as she crossed her arms, "Or that time you decided to put a spider on my face?"

Isha chuckled at the memories. It was true that her and Xander liked to pull pranks on the younger girl, "okay, the cold water was only one time, so were the spiders."

Aideen narrowed her eyes and stared at her cousin, "and the other things you've done?"

"Spiders?" Wilykit asked as she got interested in what the two were talking about.

"What other things?" Kat wondered.

Aideen turned towards them but before she could answer the older girl pouted, "fine fine. You're right." She looked to the side then she remembered a question she had been wanting to know. "Hey, Aideen?"

Aideen tilted her head and looked at her, "what?"

With a serious expression the girl asked, "how did Julie get here?"

She sigh and put her head on her hands, "I don't know. I'm as confused as you are," she replied.

"Are you going to tell us how you know this girls?" Tygra asked as he looked at Isha. The older girl just shrugged and looked at Aideen. Isha had meet Julie differently from her cousin, but the reason for her hate towards her was for the situation the girl had with Aideen. If she told them everything then they would know what had happen between Aideen and Julie. And that was something Isha did not what to have to say, especially if her cousin wasn't ready to talk about it.

Aideen stayed quite as the others looked at her. They knew the older girl was not going to speak unless Aideen wanted them to know. With a sigh Aideen stood straight, "Isha used to be friend Julie. They lived very closed to one another."

"What happen between the two of you?" Lion-O finally asked. He waited for the girl to say she didn't wanted to talk about or for her to stand up and just avoid the question. But instead the girl stayed silent.

After a few minuets the girl closed her eyes, "I though she was my friend. I trusted her with everything, but she just..." Aideen stopped and open her eyes. The other could see the hurt and betrayal in her eyes. With a sigh the girl began to speak again, "I was about nine when I meet her. We became really close, best friends. We told each other everything. I trusted her more than I trust Isha."

Isha pouted, "yeah, I still feel offended by that," she teased then smiled at Aideen who gave a smile back.

Wilykit tilted her head and looked at the girl, "What happen then?"

The younger girls smile vanish, "Well, everything change. After my mother died she became more... cold and mean. That's when I found out who she really was."

"One time, I was by the forest close to my home." The girl said as she remembered that day as if it was yesterday. She looked down at her hands as she kept talking, "The death of my mother was hard, and still is. Whenever I felt like I wanted to remember her, I would go to a certain spot in the forest. There she use to sing to me and would play together. It reminded me so much of her, that it had become my favorite place." Her eyes became watery as she remembered her mother as all the things they would talk about or do together. She looked up and her expression harden, "I use to have so many memories there but... now I never go there anymore. It brings a bad memory."

A eleven year old Aideen sat by a tree, her head was leaned against the tree's bark. Her eyes closed and her hair was down with the headband still in place. The memories of her mother were playing themselves in her mind; how they played together, when she told her story's and sang to her. Her smile and laughter. It all brought tears to her eyes but it was fine, because she remember her mother. And felt more close to her and that's what she wanted to fell close to her mother even though she wasn't around anymore.

"Again?" she heard making her open her eyes. In front of her was a girl one year older than her. Her blond hair was tied in a high ponytail. She wore jeans with a white shirt and blue flat shoes.

"Julie," the girl said as she looked at her friend. She frowned as her friend looked at her in boredom, "What are you doing here?" she asked as she stood up.

The girl narrowed her eyes as she looked at the girl, "Well I went to Isha's house to look for you, but they told me that you weren't there. I thought perhaps you has finally decided to walk around or go to a friends house. I didn't expect you to..." she waved her hand to were she had been sitting, "Still come here."

Aideen frowned at her friend, "Of course I would com here. This is we-"

"Yeah, yeah," Julie interrupted, "were you go to think about your mother." She looked at her with a serious expression, "I thought you had gotten over the death of you mother already."

Aideens eyes widen at the tone and words her friend had used. "Excuse me? Shes my mother. Who died, of course I wont get over it," she looked at the girl with a serious expression, "What is wrong with you?"

Julie looked at her with an anger expression, "Wrong with me? What wrong with you! we get it your mother is dead you won't get her back. There's nothing wrong with saying that," the girl said with venom in her voice. She crossed her arms, "I mean everyone thinks the same as I do. You can go ahead and ask them. You only keep to yourself, wanting to show them your strong. That you got over it but we all know that's not true. Why do you think your brothers have to always look out for you. Because there afraid that you will do something stupid."

She felt tear form in her eyes as her friends harsh words sink in. Never had her best friend talk to her like that. "I-I... I have never asked my brothers to take care or to worry about me. I am fine and I have shown that. I don't know were you got all of this from."

Julie began to laugh, "Oh please. You don't need to say it for them to know or for anyone to know. Your brothers always know whats wrong, I feel kind of bad for them. I mean, they want to forget but when they see your sad face they are always reminded of what happen. Your the reason why they can't get over it because of you." The girl looked at Aideen as tears began to fall down her cheek. She rolled her eyes and turned around, "you know what? I don't have time for your tears or any of your drama, tell me when you get over what happens. Bye"

Aideen watched as the girl walked away. She fell to the ground as she began to cry. Her words were harsh but she knew they were true. Both brothers had always cheeked on her whenever they could and wound not leave the girl alone. Whenever she looked into her eyes she could see the sadness in them. She thought that they hadn't forgotten about their mothers death but perhaps they had tried and she wasn't letting them.

She always smiled for them telling them she was fine and that they would get threw this together. She tired to go back to the way she used to be, but it was hard. Was she really reminding her brothers of what had happen? Was the reason for their sadness because of her?

She cried as she realize that perhaps Julie was right. That she was not letting her brothers forget and instead making them feel the pain they wished to forget.

"That was the first time, Julie had said cruel words toward me. But it wasn't the last time."

"Julie soon began to keep telling me things to make me upset or to make me isolate myself from my brothers. How I could never get over my mothers death. How my brothers were better of without me. That I was a burden to my aunt... and that I was just worthless. But they were just things she said and I soon learn to ignored them the only opinion that matter to me were my family's, no one else's. But I guess she didn't like that."

The thirteen year old girl walked by the schools hallway. Her red-brown hair was in a braid as it had started to grown long. Her backpack hanged from her left shoulder. She closed her locker ready to leave the school, leave everything that was fallowing her. She wanted to go home and be in her safe place. It had been a bad day with all those rumors going around school again. She was sure it was Julie who was spreading them around, but when approached the girl said it wasn't her. Which made her wonder who had done that then, if it wasn't her.

As she walked toward the doors, her friend ran towards her making her stop and look at her. She didn't stop having friends, even after what happen with Julie. After all she wasn't going to let that get to her. She knew Julie wanted to make her feel horrible to stop believing in her self and to lower herself-steam. But it was just Julies words.

With a smile the girl turned toward her hazel eyes friend, "What is it Lily?"

Lily gave her a half smile as if she was hesitating with what she was about to say. "Um, I just wanted to ask if you could..." she stopped talking and looked down. Deep down she didn't want to do it but she knew she had to. Lily had know Aideen sens they were eight, at the same time as Julie and Jason. In all honest they were best friends and the girl did always have her back. Lily loved to talk to Aideen, because no matter what happen the brown eye girl was always there to cheer her up. She looked back at Aideen and finish speaking, "Help me get my project that I left in the classroom. Its heavy and I want to take it home."

Aideen gave her a smile, "Sure." She walked fallowed the girl back to the classroom and picked up her project. Just at she was about to leave the rest of her friends came in. The girl looked at them with a frown as they closed the door of the classroom and stood around her. "Whats wrong?" she asked as she became worried, from the look in their faces.

"Oh, nothing," Julie said as she came from behind two girls. She had her hand in her hips as she looked at Aideen with a smirk on her face. "We just wanted to talk to you that's all."

The girl looked at her friends with a questionable expression, "what are you talking about?" she asked in disbelief as the others just stood by Julie's side.

"Oh right!" The girl said cheerfully, "you didn't know did you? Well, we are friends. Right, Lily?" she smiled at the girl that stood next to Aideen.

The brown eye girl turned fast toward Lily, "What?"

Lily tried to avoid eye contact as the girl stared at her. She shook her head and stood straight, then walked toward the girls side. "Sorry, Aideen," She said as she stood next to Julies side, "But I... rather be with Julie than you."

"I told you I wasn't the one who was spreading the rumors," Julie said as she flipped her hear over her shoulder, "You should know who you truest."

Aideen stared at each one of her friends and they just stared back with a blank expression. Instead of staying there the girl tried to walk past the two girl that were to Julies side. That was a bad choice as both girls pushed her toward the table were she hit hear head but not hard enough to make it bleed. She looked at them in shock at what they had done.

Julie soon began to laugh, "seems like your friends don't like you, too much. Well I cant blame them. You are nothing but... whats the word I'm looking for." She tap he chin in thought.

"Worthless?" one of girls suggested.

"Useless?"

Julie laughed at the girls, while Aideen stayed quite but hurtful from the inside. Then blong hair girl turned back to Aideen, "No, shes... nothing. Yeah, nothing describes you."

"That was when I realize who my friends really were," she said as the rest stayed silent. Tears were threatening to fall, but she did not want them to see her cry. She was strong and that was the past. Yes, it did hurt to remembered, but the words memory that hurt was the one she remembered in the dream to the tower of omens. "Whenever I trusted someone they would just... betray me. And take her side. I got use to it and soon I couldn't truest anyone."

Everything was quite as the others tried to comprehend what she had just old them. "I didn't even know about it until a couple of years later," Isha said as the rest turned toward her. " I thought Julie and her just didn't get along and that's why she didn't talk to her. But it wasn't until later that I found out, when I heard her talking bad about Aideen."

"And you didn't do anything?" Tygra asked, anger clearly in his voice. He felt angry at what the girl had to go threw but at the same time wondered why she didn't do anything.

Isha snapped her head toward him, "Do you think I didn't want to do something to her. To make her feel what Aideen felt. I was angry at what they all did to my cousin. But I couldn't do anything."

"Why not?" panthro asked as his arms were crossed. Everyone was clearly angry at what the snake-girl had done to their friend. But out of them all Tygra and Lion-O were furious. They both cared about the human girl and knowing what had happen to her made them angry.

Isha sigh, "Because Aideen wouldn't let me."

This made them turn their heads towards her in confusion. "Why not?" Lion-O asked. "Why would you let her get away with what she did to you?"

With a sigh the girl answered, "because my brother was in love with her."

"What!" they said at the same time.

"He was so happy and I didn't want to take that happiness away from him. My family's happiness always comes before me," She said with a serious voice.

Isha grit her teeth, "yeah and Julie knew that very well."

Cheetarah looked at her as she sow her angry reply, "what do you mean?" she asked.

Instead of Isha answering Aideen turned towards her, "Because she knew I wouldn't do anything to her if it meant for my brother to be happy." Her eyes became sadder as she remembered her dream, "But having my friends turn against me wasn't enough."

"She would come to my house every day. In a way she did it to insult me and put me down. She loved it, as if she was born to do that. But even that wasn't enough."

A fourteen year old Aideen stood in her white and black kitchen making food for her siblings and their guest. She watched the water boil as the pasta began to cook. Her thoughts were far a the moment that she didn't even sens when their guest walked in to the kitchen.

"You shouldn't think to much," Julie said making her turn toward the girls direction, "you might hurt yourself." She smirked while Aideen tried to ignored her. Julie frowned as she looked at her not responding. "Don't give me any of the food your making I don't want anything gross on my mouth."

Aideen clinched her hands into fist as she tried her best to ignored her, but her comments just kept on coming. She was getting very frustrated, "Just get out," she said as calm as she could.

"Why? Am I a bother to you? I bet your brother won't like that," she said with a smirk on her face. She walked behind the girl and was about to push her, when Aideen turned around with a spoon full of water.

"Ahh!" Julie yelled as some of the boiling water got on her hand. She took a step back as she grabbed her hand trying to make the pain go away. Her angry eyes turned toward the girl but before she could insult her, Zane walked in.

"What's going on?" He asked as he looked between his sister and the girl he liked.

Julie turned toward him with tears in her eyes, "She burned me," she said as she ran towards him. He looked at her hand and sow it red.

"Aideen!" he yelled as he looked at his sister. Standing up he helped Julie with her burned hand.

"I didn't do anything," Aideen protested as she tried to help only to have Julie move a way form her.

Zane looked between the two girls. He saw how Julie didn't want her to touch her, "Just leave," he told Aideen as he tried to heal the girls hand. I wasn't bad that they needed to go to the hospital. But it was still quite painful.

Aideen stared at her brother in shock at what he had said to her, "but-"

Zane turned toward her angrily, "I said leave."

With one last look Aideen left and was about to walk to her room until she heard their conversation.

"It must be hard to deal with Aideen. I know she doesn't like me," Julie said.

Zane shock his head, "No, even if Aideen didn't like you, she would't do this on purpose."

Julie moved his head so he was looking at her in the eyes. With teary eyes she said, "You don't have to fake it. I know its hard for you to take care of her. Your worried she will do something to hurt herself."

with his head bent down he nodded his head, "Yeah, that's true."

"She had turned my brother against me. We didn't talk or interact much, I felt as if we had drifted away form one another. I-I didn't even know what to do," Aideen said in between breaths. The memory of her brother that day made her feel sad and upset. He had never talked to her that way and to have him not believe her was as if some one had stabbed her in the heart. Her family came first and what they thought matter to her. That was the first time Julie had won and had pretty much destroy her. Aideen wiped the tears away as they kept falling.

"Did you ever told him what happen between you and her?" Wilykit asked as she wiped a tear away from the girls cheek.

Aideen gave her a small smile, " No, I never did. But for after an incident, he ended his relationship with Julie."

"Yeah," Isha said as she looked at her cousin, "right after you almost died."

The human girl had walked gone for a walk after her brother had said that he was going to stay home and not go to the dance both he and Julie had plan. Their relationship was still rocky and both hadn't take much. She knew he felt bad for the way he had talked to her and she had forgiven him months ago. But that didn't mean what happen then was forgotten, especially when Julie kept on spiting her venom in order to separate them both. Without knowing it, Julie stood in front of her will her face showing anger. She looked around and noticed the others that were behind her.

Within time she stood surrounded by her friends, or who she thought were friends. They were all by an old water well, that was currently uncover and unlocked. The forest surrounded them and not letting anyone see what the teen's were doing.

Julie stood in front of her, her hands on her hips. Her head was held high, "I told you to get out of the way, Aideen."

Aideen crossed her arms, she knew Julie was going to think she had something to do with her brothers decision. "And I told you, that whatever Zane wanted was his problem, not mine. Now leave me alone," she said as she began to walk away but was something stopped as one of her friends stood in her way. "Move, Lily."

The girl looked hesitant as she stared at Aideen, but the look Julie was giving her made her think twice about moving.

"You just can't do anything by your self," Julie said making her turn. "I mean look at you. You have no one that like you. The only people you have are your brothers and I'm sure even they are getting annoyed of you. Zane even told me what a pain you are."

Aideen's heart felt as if it was breaking, "Zane would never say that," she defended.

Julie laughed, "oh please of course he would. Your just pathetic and lonely. He said it was a pain to have to take care of you. For him to never be able to leave the house, because of your emotional problems. He's annoyed, I know for sure I would be. I mean your worthless, useless. Even Jason left you," she said then shook her head. "Oh but poor Aideen can't do anything on her own. You'll never be loved."

Aideen clinched her hands into fist. She didn't want Julie to get what she wanted but words hurt more, when they are told by the person you thought you could words were so true that she felt they were true. Aideen tried not to let the tears fall, as the people surrounding her began to repeat what Julie had said.

"Shut up!" She yelled as she cover her ears. She turned and began to push past the people, wanting to get away from them. Just as she was about to leave a hand behind her trying to pull her back as the others blocked her way.

"You always run. But no matter, what you wish for will never happen. You will never be happy, because your worthless," Julie said from behind her.

Aideen was furies that she turned fast and punched the other girl on her face. Julie fell on the ground with a hand on her cheek. Aideen stood in front of her, "I may be worthless, useless as you say but you," she pointed to the girl, "you will always be bitter. I rather be alone than to be with someone like you." She then turned and began to walk away.

Julie grit her teeth as she watched the girl walk away. No one ever spoke to her like that and she was not about to let someone like, Aideen, talk to her like that. She got up fast and ran toward the girl. Aideen turned just as she was pushed, she thought she was about to fall on the ground until her foot found the back hollow.

The other teen's watched as their once friend fell in the old well. Julie stood patting as she looked down inside. "Julie what are you doing!"Lily said as she watched the girl stand there looking down. Julie looked at her making her back away from the girl in fear.

Aideen groaned as she sat up, she looked up as Julie. "You will pay," Julie said before she closed the wooden door and locked it.

"Get me out," She yelled as she tried to open the door but couldn't. She heard Julies laughter as it began to fade. She tried with all her mite to open the wooden door but it wouldn't budge "help!" she yelled.

"I waited for along time for someone come and help me out. I was in there for three days and perhaps would have been longer, if my brother and Isha hadn't found out." She said finished. She looked down at her hands, "That was one of the reasons why I became afraid of water. I almost drowned when I was a kid and then that happen. Both done by the same person." She stood straight as she wiped the remaining trail of tears from her cheek. "A couple of days later I found out my brother had left Julie, I never knew why." With a shrugged she admitted, "but I don't really care."

Her cousin raised her hand, "well, that was my doing," Isha admitted.

Aideen frowned at what she had said, "What do you mean?"

Isha robbed her hand arm as she looked to the side, "I told him everything," she admitted.

"What?"

She held her arms in defense, "Well what did you wanted me to do? I was about to beat her up when you brother came in. Of course he got in the way and asked me why I was about to hit her," She explained and crossed her arms. "I didn't mean for it to come out, but I was very upset and mad. You know how I get when I'm mad."

Aideen sigh as she knew her cousin very well. She was sure to end up saying everything when mad. "Anyways, after what happen me and my brother became closer than before. He never let anything get between us." She looked up at the fire as she continue to speak, "I tried to not believe her, after all she was always wrong. But sometimes, some of her words stayed with me and I guess in a way I believed them. That wasn't the last time she tried to kill me, she became more aggressive and vengeful after my brother left her. But even after all that..." her eyes turns towards the lion. Both eyes meet, "I don't hate her," she admitted with honesty.

This shocked the thundercats and her cousin. "What?!" They shouted together.

"Of course you wouldn't," her cousin said as she shock her head. She knew Aideen berry well and knew that she forgave people very easily. That did not mean she trusted but she was not the time to let anger or hate get to her. And if someone asked for forgiveness she would give it to them. "I bet she came here just to keep making your life miserable," she said as she looked at the younger girl who turned her way.

"After everything she's done to Aideen , there's no doubt she came here to hurt her." The lion king said.

Aideen frowned, "perhaps" she agreed and decided to change the subject. As she didn't what to talk about her past anymore, "but how did she get here?"

IIsha just shrugged, as she thought of the possibility of Julie getting to this planet. She wanted to say something but I'd she said her ideas to them, Aideen would most likely become frustrated at not knowing anything about her ancestors. But if she didn't say anything there would be a possibility that she would get mad once she found out about everything, and that would not be good.

"She probably came the same way you did," cheetara suggested.

Aideen thought about it, then took her necklaces out from within her shirt. She looked at it, "I got here because of the necklaces," she said as she looked up, "you think she has something the same?" She then turned towards her cousin, "is that how you got here?"

Isha shook her head, "no I didn't get here by that and I don't think she did either. That necklace that you have, according to my father, had been past down by our ancestors. It's only given to the first born girl in the family and one of a kind."

"Then, how did she get here?" Aideen wondered then looked at her cousin with a raised eyebrow, "how did you get here?"

Isha became nerves as she stared at her. Growing up the older girl had learn to be a good liar, that's how she was able to get away with things. Out of the people she knew only Aideen knew when she was lying. And right now the younger girl was paying very close attention to her. With a straight face she answer, "I don't know. One minute I was heading towards your house and the next I am in a strange land."

Aideen stared at her cousin and raised an eyebrow. It was easy to fool anyone, especially when they looked at them in the eyes. But everyone had a way of showing when they are lying and her cousin was no exception. She looked down at Is has hands, her fingers were playing with the matching ring she hand in her left hand finger. Usually when she told a lie she could play with the ring at a fast pace but right now she was calmly moving the ring. This meant she was half lying, looking up at her cousins she asked her, "are you seriously lying to me?

Isha bit her lip as Aideen said those words, with a sigh she looked to the side, "Aideen what do you know about that necklace of yours?"

"Only that it belongs to my mother, and that it belonged to my ancestor. Nothing else other than that," she answers then added, "I also found out that I can control water which is odd consider no one in my family can do that."

Isha thought about what she said. She wondered if perhaps she knew who her ancestors were. She didn't want to brake the primers she made long ago. "Okay, what about our ancestors do you know anything about them?"

"What does that have to do with any of this?" The tiger as asked with a frown.

Isha glanced at him and waved her hand, "sorry, strips but I was asking my cousin, not you."

Tygra growl at the girl and was ready to fight with her until cheetara touched his arm, stopping him from starting an argument. Panthro just laughed while Aideen rolled her eyes.

"Stop trying to start an argument," the younger girl said but only received a shrug. Aideen sigh knowing the girl was going to annoy the tiger as much as s possible. "I only know about Behira and that was from a dream I had," she answer the girls earlier question. She remembered her dream, "I know she was a priestess and queen. She was captured by lion-O's ancestor, Leo, in order to marry mumm-ra. I also know she had a powerful stone within her that could tip the balance of good and evil.

"Wait," the tiger interrupted, "did you just say, your ancestor was supposed to marry mumm-ra?"

"Eww," the two kittens said in disgust. They may have not seen the mummy but sure knew that he was nothing but a sack of bones.

"Yeah, I don't even want to remember that," Aideen replied with disgust. She clears her thought then continue, "I also know she fought along side, Leo in order to defeat mumm-ra and free the animals. And that there was a book she wanted to hide from him."

Isha raised an eyebrow, "is that all?" She asked and the younger girl nodded. Putting a hand on her chin the girl began to think. If she knew this much then perhaps it wasn't a bad idea to clear something out. It could also help Aideen fell less stress out, about knowing noting. Nodding Bernhard, Isha stood straight and asked one last question, "Aideen, when did you see this?"

"Why does that matter?"

"Just answer the question," Isha said as she rolled her eyes at her.

"Back at the tower of Omens, I got dizzy and fainted. Then had that dream," she answer as she crossed her arms, "what does that have to with how Julie got here? Actually, what does all of this have to do with it?"

The older girl looked at Aideen, "alright I will explain, but none can interrupt, Understood?" Everyone nodded their heads. "Alright, will start with Behira, then all tell you what hat has to do with Julie." She cleared her throat as she thought about what she was going to say, making sure to not say anything that Aideen wasn't meant to know, yet. "Behira, for those who don't know, was queen of a planet call Asalie. The people there were name shannen and held the power to control the elements. They had an appearance like the human of earth, but had markings on their body's to identify them. It was said that the power stones originated from there. As to who created them... well that was unknown. Behira was born in that planet and was the next queen, but there was a problem. You see, every female is born with a twin, one born to become queen and the other, whether it was a girl or boy, was meant to be the priestess or priest. In case the something happen to the queen, the priest or priestess descendant became the knew holders of the stone. As the queen shared the same womb with her twin. But the begins reason for there to be two born was in order for the twin to help in case something happen to the stones holder."

"So, the twin helped her with the stones power?" Cheetara asked as they all listen to the story.

Isha nodded her head, "yep, the stone was very powerful that the queen wasn't always able to control it. The stone was able to give an evil creature immense power, as well as a good creature. But because the stone was so connected to ones mine, it could be tainted with darkness. Giving evil spirits greater power. That's when the twin would play its role. He or she, would help control the queens emotion making sure that darkness did not taint the stone, and that the balance of good and evil was not tilt." She explained and looked around making sure everyone understood. "Now, Behira was different. She wasn't born with a twin and was able to control the stones full power as well as its temptations. She was a strong woman but very kind and caring. Her care extended to even those who were not her people, to those from other planets. And that's how Mumm-Ra was able to control her. He had found out about the power stones and its power. Together he would be able to rule every species, but with the sensus stone, he would rule the whole galaxy."

"He knew that with them all together his goal would be reached. Behira wasn't about to let him get them, she fought against him but he used her own caring nature to get her to do what he said. He threaten to harm the species he had with him is she didn't agree to marry him. The shannen were willing to die as long as the sensus stone was safe but Behira wasn't about to let others die. She agreed. Once he had gotten Behira, he began to gather the other stones." She then thought about what her father had told her about the shannen culture and their customs. "Now, the easiest thing was to get the stone within her, but Mumm-Ra knew that wasn't going to work, as the stone would need to be tainted in order for him to will it. But he did know that once a shannen marries their their husband's, or mate's, goal would be her own. And if his wish was for his dark magic to be stronger then it would be."

"I see, thats why she had to marry him because of the other species. He had everything well plan," the lion kind said as he realize why the mummy wanted to marry her. He remembered her kind eyes that reminded him of Aideen.

Isha nodded one more time, "Yea, but," she began as she remember what her father had told her, "what he didn't count on, was the fact that Behira fell in love. And love was a treasured to the shannen, as it was hard to find."

In Aideen's mind when to the tiger that guarded her ancestor. "Cato," she mutter.

The older girl frowned at that name, "So, you know," she said to which the girl nodded, "Well talk about that later." She turned back to the others as they all gave her a questionable expression, all except Lion-O. "Don't worry about that," She told the others. "Now, as I was saying. Behira feel in love and that was what lead her to side with, Leo in order to defeat the ancient mummy. Once defeated, both Leo and Behira thought the stones were to powerful for one species to keep and so they decide to give them to the other species." Everyone was in thought at the knew information they gain, while Aideen was grabbing her head as if she was in pain. "The reason why this was related to Julie is because the shannen had the ability to make portals to travel to other planets. Only thought that were from a shannen could do that."

"Wait," Aideen said as she tried to process everything she just heard. "If I am a shannen, that means we could be form the same species?" Isha nodded. The young girl was getting a headache. It was so hard to believe what she was saying but for some reason it made senses to her. "But how can we be shannen if, I'm sure, both our parents were humans?"

"And how could Behira marry a mummy? Isn't that mixing the species?" the tiger asked.

"Okay," Isha began as she tried to figure out how to answer their question without giving to much away. "First, the shannen blood is very strong that tends to eliminate the blood line from one of your ancestors. So, if the mother has the shannen blood line and human then the shannen blood would be past to their child along with the fathers. And so on, as long as one of the ancestor's had shannen blood then all of the descendants will too. Now as for the other question... well there is no problem as a shannen can take any species as their mate, as long as they have a similar trait to them. Like you know walk and take and what not," she answer with a shrug.

"Wait," Aideen said as she tried to rap her head around the knew information. "I-" she clenched her head as it began to pound in pain.

"Aideen, are you alright?" the lion asked as he grabbed her shoulder and looked at her in worry.

In a second, Isha was there by her side, "I think this is enough for today. This is to much for you to take and add what you remembered... you need to rest," she suggested.

Aideen shook her head as she wanted to get answer, but her head was hurting to much. She sigh and nodded finally giving in to what her cousin suggested. "Fine, but answer this last question."

"Alright, what?"

She looked at her right in the eyes, "Why didn't you tell me anything?"

Isha was silent for a few minutes. She bit her lip and looked down, "because not all children are born shannen," she said then looked back at her, "and it wasn't my job to tell you."

The young girl nodded and stood up. She walked to where she was going to sleep. Once she was laying down, before her conscious drifted, she wondered what other things her mother and everyone else hid from her. But the most important question was, why?

As night feel, the rest of the thundercats and human girls fell a sleep. Well, one of the girls did. Isha stood from were she was a sleep, quietly she walked toward her sleeping cousin. Making sure the younger girl was well a sleep, she bent down and ran her hand over the headband. It began to glow, with some parts of it glowing lighter, making the girl worry.

There was only a small, almost invisible crack which wasn't something big to worry about but she knew what this meant. Just as she was about to put her hand on the headband she was grabbed from behind.

Isha turned around fast and was meet with the annoying tigers angry face. She was pulled to her feet and taken out. Once out side she pulled her arm away from him.

"What do you think your doing?!" He demanded.

Isha narrowed her eyes, "that has nothing to do with you," she said with a serious expression.

"I don't think she would like to know what you were doing," he stated. Her expression change to shock, then she looked to the side. "I won't tell her, not after hearing what she went threw. But I want to know what you were doing."

Isha relaxed a little, "your just like Zane. Why are you so protective of her? You barely know her."

The tiger stayed quite for awhile. She was right and it was a thought that kept running through his head; why was he so worried for her? But he couldn't find the answer. "That doesn't matter," he said.

"Your not falling in love with her, are you?"

He turned his head fast to wards her, "no, of course not." He knew she wasn't going to believe him. He sigh, "I don't know why, but I feel as if I need to protect her."

Isha looked at him in the eyes and could see the struggle at not knowing why he help those feeling toward a human that he barely knew. Deep within he cared and worried d for the girl, and that was all that matter to her. "If you care about her, then it's best you don't find out. I will never do something to harm her. She's very special to me." She looked down with determination, "All I want is to protect her."

This caught the tigers attention, "protect her from who?" he asked.

"From someone even more powerful than Mumm-ra."
