The forest of Magi Oar

To say the boy was frustrated was not even the word to express how he felt. One thing for sure, the boy was beyond frustrated. For the past months he had been trying to locate, or get a single clue indicating were Tygress was. Having found a friendly face was fine enough to calm him down. But not finding a single clue... Well it became to much for him. He looked at Titania, the white tiger they had located at a small village.

With much insist she had agreed to travel with them in order to find tigress. The two dogs that were taking care of her, didn't think it was such a good idea. They had sworn to protect her until her home was free from the cures it had been put on. After explaining everything they finally agree and the three left to keep on searching.

He knew they wouldn't be able to find her in a short amount of time but he couldn't help but be impatient. Especially when he knew his sister was out there. He was worried for her. There are people who would do anything to have her, as she possesses a great power not to mention other heritage that some could benefit from.

He was also worried for her health. Within time she would remember things both their parents wish she would forget.

A hand touched his shoulder gently. He turned then sigh, "what is it, Titania?"

"You're worried for your sister, aren't you?" She asked as she sat in the log next to him. "She'll be fine."

The boy nodded his head, "I know. She's strong, but that doesn't mean I can't worry about her." He looked up at the forest. His thought always on his sister.

"There's no time to think about that. The longer we take on finding Tygress the more time she'll have to cover her tracks." Shila said as she leaned on one of the trees. Her arms were crossed, her hair was pulled up and her leather armor held daggers. Most people would think she was nothing but an innocent lady once they meet her, back in her village. But Xander knew her better and she wasn't some anyone wanted as an enemy.

Xander nodded his head and stood up. "You're right, but where do we start? She most likely already cover her tracks."

Shila looked to the side in thought. The boy was right if there was someone who was good at hiding, then it was her. Then she remembered a place that could help them, "go to the great forest. Talk to the guardian and ask him to guide you. He should be able to show you how to track her steps in case she has uses magic. That's the only lead we can get for now."

"Can you stop sulking, Isha," Aideen said as she looked up a tree where Isha was sitting. The forest of Magi Oar was dark but held a feeling as if they were being watched. Aideen felt a strong enegy once they had stepped in. One would think the forest was frightening with it big trees and dark look but both girls didn't feel that.

"No, go away," the older girl replied as she crossed her arms. Her thoughts somewhere else. After the elephants told them about the spiritual connection both cats brother had with the young girl, Isha had been quite, too quite. Her thoughts were on the tiger. It wasn't that she disliked the fact that her cousin had a connection with him... well it did bother her a little. But she was rather wondering what connection she could have with him. Ever send she travel with the cats she noticed the way both Aideen and Tygra acted towards one another. The older cat acted protective of her, almost like Zane and Xander. While Aideen tended to stay closer to him like she would with both older brothers. In truth if she hadn't known Aideen she would think both her and Tygra were siblings. The type that tended to argue but could never hate one another.

Aideen sigh as she noticed the girl deep in thought. She walked away from her to help the other set up camp.

"Sword of Omens give me sight beyond sight" lion says as he held the sword in front of him. His eyes changed color for a few second before going back to their teal blue. He sigh as he turned and walked towards the others. Cheetara was making a tent with the help of wilykit and Kat. Tygra was getting blanket from the tank.

The lion walked past Tygra "Anything?" The older brother asked as he looked at the lion.

"Don't understand why the elephants send us here," the lion said as he glanced back at his brother then at the ground. "The book says the stone is in their village. The sword too."

Cheetara turned towards the two, "Maybe you're not seeing the forest for the trees, lion-O," she said as Aideen walked towards them. She stood next to the cheetah as she began to speak again. "We might not be able to see why yet, but coming here might be the key to locating the stone there."

"She's right," Tygra agreed. He looked around at the forest, "You don't have to be a cleric to feel the forest magic." They looked at the forest, everyone could feel something within the forest.

Cheetara touched the tree next to her. "There's something else here, too," she looked up at the tree, "a cheerless, gloomy presence. Its like the forest is inhabited by-"

"ghost!" Both Kitts exclaimed excitedly. Aideen shook her head as the two began to make hunting sounds.

"Spirits," cheetara corrected as they watched the kits walk past them.

Panthro looked down at them, "Ghosts, spirits, souls," panthro said as he looked around. "I don't care what you call them. They all give me the willies."

Isha jumped on the tank and they turned to look at her. "You don't have toworry about all the spirits or ghost, only the bad ones. The ones that seek revenge or died with hatred in their heart." She sat down as if she wasn't bother by the place at all. "The rest can help you or won't bother you."

Aideen nodded her head, "she's right, you know. My mother always said that spirits need to be respected. And when needed they would help." With a shrugged she looked at the lion, "sometimes you need too have to look at things from a different.. Perspective. In a way."

Snarf meowed as both kits came closer to him. They were both cover with a blanket and began making hunting sounds, both trying to scare snarf.

"You two," panthro said making them turn to look at him. "Go get some firewood, "he order.

"Why do we have to?" Wilykat protested.

Panthro came closer to them, "Cause you're smaller than me, you're younger than me, and you're not good for anthing else," he replied making both kits looked down.

"Ugh! Fine!" Wilykit groaned. They took of the blanket and began to walk towards the forest. "Come on, snarf maybe we'll see a ghost," snarf followed them a little hesitant, as he was scare. Aideen shock her head from were she was. Both kits were be in to be around but... They did tend to go a little overboard with their pranks.

She Looked at the tree cheetara had just touch, the others became busy setting up camp. Something within her made her extend her hand towards the tree. She could feel the magic in the forest but it there was a feeling of sadness and unseating. The forest made her feel calm but at the same time she could feel unbalanced. As if there was something... out of place.. disturbing the balance of the forest. Her palm touch the tree.

"Aideen?" The lion said as he looked at her, the rest of the thundercats turn to see her staring deeply at the tree.

In a second the girl fell to her knees. Her vision became blurs, making her close her eyes.

' You must focused,' a voice said from besides her. " there is always balance in everything." She open her eyes and look to the side. An older cat stood in front of her, he was young but his voice was that of an adult. She looked around and other were there but their whole body and face was cover in white robes. Some had had a necklace and held a staff, while others had a different type of cloth under the robe.

"Let the spirits guide you. Listen to the earth and open you mind," another voice said besides but this one sounded older and wiser. "In order for you to unlock your true potential you must open your mind. And never forget... there's balance and it must be kept that way or else, everyone will suffer the consequences." He walked away the white cheetah following behind him, "that's enough for today. Your father is waiting for you."

'my... father' she thought but just as she was about to turn when her vision ended.

At seeing Aideen touch the tree, Isha had run towards her and pulled her hand away. Aideen blanked a couple of minutes before looking at her cousin. "Are you alright?" The older girl asked.

Aideen nodded slowly as she was still wondering what had happen. "What... happen?" She asked slowly. She turned as the others looked at her concerned for her.

Isha sigh, she looked at her young cousin, "Aideen don't touch the trees."

Aideen looked down at her hand, "why?"

"This place has a lot of magic and you can absorb that magic. But you have yet to learn how to do that completely, if not it could cause harm to you," she explained and Aideen nodded.

Lion-O helped her stand up. Once up she closed her eyes then reopen them. "I.. I saw something," she said making them turn to her and for Isha to stiff in place.

"What did you see?" Cheetara asked.

"I..saw a cheetah.. a white cheetah to be specific. He was talking about balance and there needed to one or else it could affect everyone. There were others but their face and body were all cover... I don't know what that was about," she finished as she looked at her cousin.

Isha had a blank expression and it was hard for Aideen to know what she was thinking. "White cheetah?" Tygra question. They turns to cheetara, who was deep in thought.

"Theres no white cheetahs in thundera," she answer, then looked at her, " I don't know what this could mean."

Aideen looked at the sky wondering why she saw what she saw. The last part was what worried her. Her father.. They mention her father and she felt as if they were talking to her. With a sigh she walked away. She wanted answers but the only once that could give some to her, were on another planet.

Wilykat and wilykit walked deeper into the woods with snare in between them. The light on the moon was their only light. Both kits got an idea and wilykat turned to snarf, "whatever you do, s-snarf, stay close," he said and within seconds both kits ran away to the opposite side. Leaving snarf alone.

The keeper walking his head looked up as the sound of snapping branches echoed in the forest. He then began to run as the sound got louder and louder. He head behind a tree and let out a breath as the sound stop.

"Boo!" Both kits shouted scaring the poor cat. They laughed as snarf ran in circles. "What a scary snarf!" Wilykit said as they laughed again this time snarf stopped running and smiled at the two kits. They picked up a couple of branch and began to make their way to the camp.

By night time veryone was a sleep. Cheetara sleeper inside the tent while both wilykat and kit sleeper outside next to her. Isha and Aideen sleeper by a tree, and panthro was snorting in the tank. "He sound like the thundertank," Tygra commented as both brothers listen to panthros snore.

"Father used to snore like that, remember?" The lion said as he glance at the older cat.

"How could I forget?" Tygra said as he looked up at his brother, "It's the one thing you inherited from him."

Lion-O turned to his brother, "You still don't think I should be king, do you?" He asked.

"Does it matter what I think?" He replied, "The sword picked you." Even though he still wished the sword would pick him, he knew he couldn't do anything about it anymore.

Lion-O sigh, "Maybe it chose wrong," he commented. "No matter his hard I try, I can't seem to master sight beyond sight." And it was true, after having the sword not work the young king was beginning to give up.

Tygra looked at his brother, "You just have to believe in yourself," the brother advices. He then looked towards the cheetah who was a sleeper inside the tent. "She seems too."

The lion looked towards the female cat then turned towards his brother. "You know, we're going to have to settle this eventually," he stated, "May the best cat win."

The older brother turned toward the red-brown hair girl, who was sleeping next to her cousin. Both siblings were fast a sleep. He was worried for what she may have seen and why she saw that. He knew there were still many thing she hadn't told them.

He looked back to the fire then glanced at his brother. He knew what he was feeling for Cheetara but his feelings for the other girl were confusing. He knew it wasn't love but what it was he didn't know. Tygra watched as his brother threw a piece of wood in to the fire.

Then there was a small explosion as a cloud of smoke rose. Panthro woke up from the explosion and looked up at the sky in shock. Spirits swarm out of the fire and looked at the two cats.

"Ghost!" The two kitts said as they looked up.

"And they're coming from the wood," cheetara said as the rest stood besides Tygra and Lion-O. Isha and Aideen looked up at the spirits, both stood ready to battle.

Tygra shot at the spirit informant of him but the blast just when thru him, the spirit disappeared then reappeared behind the older cat. Cheetara jumped with her staff in hand and tried to swing at the spirit but the staff just when right thru him. The two human girls tried to defend themselves with their element. Isha blowing wind to them causing them to back away a little. While Aideen used her whatever to slash him but the water only came threw him. Neither one of the girls knew if the spirits were good or bad but they would defend themself if the spirits came closer.

Aideen turned just in time to see one of the spirits behind her. Before she could do anything her body froze. 'what! I- I can't move!' she thought. Then some of the other spirits began to surround her.

The cats stood together with the human girl The only one not there was Aideen. "I always say, the problem with ghosts is you cant punch 'em in the face," panthro said.

"Don't worry. I've got something that never fails," lion-O took out his sword. "Thundercats, ho!" He shouted but the sword did nothing, "Until now."

Isha looked around her, as she tried to defend herself she had lost sight of Aideen and now she couldn't find her. "Where's Aideen?" She mutter as she looked around her trying to spot the girl. The others were to busy focusing on the spirits surrounding them.

"Isha!" she heard making her turned to where a group of spirits were swarming around. Aideen looked at her cousin as she ran towards her. Aideen reached for her hand but wasn't able to move, as she was being pulled by the spirits towards the dark forest. She looked at Isha who was having a hard time getting to her. Their eyes meet and the girl could see the fear in her eyes. She was scared to be in the dark, alone.

A small light appeared in the dark forest. "Be gone, evil spirits," a voice said as the person grabbed a piece of paper that had the writing glowing, "or face the wrath of the wood forgers." The new person had paper in part of him clothing. At the sight of him the spirits flew to attack him. The male just extended his hand, "Snips, scatter these spirits to the wind." Another person speared as if he was floating in the air. Paper star origami flew by him and at his command a strong wind flew the spirits away. "Gami, fold them a nightmare so they can see what fear really is," this time a female appeared, a peace of paper on her hand. She unfolded a small paper envelope, crumbled it then threw it at the ground. A few seconds later and the paper exploded and what appeared like a paper dragon appeared. The paper origami blowed them away. Getting down from the tree branch the leader stood in front of the spirits. "And with a mere stroke of my brush, your frenzy is put to rest," grabbing a peace of paper he drew a thin jug. The picture came to life and absorbed the spirits, then went back to the paper were the jug reappeared but full. The spirits were gone but so were some of the trees that surrounded them.

"Did they just defeat them with paper?" Tygra asked in disbelief, as they stared in shock at what had just happen.

"Nunchucks are a weapon" panthro began, "Swords are weapon. Paper isn't any kind of weapon." Lion-O then began to walk towards them.

"That. Was. Amazing!" both kitts exclaimed as they ran towards the wood forgers.

"And just in time" lion-O said as he stood in front of the wood forgers leader. "I'm Lion-O, lord of the thundercats."

"Welcome to the Magi Oar forest, Lion-O" the wood forger said as the other two stood next to him. "We are the wood forgers," he introduced before grabbing a piece of paper and throwing it to the air. They lid up and made a path across the firest, he turned to the others, "Quickly, now. It's not safe here."

"What did you do?!" An angry voice made them turn. Isha walked toward the leader of the wood forgers. "Do you know what you have done!" The girl was furious. After the wood forgers got there the spirit that surrounded Aideen disappeared along with her cousin.

"Isha, what wrong?" Lion-O asked as he step in front of her.

"Aideens gone. The spirits took her the second this people arrive," the girl said with anger in her voice. She then extended her hand to the other trees around her, "and look what they have done to the forest!"

"Okay, calm down," cheetara said. But the girl was too worried to listen to her, Aideen was gone and this forest was showing her things she shouldn't know.

"We don't have time for this," the wood forger said as he looked at the girl with calculation eyes. "It's not safe. The more we stay here the more were in danger."

Lion-O stayed quite as he thought of what to do. He wanted to look for the girl but he didn't know the forest well enough to look for her. They would all be lost in the forest if they search for her.

"Well help you search for your friend. But right now we must leave," the wood forger said.

With a nodded the lion agreed, he turned to Isha. "Well, search once it's lighter. I'm sure Aideen will be alright."

The older girl looked at the leader of the wood forgers, she didn't truest him. Isha wanted to just leave and search for her but she knew Aideen would be mad if she left both the king and Prince alone. "Fine," she replied as they all began to fallow the light path. 'please be find Aideen.'

Aideen was sure she was going to die, after all the spirits were acting very aggressively. But she knew she wasn't dead the moment she opens her eyes. The spirits let her go, somewhere in the forest, then disappear. She stood up from her spot on the ground and looked around, everything looked the same to her.

She walked ahead until she came across a lage space with cut down trees. She looked at them with sadness. As a little girl her mother had tought her to respect nature and that every tree was alive. Having seen all the missing tree only sadness her and made her wou der who would be cruel to not be able to respect the trees and the forest itself. She could feel the energy of the spirits, who she was now sure belonged to the cut down trees.

"who could do this?" she mutter as she kneeled down and touched the bark. Her hand ran over the rough bark af if she tried to sooth the pain away. In an instant her vision change.

Aideen stood under a big tree with light green leafs. She looked to the side trying to identity where exacly she was, but nothing seemed similar to her. 'where am i. ' she thought as she got up and began to walk.

"You can't just expect to get it on the first try, " a voice said ahead of her said. She was sure she had hear that voice before, back in the castle when she tried tried to save king Claude. It was the same kind and knowledgeable voice, but she could hear joy and happiness instead of sadness like before. "Come on lets try it again and don't get upset if you don't get it right. You're just beginning after all."

Aideen got closer and closer until she could see two figures; one adult and one young girl. Just when she was about to see them fully a gush of air was thrown her way making her hide behind the tree she was just grabbing and closed.

"I did it! I did it! Did you see, papa" the small girl exclaimed.

Aideen open her eyes and noticed she was back in front of the open field. She looked to the side trying to figure out what she had just seen. With a sigh the girl sat on the ground and reclosed her eyes just as a shadow lumen over her.

The rest, even though they were worried for the girl, fallowed the wood forgers untill they reach an opening among the forest. "This is the school of paper art, and I am its headmaster," the leader, whose name they learn was Zig, said as they stared a school that look like it was made out of paper. There was a mill next to the school and black smoke cloud the sky's. "Task with training our students in the various disciples of wood forging in order to carry out our mission to protect all in need," they walked behind the headmaster as he showed them the school. "Magi Oar is an enchanted forest whose power we harness through paper in order to protect it."

"protected from who?" Cheetara asked. Isha looked around the place not believing the headmaster for a second. Anyone who makes paper out of trees and a lot, does not look like the protector of a forest. There was something about him that made the girl keep her eyes on him.

Zigg stop and took out a piece of paper. Taking a brush out he drew a picture of a bird, that then glowed and came to life. "Virago, a monster known to swallow men whole and snatch children in the night," he said as the bird flew in front of the cats, scaring snarf who hid behind the two kits.

Lion-O looked at the flowing picture, "He doesn't look so tough," he replied

"I don't think he's been drawn to scale," his brother replied.

He raised a finger and the image disappeared, "He seeks to drive us from the forest so he might use its power for his own evil intent." He turned to them as he kept explaining, "Not long ago, it looked like he might do just that, until we build this paper mill."

The headmaster leaded them to the inside of the mill. Isha looked in sadness as the lumber was being cut and turned to paper. Who knew how many trees this man had already cut. That only made the human girl angrier. "Once it took an entire day for a wood forger to produce a single sheet by hand," he explained explained as he showed them the process. "This mill can produce thousands in the same time."

"Can the forest sustain such loss?" Cheetara asked.

"The forest is big, and only through its lumber can we protect it from Viragor," Zigg replied.

"That's not protecting," Isha commented having heard enough from Zigg. She knew right away he was lying. "You must harm the forest to protect it? No, you're just making the forest unbalance and harming it."

"Excuse me?"Zigg said as he turn his full attention to her. Isha, being the stubborn child she was, didn't back down.

"You heard me. You're not protecting anything," she repeated.

Zigg stared hard at the girl as lion-O came between them. "That's enough, Isha. They have saved us back there. We're not here to interfere with what they are doing. They've been here longer than we have and know what needs to be done."

Isha turned and her glare was enough to make the lion take a step back. He as sure he had seen her eyes go black, but decided to ignored it. "Some sacrifice must be done to ensure the safety of the forest," Zigg said.

"And who are you to decide for the forest?" Isha replied back with anger in her voice. She tried to keep calm but she could feel the suffering of the trees. It was sad and painful. "This trees are alive, they feel! And you're harming them!"

Zigg became angry at her words but had train to keep calm. A creatures words was not going to get to him. "Enough, I will not tolerate insolent and ignorant in my school." He turned and left just as Isha was about to attack him but was held back by Panthro. He had learn about the girls temper and knew if he didn't stop her she would start a fight with the headmaster.

"Come," Zigg said as he glazed at them, with a glared that was directed to Isha. "There is more to see."

Isha growled as she looked at the headmaster back. This man was hiding something and she wanted to know what.

The lion stood on a balcony looking at the sky. His thought were on the red-brown hair girl and where she was. For some odd reason he wanted her by his side. Even though, sometimes, he didn't listen to her advice, it did comport him. Unlike his brother who would tell him of all the wrong things he was doing, she encourage him . Even if he ended up failing or making a wrong choice she would always fallow him. To him she had become very important In the months they had travel together.

"Tell me, Lion-O," Zigg asked as he stood in the dark, having seen the lion on his own. "What bring you so deep into these woods?"

"I was send here to learn to see," lion-O replied as he turned to the headmaster.

Zigg walked towards him and stood to his side, "Then you should know seeing is about perspective." He threw a few pieces of paper to the air each having a different line drawn. The paper flew in the air separated from one another, "What do you see?" He asked.

"Doesn't look like anything," lion-O replied as he tried to understand what he was looking at.

"Not from here," Zigg moved the papers in the air. They all came together and form the picture of the lion king.

"Huh? Its me!" Lion-O exclaimed in surprise.

"While detail is important, its only when you step back that the entire picture comes into view," he lectured.

"No wonder you're the headmaster," lion-O said as a noise was heard in the distance.

Zigg turn around fast his eyes frown as his expression became serious, "He's here."

"Who?" The young king asked.

"Virago."

They race outside as a giant bird-moth like creature flew above them. He flew in circles, "Get out of my forest!" Virago swooped down and destroyed one of the towers.

"I will not let you terrorize us another day, beast!" Zigg shouted as he prepared for battle, the rest stood by his side. "Wood forger, Attack!" Snip grabbed a piece of paper and a pair of scissors and cut a snowflake. The snowflake grew and with the power of the paper, thousands small flakes flew towards Virago. But he avoid them easily.

"You forget, I'll always be stronger than you, Zigg," the bird said as he stayed high in the air. "I don't need paper to harness this forest magic."

Isha who was close narrowed her eyes at hearing what the bird said. 'I see. So that's what's going on. I knew he was a lier,' she thought as she looked at him.

Gami folded and origami bird. The origami flew towards the bird fire surrounding it as it grew in size. Virago flapped his wings blowing the origami away. The gush of air not only flew the paper but also the wood forgets as they were slammed to the wall.

Lion-O looked as them then turned his attention to the bird. "They help us. Time to return the favor," he said as he took his sword out. The virago flew towards him and lion-O put the sword in front of him, "Ho!" The sword didn't extend like the other times. "Come on!"

As Virago came closer to him, cheetara ran towards the two. With her staff she stop him from trying to eat the cat. Isha used her air to push him to the side and away from lion-O. "Sorry! He's not on the menu," Isha said as the bird took air again.

"Maybe the sword changed its mind about you," Tygra commented as he ran towards the bird. Panthro and lion-O followed seconds later with Isha staying were she was. She had help because the lion was her friend but she didn't want to hurt virago.

Up in the air, cheetara was grabbing to her staff, the only object protecting her from being eaten. But the staff was beginning to bent, "Don't break on me now," The cat said and just then the staff broke. Before she was crushed Tygra used his whip to pull her away. "I loved that staff!" The others watched as the female cat fell, but was caught by the older Prince.

"Gotcha," the tiger said as he looked down at her. She stared at him with wide eyes.

"If we lose the mill, we lose everything," Zigg said as they looked up at virago who was circling above the school.

"Don't worry," the lion replied as he glanced at him, "He's about to be grounded." he aimed the gauntlet at virago and shot its claws. The wire wrapped around the foot of the bird. After a few seconds he realized his mistake. "Maybe this is a bad ide-ahh!" he was pulled by the bird as he flew higher into the air.

He began to full himself towards Virago and once close enough, he climbed onto of him. Grabbing two of its feather, he directed him towards the trees. As he came close to one of them, virago ended up hitting the tree and lion-O was thrown off only to land at the bark of another tree. He watched as virago fell to the ground. Lion-O jumped off and landed safely on the ground. He turn intime to see virago coming towards, his mouth wide open. The lion jumped to the side avoiding the bird, as virago chump the trees bark. .

Glaring at the bird, he pulled his sword out. "Eye of thundera, spirit of Jaga, sword of Omens, do not fail me now," he said as he swung his sword, "Thunder." he wunged again, "thunder." He swung it one last time, "thunder." Then he held it up high, "thundercats, Ho!" the sword still didn't do anything. Withing moments the bird was making his way back to the lion. This time the young king couldn't avoid him and was thrown back.

He groaned as he looked down at the sword, "Why aren't you working?" he said becoming frustrated. "What am i not seeing?" he questioned.'Sometimes you need too have to look at things from a different.. Perspective' Aideens earlier words echoed. His eyes widen as he finally realized the answer to his question. "The bigger picture that's what. Even when you're not here you seem to help me," he gave a small smile the stood up. He shield his sword, then threw his gauntlet to the side as virgo came towards him his beak wide open. "Probably another bad idea," he stood ready as the bird approached. Instead of being eaten, the bird grabbed Lion-O and carried him as he flew.

"You're going to eat me, aren't you?" he asked.

Virago looked down at him, deep in thought. He turned to look ahead, "Thinking about it."

Inside the school, a row of papers glowed as the rest or the thundercats along with the human girl stood in front of the wood forgers. "Only through Lion-O's sacrifice was the school save," Zigg said, he closed his eyes for a few seconds, "I'm afraid there's no way he could survive his encounter Viragor."

"Don't worry about Lion-O," panthro said, not liking what the headmaster was trying to imply. "He'll be fine. Kid, can take care of himself." They left the wood forgers, with Isha giving one last glace before fallowing the others.

Once they were out of reach she stopped and took out one as the papers she was able to slip away without the others knowing. She closed her eyes not noticing the other looking at her.

She focused on her words, "Lend me your power. Spirits of wood. Hear my message and find the one I seek," she mutter. Then in a whispered mutter a few words. She folded the paper and used her wind to blow it into the paper turned into a bird and flew towards the trees.

"What was that?"Panthro asked as they watched the bird disappeared into the trees.

"A massage for Aideen and Lion-O. The spirits will help, when asked for it," she replied. "I'm sure where ever Lion-O maybe, he may haven found Aideen."

"how can you be so sure?" cheetara asked.

Isha smiled then turned and left. Leaving the others to question what she meant.

"Your getting heavy, bug," virago said as he flew threw the sky, "Mind if i drop you off here?"

"You won't, because you're not evil," Lion-O said as he looked at the bird. After recalling everything that had happen, he finally saw the biger picture, " Viragor, are you?"

Viragor looked down at him, "Have you not been paying attention?"

Lion-O looked down in thought, "The sword of Omens wouldn't work against you or the spirits. I thought it was me," he began then looked back up at the bird, "but it's because the sword can't be used against a forces of good."

"Interesting theory" viragor replied "Willing to risk your life for it?"

Lion-O stayed silent for a while. He remember Aideen and thought of what she would say to him. He looked back at viragor, and firmly said, "I am."

Viragor looked at the cats for a while, the looked ahead again. "Let me show you something," he said as he headed towards a place that was the result of the mill. "The Magi Oar is an ancient forest, one I've cared for for centuries."

"I thought that was the wood forger's job?" he exclaimed in disbelief.

"They sure give that impression don't they?" virago commented as he got closer to his destination. "No. They're merely guests, and they've outworn their welcome." His voice was hard, clearly anger what Zigg had done. "I allowed them into the forest because I believed in their mission, but Zigg wanted more power." The bird landed on an open field, where there should have been trees there was nothing but tree stumps and a few broken trees. "That meant more paper. So he built the mill. Once, they were content with fallen timber. Now, they strip my forest," his voice became sadder as he looked at the empty field. "Don't they understand? These trees are alive. That mill must be destroyed."

Lion-O looked at the field then back at viragor, "I'll help you."

"As will I," a voice said from behind them. Lion-O turn having recognize the voice. Aideen walked towards the as she dusted her pans and hands. While viragor was gone she had looked at the trees that were still planted, once she found what she needed, she began to plant it in the ground. She knew that trees always carried some type of nut and once planted a new tree could grow. "I've been waited for you viragor," she said as she stood in front of them. She smiled at the lion, "and you've brought company."

"Well i was planing to eat him, but he seemed he could help," viragor replied.

Aideen chuckled and lion smiled at her. "Aideen you're alright," he said and Aideen crossed her arms.

"Yeah, thanks for looking for me," she said playfuly. "So, what happen while I was gone?"

"All tell you on the way to meet the others. I'm just glade you're safe," the young king said with a smile.

A small paper bird flew towards Aideen. She extended her hand in surprise. Once it turned back to paper she read what was inside and began to read. Her expression went from shock to serious. She turned to the lion, "seems like we are going to a school?" she said as she showed the paper to lion.

"Yeah, to settle a few things."

In the school of paper art, a roar was heard from the inside. Zigg and the other wood forgers rushed outside. "The beast returns," Zigg said as he watched Viragor flying above the school. "Wood forgers, ready yourself."

Using her speed cheetara stood in front of them before they attacked the bird, "Wait! Lion-O is with them," she said as the bird landed in front of them. Lion-O jumped of the bird and landed in front of Zigg.

"You haven't been telling us the who story, have you, Zigg?" the lion said not wasting anytime to greet the others. Isha was looking around to see if perhaps Aideen was with him but didn't see her.

"What is the meaning of this, Lion-O?" Zigg exclaimed as he walked closer to the cat.

"Viragor's no monster," the lion declared.

"He did break my staff," cheetara commented making Isha rolled her eyes.

"Sorry about that," Viragor apologised.

"He is the true protector of the forest," the lion said to the thundercats and human girl.

"Is your vision misguided, you've taken up his cause?" Zigg said as he walked closer to the cat.

"You're one to talk about misguided vision," viragor commented

"It doesn't have to be this way, Zigg," Lion-O tried to reason. Even though he knew what the wood forgers had done, he still didn't want to fight them. "Your school can exist in harmony with the forest."

Zigg shook his head too stubborn and power hungry to understand. "Some must suffer for greater good, Lion-O," he stated.

"And who decides what the greater good?" a voice said from behind viragor. Aideen walked to stand next to the lion, her brown eyes serious and her expression calm.

"Aideen!" Isha and the two kitts exclaimed happily at seeing their friend/cousin. The girl smiled at the two of them.

Aideen turned back to look at the headmaster, "no one has the right to decide for others. This place is alive it can feel. If someone wanted to protect a place or a person, they would do everything in their will to keep it save, not harm it more!" she said her voice calm even though she didn't like what he had done.

Zigg looked at the human girl a low growl escape his mouth. He didn't like what she said at all. His attention turned back to Lion-O, "You still can't see the bigger picture, can you?"

"I think I'm finally starting to," Lion-O replied, as his friends stood behind him.

Zigg closed his eyes then reopen them, "You have fail to learn your lesson, so I must try a stricter approached," he said. Two scrolls of paper appeared from behind him, as he threw paper in the air it attached to the scrolls making wings. Zigg flew in the air knowing the lion and viragor would follow. "Wood forgers, attack!" the others stood ready to fight the thundercats and human girls.

Lion-O looked at Aideen who stood by his side, her eyes on Zigg. "Coming?" he asked as he extended his hand for her to take. Without a second thought she grabbed it and book climb on top of viragor as he flew to the sky and after Zigg.

Isha looked at them go, then looked at the rest of the wood forgers. She gave a smile, "oh, I am soo going to enjoy this."

Gami grabbed a roll of paper and made the same dragon as before. Only this time it was facing Tygra as its enemy. The tiger ran towards the dragon then used his whip to disappear. Gami looked in surprise as the tiger was gone then reappear in the air. The origami open its mouth to blast a beam of light at him, but the tiger had taken his gun out and shot at the beam. Tygra used his whip to hit the paper but did not pull his weapon a way and the dragon closed it mouth on it. Using its strength it threw the cat towards the wall.

A gush of air made Gami and her origami turn towards the girl who now stood close to the tiger. The dragon tried to blast another beam of light but the girl used her wind to stop it from reaching her and the older prince. "need some help?" she asked as she looked down at Tygra.

With the others, Panthro had grabbed Snips and thrown him to the side. But the wood forger was smart and stopped himself, he made another snowflake and used it to shot small flakes towards the older cat. Panthro avoid each flake, ice cover where the flakes had hit the ground. He took out his nunchuks and used them to stop the flakes from hitting him, but his weapon was just thrown to the side.

Snips attention shifted to the cheetah who was running his way. He used small windmill like origami to shot blast of air towards her but she just avoid each one of them like nothing. He was shocked as she jumped over him and landed behind. Cheetara smiled but then looked up as a paper cage was above her.

"I really miss my staff," cheetara commented as she was now looked inside a paper cage.

"Good thing I still have my fling," wilykat said as he took out a thin wire. Snips eyes widen as the wire wrapped around him. He feel to the ground and Wilykit toom his notebook.

To the side the cats watched as Tygra avoided the dragons blast while Isha used her element to cut part of the paper but no matter what she did the paper would repair its self. She was becoming irritated.

Wilykat cut the paper bars, letting cheetara out. She ran towards Gami where she was hidding, and toom her notebook, "Not so tough without your notebooks, are you?" cheetara said as she tood away feom the female forger. She threw the notebook in the air where Trygra shot it scattering the paper in the air. He turn gun pointed towards the dragon, only for the origami to explode.

"Yeah!" the kitts exclaimed in excitement.

From within the sky, viragor, Lion-O and Aideen fought against Zigg. The human girl used her water to slash any paper explosion that was thrown her way but at some point froze her water to make a shield as the lion began to slash the paper. Viragor tried to get closer to Zigg but whenever they were close he just threw paper explosion their way. Viragor tried to avoid them as best as he could but they followed them wherever they moved, unless they hit an object. The giant bird flew towards the trees to avoid them but some got him. Lion-O moved towards Aideen covering her as they hit the ground.

Zigg landed by the fallen bird, "The mighty Viragro, broken and defenseless," he said.

"Not completely defenseless," the lion said as he mived viragors wing away. He helped Aideen up as she looked at the wood forger. Making sure she was okay he moved a few steps away from her, "You see, my sword seems to be working again," he said. Zigg looked at him with frightful eyes. "It's time for you to start seeing things in a new light, Zigg." He grabbed his sword and swung it, "Thunder," the sword began to grow, he swung it again, "thunder." The sword extended once more, "thunder" finally in it full length, the cat extended it towards Zigg. "Thundercats, Ho!" a red light shot from the swords stone hitting Zigg. The wood forger groaned as the paper that surrounded him was distroyed. He fell to the ground as a shadow lumen over him.

Zigg looked up to see Viragor standing tall abive him, "You are no longer headmaster of this school. I am," he said before Zigg ran away.

Aideen smiled as the lion turned towards her. Un-notice to either one of them her headband began to crack, as a small line appeared to the side.

By morning the thundercats and human girls stood in front of Viragor who had his wings behind his back. "I owe you my thanks, Thundercats," he said then looked at Aiden and Isha, " and..."

"Humans" Isha replied as he didn't know what the wore. Isha could have said Shannen as that was what she was meant to introduce her self as but knew that there were thouse who would use them for their benefits.

"And you two humans," he said the extended one of his wings until its feather touched the ground. He moved his wing back and a small staff was placed on the ground, a small golden symbol script in the middle. "A gift from the oldest tree in this forest," he said as he looked at the female cat, "It's alive with great magic."

Cheetara walked forward and picked up the staff, she held it close to her as she looked back at the bird, "I accept it with great humility."

Tygra turned toward his brother, "Now, Lion-O, want to try to putting what you learn to used?" he asked.

The lion nodded as he put the sword in front of him, "Sword of Omens, give me sight beyond sight," his eyes turned lighter as the guard of the sword curled around his eyes. He saw the cottage then the vision zoomed to the wall where the stone was located. He looked at the others with a smile, "Let's go get that stone."

Aideen smiled then groaned as her head began to throb. She closed her eyes and breathed deeply but her vision became foggy as she saw what she had seen before. The cats in robes and the forest with the little girls laughter. She shook her head as she bent down her head throbbing more.

Isha loked down at her cousin worried in her voice, "Aideen, are you alright?" They turned towards her as she was grabbing her head and sitting on the ground. Aideen would have looked up but moving her head only made the throbbing worst.

Viragor looked down at the girl. He had meet her in the clear fields and at first tried to scare her away until he saw the reaction the spirits had towards her. After having a closer look at her he felt a familiar aura surrounding her. She had said she knew how to help new trees grow and that she would plant the seeds once she found them, she had also told him about her friend to who she was looking for. WhT surprise him though was the fact that she was willing to help him first before finding her friends.

Viragor walked closer to her and extended his wing to touch her head. "Whats wrong, human?"

Isha looked as viragor was about to touch the girsl headband, "No, don't touch her!" she shouted but was to late as the birds feathers touched Aideens head.

In an instant Aideens vision change and unlike the other two what she saw was terrifying. She could hear the shouting of people and explosions in the distance. As she looked down she could see blood on her hands. A person shouted from the distance telling her to run but she couldn't. The girl sgared at her hands, they were cover in blood the soil was cover in blood and the shouting of the people only grew louder and louder. Aideen closed eyes and cover her ears as she let out a cry. She wanted the vision to go away, she didn't wanted to see any of that. Tears began to stream down her cheeks as she tried to block out the sound.

The other couldn't do anything but watched as the girl began to cry and cover her ears. They knew from her cries that whatever she was seeing was a horrible vision. Lion-O bent down and grabbed the girl as his brother stood by his side.

"Aideen, listen to me. Whatever you're seeing is not real," Lion-O said as he tried to calm the girl down. It pain him to see her like this, she had never had that expression. After a few seconds her breath steady and she faited.

Isha stood to the side her eyes widen at what had just happen. Fear began to cloud her mind, 'she couldn't have seen that.. Please let it not been that' she thought.

"That girl," viragor said in shock. The others turned to him as he looked down at her, "I know her."

"What?!" the thundercats exclaimed as they stared at the bird.

"What do you mean you know her?!" panthro asked but viragor stayed silent.

He turned to loo at Isha, then looked back at the thundercats, "you must get her out of the forest. If you don't she will be harm by the forest magic." He then flew away without answering their question.

Lion-O looked down at the human girl. His thought were on wha viragor had said. He shook his head and lifted the girl up, "we need to go." He said as he turned to the others, who nooded their head.

"I-I'm staying," Isha spoke making them turn towards her. "Please don't ask why. Just... Just go to the elephants village i will catch up with you later. The longer you stay here the more Aideen will be effect by the magic. Just go."

"Alright, but we need to know whats happening," the lion said as he looked at Isha. She bit her lip but nodded. They all ran to the thundertank, ready to leave.

Before the tiger could get inside the tank, a hand stoped him. He turned to find the older girl looking up at him. "Please take care of Aideen. I may not know what... sort of spiritual connection you two have, but I do know you care about her. So... Please take care of her... I'm worried something bad is going to happen to her."

He looked at her, "seems we both have something in comment in the end. Don't worry I wouldn't let anything happen to her. But I want to know whats going on."

"I'm sorry but i can't say anything right now," she replied as she walkes away.

Minutes after the cats and human left, a jet landed on the open field. The jets door open and Xander walked out. He looked at the cut trees and began to walk around. He would figure out what had happen after he had talked with viragor.

He stood a couple of steps then stopped. His hand resting on the gun by his side. "who ever you are you better show you're self." The boy turned to find a short brown hair girl he knew and loved to play pranks with. He smiled at her and he extended his arms, "Isa! What are you doing here?" he asked but as soon as he saw her expression his smile vanish and his arms feel to his side. "Isa?"

"we need to talk," she said with a serious and worried expression.
