RWBY – The Adorkable Knight

Hello, welcome to the second chapter of Determined Knight's rewrite, I do hope that you enjoyed the first chapter while it didn't have that many changes all together, apart from Velvet being introduced earlier, apart from that, all I really did was make the interactions a little different.

Anyway, a quick little mini-question; Should Jaune partner with Nora, Ren or Pyrrha. It won't change much to the story, if any change at all, just a little aesthetic change thats all.

Also, please do vote on the Poll on my profile, which is for the first 5 five pairings for Jaune in a fanfiction that I am making that has very little plot and mostly humour and romance. Also, only rare or very rare pairings are included for this, just for a little change up with all of the common Jaune pairings. Giving a little time for the other women to shine.

Other then that, please do enjoy the second chapter.

Harem for this story! This will NOT be changed!

Jaune x Saphron - Arcest

Jaune x Terra Cotta - Arcotta

Jaune x Pyrrha - Arkos

Jaune x Ruby - Lancaster

Jaune x Yang - Dragon Slayer

Jaune x Blake - Knightshade

Jaune x Weiss - White Knight

Jaune x Glynda - Excalibur

Chapter 2 - Pre-Initiation

Jaune Arc was tired and nervous. He was tired because he didn't get the best sleep last night, when he came out of the changing room clad in his pajamas - which was made by his youngest sister and mother - so he felt obligated to wear it... even if it was childish, it was still comfortable. He heard many whispers as he walked through the room to his sleeping bag by the wall. On occasion, he heard giggling coming from some of the girls saying it was cute, which made him blush slightly. However, that was outweighed by the sheer amount of mock and scorn that he was recieving, some of the insults were direct stings to his already deflated ego that he had worked up.

'Got to get new pajamas, sure they are comfortable... but maybe a little too childish.' Jaune made a small mental note to get new PJ's as he didn't need more whispers and insults behind his back.

Also, the speech that Ozpin gave was lingering in his mind like the plague, it almost made him wonder if he knew about his faked transcripts. If so, then why did he still accept him into the academy? It wasn't like he was strong or super smart... maybe it was because of his family name. From what he could tell from listening and seeing Ozpin was that he was a man that knew something or saw something within others, especially Ruby, considering she was accepted two whole years early.

Shaking his head clear of those thoughts, he focused on where he was now, in the open and rather spacious locker rooms getting final preperations in for the initiation. Looking down at the piece of paper in his hands which had a layout of the surrounding area on it, "Ridiculous, I don't even remember placing my stuff in locker 636 yesterday." He muttered out, unknowingly walking in between the two sisters who did not look like each other.

"Hey, Jaune!" An excited and oddly familiar voice broke him from his thoughts, jumping slightly of either embarrassment or from being spooked, Jaune looked around to see where it came from. His messy blonde hair swaying slightly from his movements.

Blue eyes met with a pair of silver eyes and a pair of lilac eyes.

"Oh, Ruby. Good morning, I hope you had a wonderful sleep." Jaune said, he greeted with a small nod of the head before turning his attention to the blonde girl, whose outfit placed a red tint on his cheeks from the sheer amount of skin and cleavage she was showing, "Yang? Was it?" Jaune questioned, hoping that he remembered correctly, however he shrunk in on himself once he saw the look that the blonde bombshell was giving him.

It was a look that she was trying to be friendly, but was still rather cautious, considering that apparently Ruby was her younger sister, it was something that was natural. He should know, he has older sisters himself, and he is also an older brother.

Despite the fights and animosity held between siblings, they still looked out for each other and protect them as much as they could.

"Morning, I had an... alright sleep... just a little excited and it was rather hard to sleep." She chirped out, giving a rather embarrassed smile as she told him of her sleep... and somewhat lack of said sleep, "-and yes, this is my sister Yang." Ruby stated, confirming Jaune's question before motioning with her hands to Yang, and then at Jaune in a case of greeting.

Jaune nodded his head, "It's nice to meet you, Yang." Jaune greeted, sticking his hand out for a handshake.

Yang eyed the offending appendage before taking one more glance towards Jaune, before allowing herself to return the handshake, although, she made certain to grip around his wrist and put a little more force then needed into it, "The pleasure is all mine." She simply replied, before allowing her grip to soften and take her arm away from him.

Jaune winced a bit, taking a quick glance down at his arm, he noticed that his wrist was a little red along with pale markings from where Yang's skin came into considerable contact with his own. Chuckling awkwardly, Jaune quickly decided to ask for simple directions for the locker where his equipment was located, "Do you guys have any idea where locker 636 is?" He questioned softly towards the duo.

"No, sorry." Ruby said meekly, shaking her head and rubbing imaginary circles on the ground with her shoes and looking rather disappointed in herself for not being able to help her first friend at Beacon.

"Yeah, just over there, where the red head and Schnee are." Yang said, pointing towards the other side of the room, where Jaune turned on his heel and indeed saw a rather tall and beautiful red head, along with the girl who nearly made himself trip up last night.

"I see. Thank you." Jaune said with a small smile on his face, before crumpling the piece of paper up and placing it in his pocket. He gave a nod of thanks to the two females, "Good luck in initiation." He said before walking off to where the locker was.

"You too!" Ruby cheerfully called out, placing her weapon on a small magnetic clip on her back, leaving her weapon hidden by her red cape.

"Same with you, Vomit Boy!" Yang cheekily called out, making Jaune slump to the ground, a depressed gray cloud hovering over his head with small droplets of rain falling onto his body.

"Oum, why." He muttered out depressingly. His energy seemingly vanished with that statement made by Yang.

"Yang!" Ruby elbowed her sister, with her voice sounding mortified that she said that to her friend.

Yang merely gave her sister a small shrug with the slightest of smirks, "So? He threw up on the ship, the name stuck with me.-" She said before looking back over to Jaune, "-He isn't that bad though. He seems rather nice and friendly." She said, her eyes lingering on the form of him for a while longer before shaking her head, making her blonde locks cascade around her, before turning her attention back to Ruby.

When she shook his hand using that grip, she was rather pleased to see that he didn't instantly back out of it, instead he took it - even if she did see him wince in pain - also, from the way that he didn't stare at her breasts helped. Sure, he might've glanced at them for a moment, but he realised his mistake and instantly brought his gaze to her eyes and kept it there. That was something good for her book.

He also seemed like someone who wouldn't be a playboy type person and go out of his way to hurt other people. From what she was told last night by Ruby, he even stuck by Ruby and became friends with her.

That was even more points in her book. Ruby finally had another friend, a potential true friend who didn't talk to her to only get to herself.

Shaking her head away from those thoughts, she turned to look at her adorable little sister, "So, I heard that there were rumours about partnering up for the years initiation." Yang said offhandedly, looking at Ruby with a raised eyebrow, wondering what Ruby was going to deny. While she didn't believe the rumours, it was best to be ready in case it did happen, "If that is the case, then who are you going to partner up with?" Yang questioned further, her eyes dead set on Ruby's form as she watched her squirm lightly, whether it was under the gaze or the statement she just said.

"Well... if the rumours are true... then I guess you... maybe even Jaune?" Ruby replied, not sounding confident in herself at the answer she gave. While she would be comfortable with those two because she already knew them and it would be easier for her to cope with, "Well... those are my first two choices, because I already know you two." Ruby said as a second unsure statement to her half-sister.

Yang felt her eyebrow twitch ever so slightly at that, of course Ruby would say something like that, then she decided to add on another variable that could happen, "What happens if its completely random?" Yang said, placing a hand on her hip and looking at Ruby, with her eyerbrow still delicately raised.

"Well... then I guess it is the luck of the draw?" Ruby said nervously under her sisters gaze, before she was suddenly jerked forward and placed in a small headlock, with Yang placing a hand on her head and rubbing her hair, messing it up slightly.

"Well, I believe that whoever will partner up with you, will be the next step for breaking out of your shell." Yang said in a small tease, not only having a go at Ruby's social awkwardness, but also with how she acts.

"Yang! I don't need to break out of my shell. I drink milk!" Ruby said the last part proudly, puffing her modest chest out.

Yang simply gave a playful grin, "Keep telling yourself that." She said before turning on her heel to try and find something to do before initiation started, maybe going to talk to Vomit Boy was a good idea. She already knew the general area of where he was.

As Jaune made his way closer to the Schnee and red headed beauty, who looked way out of his league just with a glance, he then noticed that they were both in the way of his locker. Standing himself up with intent to at least give some level of strength to himself and make him look like he wasn't completly dorky to the others if they saw him.

He watched as a dark cloud and sounds of thunder were surrounding the Schnee, with an almost evil look on her face, he then glanced to see the red head shift uncomfortably at the sight of the Schnee doing that.

"Um, excuse me." He called out gently to the two teen women.

Almost instantly, a pair of emerald green eyes and icy blue eyes were set on his form. He had to surpress a shiver when seeing the sheer anger that the Schnee's expression held.

"What!?" The white haired girl yelled out, completely annoyed at getting interupted with talking to Pyrrha Nikos, someone who she desperately wanted to team up with.

"Hello." Pyrrha greeted the blonde with a small wave and smile, one that looked angelic on her face.

"I-I, uh... could I please get my stuff. You are sorta standing in the way of my locker." Jaune pointed towards the number etched onto the locker, number 636.

"Of course." Pyrrha said, happily moving back to allow the blonde to his locker, while also getting further away from Weiss, who looked to use her for her fame to do... something that didn't sound right... especially after that little episode involving the darkened clouds and thunder.

It sent shivers down her spine... and it wasn't the good kind of shivers.

"Thanks." Jaune said, shooting the red head a slight smile, which made her smile back even more than before. Jaune also missed the slight hope sparkling in her bright eyes, "I'm Jaune Arc. Short, sweet, rolls of the tongue - ladies love it." He threw his name out there incase she wanted it, before his eyes widened and he facepalmed and groaned heavily. He really needed to stop saying that part, 'Damn pops. I should have never listened to him say that.' He mentally berated himself.

He looked out of the corner of his eye to see the reaction of the red head, who looked vaguely familiar to him, but couldn't place where though.

Instead of the look of disgust or a look of anger on her face, he instead saw that she was trying to hold in a laugh or something, "Charmed." She said with a small smile, before small giggles erupted from her.

A strange noise that sounded like a mixture of an angered gargle and noise of pure frustration came from the other side of him, he glanced at the offender and saw that the Schnee was giving him a glare that could freeze over an ocean.

"Listen... Jaune was it?" She said, trying her damned hardest to keep her voice even. He nodded shakily to confirm the question, "Do you have any idea who you are casually talking to?" She questioned as she started tapping her feet on the ground, crossing her arms over her near non existent chest and looking at him with her icy blue eyes.

"Weiss." The red headed girl said in a near growl, however, that didn't deter the girl now known as Weiss.

"Uhh." He said, taking another glance at the red head, trying his hardest to figure out where he saw her before, but to no avail, "No?" He said weakly, before the icy look deepened. In some part of his mind, he actually agreed to himself that the look on her face seemed to fit her perfectly, and in a good way.

Icy appearance that was further backed up by an icy glare.

He could have sworn that out of the corner of his eye he saw the red head sigh in relief. Was that a good thing?

Weiss made a noise of pure frustration, almost sounding like a choked gargle, "That is Pyrrha Nikos." She said, making sure to put more emphasis on Pyrrha's name.

"Hello again!" Pyrrha greeted out again with a small wave once she saw Jaune's attention turn back to her, with a confused look on his face.

"Pyrrha graduated the top of her class at Sanctum!" Weiss said, her voice level slowly rising, luckily there weren't others near them at the moment.

Jaune blinked once, before turning his attention back to Pyrrha with a surprised look on his face, "I lived in Argus for a while. I'm surprised I didn't see you around." He said honestly, now that he knew that she went to Sanctum and lived near or around Argus, he was surprised he never saw her before. He then finally opened his locker and pulled out his weapon, Crocea Mors and the shield that collapsed into a scabbard and placed it on a small magnetic clip on his side, with the sword sliding into the sheath with little difficulty.

Pyrrha tittered a little, before her emerald green eyes shined in mischief, "Must've missed me and my family." She said haphazardly, further infuriating Weiss with how they were interacting so casually. Pyrrha had a name worthy of respect, and that was coming from someone as an Heiress to probably the largest company in all of Remnant.

Weiss then scoffed catching Jaune's attention again - who started to feel like he was a puppet - with his attention going frome one person to another, "She has won the Mistral Region Tournaments for four years in a row! A new record!" Weiss said, with conviction he would finally piece together who he was talking to, then act like a bumbling fool and leave due to being in the presence of a true warrior.

"Congratulations, that must mean you are very strong." Jaune said, waving off Weiss' statement - further infuriating her and she swore that her blood pressure was rising to dangerous levels - and congratulating Pyrrha for her achievements. While he had heard of the large tournaments held annualy, at the time when they were happening, he wasn't really into watching television, as he would much rather read some comic books.

He then closed his locker and put in a new password for it, as it didn't have a password before.

Pyrrha's smile seemed to widen to an astronimcal level along with her eyes shining in happiness, 'Finally. Someone who doesn't know who I am nor care for my fame.' She thought to herself, already making plans to partner up with him if the rumors she heard of teams were true.

Weiss then somehow managed to blur in front of Jaune, her arms flailing about wildly in anger along with a look of sheer disbelief etched onto her face, "She is on the box of every Pumpkin Pete's Marshmellow Flakes box!" She said, her voice starting to crack as the sheer stupidity or ignorance of the blonde was starting to get to her. Maybe the stereotype of blondes being dumb is true.

Jaune suddenly gasped, before pointing to Pyrrha with stars in his eyes, "I knew I recognised you from somewhere! You were on my favourtie cereal brands box!" Jaune said, with stars overflowing from his eyes.

Now he finally knew who was on the box of the cereal he loved so much! To think, she was someone who was his age, when he first saw the new addition to the box, he thought that it was some model that was many years older then himself, however, that was dashed and he now knew it was someone his age!

Maybe he could even get her to autograph something to send back home to Saphron and Terra!

While Jaune's thoughts were going haywire, Pyrrha giggled a little, she was glad that she wasn't recognised for her fame or achievements, but rather from a cereal that wasn't all that healthy. It was a nice change, now she definately wasn't going to skip the opportunity to make him her partner for the initiation.

Weiss made a indignant sound, along with her palming her face lightly to the absolute obsurdity for someone like him to only recognise a celebrity through a cereal box, not even from the achievements said celebrity done, and said celebrity was giggling about it, watching with eyes full of amusement and kindness about someone making themselves look so stupid! It didn't make sense!

Taking a deep intake of oxygen to hopefully lower her blood pressure, she sent a smile that didn't match her eyes, "Fine, I guess I will head off to where we need to go." Weiss said, huffing to herself before turning on her heel and walking away with refined grace and not a single wasted movement as she did so.

Jaune blinked a couple of times, before his face was overcome with emotions, with guilt being the main one, "Sorry! I will try to make it up to you!" Jaune yelled out to Weiss' retreating form, before slumping over, hoping that it would suffice to lower her anger levels... from what he could tell, the level of it was near blowing point.

He didn't know that he made her mad.

"Well, see you Jaune." Pyrrha said, patting Jaune on the shoulder before she too, started to make her way towards where everyone needed to go.

"Yeah, see you." Jaune muttered to himself. He felt rather proud of himself for being able to hold somewhat of a conversation with not only one, but two girls. Though, he did feel bad for Weiss. He did interupt her conversation and made her mad. He would need to do something to fix that, especially if the rumours were true and they were teamed up together.

Suddenly, a small buzz hit the area and a familiar stern and feminine voice called out over the speaker system.

"Would all first-year students please report to Beacon Cliff for initiation? Again, all first-year students report to Beacon Cliff immediately."

Jaune sighed to himself, making sure he closed the locker fully before and turning around, leaning on said locker for a bit to calm his racing heart. He was about to do something incredibly stupid, he just hoped that it didn't backfire on him... although, knowing his sometimes terrible luck, it may not go as planned.

"Smooth moves, Vomit Boy." Yang pointed out, a small teasing smile on her face, she happened to watch the final moments of his previous conversation, and he managed to annoy the white haired girl without breaking a sweat, while also making aquaintences with another at the same time, "Maybe I should call you 'Lover Boy' instead." Yang teased out, placing her hand on her hip with a raised eyebrow, the teasing smile on her face didn't make anything better.

Jaune groaned to himself, running his hands down his face in annoyance, before looking at Yang with a blank expression, "Please, no nicknames. I feel bad for making Weiss mad though, I didn't even mean to do it on purpose." Jaune said, rather down in the dumps. Growing up with seven sisters and then moving in with his older sister who was also living with Terra, he learnt to never make a girl upset, and if you do, you try to fix the problem as soon as possible.

"Remember Jaune, female grudges aren't like mens where they have a fight and they are cool with each other. Women always hold grudges to those who insulted them in any way, shape or form, speaking from experience, it is best to fix and make up to them for what happened." His father's voice rattled through his head. Sure, you could basically call him and his father 'whipped', however, they were constantly surrounded by female hormones and thier rapid mood swings.

So it went through his head rather quickly when he was younger to not only respect women, but to also be friendly with them, as they can be better then men at more masculine things. It also didn't help that his mother said that any girl who you interact with could become someone important to you in life.

"Well, too bad, 'Vomit Boy' and 'Lover Boy' are going to stick, along with any other nicknames that may come to mind in the future." Yang said with a small shrug of her shoulders, unknowingly making her breasts heave and strain against the fabric of her clothing, "Besides, I'm sure you will get a chance to make peace with her, it is the same with Ruby and I actually, especially after the fight from last night." Yang said offhandedly, remembering how Jaune was left before all the petty insults and harsh words were thrown at each other.

In a way, she was glad that happened. She didn't want Ruby's only friend in Beacon so far to see that kind of side of them and possibly push him away from her.

"At least that makes me feel better, not about the nickname thing though. I already got enough of them from my family." Jaune muttered out the last part at the end, not low enough for Yang to not hear it though, she raised a delicate eyebrow as he heard about past nicknames from his family. Maybe she could blackmail him into giving those nicknames. You know, to know his family's taste in humour.

"Yang, Jaune! Hurry up! We can't be late." Ruby's excited voice called out to them both, with both of them turning in time to see a flurry of red rose petals hit the ground and a flash of red and black to leave the room.

'Crap'

'Oh no.'

Was the collective thoughts of Jaune and Yang, before running out of the locker room themselves, with Jaune being a little faster than Yang due to the lack of extra baggage that he had on his body.

With the small scare over and done with, Jaune and Yang found themselves on silver tiles on the ground, with Jaune being on the very end and Yang being further up, it was lucky that it hadn't started yet, although they did recieve one harsh glare from the older blonde haired woman holding a scroll tightly in her hands.

'I hope I didn't miss anything important.' Jaune thought to himself, he needed as much information as he could on the rules as possible if he wanted to have a fighting chance. He also took a brief glance around and saw many other people lined up on the silver tiles, with some recognisable ones being Ruby being a little antsy, Pyrrha looking as ready as ever and even Weiss who looked relatively annoyed at the fact it hadn't started yet.

"For years, you have trained to become warriors, and today, your abilities will be evaluated in the Emerald Forest." Ozpin said, before taking a small sip of his hot chocolate from his mug and gesturing with a small body movement to the large forest behind him... one that was across a cliff with a large drop that easily meant certain death if one lost balance along the edge.

"Now, I'm sure many of you have heard rumors about the assignment of 'teams', well, allow us to put an end to your confusion. Each of you will be given teammates... today." Glynda said, giving a stern look to most of the students, who know looked a little anxious and nervous about hearing this sort of bomb dropped on them.

"What? Ohhh..." Ruby whined out, realising that the rumours were true. She just hoped that she could be partnered with someone she already knew so it would be easier on her rather anti-social self.

Jaune on the other hand gulped audibly. While he had some skills, he knew the basics of using his shield and using his sword, working in a team wasn't really one of them. He hoped that his partner was skilled enough and was able to deal with a below average student in most subjects.

"These teammates will be with you for the rest of your time here at Beacon. So it is in your best interest to be paired with someone with whom you can work well." Ozpin said, briefly glancing over everyone, his eyes lingering slightly on the form of Ruby and Jaune, although they didn't notice it.

Ruby made a cute noise of discomfort about hearing the remaining rules and Jaune gulped again, he didn't know anyone that much, he knew Ruby, Yang, Weiss and Pyrrha, but other than that, they were short conversations and he didn't know that much about them.

'Why, Oum.' Jaune was now heavily regretting not trying to get to know the girls or even guys he seen earlier to at least know them on a more personal level... maybe Pyrrha counted as someone he knew on a somewhat personal scale. He then blinked a couple of times when he swore he sound something, 'Was that glass shattering?' He questioned himself, before waving it off to save his sanity.

"After you've partnered up, make your way to the northern end of the forest. You will meet opposition along the way. Do not hesitate to destroy everything in your path... or you will die." Ozpin said in a serious tone that meant that it was true, which did rile up some of the students or make them more nervous than before.

Jaune laughs nervously, while it may be that simple on the outside with what he was showing, in his mind he was freaking out majorly, 'Wait... die! You mean that there is possible death in the scenario! I haven't even got a girlfriend yet!' Jaune thought to himself, before he quickly slapped his cheek to get out of his little freakout... however, he got distracted in his thoughts once again, 'I just hope that I am lucky and not run into anything that bad, maybe I can try to be like a ninja from one of the comics I've read... no, that wouldn't work.' Jaune's emotions were running high during that time, luckily he managed to snap himself out of it to continue listening to what Ozpin was saying.

"You will be monitored and graded through the duration of your initiation, but our instructors will not intervene. You will find an abandoned temple at the end of the path containing several relics. Each pair must choose one and return to the top of the cliff. We will regard that item, as well as your standing, and grade you appropriately. Are there any questions?" Ozpin questioned, briefly looking over the students lined up once more.

Jaune's hand skyrocketed along with a nervous call out to either of the older people in front of him, "Uh, yes... sir."

"Good! Now, take your positions." Ozpin said, either ignoring Jaune completely or just not spotting it.

Jaune still has his hand raised, with a much more nervous expression plastered on his face, "Uh, sir? I've got, um... a question." Not even spotting the tile under Weiss springing upwards like a springboard and launching her in the air and towards the forest, "So, this landing... strategy thing... Uh, wha-what is it? You're, like, dropping us off or something?" Jaune questioned to Ozpin, who now finally turned his attention to him, now that he was one of the remaining students.

"No. You will be falling." Ozpin simply said, a ever so slight shrug of the shoulders, with his eyes seemingly boring into Jaune's own eyes.

"Oh, uh, I see... So, like, did you hand out parachutes for us... maybe even a jetpack?" Jaune fidgeted nervously once more when a slight shake of a head was given as his answer.

"No. You will be using your own 'landing strategy.'" Ozpin answered, with him putting more emphasis on the words landing strategy.

"Uh-huh... Yeah." He said nervously, he didn't know what he meant by landing strategy. However, a loud 'Woo-hooooo!' caught his attention where he quickly looked up and saw a flash of yellow and red in the sky, he then looked to where it came from and saw the silver pad that everyone was standing on was coming back down to rest on the ground evenly.

Jaune's entire body paled to unimaginable levels, before he shot a nervous glance towards Ozpin and his assistant, who was now looking at him with a mixture of emotions, with concern being prominent, "Woah! Hold the scroll! You don't expect me to go through with thiSSS!"

With Ozpin spotting that his game was up, finally decided to launch Jaune into the clouds with the other launched students, a small and near unnoticeable smile on his face which was hidden by his coffee mug. He merely took a sip of his hot chocolate.

"Ozpin, was that really necessary, at least give him a warning." The blonde haired and green eyed woman spoke out for the first time in a while, looking to where Jaune was launched with small amount concern shining in her eyes.

She really didn't like it when Ozpin did that. He didn't normally do that to people, he tried to prepare them before they were launched, especially the ones who had lower confidence or happened to have a fear of heights, and once he eased the idea into them, only then did he actually launch them.

"While it may have been good for him Glynda. He is supposed to be going on his own path, and thus he must forge it himself, it would be unfair for me to give him a hint and not on anyone else. Plus, I believe in practical learning. It is a necessicty to learn these skills no matter how insane they are or how rarely you would use them." Ozpin stated to Glynda, who now looked at him in a mixture of acceptance and reluctant with his form of teaching, "Besides, there are some Professor's on standby in case something happens. I merely said it for them to get in the right mindset and to force them to work together, as not everyone can rely on some knight in shining armour to save them in the real world. They need to know the difference between a fairy tale, and real life." He said, before taking another sip of his hot chocolate, before bringing it away from his face and looking rather annoyed. It seems he is running low... for now.

A little refill wouldn't hurt. He just needed to make sure he could keep whatever amount of the liquid he loved so much for the duration of the initiation.

Glynda nodded her head, despite how barbaric and cruel it sounded, it did serve as a slight wake up call for the youngsters. They needed to know this as they have probably been told many stories of all the heroics that has happened throughout history, with the hero always winning and getting the girl in the end, it is not always true, and stories are meant to be fabricated to let the children have hope.

END CHAPTER

So yeah, not that many large changes, just a few minor changes in dialogue and interactions between the characters and Jaune and fixed up a couple of spelling mistakes - the ones that jumped out to me, some may still be in there.
