After Sirius receives the letter he writes a letter to Hermione, and gives it with Hedwig so she can deliver his letter at the same time as Harry's.

First read Harry's letter.
Our suspicions were right, we come to pick you up at 2pm and take you with us to Privet Drive.

He also sends Dumbledore a patronus to tell him they don't need him anymore.
When Hermione gets the letters she gets a little scared because she didn't want it all to be real. She just wants Harry to have a normal live without all the drama.
~12:30pm, 4 Privet drive~
Harry, Dudley and Petunia are sitting at the table, eating lunch.
"Listen, I don't want them to know anything about what happened here, I'm just going to tell them that I am fine and that you sometimes beated me and that's it, okay?" Harry says.
"I don't know if it's a good idea to keep it a secret from them, Harry" Petunia says.
"I don't want them to act different to me because of this, please don't tell them" Harry pleaded.
"okay" Dudley and Petunia answered.
"oh and can I go with them to their home?" Harry askes after a minute of silence.
"Of course, are you coming back before you go to school again or not?" Petunia askes.
"thanks, I don't think I'm coming back" He answers.
"Okay" Petunia answers.
After a few minutes of silence Dudley speaks again.
"Harry, what are your nightmares about?"
Harry stays silent.
"You don't have to tell us if you don't want to." Dudley adds to his question.
"No, it's just that it's difficult to explain." Harry says.
"just tell us when you're ready" Petunia says kind.
"So, there was this tournament between 3 wizarding schools which you only could enter if you where 17 or older. There were 3 champions who may compete, one from every school. When the champions where chosen, there came 4 names out of the goblet of fire, one of them was mine. So, everyone was angry at because they were jealous. But I didn't eve put my name in, I didn't want this. But I had to compete, so I completed all the tasks. Me and the other Hogwarts champion were at the same time at the cup in the last task. So, we grabbed it at the same time, later it turned out that this was a very bad idea. The cup was a portkey, something that brings you to another place when you are holding it, it brought us to a graveyard. At the graveyard was Wormtail, the man who gave out my parents to Voldemort. He killed the other champion and then brought back Voldemort. After he brought him back I had to duel him. He wanted to kill me but I escaped... again. Then I got back to Hogwarts with Cedric's body and found some things about why he couldn't kill me and why the cup was a portkey. I think that's it"
"wow, that's crazy" Dudley says.
"I can't believe you had to go trough all this" Petunia said sad.
"it's okay, I'm used to it by now, I've never had a quite year at Hogwarts" Harry says while laughing a bit. Petunia and Dudley laughed with him.
